We called Atlanta's Best Price Plumbing after doing a google search.  James answered and came out the next day.  We were very happy with the quality service.  James pinpointed the problem, and had it repaired within the hour.   We highly recommend James at Atlanta's Best Price Plumbing.

Woke up Sunday to an out of control toilet in our guest bath.  After shutting off the water line I contacted Atlanta's Best plumbing.  He diagnosed the problem and within an hour the toilet was repaired.

James is absolutely the best!. We needed our sewer line replaced but thr quotes we were getting from large companies were crazy because we were located in Buckhead. Well finally found a reasonable yet qualified/quality Plumber/ comp. Called ABPP and they camera our line than started to replaced it the next day.
Very fast, won't cheat you. James very smart guy knows his stuff.

I would highly recommend Atlanta's Best Price Plumbing & Draining  Services to anyone who needs an honest plumber.  James the owner came into my home and I was completely confident in his ability within a few minutes of talking with him. Our shower was leaking into the ceiling of the apartment  below us. This could of been a very costly and serious problem with our downstairs neighbor and the condo association if not fixed quickly.  James came the same day I called and had the entire job finished that day. Even though it was the weekend,  he gave me a great rate and saved the day! He really is the one to call!

My usual contractor was out of town, and my toilet started to make a noise as if it was constantly draining. Out of desperation I ignored the negative review here and called James. He answered fast and was able to be on his way quickly, which was great. He met at my apartment and took a look at the toilet. He told me there was an issue with my valve which was fine. I asked him to go ahead and fix it.

After I approved him repairing the toilet he asked me if I was in the market for a new toilet. I definitely was not. He then let me know the cost of the repair ($125 incl parts) and stated that if I wanted a new toilet he would do the whole job for $300. I let him know 'no, thanks' however this was a huge red flag for me.

He 'fixed' the toilet. I paid him via cash app and he went on his way.

About a week later the toilet started to make the same running noise, except worse! Since James gave me bad taste in my mouth I called someone else out and he was able to repair the problem, and also let me know that the individual I had called put a pump in that was too tall, and that would eventually break and cause even bigger issues! He let me know that this happens commonly and is a scam to keep you calling that plumber back out eventually forcing you to pay them to replace the toilet. Once they replace the toilet you have to have the tiles in your floor redone. I was honestly upset.

I reached out to James via text and let him know that if this was a mistake I understand, but that we do expect compensation, because I came out of pocket twice to fix the issue. He did not respond. After 24 hours I let him know that if he does not respond to resolve the issue I would be submitting a chargeback and taking my complaint to the BBB. Still no response.

That being said, I am now here airing my frustrations. Once this is complete I will file my complaint and submit my chargeback as his negligent behavior is unfortunate.

Excellent service,  very knowledgeable. I've been using them for years. The first time I called was about ma waterline , the replace it at a very affordable price. This year I had all my plumbing changed to pecs after a flood. James the owner goes aove and beyond making sure everything is in code and is correct.

I found this guy, James, on facebook, desperately needing a pressure test to get a gas meter at a rental property I own. He had no company name and I googled his phone number now  to find it.

He was going to do the test the following morning and come by that evening to get an advance. I told him that I'd want to see a license or something, since I didn't know anything beyond his first name. He agreed.

I waited for him and cancelled some plans, but by 6.30 he hadn't shown and I called and he said that he'd have to come by at 8am in the morning. I agreed to be there.

At 8.05 I called to get confirmation that he was still coming and he said that he had sent me a text. I had checked right before I called and he had not. I asked him what the text said and he told me to just read it and hung up.

There was no text and this completely unprofessional behavior is a huge red flag and I would not consider working with him in any capacity.
