The day after a holiday, our drains backed up and getting a plumber to even return my call was frustrating. Marc with Your All Hours Plumber was recommended to me and he responded right away. The service charge was much more reasonable, he was very knowledgeable and courteous, and he took his time to get my issue resolved. We reviewed the video scope together so he could show me exactly where the issue was located. I would absolutely call Marc again when I need plumbing help.

Izzy is knowledgeable, personable, and professional.  He spent time with me on the phone to ask questions about my plumbing issue (high water pressure) before even coming out, which was impressive.  He was able to come out quickly and quoted a very fair price for the job and completed it quickly (but didn't rush).   He explained everything he was doing as he worked so I never felt like I was in the dark or that he was doing anything unnecessary.  I would definitely recommend Perez Plumbing and won't hesitate to call them in the future if needed.

Very professional knowledgeable. Great partners in the process- replaced our hot water heater the day after we called and completed the installation in 2 hours. Highly recommend.

It's so hard to hire anyone today to do work and you never know who or if they will show up. We were in need of a shower faucet repair in our spare bathroom. I looked online for local plumbers, started reading reviews and making calls. To my surprise, when I called R G's the woman on the other end (Marsha) was very friendly and answered all my questions. I wasn't sure they would be able to come out on a Monday, she reassured me that Ralph would be able to come out and fix the issue. Ralph got to my home at 2:20 and an hour later the job was complete AND cleaned up! Definitely worth a call for your plumbing needs!

I've used the guys at Crowell Plumbing and Heating for years -- first at my house in Westchase, and more recently at my condo in Carrollwood, and I've always been very pleased with their service. Over the years they have helped me to replace old fixtures, fixed an annoying leak in my washing machine, and most recently replaced my hot water heater.

Bobby, one of Crowell's Master Plumbers, helped me by replacing the water heater and the drip pan underneath, and then completely replaced and reconfigured the PVC piping in and out of the water heater to be sure that everything was draining correctly. Very personable guy who took the time to explain what he was doing, and then spent the extra time cleaning up after the repair job to be sure that all the trash was removed and the floor was cleaned.

Crowell offers all of the standard residential, commercial, and new construction plumbing service and repair work as well as 24 x 7 emergency service. Their offices are on Florida Avenue near Cappy's Pizzeria.

Friendly service on a Saturday afternoon. I was thankful for the technician Paul that came out on the weekend and solved my mini crisis. I had to turn off the water until it was fixed, they were quick and provided great service. The office staff was friendly as well, and even checked after to make sure everything was good.

JJ Donaldson of Expert Plumbing Solutions repaired our toilet which kept clogging, flushed our water heater. checked all faucets/toilets for leaks.

UPDATE: They charged me $1700 to do the work in these photos. I have since hired a company to correctly do the job. It was very evident by the three companies that came out  to quote fixing this, said that Triple J Plumbing didn't want to do the difficult job. But yet they charged for it, and didn't even connect the dishwasher as they quoted. If you hire this company, don't be surprised when things don't go well.

Left feeling that I was taken advantage of because James didn't want to do the job (cut a cast iron stack and reroute drain) that he was hired to do. After he was done, my dishwasher sticks out past my brand new countertop, because the pipe sits inside of the dishwasher cabinet area. ***He told my cousin and I that it would be $1700 ADDITIONAL- to do the job (correctly). This is the point I realize I was being taken advantage of.
Son showed up the day he scheduled me for and wasn't capable of doing the work (no big deal). Office called to tell me that James wouldn't be out after all and would be out the next day (again, no big deal). ***Please note...the first visit, I paid $926 to 3 J's Plumbing to have a faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher and reverse osmosis system connected (dishwasher was never connected because of a hose). The new garbage disposal was leaking, and it was determined by James that the drain from the old plumbing was left in its old position, and there was no way it would work unless he were to tear the wall out of the kitchen behind the dishwasher. Well, I agreed because I believed him to be honest and knowledgeable. So he was scheduled to come out, and only his son shows. He cuts the wall out and rearranges the piping under the sink. James can't make it, but office says he can come out the following day. At the end of that day, my dishwasher now sticks out 2 more inches than it should, and I'm an additional $776 (total already spent = $1701), and the job isn't correct. After he was done that day, and I handed his son the check, He proceeded to tell my cousin and I how much it would cost to do the job correctly. $1700 ADDITIONAL to what we've already paid. I don't recommend this company to anyone that is relying on honest, professional integrity in a plumbing company.

After having two other plumbers unsuccessfully attempt repair of leaky copper pipes in my main bathroom, I was extremely frustrated.  The aforementioned plumbers had warned me that I would likely need to repipe the entire house to alleviate my problem. I was in the midst of other renovations and could not budget for a whole house replumbing job.   To make matters worse, one of the other 2 companies had attempted a shoddy repair that did not hold, and even created a leak in another area of the property by air testing the system, and then turned tail and ran after leaving my property in disrepair.  I was at wit's end and very wary when I called Chuck's, but then Chase came out to assess the problem.  He assured me that the repair could be completed in the bathroom and I could avoid re plumbing the entire house right now.  His plumber Cleveland came and completed the repair, and the cost was reasonable. Cleveland was polite and expeditious. The quote included drywall repair and that service was also completed quickly and neatly.  
Huge thanks to Cleveland and Chase.  I will call Chuck's in the future.

We hired AC Therapist a second time. Again Richard was very professional, well informed, and so organized. After the shock of learning we had to get an all new system, he helped us through the process informing us and advising us on the best product to fit our budget. Plus they offered us financing! We did a couple other bids and ACT was the most honest. Call Richard at AC Therapist, he will give you peace of mind.

I called them out for an issue I have with my bathroom sink. I live in a tiny house and the plumber advised me that it was tight in there and I said yes I know. He was there for only two minutes and then stated I have a leaking faucet. I was then told I need to replace it. He then proceeded to call his office about my question : I need to order a facet because local places don't have what I need. He spent 15 minutes on the phone with them and came in and told me that I would be charged for the service call of $89.99  and when they came back out I would be charged that aging plus the faucet repair of anywhere from $160.00 to $250.00 wasn't told an exact figure. So when I got off work I checked the faucet out for two hours. Didn't see the leak or have any wetness. Then my son came over and played around with it and finally after an hour we got the leak to happen but it is when the handle is in a certain position. However, I called the plumbing service back before troubleshooting further and the lady that answered the phone stated that the plumber showed me the leak. I then stated no. She then got him on the phone and they talked and she called me back . Stated that he would be here at 8:00 am . I got up early and he didn't show till 8:35 am. Then he refused to take off his muddy shoes to come in. So I stated that I was fine. Please do not come in just charge me the $89.99 fee. So in short, I caught him in a lie, he is late, and this is another company that can't even give you a quote before working on your stuff without calling in and talking to someone. Plus they will not adhere to your house rules. Like taking off shoes... the plumber said no!!!!  He walked through my dirt yard when I had a clear path to get back to my tiny home. So I have uploaded pictures for you to be the best judge before you consider this company.

It all depends on who you get!  The first plumber didn't fix the problem but it worked for a week.  The second plumber figured out the problem by asking good questions. He was a problem solver. I got a second bill. I called
La Pensee and explained the situation.  They asked what I thought was fair.  I told them I would pay half of the second bill.  Olivia said she would get back to me.  She told me no, the first plumber was good, my bathtub was done wrong and the best they do was reduce the bill by $25.00.
Since I am not willing to take a chance on WHO YOU GET, I will use a different plumber.  Sad because Jimmy Noe, second plumber was excellent.
Another neighbor experienced a similar situation.  First plumber no, second plumber yes.
