HISTORY

This has been a family owned business for 2 generations. Philip worked with his father in the business until his father retired. He then took over the ownership and management.
Our goal is to serve our customers to the best of our ability with quality professional service at an honest price.

These folks are honest and professional. Which, these days, is very high praise indeed.
Phil and his associates had our replacement water heater installed without any problems.
If you need a plumbing contractor give them a try. You won't regret it.

Our Moen faucet was not working properly. After five plumbers and two years, Hancock Plumbing saved the day! The faucet is fully functional! Great job! Would highly recommend.

We have had two experiences with Hancock Plumbing. In the first instance several months ago, it took multiple phone calls - to the point where I felt like a stalker - to get a return phone call. This past weekend, we had a leak on Saturday afternoon and had to turn the water off to the house. We called Hancock again because they advertised that they had 24 hour service. No return call on Saturday, no return call on Sunday, and a return call in the morning on Monday to be told that he had been on a fishing boat on Sunday and was just getting around to returning phone calls. Why advertise that you have 24 hour service if you're not going to answer the phone calls? If you're patient, they're your plumber but you better not need them in a hurry.

We were referred to Hancock Plumbing from a very trusted source recommending them as being The-Best-Of-The-Best and sure enough, they measured up... Over 21 years in our house and we have gone through our fair share of plumbers and we could not have been more pleased with their services... From easy appointments, punctual arrival, knowledgeable staff and follow-up. Entire experience was 1st class and we DO recommend them highly!
