I guess i had the best experience! My drains were backflowing in both my shower and tub they came out same day and were able to- find my tank( i had no idea were it was ) digit up ,replace some falling off piping ,jet spray it , pump it out  and put everything back the way it was! Catfish and  Todd were great and even interacted with my kids( all 5 of them) catfish helped me learn how to keep my pipes clean since we have never had septic before! I will definitely use them again but will have to request my new favorite guys!!!!

We called for their deal on clogs and specifically asked if there were any additional charges over the advertised price.  We were told no.  They got there and did the work and told us there was an additional fuel charge. Would not have objected to the fuel charge if they had told me to begin with.  Then I find out that night that they left the flapper valve disconnected in the toilet.    Stupid on their part because we had other work coming, but being dishonest or non attentive to details about our questions  kills the deal for me.

After my 1st meh experience, I foolishly used them again a few weeks later as I had an emergency situation.  They up-sold me. Told me the job wd be done one way, did it another and still charged me $1800 after they convinced me that just replacing the damaged pipe wd not be a good way to go even though there was NOTHING wrong with my line. They even convinced my husband.  They told me my 6x6 bush wd have to be dug up, requiring big equipment being brought in.  It  didn't - the guy dug it by hand - and a whole bunch of other things they were going to have to do - cutting into sheet rock in the basement - that they didn't.  They wd only warranty their work - THE WORK THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE- for 90 days but wd warranty a $2000 job for 2 years.  They some how convinced me that it wd be cheaper to replace the whole line vs just fixing the broken connection which wd have cost me $450.
They had just pumped my septic tank which ended up costing me over $3,000.  I had to go thru the bill line by line to find that I was being over charged for some things, eg, they wanted to charge me almost $200 for a $21 filter to be put in.  I called to question this charge and was told that if they had to dig up the tank to put in the filter, that that charge wd apply - well the hole was already dug when they went in to pump the tank so I was being charged twice.  There were a few other things that I was able to eliminate saving me $700!
You really have to watch these guys.  They seem nice, but they will OVER SELL YOU and in this last instance not do the job the way they said they were going to, do it another way and end up with something you NEVER REALLY NEEDED.
The Educated Plumber is educated in convincingly selling you what you DO NOT NEED in order for them to warranty their work.  They use a lot of scare tactics.  Watch these guys.  Better yet, find another company.
I feel ripped off and should have my bill reduced by $1000!

Our plumbing was backing up, we needed to have our septic tank pumped. Delta advertised $288 so we gave them a call. They told us they would be here the next morning. We waited all morning and called for ETA, they eventually arrived around 5pm. Our home is less than 5 years old and our problems is not unusual. Our septic pumping job went from $288 to $1289, huh? All these hidden charges not disclosed and all things you would think would be included is not, excessive solids, isn't that what a back up is about, that's why I called. I told them no way but charge me $125 for coming out, and I still have the same problem but I am a little wiser. NEVER will I hire this company who practice BAIT AND SWITCH, DISHONEST, UNRELIABLE, UNETHICAL.

End up with a company that was recommended to me who gave a price that is all inclusive, upfront and honest. Davis Septic.

DO NOT USE THESE SCUMBAGS!!!!!

Delta plumbing is the BEST! Anthony gave us a courtesy call to say he would be at our house 30 mins before his appointment time (awesome). Anthony solved a riddle about a bathroom we don't use often (wonderful); then he went in to remedy our main problem the garbage disposal. It seemed like he fixed the problem in mere minutes (terrific) then he he was off to his next appointment. Delta plumbing is both efficient and quick to come out and resolve our plumbing needs.

Called out to repair a leaking faucet and to replace side sprayer. Was told I needed a new faucet.  Have me a 50 dollar discount because I  never used them and after that the estimate was 649 dollars.  If I furnish the new faucet the labor still was over 400 dollars. Called another plumber and they installed it for 150 dollars. I  furnish the new faucet.

Delta Plumbing exemplifies great customer service. I scheduled an appointment to have the septic tank at my parents' house pumped. Despite the great work performed, we ran into an issue with a pricing discrepancy. The professionals at Delta Plumbing responded immediately with an apology and a solution. I highly recommend Delta Plumbing. It's rare to find a company that operates with such sincere integrity.

Be cautious when calling these people. I called them for a leak and they said I needed to have the whole kitchen cabinet remediated for mold. The technician even gave us the phone number to another outside company, probably trying to make a commission. I could tell something was up and decided to call someone else. They fixed the leak and there was no mold - just mildew. Used bleach to clean out the cabinet and charged me under $300. Very dishonest people.

Brian came out to my house and did a free estimate of a leaky underground water  pipe. He was VERY knowledgeable and explained all of my options. He was very fair with the pricing.
The following morning, Michael and Cody installed new piping from the water main to my house. They had already communicated with the utility companies to mark where ground wires were.
Michael and Cody dug a ditch very neatly and carefully so as to cause minimum disruption to the lawn. They used elbow grease to dig through heavy tree roots in their path. That was a highly challenging task. When they were finished, they covered the ditch and packed it down so their work was hardly noticeable.
The charge was as agreed on the original service plan. No hidden fees!
Their work was beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better job. Delta provides a very professional service. I highly recommend them and will make them our go-to plumbers in the future.

I was extremely happy with Todd and the way he explained things, and his professionalism, however, there were some things that I wasn't happy about.  One of the things is that we weren't told by the person that answered the phone that there would be any upcharges, other than the $35 they told us up front.

My $149 job turned into a $416 job, because the tank was over filled, and I did not receive discounts I would have received had I bought their $227 filter.  My husband was extremely upset by these upcharges and was going to contact the manager at the location that we went through.  If they  had told us up front that there could be upcharges, it would have been an extremely different story, however, $227 for a filter is a little crazy - especially since I was told it should be replaced every year

I have used this company twice and both times I have been dissatisfied.  The 1st time they charged me $2000 due to the amount of hours it took to find out why the plumbing was stopped up, only to find out two days later they had spent the majority of their time searching for a problem in someone else's grease trap.  Why, I tried them again was dumb on my part.  The second time it was to repair a faucet handle and leak.  $275, leak is fixed, faucet handle is still spinning around. Was told now, I need a new handle but they can't find one.  So why did you take the money for a repair you didn't make?

Scott was incredible. He was very easy to reach and was open to answering all questions, even offering his own helpful tips for my renovation. He was available within a day or 2 and brainstormed the job over the weekend so he knew exactly what was to be done on Monday morning. He clearly knows his stuff and it shows. He exceeded expectations and stayed late so the job didn't bleed into Tuesday. I highly recommend Scott and Delta.

Jerry at Delta Plumbing saved us thousands of dollars.  After receiving quotes to repair sewage line from 3 other companies - I called Delta.  They came out promptly and advised me to call the county and get it flushed out.  The county came right out and flushed out the line.
Jerry advised me that they could come back and put the camera in the lines to see what was going on.  The lines that the other companies were going to replace for $13,000 were fine!
He gave an estimate to replace the one section of old cast iron pipes in the 50 year old house, but it was not an emergency.  Jerry is fantastic - he spent lots of time on the phone and in person explaining to me what was going on.
They are the ONLY plumbers I will call back.  Highly recommended.

Delta came out to jet our commercial sewer line for $850. 2 weeks later we get same backup. I called and was informed that they would service line for free unless they had to jet again. Well they did not need to jet but wanted to charge additionally for any service. Con artists.

Thomas C. came to provide a quote to install a whole house water filtration system we had already purchased. His initial quote was $1500 - over twice that of a comparable competitor. My husband told him it was a lot more than expected and he immediately reduced the price to $1000. Sketchy. We'll be going with the other company and their $650 quote. My recommendation is, be sure you get more than one quote before going with Delta Plumbing.

Delta plumbing customer service is the standards by which all others are judge.  The begin... I had a scheduling problem (the Technician was a no-show), but the Customer Service Rep Ashley was so attentive to my needs; she quickly apologized and immediately dispatched another technician.  The second Technician arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable.  I had another problem with the amount charged and I called the office the next morning and spoke to the Delta Plumbing Customer Service Manager about the scheduling conflict and services changes.  The manager took my information for investigation and told me she would call me back the next day.  To my surprise, she called me back in less than 3 hours, apologized for scheduling  inconvenience and billing miscommunication and gave me a nice discount.  Now that is what I call professional.  Bravo Zulu Delta Plumbing!!  Excellent plumbing services and world class customer service!!

The $149 advertised septic pumping turned into $800 which I refused to pay so they went down to $600. They claimed they had to jet the lines even though we had it pumped 4 or 5 years ago with only 2-3 people living here, something I had to take their word on because how would I verify that?  They said I needed a clean out thing so now I have this ugly green cap thing in my front yard right by my front porch. Grass will not grow over it because it's too far above the ground & any dirt or grass seed just slides right off of it. Why oh why didn't I check Yelp before calling them out here!

Scheduled for Delta Plumbing to come out and pump my septic tank.  Was told it would be $284.  When the technician arrived 4 days later, he said that they had to make all kinds of repairs and it was going to be $1800.  I asked him to just pump the tank as I had agreed with the customer service rep over the phone so that I can get repair quotes for the remainder of the work.  He became agitated and was very rude.  Said he wouldn't pump the tank (after we waited 4 days for them to show up).  Wish I had known they were just going to try to up-sell me - I would have called someone else from the start.

This is my first time using Delta Plumbing and I was happy with everything except the price. But that's how it is when you need a professional plumber. Anthony was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I have a lot of work going on and this is the first time (since I started getting work this time) that I didn't feel like I was being dismissed because I'm a single woman. He was very neat and gave me tips for my next steps. If I have have any future problems (God, please, no!!!) I will call them.

While renovating our  elderly mother's home for sale, we encountered some plumbing issues and due to previous positive experiences with our own home , we called Delta Plumbing.  Jerry came to the house and immediately started to evaluate the issues, gave a quote, and with our approval, the repairs began.  Jerry was very personable, and made the repairs quickly.  We thought we had a problem with the vanity we had selected for the bathroom, but Jerry found a way to make it work!!  Great experience.  We will definitely use Delta next time we need a plumber.

I wanted to come on here to give a review on this company since the reviews are up and down. To be start toward they came when we called. They showed up on time. The came and found our leak that we couldn't find. They talked through what was needed with no pressure to buy and we called them back to repair. Again, they showed up on time and fixed the leak and both people that came were educated and skilled. Please don't judge us by the pictures, our house went through a water leak!

If I could give a ZERO stars I would. I called this company and explained that I wanted routine maintenance done on my septic tank.I told them there were only 2 people in the house and it had been clean out 4-5 years ago. I was not having any trouble just wanted to maintain the system. I also explained that they did not have to dig, because the system had risers. They advertised $149. I asked several times if that would be the final price. They told me multiple times it would be. Then they said there was a fee of $35 dollars for dispatch/disposal. I agreed with that price and schedule the appt. The day of  appt. they called 30 minutes before  they were to be there and said truck had a flat could they come the next day. I said yes. The next day they came out and the guy said it was going to be $350 dollars. I said for what, he said because there may be multiple things they run into. What??? They never even looked in the tank. I called the office while he was in the driveway and asked what was going on. They hung up once and I called back, then they put me on hold several times. The lady comes back after about 20 minutes and said the boss said it would be $350. I asked then why they changed the price. They promised me when I made the appt it would be $149 plus the $35. She gave the same excuse as the driver. By then the driver had left. I told her to cancel the appt, that they had lied to me and also falsely advertised the service. DO NOT use this company as they DO NOT do what they promise on the phone! Luckily, it was not an emergency and I could call another company, who told the truth and did what they said.

Awful and rude! First moment they started cut my cable and internet line. When confronted they knew what they had done but didn't care. I asked if they would fix it since they broke it and their response was no! We don't do that Tried calling the office to get some help but only was able to reach a scheduling department which told me she would give the message to front office which was still open and that they would take care of it.  I never heard back. Very bad customer service to not return a call. They also left piles of dirt in both my yard and my neighbors. Looks awful. I could only assume if they do this poor of a job on what you can see then what you can't see must be so much worse. If I could give zero stars I would.

Questionable Solution Tactics.....

Associate came out to house to fix shower faucet in guest bathroom(half bath). Was a very small bend on the pipe connected to the shower faucet. All that needed to be done was to gently bend pipe back straight and re-seal faucet to shower wall. I figured better them to take care of this than myself as it would probably look better if a pro fixed it. This didn't happen though. Instead, associate looked at faucet, did nothing to fix problem, and immediately rendered a very radical and unnecessary solution. Tear dry wall out on other side of shower in bedroom closet, redo pipe work, not re-patch dry wall and leave. Verbal quote was $600. Got a very unfavorable vibe about the associate's ability to render solution. They did nothing. Would not help re-seal faucet, collected $39 for their show up fee and left. I'm fortunately only out a minor amount of money, thankfully. I ended up having to fix the problem myself, and pay them, for no service on their part, and had to attempt the work myself. It worked out ok, thanks to me, and I paid them. Was hoping for a pro, that obviously wasn't in the cards. Instead, got the run around, and witnessed not a pro, but a strong attempt on their part to gain financial latitude and the heck with the customer. I may write a letter to their executive team and contact the better business bureau. So disgusted and dissapointed. Be careful, there are still people who take your money and that's about it. Thanks for your time and watch out for these folks....

Was advised over the phone they give free estimates which was not the case according to the plumber who showed up.  We did end up using them because our water heater in the attic was leaking and we were pressed.  He told us it could be one of two things and then only did one of the two apparently.  Spent $375 for the service only to find out the water heater issue was not solved. Spent two days calling and begging the manager to send someone out who could fix the issue and not recharge us.  We didn't pay for him to test a theory we paid for him to fix the problem.  They finally did come back out and the tech was rude but he fixed it right the second and last time I will be using them.

We had an emergency plumbing need (toilet with broken flange leaking into crawl space). They were very responsive and sent Conner out quickly. He was very polite and friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. He quickly assessed the situation as needing beyond plumbing services (mold mediation) and referred me to another business to deal with that problem first. The people he referred me to were also very prompt. Connor came back at the designated day/time to do some additional work. Again, very polite, friendly, and professional. He will need to come back once again after floor is replaced. Great communication, seemed genuinely interested and concerned, I felt very confident in his ability to address the issue.

We had a multi-part sewage issue that was ongoing for several months (May to October) in our house. The first couple of visits were promising. Chris Harvey I believe was the most helpful along with the very last two young guys that visited. I believe overall we had at least 5 visits. Not every visit was productive, some were redundant.
So, we had sewage backing up the ground floor bathroom sink. After blasting the pipes and finding the septic tank, Turned out that there was a root growing in the side of the main sewage line, but not to the point of blocking the line. It was blasted, then clear for the vast majority. It should have worked. I should mention to figure out that issue up to that point alone took several visits. At several points in this debacle we were sure that the floors needed to be busted up and the main line changed, but ultimately that did not need to happen. It was absolute madness because one group would visit, try to diagnose the issue, go on the roof and camera the line. I would be the only one relaying the rundown from one visit of delta guys to the next. They do not keep a RECORD, from what I could tell, of what one plumber does or discovers to relay to the next guy that comes, should your issue not be resolved on the first visit or service need to be revised. (Continued in screenshots.)

We needed our septic tank pumped out so my wife shopped around online and found Delta Plumbing had a special rate of $288. We called in Saturday morning & they said they would be there between 4-6pm. Great because we needed it done. The driver, Todd, showed up at 5:45pm as promised. He and his helper located the tank and there was the 1st up charge. They don't charge to dig if your tank is 18, mine was 2' so that's an additional $125. At this point I'm catching into the scam. I ask what is going to be the bottom line. Todd shows me the price sheet of all the up charges and tells me he won't know until he gets the tank open how much we are looking at. I ask how much it will cost me to get the tank open. Todd said that it would cost the $125 dig fee and if I didn't like the final price they wouldn't do anything else. Once it was open I was told there would be a charge for too much crust, cleaning the filter, over the water level, and an environmental charge! The bottom line was $895!!! A long way from the $288 we were quoted on the phone. I told Todd not to do it. I was not going to pay that much. I called BJ&T Septic. They were there before Todd left. He pumped the tank for $300.

Let me be clear, Todd was a nice and knowledgable guy he just works for a terrible company. DONT EVER CALL DELTA PLUMBING FOR ANY REASON, EVER!!!

My experience with Delta Plumbing was absolutely wonderful! I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.

We awakened recently to a sound in our walls that was like a loud horn. After researching, I was convinced that I had a problem with our water pressure being too high. Our pressure control valve was shot, so I purchased a new one and tried to put it on. Unfortunately, I could get off one nut, but not the other.

I called a national plumbing company that rhymes with moto-scooter. The guy showed up on time, but the experience went down fast immediately. This plumber made several condescending, rude comments and told me he couldn't use my part because the grooves on the part had been changed. (Are you serious? Changed the grooves? Oh, brother.) It was the same model, produced by the same company, and it worked for everyone else who replaced their old valve with the new one. So obviously the plan was to charge me a ton for his choice of a valve.

He also said the job was extremely difficult, and he'd have to replace my pipes. Cost? $800. He added this with a comment that I'd probably need to replace the water heater, too. I sent him on his way. But not before he added, I didn't want to do this job anyway.

Ha, ha, ha. This really happened. And I'm leaving out a lot!

I called Delta Plumbing and was pleasantly greeted by Selena. I felt instinctively that this would be the right company. We set the appointment and a young man named General arrived on time.

General assessed the job, and I was relieved that he didn't seem intimidated in the least by the job. I was pleasantly surprised when he showed me the estimate and I readily agreed.

The charge was several hundreds of dollars less than moto-scooter. General finished the job in a couple of hours. And a lot of that time was us waiting for the sealant to dry so we could test the job.

General was the epitome of a competent and courteous professional who takes pride in his work and in customer service. He also had nothing but great things to say about his employer, which I found heartening.

Unlike the other national plumbing company, Delta didn't try to make all of their money off of one customer. I'm sure they could've charged more, but what they didn't generate in revenue on this call will be made up for over the lifetime of our future plumbing partnership.

For I fully intend to use Delta on any future plumbing jobs. I will also use every opportunity to tell everyone I can of Delta Plumbing and of their incredible plumber, General.

I was definitely pleased with my service. While no one wants to deal with any kind of leak, Daniel, and his team Dustin and Derrick, would be the technician I would recommend if you have to. He explained everything as he was going through the house. He worked with us and answered all of our questions. We had an issue and he handled it very quickly and professionally. I will be requesting him if I ever have to call out a plumber again. They did a great job of taking care of my lawn when the tractor had to be delivered and removed.

Today, Dylan Crozier spoke with me and my husband, in our backyard, about pumping our septic tank that had been put in 3 years ago. The Company gave us an estimate of $199, but after they allegedly, inspected the job, the cost rose exponentially to well over $8,000!!! Dylan said that unless we got the extra work done, that would include pulling a permit, they couldn't pump the tank, although, that's what we contacted them for. We, immediately, went to the County Office and after talking with staff,  were advised to find another contractor because we had already been inspected when our 1,000 gallon tank was installed and they had no concerns about our soil, the cement drain field, or the age of our home, 50+ years. It appears as though the Delta Educated Plumber Dylan, was trying to dupe/sucker us into going way over our budget and into debt.

CAUTION: Avoid con artists at all costs! Dylan, like many other salesmen, have no conscience when it comes to gouging seniors, especially, if they're Black. And, of course, they present themselves as professionals with a big grin and a sincere demeanor. It's all a facade. AARP members and seniors everywhere, BEWARE OF WOLVES IN SHEEP's CLOTHING!

I typically don't get too excited about plumbing service. However, I was particularly impressed with Delta Plumbing. My Service technicians were Westly c and Dylan c. They were on time, courteous, and professional. They took time to explain the entire process, completed the septic tank drainage promptly, and cleaned up fully when finished. There were no surprises. I rarely do online reviews, but these guys were exceptional, so I wanted to be sure to say something.

Great Job! Cameron and Mike really went the extra mile for me. I really needed to see what was going on with my Septic Tank system and they allowed me to inspect their work throughout. What I find upsetting is that it appears other Septic Tank Service Companies have not been doing their work I've been paying them for. I'll most definitely be coming back to Delta Plumbing in the future.

I called the DELTA Plumbing company requesting help on a problem that I wasn't sure how defective my water heater was (needlessly to say). I was told that someone would be here in 30 minutes - Scott showed up within that time frame!  After analyzing my situation, he was able to quickly determine the problem. He explained the situation in terms that were easy to understand. It was gratifying to have such a well-qualified technician on hand who obviously knew and loved his job.  Thanks DELTA for having him on your team!

Great Service, I was referred by several homeowners in my s/d which uses Delta Plumbing as their Septic servicing.  Great customer contact with appt. timing & updates.  Mr Trace was friendly, great customer service explained what, why & how our septic tank works, the status & what was needed  & showed us wht & how to avoid costly future problems.  That we have been doing great in Septic care, that he could see that we hv used Septic Safe Paper (Scott's)which has saved us big money in sewer backups.  However we did need an T-fitting as it was deteriorating which he showed us.  Mr Trace was professional loves his job with a pleasant personality. Thank you for your service.

It's rare when a problem at home triggers an urgent phone call to a plumber is not bad news. But Delta Plumbing Service responded immediately! Jacob evaluated the entire plumbing system, identified the problem, explained the cause, and offered a very reasonable price to remove & replace the damaged sewer drain pipe. He was professional, polite, and seemingly sincere about providing an expensive service at a more than fair price.

Additional work is planned. Will definitely request working with Jacob and his team again.

On May 6, 2015, Delta Plumbing / Septic Service came out to assess a problem with my septic tank and possibly my drain field.  I had already had a different plumbing company come and look at it and they advised my drain field probably was not draining correctly and that it might have to be dug up and re-done.  This would cost several thousand dollars and I decided to get a couple of other opinions.

On Monday May 4, 2015, I called Delta Plumbing and explained the possible issue and what I had been told so far.  Delta Plumbing had the utility companies come out and mark my property just in case they had to dig up my drain field,   I had my septic tank pumped and serviced about 18 months ago and should not have been having a problem.

On Wednesday May 6, 2015, Kevin and Dylan from Delta plumbing came out and began assessing the problem.  Kevin got a copy of my septic diagram from Henry County Environmental Services and emailed it to me. Kevin advised the drain field was very dry and that the septic tank itself must not be draining out onto the drain field.  Kevin told me up front that he thought there was no issue with my drain field, which could have been a big expensive problem to repair.

Kevin further inspected my septic tank and determined that my drain line and filter were clogged.  Kevin pulled the filter out and showed it to me.  The filter was totally clogged up with a large amount of debris.  The filter had been pushed up out of place apparently because it was clogged up.  This caused the drain  line to be blocked even more.  This caused my septic tank to backup and not function properly.  I also suspect the previous plumbing / septic company did not clean my filter when they serviced my tank about a year and half ago.  I have carefully maintained the service on my septic system over the years,

I received excellent customer service from Kevin and Dylan.

Customer beware!

**This review is in regards to septic service**

Delta the educated Plumber uses bait and switch tactics to up-charge unexpecting victims, aka customers, by luring them in with coupons that discount their septic pumping service to $188 for a 1,000 gallon tank, or $288 for a 1,500 gallon tank.  These are very good rates, but what they don't tell you is, there is a fee of $125 to dig up the tank, which makes them more expensive than most other reputable companies (so much for that fictitious coupon).

But wait, the joyride doesn't end there...not by a long shot!  If you have anything floating in your tank, you have excess solids which is an additional fee of $250 dollars.  News flash, there will always be floating solids, called scum which is the oil, grease, and fats.  The scum layer is more viscous than water, which causes it to float on the surface (this is normal) but Delta Plumbing feels you should pay an additional $250 which is more than the discounted pumping service, for some fabricated nomenclature they made up to further extort money from their uninformed customers.

But why stop there?  Let's not forget the hydro-jetting fee, environmental fee, and camera line fee, which are all required services that add on hundreds if not thousands of dollars!

Take it from a victim who foolishly fell prey to these purveyors of poop...educate yourself, read reviews, and avoid getting ripped off.

The alarm to our septic tank pump went off this weekend while we had a house full of guests for our son's wedding.  Delta Plumbing had pumped out our septic tank and installed a new pump in June 2016, so we called them and asked them to come back out.  Todd  Bodine came out and found that the alarm went off because the alarm pump had not been properly tied down during installation.   He was so courteous and helpful and properly tied down the alarm pump. We were thrilled that Delta stood behind their work and fixed the issue at no charge to us.  Way to go Todd and Delta Plumbing!!  :)

While I appreciate the  initial customer service & responsiveness, the follow-up was horrible. The technicians hit my data line around noon on a Friday, and I didn't discover it until I got home around 3 pm. Needless to say, I was left with no tv or internet with an expected repair data/time from my internet provider of Monday between 8-12 noon which meant I'd have to take off work. Fortunately I woke up early and was able to get a Saturday repair but no one from Delta ever even called to follow up, and on top of it, after they made my repair I was told I still have a leak so I guess I paid them for a repair but since I still have a leak, who knows??  They we're the ones who told me where my leak was. All I can say is, be careful.

Don't use this company. Just received the worst customer service. I set up an appointment with this company and they decided to come outside of our agreed appointment time. There was no one in the building authorized to speak with them about the issue. When I called about it, I was told a manager would call me back. The manager never called and the tech who showed up outside of the appointment time, never bothered to show up at the correct time.
When I called about the no-show on the appointment, I spoke with the Manager Josh and he got upset and yelled at me for their mistake. I will never use this company again. Still stuck with a my original plumbing problem.

We called Delta because the had an ad special in the county circular for maintenance septic pumping.  I made an appointment and called the day of and confirmed the appointment and the quoted price.  The fellows they sent were fine, but they had not turned a single spade of dirt to expose the access before they told me my tank required expensive and extensive modifications before pumping.  I said pump it for the quoted price and told them they weren't getting thousands of dollars from us today.  They refused to pump it at the agreed quote and I told them to get off the property.

Watch out!  They are bait and switch artists trying to defraud and upsell the elderly.

I made an appt to have my septic pumped with this company. When tech arrived, as I attempted to verify the price, he instantly responded that's the starting price unless there is something else wrong. Called me out to my backyard after digging up the septic to tell me that the tank is cracked and I needed to replace it at a price of $6,000.00, which I could not afford. Tech went on to say they offered financing and the back wall of the tank could fall in at anytime which would back up my house, I would have a sink hole in my backyard, etc. I informed him again that I could not afford it right now. I inquired about repair and the tech stated the septic tank was too old. I went on to ask if he could just pump the tank. All of a sudden the advertised price of $249 went up to $767!! I refused to do any business with this company. I called another AWESOME septic company who came out a few hours later, dug up the septic and informed me that it was a fresh crack, I have the invoice to prove it. This company stated that I didn't need my tank replaced, or a pump for at least another year, and repaired the crack. BEWARE OF DELTA PLUMBING! It seems as though they cracked my tank and tried to scam me out of $6,000.00! I have the estimate from them and the invoice from the company that repaired the crack.

I hired this gentleman to fix my electric water heater, garbage disposal unit and tighten a bolt on my kitchen Faucet to stop it from spinning. I am going to make this short. He is an incompetent crook. Beware of this company's pricing games. They should not be allowed into your house. The basic tenants of any business is simple. You simply have to care about the customer. If you care you will make money.  You don't have to swindle to make a profit. Customers expect you to make money. But you must do your job in a meaningful manner. It's that simple.

I have used Delta in the past to replace a fractured plastic water supply line leading from the meter into the house.  They did an excellent job at that time, and this time around was no exception.  We had a clog in the somewhere in the waste line connected to the shower, tub and sink in the master bath.  The techs quickly located the clog, and had the bathroom back online.  They also took care of a ground water leak where the water main enters the foundation.

I would certainly stay away from this company unless you like throwing money away. I talked to Jack on the phone and he quoted me a price that was less than $300 to pump out my septic tank. They told me if they couldn't pump out my tank though that I'd still have to pay $51! Also I have a small tank, about 800 gallons and they said regardless they would have to charge for a 1000. I also asked what size trucks they use because I have low tree branches and limited space to park on, plus I didn't want a huge truck taking out my trees or cracking my concrete driveway. They beat around the bush on that answer. Well they said they'd show up between 8-10. It wasn't until 11:30 when they showed up in the largest septic truck I have ever seen! It was almost a semi plus he was pulling a trailer. Needless to say he took out numerous branches and some of my grass trying to back this truck and trailer around my house. Once their assessment was made they said that because I had so much solid waste in my tank the only way they could do the job right was to charge another $250 for the difficulty of trying to remove so much solid waste. Oh and they also told me once they arrived that there was a fuel charge of $25. Needless to say the young man doing the up selling was very good at selling me and my elderly husband on these extra services. They even had my son convinced. Needless to say I agreed because they made it sound like it was necessary and would take a long time to accomplish all this. For that reason I went and canceled my doctor appointment so I could be there and pay the bill when they finished. Well from the time they started pumping to the time they stopped it was less than 15 minutes and they were ready to go with more than $550 now in their pocket. My husband and I are both elderly 65+ and we both suffer from cancer and numerous other health issues. We also live on a fixed income due to these disabilities and I think it is just awful to take advantage of the sick and elderly this way. I called to complain and once I explained how I felt to some guy on the phone he said he would transfer me to a manager. Wouldn't you know I got a voice mail and after leaving the same message, I haven't' had a returned call yet. I would never ever ever recommend this company to anyone and hope that if you do call these folks you keep them on a very short leash, or they'll run away with your money. STAY AWAY...

I contacted Delta with an urgent septic issue. They were
prompt, courteous, professional and informative. The only complaint and it's major, is that during the servicing of my septic tank, they cut my internet cable with AT&T and assured me that someone would be out that evening or first thing in the morning, however when I reached out to AT&T to confirm, I was advised that my order was for the following Monday between 10-12. Well, I work from home and my children have virtual learning. This compromises my employment and income and interferes with the children's attendance. I was extremely disappointed to learn that what I was advised was not true. Aside from the internet issue(which is huge), the service is excellent even though  I paid a lot more than I expected.

Contacted Delta Plummer and arranged same-day service and they responded within 4 hours from the time we talked. Todd arrived and started his work and checked my connections and my pump started working. He was very honest and told me he could not charge the pumping fee because after my pump started working he had nothing to pump so he just charged me the service fee. Thanks Todd for a job well done and saving me a lot of money.

Had a leaking expansion tank in my garage and called Delta the next morning. The woman answering the phones collected my info around 8am and Scott came to my house around 11am. Had them come out to fix an issue before I put my house on the market. They came out and quoted me a pretty high price, but since it involves specialized parts I couldn't readily get at Lowe's I said sure. They came out again to do the work, said they had to order different parts and it would be 3 days. 2 weeks later haven't heard a thing. Called and the lady sounded very helpful and said she'd call back the following day. 3 days later and nothing. I call, someone picks up, doesn't say anything, then hangs up. Now I'm inconvenienced since my house is on the market and I have to schedule around showings. If you don't want my money then just tell me next time.

Update: they finally came and fixed it by about a month and some change after it was supposed to. Terrible price but I just paid it. First and last time I'll be a customer for them. I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

I do not recommend this Plumber.  They use unlicensed employees.  And, they charged me $350 for a septic clean-out that wasn't performed.  And, when they attempted to perform the clean out they broke the cemejt septic tank clean out.   The owner of the business has few personal ethics and has attacked his neighbor by diverting the water across his lot into his neighbors' lot which has caused severe erosion.  DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS.

A Delta Tech replaced a water main hose from my house to the meter.  I was forced to get this work done because the city refused to fix the actual issue at the meter, claiming the leak was on my end.

Almost a Year to the day, I found major puddles of water in my yard.  My first thought was the leak is coming from the new pipe that was installed.  Delta gave me a 5 yr. Warranty on parts and labor, so I had them come out and fix the issue.  Anthony arrived to the house and immediately detected the leak.  And wouldn't you know it, it's coming from the meter in the street in front of my house and seeping down through the now filled in trench that was made to install the new pipe.  Thanks Anthony for the speedy and accurate  service .

I would give them 0 stars if it were possible. They're running a $79 special to clear your pipes for a clean drain. So when I called to make an appointment I checked to make sure that that was a valid price with no extra charges. The lady on the phone said that was right so I made an appointment. All I needed was a clear pipe so the water from my sink would be clear and go down easily. When the plumbers came, it was a different story. They said my pipe had to be removed so they would have to charge an extra $75 to have it removed. Which sounded pretty crazy to me! I called my dad to validate what they were saying. Turns out all I had to do was unscrew two sections of the pipe, like unscrewing a medicine bottle, to avoid that $75 fee. Afterwards they weren't very friendly and I made sure my dad came to see that their work actually worked. I would not recommend them. Later the plumber apologized for the mixup and said it was a new policy. Also! They charged me a $15 fuel charge for making them come to my home to do their job, which was also not mentioned when I made my call. Awful service.

Typical bait and switch strategy. Came to clear a sewer line at the online reduced rate. After clearing the line for 45 minutes, they said roots were bad and needed to replace part of the line. After 8 more hours, the line was backed up again. So I call another plumber who spends several hours truly clearing the line. Said he could tell that the previous guy from Delta didn't really do much or spend any time trying. It's been over a month and the line is still clear. Once I started trying to get a refund, no one from Delta will call me back. In emails they imply they will give me a refund then back peddle and slow play. Forced to dispute with credit card company for charging for a service they never performed. Would not recommend these guys for anything.

They fixed the broken pipe issue, but left my yard a mess and told me multiple times that someone would be out to clean up the yard. I kept on them and finally someone shows up when we are not home and did a terrible job of smoothing the dirt and putting down grass seed. It cost me $350 to fix the mess they made. Nearly a year later, it does seem like the repair job is holding, so I'm thankful for that.

I had a leak in my condo that two previous plumbing companies could not find in literally over a  7 month period and a at least 25 working hours. Over a year had passed and I literally thought I had no leak and leak was located outside my condo. I gave it one last try to rule out a leak and found Delta Plumbing( never heard of them), and Jacob came to do the leak detector. Low and behold Jacob alone found 2 leaks in about 90 minutes. Because of the updated equipment Delta uses Jacob was able to do in 90 minutes what 2 other plumbing companies with a at least 2 persons per crew could not do in 25 hours. Prices are pretty good too( compared to others I called)  I'm glad I found them because I know who to call next time I have a problem in either of my homes. That's very comforting to know because these days the state will give anyone a license to work whether they know their craft or not.

Quick service.  Took only an hour to fix the issue.  Giving two stars because I was grossly over charged.  Called for a water leak in yard.  Was charged a 50% up charge for digging.  How else would you find a leak in the yard ?  And the digging was in grass and a flower bed and he didn't have to go too deep. I agreed to the $750 charge for one hour of work because he has already staring digging up my yard and I wanted it over.  He was nice while overcharging me though.

FALSE ADVERTISING with no fine print even.
They put out a flyer that says $149 to pump tank. Two females at the office confirmed the $149 pump and a $35 dump fee. Appointment was made. He came out and dug to open the cap then stated it would be $600 to pump.
But we have a coupon and confirmation from the office. He said nope $600. Well nope we ain't paying you. He then said it would be $125 because he dug and opened it. We won't pay $125, we will pay what was advertised for a pump. The guy left.
We called the office. A man claiming he was the owner said he's always false advertised and that's what the industry does as well and that the girls in the office don't know anything.
Ok then. There is an honest septic company out there somewhere and we will find it.
Delta Plumbing is NOT.

Scott I. provided excellent service.  My hot water heater went out and my sink was leaking.  He explained to me the problem in technical terms (which I had no clue what he was talking about) and explained to me that my previous hot water heater wasn't installed properly and posed many code violations and a fire hazard .  However, I had a major issue because I just finished a remodel and didn't want the water to ruin my hardwood floors.   Also, my sink wasn't installed properly by the previous plumber. He did an excellent job with the repairs and the installation.  He kept me inform with pictures every step of the way.  My main issue is that they are WAY too pricey.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They came out to diagnose my septic problem. Found out it was the pump. Came back the next morning and tried to charge me $3000 to change it. This is a $200 or $300 dollar job minus parts. The pumps range from $250 - $300. So they were gonna charge me over $2k in labor. I'm guessing because i have a few classic cars in my garage, they figured i had it to spare. THEY ARE NOT HONEST. DO NOT USE.

They showed up when they said they would and it would seem that our plumbing leak is fixed. Pricier than I expected. First price estimate was $1500 for breaking up concrete, digging & finding the leak then fixing it. After 2-3 hours, they had used up the $1500 and were into Time & Materials. Came back the next day and found & repaired the leak using the excavator that we loaned them. Time included 2 hours (which was strangely around lunch) to go get parts to fix the pipe. I was surprised that they didn't have the proper parts with them. They knew the size of the pipe, how come they didn't bring a couple of elbows and regular water line supplies? Then they suggested that we needed a load of dirt because the dirt that came out of the hole was mostly mud. The mud went back into the hole and we needed maybe 1/4 of a load of dirt. Then we paid the 3 Stooges to come back and load the unused dirt (using the Bobcat we loaned them) back into a landscape trailer that wouldn't hold all the dirt. We ended up cleaning up the last of the dirt and using it on our property. Final bill came in at over 3 times the estimate. I would think that for $5000 they'd have technicians that knew better than to walk into a retail showroom straight out of a mud pit. Did it not once, but 3 times before we told him to take off his shoes. The work is done and my employees are cleaning the parking lot but if there is a next time we will probably call someone else.

Due to waiting too long, we realized that our septic pump job might cost higher than the advertised price of $149 for a 1000 gallon tank, so the actual price increased by $316. I saw the grease and solids. Then we were advised that our 20 year old main pipe had a belly, thus holding some liquid & solids back. After researching this condition, we went ahead with its replacement for an additional $1100. I saw the damaged pipe myself today before it was cut and replaced with a nice new straight pipe, properly bedded for support. We are very happy with the work performed. Josh E. & his assistant were very considerate, professional and polite. Delta is our go-to now if ever a need arises again. Even the office staff were terrific, especially Selena.

Bait and switch on their $149 septic pumping fee. It will never ever cost you $149. Stay away from this shady company.

My neighbor told me that there was a coupon in our neighborhood shopper magazine for septic tank pumping for $188 from this company. I found the magazine and called and scheduled an appointment. The coupon did not contain any disclaimers nor was I given any over the phone when I scheduled. The young man came out and reviewed. He then wrote up an estimate. The estimate included additional charges for a larger tank, for excess sludge, for cleaning the filter, and finally a fuel fee. I spoke with a manager and was able to get a discount and I agreed to proceed with the work (because the tank was almost full), but just can't shake the feeling that it was bait and switch and I paid too much.  And they only gave me a container of Bio Clean for treating the tank.  He did not put any in the tank.  We had to flush what we had down and then buy more.  Lesson learned though.

Update since Delta responded:  The opportunity that I was given was to pay $135 just for them coming out.  And I was not informed of THAT fee until the person arrived.  At no point while I was scheduling the call was I told about any excess fees and I told them I had a coupon.  My heart told me to refuse the service and refuse to pay that $135, but since I knew the tank was full, the fear of it backing up into the house overrode that concern.  But I have cautioned my neighbors about using Delta.

I called for service and when tech arrived  he gave me a quote for over 500 dollars for a leak under my sink, which I thought was way out of line, so I call a competitor and got the job done for less than half the quote. It sounds like Delta was on a money grab.

Robert with Delta Plumbing saved the day.  We had a closing scheduled for 2pm and found out we had a water leak between the house and the street at 10:30am.  Delta Plumbing sent Robert out with very short notice and he did a great job to quickly trouble shoot the problem and come up with a reasonable resolution.  We agreed on an estimate and he started the work right away so that we all felt comfortable proceeding with the closing.  The work was done by the end of the day and both the seller and buyer were impressed with Robert's drive and work ethic.  Thanks so much:)

The worst service I have ever had. The technician guy Jacob don't know anything about plumbing.
Suppose to be a quick fix (replacing a leaked valves fitting) Instead he quoted to replace the whole plumbing line cost over $2,500.  In the end I have to show him how to fix the fitting valves.

Called and asked for price and asked if they would take a coupon for pumping septic tank. The price was going to be around $250.

The truck showed up and the guy looked into the tank and said there is a lot of solids and would have to use a special rotating device plus extra for solids and it was going to be around $800. He made his case but and was told I could make a few payments but up to the office manager. I watched the guys work all they did was suck out the tank no special equipment just the hose and in 5 minutes done. I will never use them again.

I was very impressed with  the service I received from my assigned tech Scott. He was very knowledgeable, and did not try to take advantage by charging me unnecessarily.

Plumber did a good job installing a new garbage disposal.  This poor review has nothing to do with the quality of work.  It has to do with the outrageous prices that Delta Plumbing charges.  When I called to get someone out I asked for the approx. price to replace a garbage disposal.  They would not give me one, but when they arrived they gave me an outrageous estimate of $664 (with a coupon of $50 I paid $614). The disposal itself is around 100+ dollars.  It took them 45 minutes to replace. I went ahead with it because I did not want to pay them for their trip charge, my disposal was leaking and I was not in a position to change it myself. This will be the last time I use Delta Plumbing!!

My wife and I recently had our septic tank back up on us. Delta Plumbing sent a crew right away. We didn't know anything about our septic tank before they got here. Now, everything is working fine. We know exactly how to take care of our septic system in the future. Jerry was very knowledgeable and helpful. We definitely will recommend to our neighbors.

I think the quote was way over price for a simple faucet replacement, But he did remind me that he was certified.

Back up occurred on Friday and we had another company here on Saturday. The plumber told me he would call the office and have someone contact me so I could have a person here first thing Monday morning. Never heard from that company. Called Delta on Sunday and got on schedule for first thing Monday morning.

The techs verified the septic tank was full and explained the steps they would be taking to get my system bak into usable condition. They gave me a few options for things I could do, but had no pressure to choose.

Agreed to work and added a riser to reduce the yard damage next time.

They showed me photos in areas I could not see from the top and both employees were professional and did the job they told me they would do.

Cleaned up work area and raked dirt in yard to give me a reasonably good look where they dug for the access.

I was scheduled for a toilet repair on 9/28/2021 between hours of 8a-12 noon. I got up at 8a and patiently awaited their arrival. They NEVER showed up. Called scheduling to see what happened. Spoke with a young lady who was stern and not friendly. She even stated they could not come in the afternoon. Also told me Tues & Wed were booked up and could not tell me when they might be available. Very UNSATISFACTORY! Gave this company a very positive review back in July 2021 on previous service call. WILL NOT use them again. As a senior citizen (74yoa) and Vietnam Veteran, very disappointed with Delta Plumbing!

This company is a huge rip off.  I called for a repair that was like a similar repair I had done for $175, and they wanted to charge $436. The technician tried to talk in circles about a charge for draining the water lines and then repressurize, which basically meant to turn on water outside and drain, and then letting air out of lines when turned on again, for $132 or something ridiculous.  I would not use this company at all, unless you have money to go down the drain.

Michael and his crew did an outstanding job in servicing our septic system.  He noticed some subtle signs of baffle deterioration and recommended replacement.   The work was performed accurately, professionally and at a reasonable price.  I will certainly return to Delta Plumbing for my next periodic service.  Thank you!

I woke up to No Hot Water. Was hoping for a simple solution to my older water heater, maybe the pilot light would be out. No such luck. Chris from Delta plumbing had helped me in the past with another plumbing problem & went out of hs way to do a professional job & help watch the cost. I was confident he would do the same this time. He did. Plumbing & electrical repairs are usually costly but neccessary & it is important to have someone you can trust. Although I am hoping not to need Delta Plumbing in the near future, when I do I will call & request Chris, again.

Wow, where do I begin. After contacting them and explaining we had an overflowing toilet draining water and whatever else into my office we were told they would be out between 4-6pm that day. They showed up at 7:30. They cleared the drain without any drop cloths, spewing sewage all over my walls, did no clean up and replaced my toilet without a shim. When I contacted them they said they would come back the next day to fix the toilet, they never showed for 2 days and the weekend went by. I contacted them again, they finally showed but still never shimmed the toilet. This all the while I was going to hire them for a $3000 job to fix the pipe to the street. Turns out, that didn't need to be done as it was the responsibilty of the City. I can't imagine they didn't know this may be the case. They didn't bother to check. However, they did show up after all the mess above with their earth moving equipment and just start on the job. A job I never authorized. I guess they thought if they just started, we would comply. We did not.

I have no trust in this company. I will absolutely never give them any business ever again, and you shouldn't either. Late to show up, did not complete the work correctly and did not follow up on time. Not even close. Stay away.

Update in response: Yes, I had roots in my line as the Delta plumbing representative mentioned in his rebuttal to my review. What he didn't mention is that they were under the street and the responsibility of the city. They wanted me to move forward with 3k of work that was not on my property. And yes, I was traveling and did not sign a contract and they took this as an opportunity to start the work without my consent. Look at the reviews of this company and come to your own conclusion. Always get a second opinion.

Scott revealed too much information to the tenant, but the tenant was not paying the bill.. Scott also told the tenant that the a/c had a problem when he is not HVAC certified. Even if he is, he was there to service a water heater not the a/c.

Very critical of Delta plumbing. They visited my parents who are elderly. The plumber told my mother that it would cost $289 if he had to take the toilet off put a new seal on the toilet in order to break up a clog. He didn't have to do that ,all he had to do was snake the toilet out like she had told him on several occasions. Nevertheless she still was charged $289.  Called customer service to inquire the charge for snaking a toilet and they have no set price . They ca pull any number they want out of your butt. Never again.

I have used Delta on several occasions, and have always been happy with the results.  Christopher was very polite and informative and even mentioned to me when I went to pay that they offer a senior discount (I was not insulted that he suggested I might qualify, because he was trying to help, and I actually did qualify).  I appreciated that, because it saved me almost $50.  I needed the wax seal replaced on the toilet, but also had a few minor things that I asked to get taken care of while he was there.  I was charged for replacing the seal and the guts in the toilet (the floater ball had gotten broken during a DIY repair and they don't use them anymore so we had to replace it all with a different system), but he took care of the two minor things at no charge.  He did have to come back to do something that he forgot, but I am not upset because I interrupted his routine and it was my fault he missed trimming down the bolt and replacing the caps.  I can't remember who came out the last time I needed them, but the service was the same - polite, on time, and informative.  I will always call them when I need plumbing services.

I had one of their plumbers out for an estimate for a new water heater. He apparently thought because I'm female that I'm a total moron and from another planet. He also was apparently getting a commission. The price was really jacked up. He wouldn't give me the energy rating, or even a specific brand, model or warranty info of what he was quoting. When I said I wanted to know not just the brand, but the model, he fake-called the parts dept. and wrote down a couple of numbers. When I checked the website of both manufacturers, they were bogus numbers. I called Delta and got the same runaround from the person in the warehouse. I don't know what the game is there. I can't say whether they do quality work or not. But I'd just stay away from them. They've got some very dicey sales practices.

UPDATE: I did respond to the owner, privately.  After 4 years I don't remember the name of the salesman or even who referred me to Delta (I think it was a contractor) so I couldn't help him with that.  If I understand the terms flat-rate pricing and upsell that's not what I described. I asked for the manufacturer, model #, energy rating, warranty information of whatever they were recommending - the things a consumer wants to know when making a decision about a major purchase that is going to affect their utility costs and comfort for years. The brand and model remained a mystery. I was certainly never shown a pricing book! If their practices have changed, that's great. Maybe some real customers will report a good experience. My 2 water heaters are working. I have a plumber I trust to fix leaks.
