My husband and I are recent home owners and purchased a home that needed significant plumbing updates. Mighty Plumbing was the first company I reached out to and they were able to come and check out the issues within a day. Bobby is incredible to work with--very knowledgable, great communication, and willing to find the best solution. We were quoted a very competitive price for all of our issues--which were many. Adrian and Brent came out to install our tankless water heater, replace our laundry box, as well as several toilets. They were a pleasure to work with. Very clean, friendly, efficient and kept us up to date on progress and issues that came up. About a week into getting our work done, a torrential downpour caused our backyard to flood with imminent danger of our basement flooding as well. They dropped everything to coordinate a solution that resolved the immediate danger and provided excellent feedback on where to go from here to prevent further issues. I was able to breathe easy once they left--can't put a price tag on that. They are a great group of professionals who are well networked with other home repair professionals who know what they are doing. I can't recommend Mighty Plumbing enough.

A 2 man crew came out shortly after I had requested service. They were great at communicating when they would arrive. Upon arrival, they were extremely professional and went right to work. They knew what they were doing and got the job done. They also identified some other possible issues with our water heater that we may want to get taken care of. I requested a quote on Yelp and received an immediate response from Mighty Plumbing. I was even more impressed that someone was available to come the same day. When Louis arrived he was wearing a mask and ready to work. I got my toilet replaced. The work was quick, clean, and thorough. This company is organized and efficient. They will give you the price upfront so that there's no surprises. I'm impressed and I would definitely recommend.

I wanted a plumbing company that did good work and was reasonably priced. This company fits the bill. We had a party and a lot of stuff got stuffed in the garbage disposal which caused a clog and well sadness. Called Mighty Plumbing - Bobby answered and and a few questions sent Alan - who was amazing. The clog wasn't just from one party but building up from many parties past. I obviously know nothing about plumbing but Alan tried a lot of tricks to get it fixed. Soooo happy. I mean I don't want to have to call them again but I'm happy to know Mighty Plumbing can fix it.

We had a terrible, awful, musty smell coming from our bathroom. We cleaned our toilet 10 times. We cleaned the tank. We bought tank cleaner discs. Nothing fixed it. The smell continued and even got worse. I wrote to several plumbing companies. Mighty Plumbing wrote back to me right away, were super nice, and suggested that we caulk the base of our toilet as it was probably not sealed and give them a call back if it didn't work. It worked! I am so thrilled and so pleased with the service. They could have charged us to come out and do it, but instead they were delightful to work with and solved our problem for free over the phone. I will call them with all our future plumbing needs.

I burned out in my heating element in my hot water heater while trying to install a drip pan as a condition of selling my townhouse. Mighty plumbing responded late in the evening and coordinated an appointment the next day to repair my hot water heater before my scheduled closing appointment with the townhouse buyer. Dave came out today to exchange out our GE Under the Sink water filter system we've had for 12 years with a newer version. I thought it would be a simple job, but of course it wasn't. He was very patient and professional and did a wonderful job and cleaned up afterwards. He was very friendly and we now have a new plumbing company-Mighty Plumbing!! We were using a big name plumbing company, but Mighty Plumbing did the same job for a much more reasonable price! Yay for Mighty Plumbing!!

They took the time to troubleshoot and properly diagnose the problem (main sewer line to the road came detached from the exit line from the house). This required digging and replacing the pipe. They worked quickly, were very pleasant to work with, and they took great care to fix the issue and even replant bushes and reattach the gutter drains that had been disturbed. I would recommend them to anyone. Wish I had known about these guys before calling Mr. Rooter who came to hydroblast (twice), which only temporarily relieved the issue and they charged so much $.

They came on schedule and fixed for less than quote because it wasn't as involved a project (only a washer and not a valve stem). The price was reasonable given they did come here and it IS a plumbing issue that I didn't dare tackle. The plumber had two cases of washers of different sizes and designs sorted and color coded. Only one was right. I'm glad I called them.
The plumber did wear a mask and for his safety I did too.

I reached out to these guys like a month or so ago when I had a water leak issue in the attic. The guy I talked to on the phone was super nice, cool, and helpful. He suggested it might not be my pipes, but my roof, because I had leaks in more than one pipe, which would be possible, but unlikely. He said therefore it's most likely the roof vent seal, and he didn't want to send a guy out and have me pay if it's the roof and not a pipe. He went into detail for me and answered all of my questions when I called. Everything he said made perfect sense!

Then it was up to me to get on the roof and test it out! Did a test and we thought it's still the pipes, though we also noticed there's a roof vent leak too (old houses are fun).

So we reached back out to them as soon as we could, and they got a guy (Jason Saenz) out for us as soon as we got back from vacation. For our schedule it was perfect. Jason showed up and we found the leaks, then he cut out and reinstalled sections of the pipe that were missing. And applied lots of glue and whatnot to ensure all is sealed.

He was nice, hard-working, and got the job done quickly. I found the pricing to be totally fair. They also sent invoice via email, and told me there's a one year warranty, which made me feel extremely comfortable with it all.

I will absolutely use them again for all of my plumbing needs. Thank you to whoever I spoke with on the phone (I think it was Adrian?) and thank you to Jason for showing up, dealing with my attic, and fixing the pipes!

Had leaking water valve for refrigerator ice maker. Employee who arrived seemed clueless. Did not have parts needed and did not know how to frame the box. Had to make several trips to Home Depot. The finished product is an unprofessional mess and leaves a large open hole in the wall uncovered. The hole can not be covered with dry wall because the box has been mounted deep within the wall because it was not framed properly. Did not realize how poorly and what a mess was done until after the technician left. It will cost lots of $$ to get someone to now come in and fix the shoddy workmanship. The leak was stopped and the water shut off valve does work, that about all that is positive.

I found mighty plumbing on yelp, and it was the best choice. They were so professional, quoted me a reasonable price compared to the competition and they gave me a very nice military discount. David did a good job of replacing my water heater and PRV (pressure regulator valve) and was very courteous. I recommend them for any plumbing needs. I contacted Robert through Yelp about an issue I was having with my kitchen sink. He responded very quickly and scheduled an appointment a couple days later. He arrived right on schedule! The issue was a rather tricky problem to fix, but Robert worked through the issue and quickly had a fix! After installing a new part, the issue was resolved! He was very professional and worked extremely efficiently to fix the problem! Even after having to do some extra work, he stuck to the original price quote! These guys are the BEST! The alarm on my sump pump went off in the middle of the night, following a torrential downpour. Found this company online, and called the next morning and spoke to Adrian. He sent two men right over that same morning, and they installed a new sump pump. The price was very reasonable and in line with what Adrian had quoted; they were professional and efficient. A day or two later the old alarm went off again, and they brought me a spanking new alarm (different brand) which they installed free of charge. This was over two weeks ago and the new sump pump is operating great. I will only call Mighty Plumbing in the future, and would recommend them highly!

First of all, they did not show up when they scheduled. When I asked about the charge for the service call, he told me that there was not a service charge. He said they just charge for the work. As soon as he got in my home, he told me the service charge was $200. I reminded him of what he told me on the phone. They performed a quick repair that took about 15 minutes (no parts supplied), and the charge was ridiculous! I think he waits to take a look at the neighborhood and the home before he quotes a price. I would not recommend this company. All the 5 star reviews are laughable after what I encountered.

Reliable and honest. Not your average plumber. Bobby is freaking awesome! He came out on short notice to inspect and quote a cast iron drain replacement. Turns out the drain I thought was leaking wasn't even leaking and it just had some residue buildup. Bobby checked out the other plumbing too and said it was all OK. No work needed. You don't hear that from many contractors! Definitely call Mighty Plumbing if you need an honest plumber. I'm sure they do quality work and will treat you fairly

I posted a photo of my invoice as to not have my review discredited.

The newly installed toilet was not secured to the floor and the flange was broken which caused a water leak.

I was really happy with my interaction with Mighty Plumbing and I understand mistakes happen. But this mistake has caused me additional money and frustration.

Could I have had Mighty Plumbing come back and fix what they broke? Of course, but at this point I had zero confidence and went to someone I trust.

My handyman came behind them and explained what happened. He told me that I was lucky the water leak wasn't much worse...#blessed

Buyer beware. A toilet install is pretty basic. If I need someone for a second opinion or to come behind you, I'll pass on future interactions.

That said, Mighty Plumbing has a 1 year warranty and will come back if needed.

My wife and I just moved into our new house in a new city and unfortunately needed a plumber twice. Fortunately, we found Bobby and Mighty Plumbing. Bobby is the real deal. He knows his trade and equally important, he explains what he needs to do and why. He responds to calls and texts quickly and manages expectations very well. The prices are fair and the work is pro. After moving to Atlanta, we tried out a few different plumbers first and am so happy to have finally found Mighty Plumbing who will now be my go-to. We had a clog in a kitchen pipe that was really bad. Mighty Plumbing came out 2 days after I called and fixed it immediately. A few weeks later our bathtub upstairs was leaking down the wall downstairs. Over the phone they told me what they would have to maybe do and it was a lot. But fortunately it was a drain issue that was easy to fix. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and honest in both cases. I will be using this business for all of my plumbing needs going forward. Bobby and David went above and beyond to help me fix two broken toilets that had caused my water bill to triple over the last three months. They both came out on short notice and promptly identified the issue that was causing the water to run over in one toilet and fix a second toilet where the valve was not working properly/not flushing. Given how busy this time period is (ie. five days from Christmas), I am glad they were able to come by and fix the issue so quickly. I would definitely use Mighty Plumbing again! The process was smooth and it gave me relief that the work was warranted and they would come back if any issues popped up later.

Rather than come out and give me a pricey repair, they called me and said they can easily walk me through the fix on the phone for no charge. I had a very good experience working with Mighty Plumbing, from the initial phone conversation, through my meeting with the personable technician, Dave. I had several plumbing issues to deal with: an old leaking kitchen faucet that probably needed replacement, a toilet that occasionally ran for a few seconds, and some pipes behind my water heater that rattled or knocked briefly after I ran water in the sink or shower. Dave determined that the pipe rattling was probably a water pressure issue. He checked the pressure and told me that the PRC valve was failing. He gave me a price for the repair and we discussed the urgency of the situation. Although I had some time, I decided to have the work done while Dave was already there.
The price for all of the repairs was reasonable, and Dave appeared to be a competent professional. Everything is now working as it should.
There was no pressure, no stress. I will use Mighty Plumbing again and I highly recommend them. Also, I liked using/supporting a smaller locally owned company. I thought they were great!

Robert (Bobby) and his right-hand man, Adrian, were as professional and as knowledgeable as you can get. I live in a high-rise condo in Midtown ATL, which is a difficult job for most plumbers due to the difficulty in shutting the water off. Most plumbers didn't even give me the time of day to do this job -or- wanted to take my head off in pricing.

Bobby and Adrian came in a knocked out three bathroom valves in a matter of an hour. On top of that, they quoted me a reasonable price (compared to the competition) and very friendly to do business with; gave me advice for other small plumbing maintenance items around the condo that I could handle on my own.

It HIGHLY recommend these guys. A+

I like the fact that a plumber answered the phone when I called (with a lot of plumbers it goes straight to voice mail). He asked me a few pertinent questions about my plumbing issues and quoted me a reasonable hourly rate. We scheduled service for the next day. The courteous workers showed up on time and did a good job.
It's hard to find an honest, competent plumber nowadays. I highly recommend this one.

Seriously-- while these guys weren't even able to come out, because, like so many others right now, they're backed up for ages, they still helped me out. He talked to me calmly for a long time to walk through what might be the issue, then walked me through turning off a valve to stop water leaking on my floor. He then insisted I call him back in an hour just so we could make sure the issue was what he thought and that everything was okay- even though they wouldn't be able to come out. How great is that?

Turns out, I have a broken dishwasher, not a plumbing issue. Thank you, Mighty Plumbing, for taking time you didn't need to take to help out in a difficult time-- I'm so grateful.

Wow! I've previously called two plumbing companies, just hoping to schedule a service call and estimate. Adrian was the first person to ask targeted questions about my plumbing issue; he even perfectly described the physical setup of my kitchen sink without seeing it, and provided a diagnosis.

Since he mentioned that the issue was an easier fix, he actually offered to come do it for free or talk me through fixing it myself - to save me from paying the service cost! I mean - he could have easily taken my money, and I would've been none the wiser. He clearly has integrity in spades, kindness, and tons of knowledge and experience.

I'm going to attempt to fix it myself, but if I'm unsuccessful - I'll definitely be calling him back. Wow - I'm so impressed and grateful!!

I recently contacted Mighty plumbing for an obscure plumbing issue with my tub and toilet not draining on the top floor of my home. The day prior, the tub/toilet worked fine and no one used the tub so no hairball issues. We also do not have small children that would flush a wad of toilet paper nor toy. The kicker was that Mighty Plumbing had to complete this job asap bc it was the same day I delivered my daughter. While i was at the hospital, they worked on the job trying to diagnose this issue. We ran into some expected delays but at the end of 3 days they figured out the issue and resolved it before I came home from the hospital. Which was what I asked for. The bill was acceptable. I am really impressed with the clear communication and customer service. Adrian stayed in full contact with me. Unfortunately, i did not catch the name of the guy that actually came to the house but I heard he was also very polite and professional. As a customer, I appreciate the old school subject matter expert tied with customer service. I definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.
