Called with a question about a hybrid hot water heater install and got excellent advice from Harvey himself. Saved me $500 and it was obvious that I was dealing with an honest man. I'll be using Harvey Baker Plumbing whenever possible from here on out. Thank you!

I have been meaning to post a review for the Millenia as they are a high service type business and genuinely care about their customers. Our builder selected Millenia to supply all of the sinks, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment for our home. Dennis at Millenia is outstanding to work with and he went out of his way to assist us even after the 1 year warranty period was over.

Reasonable prices and a very nice person.  He immediately came and gave us a quote. I highly recommend.

this was to replace a spigot where it was leaking from the pipe (copper)

so at the last minute, i am being told that the repair is urgent, and that it should have been fixed yesterday

so, i initially called dunstan and they said they would schedule me for tomorrow, but then i had to call back and ask them to schedule me for today

i got a call back from the manager saying that they would be able to accommodate me, and they would call me when they had a truck in the vicinity.  so i got a call right back, and by the time i got to the site, they were already there working on it

i asked his name, and he said his name was 'amazing plumber'.  so i took a photo of his work and posted it here on the company's page

my associates had initially made a call on sunday to Prime Plumbing, and had them come out, and they couldn't fix it, gave us an $89 service call fee, and an estimate for $385 if there were no complications.  prime plumbing didn't give us a written copy of the estimate

well, if you work, you know there are always complications.  except for amazing plumber, who finished the job in under an hour.  our bill came to $145 total

all i can say is 'thank you yelp' for helping me make an informed decision.  absolutely the best decision i made today.  my associate thinks i'm a hero, but really, amazing plumber is the hero, and so is the company he works for.   thank you dunstan !

We would like to extend our deepest thanks to WeatherTite for excellent customer service and backing up their customer guarantee!  We love our new windows but we were still having leak issues that we hoped would be fixed with these new windows.  Weather Tite and their company partner American Leak Detection helped us identify and fix the leaks on the back side of our home!
We truly appreciated Steven (from American Leak Detection) and Jeff (from Weather Tite) coming to our home  to evaluate the leak issues we continued to have after our window install.
As per Steven's recommendation, we painted the areas with elastomeric paint and have had NO leaks to date!
To say we were ecstatic would be an understatement!
We also greatly appreciated Steven's willingness to waive his traditional fee for his visit.
We are thankful to Weather Tite for standing by their service promises and to American Leak Detection for helping solve our leak issue when no one else could!

I had water on my garage floor and a piece of drywall by my hot water heater was wet. I called Carlos for the first time and he was here an hour later. He found the problem and fixed right off. VERY reasonably priced and he guarantees his work. He has a new customer here.

My gas water heater stopped working and they came out and replaced it.  They were very nice to deal with and they did an excellent job.  I would definitely use them again!

They were supposed to get back to me about whether they could put in a new gas stack on my roof and they never called even after I texted a picture to a Kevin

Called on Friday for a plumbing situation (non emergency) the gentleman was very professional on the phone, explained they were booked for the day and next appointment will be Monday. I agreed, he said someone was going to stop by between 8-10, sure enough I got my call early Monday morning to confirm the visit, the person arrived in a timely manner, again very professional, fixed what had to be fixed all in less than an hour, perfect timing as I had a work call scheduled for 10:00. I do recommend this company

My pipe broke down and we had a fload in the house. Absolute best plumbing responded immediately and fix my issue. The price was very reasonable and the service was clean and fast.

Initial sales and installation of a water heater with AirTap heat exchanger attachment were fine. When the system failed 5 months later under warranty, they sent someone to look at it. We then spent the next two weeks without hot water while they tried to track down parts. The communication during this time was spotty to nonexistent, then turned combative, eventually resulting in them refusing to service the under warranty part because it was not purchased from them, even though the manufacturer had offered to pay for the labor. If they had explained to us earlier that we needed to take it up with the manufacturer, we could have avoided much of the difficulty. The office staff ranged from incompetent to downright surly, completely unwilling to help us restore our hot water during the coldest winter in several years.

Their complete lack of customer service and desire to help us in any way was astounding. Eventually I spoke to the owner of the company who refused any responsibility at all.

The manufacturer of the Air Tap enlisted the service of Jeff Leonard Plumbing who was at our house the same day to restore our hot water temporarily, then two days later to replace the Air Tap unit. Their service was incredible especially considering that they had nothing to do with the initial installation.  4H Plumbing was no help at all in our time of need, and we will never enlist their services again.

Hard Service one look at ac. Tech was on time but could not get valve open to check level of refrigerant. Charged 99 dollars for service call and left.
Service one sent second tech next day with control board, told me this should fix it. Then tech stated that the freon was low and added 4 pounds of A410 refrigerant for 115 per pound ok. I asked if it was the board or the low refrigerant and tech said it was both. Then charged me about 300 for the board with a 50-dollar board return. I asked tech if I could keep board and he said it would be 750 dollars.  But only gave me 50 for return. Looked board up on line 179.00 What?  Ok you win.   When I got the bill there was a charge for leak detection 100 and some dollars. Ok, but then the tech said if refrigerant leaks out again you will have to replace the coils in the air handler.  Well, if there is a leak and I paid to locate it should we not fix it now, so I don't have to refill the freon again. What do I know, right.
Called that day to get answers and was told that the owner would get back to me on Monday, never received call back.  Left two massages no return call.
If you like poor customer service, I would, call Service one for you air conditioning service.  I will never use them again.
Tech attitude became very combative when asked about control board and the need to replace it.
Some calls to Service one's office were done by my wife for me because of my work hours.

THEY RIP YOU OFF!  Do not let them anywhere near your house.  We called a service to request a plumber, this company was selected from the dispatch company.  REFUSE SERVICE because they will take your money and never fix your house!!!!  Worst company to deal with!!!
