A Plumber & Associates

Since moving to Lake County, Florida, I have always had problems locating competent, reliable, reasonable craftspeople to help me maintain our home. I spent the better part of my Saturday morning, calling the plumbers I found on Google, trying to to find a plumber to fix my toilet.  Most never even answered their phones, nor did they respond to my message left on their voicemail.

Thank God, I eventually reached Terry, of A Plumber and Associates to answer my desperate call.  Even though he informed me that he would not be able to come that day, he took his time explaining in detail some possible solutions to remedy my situation.  He even allowed me to call him numerous times, discussing and diagnosing the problem, until I was able to solve my problem. Who Does That????

I have never met or had any knowledge of Terry and his company before this incident.  If you are reading this, please know that  his patience, kindness and helpfulness does not go unnoticed. I strongly recommend that if you have a plumbing problem, CALL A PLUMBER & ASSOCIATES FIRST!

Absolutely the best. Great rates and quality work. If I have any plumbing needs in the future, I will definitely use him again. Highly recommend.

Steven Warner is a really good plumber and he's always doing his job right he's respectful and caring for the work he does he's never disrespectful to any of his customers or his boss he's always there when you need a plumber I would say A plumber is the place to call prices are responsible and they know what there doing and you can always count on A plumber to get the job dun now matter how crappy the job is

Service performed was faulty just a week after, and they didn't stand by their work, and walked away. There are no guarantees with this contractor. See pictures attached for own judgement
