We needed a licensed professional to remove and install a water filtration system.  Joseph came out and did the  work.  His attitude was great Joseph's work was to highest professional standards.  The price was reasonable, too.

I had a potentially warrantable problem with a leaking pipe. The company that supplies the ingredients for the CPVC pipe manufacturers gave me 2 licensed plumbing companies in Orlando.
I'm sure glad I chose Belzer Plumbing to help me out. Every step was a breeze communicating with this company. Rosin called me back promptly, and I was able to speak with the Service Manager (Ray Belzer) directly due to the complex nature of the problem I had.
My appointment was less than 48 hours later.
I was hopeful for a good technician to do the job. I didn't get a good one, I got an outstanding one. Rob Singer was/is on point with his expertise in the industry. After a brief discussion, he evaluated my problem, recommended the remedy, and after waiting for the piping adhesive to cure on the pipe joints, counselled me on the existing CPVC in my house.

DeWitt Plumbing had great reviews, so I decided to call when I saw that my water heater was leaking on a Thursday afternoon. Sean missed my call but called me back within a minute. That was amazing to me, because so many businesses such as this either don't answer the phone or never call back. Sean would have come the same day, but first thing next morning was ok with me. Sean arrived on time and replaced the water heater, as well as a shower cartridge and bathroom faucet that was a problem. It's evident that Sean is very knowledgeable and efficient, and the pricing is reasonable as well. I could not be happier with the service I received. Highly recommend this business.

John came out and quickly repaired a pin hole leak we had jyst where the main water supply comes into our house.  Here was super polite and finished the job efficiently and the end result is very neat and clean.

Robert is by the worst plumbing contractor and person I have ever met and dealt with. He installed a shower haphazardly and I had two leaks as a result. He then disappeared for nine days and I was forced to hire someone else. I have filed a complaint with the state against his license and I would advise anyone to look for another company and to save themselves the headache of working with someone this unprofessional and quite frankly, despicable.

I called in Saturday evening with an emergency septic issue. The woman on the phone scheduled an appointment between 2-5 pm the next day. They never showed. I called and Amber said she called multiple times. I verified my number- they had it wrong. I then stress my immediate need if services. She called the tech. Billy called me and said they could maybe get a tech out - but the cost would increase. I reminded him that this was their companies error and they should cover that difference. He said that he didn't disagree but that's not how it works. Once I got my point across- he said he see what he could do and would call me back. At 6:30 pm, Billy said he'd be out in about an hour. After an hour and a half - I texted and called with no answer. I called the office. Amber said she couldn't get a hold of him either. Now I have to pay for a hotel for a night and still have my problem waiting for me tomorrow. But I actually work at my job- so what can I do ? I told Amber that they all deserve to literally deal with crap everyday and I truly meant it.

I contacted Pipe it Right Plumbing on Tuesday evening and they were available to come Wednesday morning. My toilet downstairs had been burping bubbles for a week and on Tuesday, the toilet started overflowing and spitting up what looked like dirt and sand. I tried using  a plunger to no avail, and finally the toilets upstairs began having issues. Dean from Pipe it Right came me a call letting me know he was thirty minutes away. Dean immediately got to work and found the culprit: a clogged sewer line. He showed me where roots were entering my sewer and promptly removed them. He let me know what steps to take to make sure it does not get clogged again, and what I needed to tell my townhome's HOA to see what they would cover. He even took photos with my digital camera to make sure I had photo evidence of the community's negligence while repairing the pipe in the past. To top it off, he gave me a fair price. I would highly recommend Pipe it Right to anyone looking for an honest plumber to take care of their plumbing needs!

Mr. Smith not only did not complete the construction job for which he was contracted on my house, he signed a document that he would complete the job or give up all profit on the job if he did not finish the job. He was given an advance payment of $5000 based on this assurance to cover his shortfall in materials to complete the job.  He subsequently walked off the job and attempted to file a false lien on the job, which caused me significant issues in refinancing, but was cleared because it was untrue. He then changed the name of his business in an attempt to avoid the ramifications of his unprofessional actions. He did not respond as required to filing debt claims during the closing of his business. Although he may no longer be on Angie's list, we originally got his name from that service and no longer use it because of Mr. Smith's poor and unprofessional performance.  As part of the bathroom modification an expensive controller under his control and accountability went missing.  I determined later that he incorrectly powered the controller via extension cords. To this day, I don't know whether he damaged it by this action and then tossed it to cover his actions or whether he took other actions with it to disrupt my ability to complete the job. I do know that I had to go through great difficulty and expense to obtain another controller and finish the job. Mr. Smith also returned expensive marble slab I already paid for and kept the proceeds which were not his. On at least one occasion he launched his boat on the private lake behind our house without permission and fished with a friend when he was billing us for work on the house.  He did this at a time in which he was significantly behind schedule on the job.  The end date had to be extended several times because of his poor performance, almost causing me to lose the bank financing. I recommend anyone considering the use of this or any contractor check the FL DBPR records prior to signing any contract. I believe this job was above his ability and instead of doing the right thing by the customer and seeking help from the OEM, he chose to give the appearance of completing large proportion of the easy work and abandoning the most critical and valuable work.  This caused us great harm and expense. We completed the work with some of the same sub-contractors he used, even though he attempted to turn them away from the work. I will never use Total Plumbing and Construction I, II, or any other number he chooses to file his next business under.  Ask yourself why he would close a business and open an identical business with a similar name?

You call, leave a voicemail, he won't call back. This guy was contracted by my home builder to do the plumbing in our new home, and we've had three issues in the 2.5 years we've lived here. Of the three times, he called us back ONCE to tell us he couldn't do anything. The other two times, he didn't bother to call back at all.

Awesome work ethic, dude.

This is one of the places that doesn't follow thru and refuses to make things right when they make a mistake. Their final word was find another plumber. That's excellent service and what keeps you in business. Way to go Hunter! You're killing your dad's excellent name.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO FIX YOUR A/C SYSTEM. Technician came out for minor repair to end up making things worse. Decided to start fixing system without consulting me first with how much the repair would be. What company does this??? Now company not taking the blame for any of it's mistakes. Service manager has the worst customer service skills and makes one more upset at every step. Don't make this expensive mistake. Take your business elsewhere. Don't say I didn't tell you so!!!

I had a plumbing emergency and called this company and got an appointment later in the day (between 3-6pm). I called later that day to confirm they were coming out, as we really needed help, and was assured they were coming out.  As time past I called again to see where they were and got their answering machine stating they were no longer around.  I spent all day waiting for them and they never showed and never returned my calls, even the next day after I left a very detailed message for them.  I will never call them again, very unprofessional
