I was very impressed by the plumbers' attentiveness to detail and punctuality when providing services at my home.  I asked for an initial quote, and when the plumber visited the site, we had a conversation about the issue.  I showed him everything I had tried, and, after seeing that it was a straightforward fix, he instructed me how to fix it without a fee - just as the company's website states.  I did it myself in less than 5 minutes, and what I appreciate most about his service is his honesty.  He could have easily charged me a great deal of money for his services, but instead, he was honest and paid it forward.  I am definitely using Frazier Plumbing Services again in the future.  It is rare to experience integrity in action.

Kenny Black fixed a major issue I was having with a water pipe leak under my driveway.  The hoa called plumber cut 2 holes in my driveway and fixed 2 holes in the pipe over the course of a year.  The second one wasn't under my driveway but the hoa plumber cut another huge hole in my driveway anyway and I got charged another ~2500 - this was without even putting concrete in the hole.  Unbelievable.  The area was still wet and got worse.  I told the hoa plumber to go away when he came with a sledgehammer the third time.  I started doing my own research to find an ethical and competent plumber.  I found Kenny at Aaron's.

Kenny inspected the issue, clearly explained what was going on with a pipe from the street being problematic for all that used it and that the only way to really resolve is to replace this pipe.  This was a refreshing relief from the fix the leak only approach by the hoa plumbing co that was, knowingly, never going to resolve the root cause but, would be revenue generating for them.  The bad pipe that was replaced, only about 10 feet, was inches from the original leak a year ago.  Replacing the pipe was not even an option provided by the hoa plumber and no estimate was ever received by me from this plumber.  Still the hoa management company had them proceed.

The work was completed by Kenny and I am no longer having nightmares about this problem.  I know that Kenny resolved the root cause.

I can't say enough good things about Kenny and Aaron's.  Ethical, honest, competent, and fair pricing.  All the things missing from prior experience here.

Quick,  thorough, and able to resolve problem at rental property. Would definitely recommend to others and will use services in the future.

James is absolutely the best!. We needed our sewer line replaced but thr quotes we were getting from large companies were crazy because we were located in Buckhead. Well finally found a reasonable yet qualified/quality Plumber/ comp. Called ABPP and they camera our line than started to replaced it the next day.
Very fast, won't cheat you. James very smart guy knows his stuff.

I called Greenlee when out hot water heater would not stay lit. Right away the person i talked to suggested I call the manufacturer first in order to save $225 in parts. Sure enough, they were covered! When I called back to schedule they did not have any openings when I would be home, but they squeezed me in the very next morning. The tech was very, knowledgeable (explained everything to me) friendly, worked quickly so i was able to leave for work on time. I will certainly call them for any plumbing needs.

I can't begin to express how happy we are with the services we received today. For starters, we only initially requested service this morning (around 9:30am).

We were greeted on the phone with warm, professional regard. Mind you, we haven't had water on in our home for almost 2 days waiting for another company to have an available appointment. We were scheduled with a same day appointment to help with our issue.

Gareth E. arrived at our home in the earlier side of our appointment window. After only a minute or two, Gareth was able to identify the issues we were having (some self imposed and some from another plumber). He helped explain the problem and immediately got to work. From the moment he walked in the door Gareth was incredibly professional and courteous... nothing like what we had experienced in the past with a different company.

After almost no time at all, our problem had been addressed, Gareth had processed our payment and he was on his way. He thanked us for our business and offered the company's services any time if needed.

I will say that Plumbing Express turned an incredibly scary, stressful situation into one of the most positive moments we've had with a business. It's no wonder you have 4.5 stars on Yelp. My only regret is that you don't have 5 (because you deserve it).

Had a clogged toilet emergency. Very messy in the worst way.

Ray replied almost immediately to my service request. He gave me a minimum quote up front and was at my house within an hour.

He was fast, efficient and professional. Will call him next time for any plumbing issues.

Lucked out forty years ago, when we started buying rental properties, to find Keep Smiling Plumbing!  My husband traveled, so when a plumbing problem came up, I didn't have to panic being by myself because Beverly and Carl, who own Keep Smiling Plumbing, could be counted on for good advice, excellent service and the best products.  They also helped us find other reliable companies, example, a good septic-tank company.  I think of them as friends.

Now, we have retired out of GA.  My son, who lives in GA, counts on Beverly and Carl's kids, Adria and Brant, to take care of his home and rental properties.  Definitely a fine family business to hire!

They were recommended by another service, but when they came out, they refused to do the job because the pipe led into the irrigation system. They had the know how and tools and knew I had no water for 2 days, but they would not help. I will never call them for help again.

Businesses these days do NOT care about customer service or client retention. I use T & G Plumbing based off of a recommendation.  The job consisted of unclogging one toilet, checking the slow flush/drain of another toilet, and fixing a shower head drip. Worker had to turn off my water, which when it was turned back on caused several of my faucets, including in my tub water to flow out with a stutter.  This issue finally resolved in my faucets, but not my tub.  When I called the owner and explained my problem he just said that it wasn't his problem, it was mine...and that his worker did not cause this.  He refused to send someone out to look at the problem. Original job cost me $225...very expensive, but not worth the customer service. I would not recommended using this business!!!!
