Had Best Plumbing come out to repair faucet on a bath tub. The tech looked at the problem and told me that he might have to open the wall to replace the faucet if he could not repair it. Fortunately, he was able to correct the problem without opening the wall -- but I was impressed that he told me up front the situation. Was prompt, courteous and the price was right at what was estimated (and hour service call and the parts). Highly recommended.

Best Plumbing??  MORE LIKE WORST PLUMBING AND DISHONESTY!

Now that I have a chance to set the record straight it is time to do so. The plumber screwed up so it took him an extra 30 minutes to fish out the washer out of the kitchen faucet.  I got billed for that screw up.

I called them the next day since they had already closed. When I explained the situation they did not resolve it.  They ignored me.  
To make matters worse I was billed for an EXTRA HOUR even though the plumber's took an extra 30 minutes!
Since the plumber screwed up I should not have paid for it but they charged me AN EXTRA HOUR!

I will not use them again.  DO NOT USE THEM if you want the same experience I got!
My advice is for anyone who does not heed my warning is to NOT PAY a cent till you the home owner are comfortable with paying what is on there.  If not, do not PAY ONE RED cent till the bill is redone and a lower price is set!

They are great. Very reliable and you can trust they will do a good job. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because we had to call them back and stay on top of them to make sure they were coming out. They are so busy right now, we just had to make sure we didn't fall through the cracks. The service and people are great though!

I've used Best Plumbing many times over the years. Remodeling, emergencies and clogs. Always fair and honest. Professional and quick. They are the only plumbing company I'll ever use for all my plumbing and remodeling needs. I can't say enough about how great this company is.

Best plumbing removed an old kitchen faucet and installed a new one. Removing the old one was difficult, but plumber, Brandon, persevered and succeeded. We are  very pleased with his competence and friendly demeanor. We would certainly call Best for any future plumbing task.

When our builder did not build our shower to code, Tom @ Best really helped us out.  On time, professional and really knowledgable.

I hired them to fix a shower issue which they fixed and also looked at my water filter which had a broken top. I was specific about needing to have the top replaced that I would supply -- plus a bypass valve. That should have all been done on the second trip. Instead, the plumber spent the time disassembling the unit and reassembling it. Then he told me he had neither the time or materials to do the job I had requested -- the bypass. He indicated it would take another 3 hours and probably a couple hundred dollars but he would have the company give a quote.  If that was the circumstance he should have known that on trip #1 and been prepared to undertake the work on trip #2. The quote ended up being huge -- several hundred dollars and the billing was not fair because I didn't get the work done I requested.  After a few weeks the work they did started leaking. I was able to find a company to fix what they messed up and add the bypass I originally wanted and the entire bill was $255. I wish I had used First Quality Plumbing in Orange City at fist and I'd have saved hundreds!

Called around and finally went with this place since it was near-by with good ratings. I called and spoke to Heather, who was very helpful in providing all the info I needed as well as setting up my appt for the next day which was great. The tech Nick came in the time-frame as they stated and got on the job. He was a nice guy who gave me instructions on what he was doing as well as other helpful plumbing advice for the future. He repaired the shower head within minutes; installed the new parts and was on his way in less than 30min. Outstanding customer service. We will def call in the future if in need of plumbing work as well as recommend others.

Evan was absolutely amazing, he came out to a property that I just purchased in the UCF area of Orlando and fixed some challenges that I was having in my primary and guest bathrooms.  Remounted faucets and fixed several drains.  I was charged an hourly rate but he was quick and efficient.  Wasted no time taking care of my problems and was fair with the material pricing.  Plenty of plumbers in the area will charge a ridiculous amount for an hourly rate and materials.  For my money this was fair and reasonable.  I would strongly recommend.

Quick, courteous and knowledgeable. One of our pipes cracked due to sun exposure, we tried to patch it for a temporary solution but rapidly became worse ... We called after seeing some of the reviews, and wanted to get a local business. In less than 20 minutes after the call they showed up. Father and son I believe, what a nice team! I was charged for the hour -which is their minimum, and now everything is working correctly. I think it was all fixed in lest than 20 minutes, no time wasting. Will definitely recommend and call again if I'm in need of a plumber or remodel. Thanks !

I used to recommend this plumber but unfortunately, I cannot anymore.  After living here 24 years they have really let me down.  Came into my home in January to replace my kitchen faucet.  Left me with no water supply line to my dishwasher.  When I noticed my dishwasher no longer was working I called them to inquire if something they had done might have been the problem.  I was assured it wasn't the case so I called a repair person to come and fix my dishwasher.  Went without this appliance for over a week (with company in my home - huge inconvience) and took off from work to wait for dishwasher repair.  Only for him to discover my water had been shut off to the dishwasher!  No problem with the machine it was caused by someone working under my sink!!!  Had they ONLY come back the next day to take a peek and see.  After spending $230 for the sink faucet installation I was given a $65 credit back.  NOT at all acceptable --- I wrote a letter and never head back from the owners.  Very disappointed ... the technicians were very nice but people need to own up to THEIR mistakes and for a plumber I have ALWAYS used to be treated in this manor is unacceptable.  I can no longer recommend this company.

The most unethical company I have ever dealt with. Completely flooded my house and made me contact my own insurance company. The individual even admitted to creating the flood, charged me $150 for ruining my bathroom and downstairs and then tried to capitalize on the money the insurance paid by coming back to do the plumbing!   That doesn't include all the hassle I had with these inept fools to fix the faucet in the first place but trust me it's just as bad as what they finally did. From a dripping faucet to $7000 in repairs. And yes, they still refused to refund the $150 for the work they did to flood the house.

I found a leak under the kitchen sink 2 days before Christmas. Kenny was here at 7 pm that night. He didn't have the part, but stopped the leaking and told me what was needed. I ordered the part and as soon as I called, they immediately scheduled him to replace it. I've always been happy with their service.

Just wanted to write an update about these guys. I keep having a great experience with them. My water heater recently stopped working and I was dreading having to pay an expensive repair bill during the holidays. They were fast and efficient at troubleshooting and replacing the faulty part. The total bill was much less than what I was expecting to pay. They continue to do honest work for a fair price and I can't recommend them enough.

We have been using them for years for all sorts of jobs from leak detection to faucet installs to stubborn toilet clogs.  They are  prompt, polite,  knowledgeable, reliable, and, most importantly, honest.  They will do Sunday and evening calls for true emergencies without up-charging.  We called Roto Rooter once instead of Best Plumbing, were provided a ridiculously expensive quote for a simple job along with a measly 7 day warranty, and ended up sending that tech away without using him.  We called Best Plumbing for the same job mid-afternoon, and they came out that evening, charging us two-thirds of the price Roto Rooter wanted.  Will always stick to Best Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Grossly over charged for a simple drain clearing. $422 for 1.5 hours work clearing a clogged drain line upstairs. We are lifelong residents and business owners in the area.  Our community doesn't need this type of business. Clearly took advantage of my wife. Don't use these guys!

Great service and company! They responded to me very quickly and were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend them!

When I called them up they said they would be out within 2 hrs. The called me up 30 minutes later and said the guy was on his way. He came out used his pluming snake and was done in like 30 minutes. Then he hands me a bill for $225. The lady on the phone told me it was $100 to come out and the $45 an hour after that. He said they had a flat rate of $225. Nobody told me that and that is crazy. I would never have used them. Get all costs up front with these guys.

These guys were awesome! Prompt, courteous and they did a hell of a job fixing my plumbing when I was in a bind. Prices were more than reasonable too! Would definitely recommend these guys.

Best Plumbing was recommended by a neighbor and I was duly impressed by their prompt response, rapid repaIr, and affordability.  Brandon was a very sweet & professional young man. I definitely will recommend them and will use them again as needed.

Called in the morning, plumber was there in the afternoon to remove a rusted out sink faucet and install it's replacement.   A challenging removal that I as semiskilled homeowner didn't feel comfortable doing myself.  Good call - the right person, with the right tools, the right parts, and the right skills got it done right the first time.  It would have taken me multiple trips to the hardware store to get what was needed to do this job.  Thanks!!

I had a small master bathroom remodeled from floor to ceiling a total gut job, they had to redo shower so it would drain properly,  no short cuts taken, these guys were great! On time. Responsive, clean ! I'm hoping to use them again soon for my other bathroom, quality work at a good price. I couldn't be happier

Absolutely great service.  Was able to schedule an appointment the morning I called.  Scheduler is very pleasant.  Nick came toward the beginning of the 2 hour window.  Very polite, explained everything, fixed the immediate problem and also corrected the shoddy work done by a previous plumber.  So impressed I have already scheduled another repair with them.

I had issues in the plumbing at the far end of our house between the toilet and the shower. They were able to come out same day. The tech tried many ways to clear the issue and finally had to remove the toilet. He kept explaining all he was doing, which I appreciated. After an hour and a half, all was clear and he was on his way. It was a little more money than I expected, $350, but we are all clear now with no damage to my new floors.

We recently hired Best Plumbing to re-route plumbing and install fixtures for a bathroom and kitchen renovation and couldn't be happier with their services. The office and owner were very knowledgeable and communicative with us through the whole experience. The working crews were very quick, clean, professional, and respectful to us and our property as we were living through the renovations. We certainly recommend Best Plumbing for renovation projects.

Today was the second time I have used Best Plumbing.  Called on a Sunday and received a return call from Craig within 15 mins.  Since I was waiting until Monday to have the work done (for cost purposes), they said they would call me Monday to schedule.  Pretty much first thing this morning I received a call from Bonnie.  They showed up exactly when they were supposed to, addressed and resolved the issues fairly quickly, were very pleasant and professional, and once again were less expensive than I expected.  Anyone that has hired plumbers know that this does not happen very often.  These are definitely the guys I will continue to call for my plumbing issues.

Had a great experience. My call was answered promptly I explained my small job to replace hose bib on outside of the house. Was asked if following week would be ok to which I replied I really need job done ASAP. Held for less than a minute and told tech would be here later this afternoon. He showed up promptly and did excellent work even adding a part to help seal exterior of home. Charges were very fair. I would definitely use them again and recommend.

Have been using Best for a number of years now, so they were my first choice for replacing an old pedestal sink, that had not been installed correctly some years ago. The guys came out as scheduled and were committed to doing the job correctly and professionally, and not just rushing to get it done. Turned out a small section of wall had to be cut out in order to have a proper backing support for the sink. Fully explained, and followed up to do an excellent job. Fair price and excellent work.

We just bought a house and, of course, the first thing that happened was that BOTH of our toilets broke and we had a leak in the bathroom.

My husband actually searched for the most affordable plumbers and found these guys.

They were super helpful and VERY affordable.

They are great. I have had two separate experiences with them. The day I called, they were busy and had to come after hours and did not charge extra. Very reasonable prices and good customer service.
