OMG you need to no longer look anywhere for a good sewer person. This man is so nice came when he said he would on a last minute call. Also had a solution to fix the pipe and put it underground for me because of the location the city put in my kids kept running over it and breaking the pipe.

The lead shift personnel moves could use the help form to a little low lady regarding a headlight. Her car was towed to Econo Auto painting on OBT. They apparently were not capable of hooking the wires to bulb --Anyway your personnel were most gracious and helping helping send her in the right direction

called ms bev here and she immediately got me in touch with brian cuttings to work on my pump and bladder tank for my well.  both took awesome care of me.  bev as usual is a blessing to know and of course her plumbing skill is top notch.  recommend her to anyone for any plumbing needs   -  way to go joshephine's plumbing.  thank you again.

In the midst of COVID 19 it was so wonderful for the plumber to arrive this morning at my house wearing a mask and covers on his shoes. With a husband who suffers from heart failure this was assuring to me.

JET plumbing replaced my bathroom after a slab leak as well as replaced my septic drain field. Their service is always fast and they explain everything to you. I highly recommend the service.

My biggest problem was getting someone here. The dispatch kept telling me that all the jobs prior to mine were taking longer than expected. I started calling about 7PM. I was told someone would be here between 8 & 10 PM. I then received a call stating that is would be later. Finally at 1:30AM I received a call asking if I wanted to continue to wait or schedule in the morning. I said in the morning was good. he said someone would be here between 8 & 10AM. No one showed. I called at 11AM and was told that my appointment was scheduled for Friday Am between 8 & 10 AM. This was Sunday! I asked her if that made sense to her. Why would I call for sewer back up in my tub and wait for 5 more days to get it fixed? Also toilet would not flush. She then told me that someone would be here within the hour. No one showed! I called at 2PM and was told that things were really backed up but someone would come that day and fix the problem. The gentleman that came seemed to know what he was doing, I also had him install a new toilet for me. I asked him if he had been extremely busy and he said it had been a light day and they weren't that busy. I was shocked but kept silent. The only thing that I was not to happy about with his work is that he did clean up very good before he left. Other than that as far as workmanship was good.

Horrible service. They want to steal your money. I do not recommend this company. Bad customer service. Eric the manager was very rude. Stay away!!!!!

Used this company to rewire our house, and install an 30amp RV outlet and 220 to the spa. Did a great job and was reasonable.

Called them back for an estimate ($75.00 fee) to install a 110 outlet 10 feet to the garage door to plug in our hybrid vehicle charger. Quoted with parts and labor $2150.00 + tax. For crying out loud, it was to add an outlet 10 feet, some romex, contractor-quality outlet and box with conduit.

No thanks! $75.00 down the drain.!
