HISTORY
Established in 2019.
After receiving my plumbing contractors license, we are truly grateful to say we are a successful family ran business. With over 20 years of experience, where I started my journey back home in Arkansas. I moved to Florida in the year 2000 to continue my education. In 2017 my wife and I sat down to discuss our next step in life as we wanted to build a company that would allow more time for us as a family and build on a legacy so our children could one day work with us as well.

Very unprofessional and do not communicate once hired.
Holland plumbing came out to look at capping off a shower and adding as shower to a tub. I agreed to the price for my project, I signed the contract, and scheduled the work. I asked them to fill out paperwork for approval for our condo board association, a standard practice for most condo associations.
I called repeatedly and emailed several times, but no one answered or returned my calls. When my condo manager called them, her call was taken immediately. When she told them who she was, she was informed that her boss was thinking of passing on my project due to all the complications. The manager asked if they do work in residential condos, she replied yes. The manager informed them that our condo paperwork is pretty standard, proof of insurance and agree to work in the hours of 9-5.
NO ONE from Holland plumbing contacted me to inform me that they were not going to do the job I hired them to do.
My plumbing job was pretty simple and basic. Why did they pass on my project? Do they not have insurance? Do they not guarantee their work?
I had tile, cabinets and a contractor ready to go. I was left high and dry.
They completely didn't show up. I was willing to give another chance after the first no call/no show and they didn't show up again. You can't make this up. The owner Rickey blames it on the tech, and the tech blames it on the scheduling. Communication isn't their strong suit and it may have saved me in the long run. Steer clear.
Because of a scheduling mistake on my part, I wasn't able to use Holland Plumbing. But based on the help and input that I got from Ricky, they will be my plumber in the future. They responded very quickly to my Yelp request, and even gave me the number to contact the service expert directly. Ricky talked me through a few things to narrow down the problem. He was very respectful of someone who doesn't know crap about plumbing (pun intended), and they were willing to extend their day to help me out if I had needed it. This is the kind of company that makes problems like these somewhat bearable! Thank you!
If you are in a time crunch DO NOT hire Holland Plumbing. The owner said he would be here on Friday, two employees showed up on Thursday. I had a 1 PM appointment which I missed, the employees left at 1:05 said they might be back on Friday. Monday was a holiday. Tuesday the owner showed up, said he would be here the following Monday at 8 AM. That Monday it was raining. I told myself they weren't coming. Around 10 AM the two employees showed up and about 4 1/2 hours later I finally had water.
A few days later I had a broken water pipe, there was an argument over who was at fault. Holland Plumbing said they would fix the pipe. As before they have not called and have not shown up. I called another plumber who showed up when he said he would and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes.
When they worked, Holland Plumbing did a great job, they need better management skills.

Holland plumbing is exactly what I expected from a company: honesty, courtesy, and fair and professional. I reached out to several plumbers and made my decision to choose Holland Plumbing. Dustin personally came out looked at everything and explained the process and gave me a quote. When everything was scheduled, communication was spot on, courtesy was spot on and my leak fixed. Randy showed me the source of the leak and explained everything and repaired. The quote was 100% accurate and I will refer Holland Plumbing to my family and friends. Honestly this is the way a business should be run.
Horrible experience with Holland Plumbing on repair work on a leak in our master bath tub area. Joey was two hours late on day one. There was a leak in two locations - a pipe and a valve. After two hours of labor the leak was fixed, the valve was still dripping and we were hit with a bill of $1050. After calling both Joey and his boss, Ricky, we told them the job was not completed and Joey said he could come out again to fix it for another minimum $900 service call. Ridiculous! We finally got them to agree that they had not completed the job on the first visit and they agreed to come out Monday morning to repair at no cost. Joey was a no show on Monday - no call, no return call to our messages. We contacted Ricky - who assured us he would call that night by 7pm to let us know the reschedule date. No call. We called again Tuesday morning and finally learned Joey was on his way. He worked silently and left without telling us the job was completed. Do NOT hire this company. No communication. Late to the job. Unprofessional surly service. Overpriced. Very poor attitude and uncompleted work. If we could rank them at zero stars, we would!

We needed a leak in the wall fixed. Jay was on time and professional. He quoted me $895.00 to repair the leak. I asked him how long it would take him. He said, could take me up to 5 hours I have to dig out cement, find a clean piece of pipe and recement around the pipe. He finished in 1 1/2 hours. He still charged me $895. I asked him about the charge he told me to call his boss and he would write up what he did and let the boss figure out a fair price. I emailed once and called 3 times was told they would call back. They never did. (I was told covid was going through the shop to give them some time, I did) I was setting this repair up from out of town. It was only by chance I knew he left in 1 1/2. I feel I was taken advantage of because I was not there. BEWARE OF PRICE GOUGING!!!
