Best Plumbing Services in Florida

We needed a extra tall toilet for my husband who has weak legs from a bug bite. Chris picked up the toilet, arrived on time and installed it and cleaned up. The seat and lid were not in the box,  so he had to go back to home depot to get the items to finish the job. Work was excellent and prices reasonably.  Chris is a great guy, just starting his business in June. I am sure he will be very successful.

I hired Luis to move my washer and dryer hookup to another room.  The job involved breaking out an external wall cinder block, moving piping and electricity, re-drywalling where the old hookup was, and moving the washer and dryer.   The work was perfect and he was extremely professional!  He even noticed that the dryer vent might blow debris into my air-conditioner and built out a bent angled exhaust to avoid future problems.

In fact he was so good, that when I purchased a whole house water filtration system a few months later, Luis was my first call for installation.  This time he needed to run new piping outside my house as well as setup valve systems to I could redirect or shutoff flow to change filters, etc.  Again - 5 star work.  Love this guy!

On time and got to work. Leaky valve under kitchen sink at  parents house. Called and Leonard showed up in 15 minutes now that service.

The Guy There Is So Helpful, He Knows Alot About Plumbing But Everything Else Too. He Might Possibly Be The Coolest Guy The Universe. The Place Is Filled With Obsolete Plumbing Repair Parts For Old Style Fixtures, And Newer Style Cartridges That Are Extremely Difficult To Find For Imported Shower Valves. If They Dont Have It In Stock They Can Usually Order It In. They Also Carry Common Plumbing Items And Have A Ridiculous Wealth Of Knowledge. If You Are Looking For Something You Should Have The Part In Hand And Bring Into Them, Or, At The Very Least, Very Good Clear Pictures Of The Parts You Are Looking For Removed From The Fixture. Remember, They Are A Wholesaler And Will Sell You The Parts You Need But Try Not To Waste Their Time As They Are Very Busy.

Everything was good until they sold me a thermostat for 352.00 that is worth maybe 150.00, they didn't showed me if the previous one  was not working, they just installed and gave me the bill.   The technician should show us what was wrong with the previous thermostat and ask us if we were interested on 352.00 dollar thermostat.

Definitely not calling them again!

Talk about price gouging and then they came back and did a terrible job for which they charged again.  Had to get another company  to do the job and they weren't much better and also charged an exorbitant price and had to make them come back and fix damage they did.  Difficult to find a good, honest and fair priced plumbing company.  Not sure any exist.

I have used Advanced Plumming twice and had a great experience each time. The 2nd occasion  I need additional services because there was damage to my home and Wil supplied me with a network of services. It was a great experience and awesome service. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Like to gave them a 5 star, but I feel the price they charged is a little too high for the amount of time, work and parts used. Had them come out on 6/2/23 to repair a small leak on the outside plastic pipe to the house. I could of used shark bite connector to repair it. But I had to work, so I found them online and they had good ratings. Initally, I was quoted $350, but when I said it was a bit too high and the plumber said I could pay $300 cash instead. When asked for a recipt at the end, was told $350. So paid $300 without receipt. The repair was done professionally but I feel the price was a bit too high for about 30 minutes of work. Maybe $250 is reasonable.

Since moving to Lake County, Florida, I have always had problems locating competent, reliable, reasonable craftspeople to help me maintain our home. I spent the better part of my Saturday morning, calling the plumbers I found on Google, trying to to find a plumber to fix my toilet.  Most never even answered their phones, nor did they respond to my message left on their voicemail.

Thank God, I eventually reached Terry, of A Plumber and Associates to answer my desperate call.  Even though he informed me that he would not be able to come that day, he took his time explaining in detail some possible solutions to remedy my situation.  He even allowed me to call him numerous times, discussing and diagnosing the problem, until I was able to solve my problem. Who Does That????

I have never met or had any knowledge of Terry and his company before this incident.  If you are reading this, please know that  his patience, kindness and helpfulness does not go unnoticed. I strongly recommend that if you have a plumbing problem, CALL A PLUMBER & ASSOCIATES FIRST!

They are great. I have had two separate experiences with them. The day I called, they were busy and had to come after hours and did not charge extra. Very reasonable prices and good customer service.

Needed an outside of house hose spigot replaced because of age/leaking. Mark and his team knocked it out quickly and it works great. Thank you.

They came to my business to clean out some floor drains.  They were there a little over one hour and charged me $330.  Rip off!  My doctor is cheaper!

Please do not hire Grace. Grace caused a disaster for us. A while back, we had a leaky sink and called Grace. While Grace acted like she was very capable, she was not able to repair the leaky sink after an entire day on the first day. Grace decided to return 5 days later. Meanwhile we could not use our sink and you can imagine how difficult it can be. By the evening of the second day, Grace finally admitted she was not capable of fixing the leaky sink and needed to have another plumber come to the rescue. At this time, the sink leaked a lot more and in fact water was pouring down. Grace had drilled permanent holes in our counter around the sink that can not be fixed until we replace the entire counter. Grace's plumber friend came over and finally repaired the sink by the midnight on that day. However, the permanent damage that Grace caused to our counter and sink will cost a lot more money to repair. Please do not hire Grace.

Been a couple years since roto rooter came out to fix a bad clog. They had to remove the toilet which cost an additional fee of over $100 and it turns out they didn't bother to replace the wax seal which is very cheap and you're supposed to replace every time the toilet comes off. I guess I'm foolish for trusting that this company sent professionals. They didn't replace the wax seal when they did the initial work or when the supervisor came and removed the toilet a couple days later to inspect the work. Absolutely trash company and trash work. Apparently I've had a slow leak from under my toilet since, until today when I fixed it myself. Avoid this company at all costs.

from the first phone call and getting a price to making sure someone was coming out and the price change of 100 dollars, then to disputing it and agreed the 450.00 first price.   Being told that the leak would be detected and FIXED (for additional cost) was the ONLY reason I still had your service.  After finding the leak and digging to be told NO.  the pipe was too big!!!! having to call another company on a SATURDAY EASTER WEEKEND!!!!  Anthony was very nice and worked hard- that is the ONLY thing this company has as a benefit even being part of BBB???  I question that.  He was leaving and gave me a form..right on the form states the costs up to 450.00!!!! I also had to call the following week for my paid bill.   Next time you try to rip of someone make sure you dont ask for a referral or feedback..  this will hit YELP too!!!  they also asked for a reference and feedback..who would recommend a company that makes their secretary lie for them?
