Best Plumbing Services in Florida

My husband took the day off after confirming an appointment. The plumber was supposed to come at 2:30. Around that time we received an automated message saying he was going to be late and would arrive at 4:30. We never heard from them again. It is very disappointing that my husband had to take a vacation day to be stood up by a plumber.

I'm shocked that there are so many 5 star reviews. Not even the best restaurants have that many 5 star reviews. I'm certain those are fake reviews.

I was experiencing drainage issues and both a handyman and another plumbing company attempted snaking the line but with failed results. I called Reliance and they were able to give me a quote over the phone and was able to come out the next day to perform a hydro-jetting. Both Ronaldo and Danny showed up on time, explained the process and were able to complete the work in a reasonable time. They also brought the camera to show that the line was clear. I haven't experience drainage issue since.

I happened to be looking for a plumber on the internet and read many different reviews. I ran across the ad for All Service Plumbing with excellent reviews so, I decided to call the number listed. I was so impressed how polite and courteous Brian was and talked to me about the problem I was having with our kitchen sink. He told me that he would come out and look at it. My husband and I were so pleased to meet him and Rich who came with him. He did a terrific job and very reasonable because it took him a couple hours and we could see when he was working on the problem he was so patient. He didn't leave our home until we were fully satisfied and now he will be coming back one day this week to do other work for us. We have found a wonderful plumber and we will always call him for work when we need work done because he is a excellent plumber. Thank you so much Brian for the great job you did for us.

Mark got the job completed in excellence. The pipe outside broke in the wall. He had to open the wall to find the problem and he did. He came up with a solution quickly that will permanently keep the water and the pipe working well.
I called him the night before right from Yelp and he was here with his partner J the next morning. I am so happy I found them. The service was excellent. Marks repair was thorough. He even filled the hole making sure the stucco was back on the wall.
All the work was professionally completed. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

My assistant manager called Bixno Handy for help to hang a heavy mirror at our office on Tuesday...they arrived the next morning, on time as they had said. Nolan and his assistant Jarom did an excellent job hanging the mirror - using the appropriate hardware, measuring precisely, and making sure it was level. It looks excellent, and feels very secure. Super nice guys, and no surprises on the cost. I highly recommend them, and will be using them again soon for another small project at our business.

We have had two experiences with Hancock Plumbing.  In the first instance several months ago, it took multiple phone calls - to the point where I felt like a stalker - to get a return phone call.  This past weekend, we had a leak on Saturday afternoon and had to turn the water off to the house.  We called Hancock again because they advertised that they had 24 hour service.  No return call on Saturday, no return call on Sunday, and a return call in the morning on Monday to be told that he had been on a fishing boat on Sunday and was just getting around to returning phone calls.  Why advertise that you have 24 hour service if you're not going to answer the phone calls?  If you're patient, they're your plumber but you better not need them in a hurry.

We had a whole house re-pipe done today and the team did a fantastic job, all installed, tested and ready for inspection. Chris and team were friendly, helpful and did a very professional job. In one day!

I had Five Star Plumbing out after a recommendation from a neighbor in Apopka.  They were able to fix the toilets I needed fixing and also replaced my hot water heater, fitting me into their schedule the same day after hearing I was from out of town which I really appreciate.  Fair pricing and professional.  I am very happy with the service I received and I will definitely use them again.

This company is just not honorable. They charged be $3,000 last year on exterior water lines to the water meter. A root damaged the line by the meter and they will not honor the warranty. They quoted me $1,000 to fix this job plus parts. He noticed I was not happy and then offered the same job for $850.00 plus parts. The pvc parts with glue  are $20.00 or less . They are a well recognized company but way over price and don't honor warranty. I am without water till tomorrow morning because I don't want to loose anymore water from the meter. We are in tough times but big companies such as Roto rooter only look at the bottom line and don't care about the little people. This is a sad day. Good luck to all and stay away from these greedy corporate vulchers.

I am a very lucky person. After Roto Rooter left I contacted OUC to look at the leak. They didn't just look at the leak. They fixed the leak. They said it's there responsibility and we got you covered. That's amazing. If Roto Rooter cares for the customer they would have said Hey. Call your water company . The leak is on there side. They only provided a verbal repair offer and fill there oversized coffers. It must be nice to make money off of people's problems.

Poor customer service. Nobody ever answers the phone. Tech came out to diagnose a leak in the ceiling and cut two tiny access holes that were clearly insufficient for an inspection. Claimed it was a leaky shower. The shower was 4-5 feet away from holes and behind floor joists. I cut out the ceiling to repair the drywall and found the actual leak: rusted toilet pipe.

Do not trust this group to diagnose plumbing problems or provide any customer service.

We hired Biasi plumbing to re-plumb our home in Winter Park. The company pulled the permit but will not provide licence and insurance information to the city. We cannot obtain a final because the owner will not provide this information to the city.

Very unprofessional and do not communicate once hired.

Holland plumbing came out to look at capping off a shower and adding as shower to a tub. I agreed to the price for my project, I signed the contract, and scheduled the work. I asked them to fill out paperwork for approval for our condo board association, a standard practice for most condo associations.
I called repeatedly and emailed several times, but no one answered or returned my calls. When my condo manager called them, her call was taken immediately. When she told them who she was, she was informed that her boss was thinking of passing on my project due to all the complications. The manager asked if they do work in residential condos, she replied yes. The manager informed them that our condo paperwork is pretty standard, proof of insurance and agree to work in the hours of 9-5.
NO ONE from Holland plumbing contacted me to inform me that they were not going to do the job I hired them to do.
My plumbing job was pretty simple and basic. Why did they pass on my project? Do they not have insurance? Do they not guarantee their work?
I had tile, cabinets and a contractor ready to go. I was left high and dry.

My fault totally for not checking out the reviews here first - before I selected to do business with Frank Gay.   Poor due diligence on my part.  Bottom line, I needed an electrical switch replaced for my garbage disposal.  The entire episode from arrival to completion was about 25 minutes.   At least 10 of those minutes were spent with their rep showing me 5-6 different pricing options and how he was offering their lowest package south of $400.00.  At the completion of the job, the total was $385 for actual work of 15 minutes TOPS.     RUN, do not walk away from this business.      Just for grins, I called a couple of local electrical repair businesses and their quoted prices (ranges) were 60-70% less..
