My next door neighbor had them come out. They had the nerve to use my hose and rinsed there equipment off behind my mobile home! Leaving a pool of sewer water in the grass. So unprofessional, I told them we walk through here in  our bare feet along with our grandchildren and pets. He didn't say nothing to me he turned around and went out to the van. No apology no nothing. I wouldn't recommend these guys for anything! The rating is zero!

If I could give Josh 1000 stars, I most definitely would. I called at 11am & he was able to come the same day by 4 pm. He solved our issue quickly, fixed a few things we didn't know we needed & even helped change our shower head that we didn't know how to fix. Great price for everything as well & was extremely knowledgeable/nice. Will be using in the future & is great since we are new homeowners!!

Arrived quickly and did a good job, it was a bit tricky but he worked until it was solved, price exactly as advertised.  If I am unfortunate enough to have another problem I will call Gary right away.

We've been using Ciccarello and Sons for at least 15 years. My wife's dental office is a customer, my parents have used them, and we use them consistently for everything from installation of water purification systems to simple stoppages. Josef is one of the most honest and diligent workers I've ever encountered. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I called when my hot water heater flooded my garage and I had company in from out of state.  They were at my house in just over an hour after I called them for help.  My tank was old and needed replacement and they had my  new tank insalled in a matter of hours!  It was a quick and worry-free process.  They were very patient and took the time to go over the unit with me to explain how it works.  They even checked back with me the next day to make sure all was well. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend to anyone!

Referred to Jim by a handyman friend. Had a slow leaking toilet that's been bugging us for some time. Called him Wednesday afternoon, he was here promptly at 9 AM Friday morning. Took about an hour replaced the seal and flapper. Nice older gentleman. Reasonable price I thought $125.

Great company, great service! We had a pool heater installed. Highly recommend Cross Creek, Bob and Paula. If only all contractors had such great work and business ethics!! We will definitely use this company for all have and plumbing needs in the future.

I had lost faith in good tradesmen, these guys are old school with new technology.  Extremely fair on price, thorough and honest as the day is long.   Could not recommend more.  These guys understand that code is the floor; and do things the right way!  If you need a plumber that will shoot straight and deliver in a reliable way, these are your people!

My cabinets were badly damaged during the install of new dishwasher. I found this after removing the one I'm returning. They charge insane pricing as well. Stay away .

My house backed up and I called several plumbing companies and those companies could not see us until the following week. We reached CDS and a tech came out Wednesday night. The tech looked at the situation gave us a price of $$$$.$$!! My wife said she needed to talk to me to figure out things. I called them Thursday morning @ 9 am and was told by Justin the owner that someone would be out around 4 pm. Around 4:30 we had to call them and they responded they are still coming out like 6-7pm. No one showed up that night.

The next morning I was told someone would be out around 8-9am. No one showed until 12pm. My pipes were clear at the time of inspection. They used a fancy camera that must of cost $100,000.00 (you will see in the total) no clogs, nothing, in the house or to the city sewer line. They took a pressure washer to the pipes and cleaned them out. The techs were here for 2.1 hours. It cost $400 to remove a toilet are you effing kidding me?!?!

So the total came to $2,678.00 for two hours, oh and plus 3% to use a card (who carries 3 grand in their pockets nowadays). I spoke to the owner and asked hey since I had to wait a full 24 hours can I get a little off. Oh man I wish I could!

So I hope your techs make $400 per hour because I sure in the hell don't.

So please do you research and go with someone else!!!!! Stuart's plumbing is who I would have gone with if they were not booked for the next 6 days.

We have used Antone's plumbing since bought our home in St Petersburg. Brad is great, always comes when he says he will be here. I had an emergency with a houseful of friends and things were fixed quickly and professionally.

Tampa Bay Plumbing saved the day! It was the middle of the week on my way to work when I saw the flood in the garage. I realized it was coming from the water heater. We had it installed through Tampa Bay Plumbing 1 1/2 ago. I called them as soon as I got into work. I spoke with one of the dispatchers and explained that I wouldn't be able to get home till 3 o'clock. It was then after another call that the owner of Tampa Bay plumbing called me back. It seems like in today's society it's so difficult to find a company that will stand behind their business. I was so impressed and taken back with Tampa bay Plumbing ,when the owner Wayne Ritchie, called me back personally to discuss the different possible reasons for the water.  He then personally offered to come and look at the situation. I was at a loss for words, a owner putting the customers first. I was able to take the time off work and meet Wayne at the house. He did this at no cost to me. After carefully checking all the pipes and lines, he put mind my mind at ease and explained it was the water heater needed an expansion valve. Over the next few days a serviceman named  was sent to the house to complete installation, He was so polite and helpful and spent his time helping with the installation, both carefully and quickly. Both men from Tampa bay Plumbing treated me with respect and kindness . It's amazing that companies and that are willing to treat customers like family and make sure they meet their customers needs. My family and I are loyal customers and will continue to be . I will also share my story of the kindness and dedication of the company.

I cannot begin to explain the lack of professionalism, integrity, and  knowledge of the professionals, or lack there of at Apollo Plumbing. I will need to spend thousands of dollars to repair the work they did, and after calling them to see if they would help with fixing the repairs, they said it was outside the warranty. It's unfortunate because it was never done correctly in the first place... Do yourself a favor and do it yourself because Helen Keller could do a better job than these jokers.

This entire situation is beyond frustrating. There was no name calling other than a derogatory four letter word when your employee cut me off multiple times as I tried to explain to him that I dug up and exposed the new drain line and then placed a level on it, only to find out that the plumbing was pitched the complete opposite way.
I understand mistakes happen,  but the most irritating part of the this whole situation is the lack of accountability and professionalism. An issue of this magnitude did not warrant a text message from one of the owner's employees stating that the owner would not be contacting me.
Lastly, the fiasco that I dealt with when this job was initially completed consisted of five days to complete the project (when it only warranted 2-3, at most), and the owner blaming me for the job being under bid, which offset all of the issues and incompetence of this employees.
Apollo was given the opportunity to rectify the situation, but chose not to.

Horrible, setup a tuneup/inspection 3 weeks ago was given a date 3/19 from 12-4pm.

Was called at 3pm and told on thier way, will be there before 4pm. At 4:30 no SHOW! Called and canceled and was given a Mailbox which was FULL!!
