Worst experience I've had in Tampa. Do not use this company. Thought we had a leak, called them to detect it.. they found nothing after 35mins and still charged us the $350 flat rate (which was not stated in the first place). So we are basically where we were yesterday not knowing why the floor boards are buckling but donated 350$ to a company for shooting an expensive leak gun at my wall. Going to report to better business bureau.

Metro-Dade Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever hired. They responded to me very quickly and came out very fast to help us with our plumbing needs. We had them install some bathroom fixtures and fix a small leak that we had. Joe and his son were so great to work with.

Very efficient, friendly and great work! If you need plumbing done and done right these are the guys to call.

Amy's Plumbing responded on a Saturday morning within 5 minutes of my message and had Derrick at my house in less than an hour. (I contacted four plumbers, learning that two were closed on weekends (??), and another was not available till Monday.)

Amy quoted a flat rate ahead of time, very reasonable, to snake the main plumbing vent from my roof to alleviate an overflowing shower drain in one bathroom. Derrick had the problem fixed and even brought in his shop vac to dry up the water from the bathroom floor, because he heard me say my son had used all my clean towels and I was trying to get to Miami to see my daughter while she was in town for the day. When I thanked him for that, he said he didn't want me stuck at home doing laundry!

Unfortunately, on Sunday night, another bathroom had a similar problem, likely related. Amy sent Derrick and Xavier back out, again in less than an hour, had that fixed right away, and cleaned up after the job. When I asked how much I owed them, they said no charge because it was a call back.

I have rarely had such great, prompt and courteous service, and especially here in Fort Lauderdale. Thank you, Team Amy!

Awesome company! We had a last minute emergency repair, one of our handyman couldn't finish the job. ADR was fast, on time, and great on price, we will use again!

Swift response after contacting them, they came to replace my garbage disposal the next day. The service was fairly priced, well done, and quickly executed.

Couldn't be happier, would return again for another further service around the house.

This company did a great job on short notice clearing a clogged sewer line that was making toilets and bathtub unusable.     Building is an old Victorian in San Francisco so i was alittle nervous about a plumber from Petaluma but great job for a good price cheaper than what the San Francisco plumbers quoted.

They pointed out some deferred maintenance issues that I may have them come back to work on but were honest about it not needing to be done right away.

After a few failed attempts by professional plumbers to fix our leaking kitchen faucet, my husband decides to take matter into his own hands.  We came to this place, and after discussing the issue, was given some parts and DIY tips.  Needless to say, problem solved.  Awesome, friendly service.

MAJOR RIP OFF IN TRAVEL CHARGES!!

I have used Bay Plumbing for several years and have always had great service from the plumbers they send.
Yesterday I called them to snake my kitchen drain, they sent a plumber out, first call, who successfully cleared the drain and handed me a bill for just under $400.
My issue is that $120 of that charge was for 'travel charges'. It cost me $120 before the plumber even knocked on my door. Bay Plumbing is 6 miles away, I paid $20 per mile for a plumber to drive to my home.
When I called the office to inquire about such a large travel charge, I was told 'we charge for travel time and that's what it costs'.

STAY AWAY

I called Service Experts to make an appointment to get my air ducts cleaned. They said they could come out, same day, for an estimate.  I said I'd be home all day. They said they will send someone out now. 4 hours later, I called to get an ETA. We don't give appointment times. OK, but it was  now 4:30pm and I wanted to know if he would be here before 6pm? The tech is finishing up with a customer. You are his next call. He will be there soon. So, 7:30pm, 3 more hours, I called again. You are next... They said again.  I explained I was already told that 3 hours prior... I was put on hold. I hung up after 5 min of waiting and, not to mention, waiting all day.
They had my name, address and phone. They never called, never showed. Terrible customer service.
Next day, I called them and was spoken to very condescending by Karen.  I tried three times to tell her what happened.  Each time she interrupted with I don't know why you expected us yesterday. Your appointment is for today between 1-3pm.  I pressed her for information about appoximate prices their services offered.
Karen said they charge $95 for each vent/opening!?!  I have 21, $1995!!
Industry standard says $35. = $735
I pressed further. They do NOT touch the airconditioner/airhandler in any way for that price.
$95 to vacuum several feet into the tube from the vent??
I explained that other companies open and clean the airhandler during their service .
Karen explained they do not clean airhandler coils during their duct cleaning.
Coil cleaning is an extra $1000... EACH!?!
Industry standard says $400.
I  have 2. +$2000
She also said the tech will examine my home for anything else needed (holes/kinks) and that fixing the issues would be extra $$.

Now, I have had two other companies come to my home and give me a duct cleaning service estimate. Both INCLUDED cleaning the coils and fixing minor repairs.
Both were UNDER $2000, TOTAL.

This is a horrible company and you should avoid using them.  I called to make an appt the night before for a morning appt. between 9 and 11.  By 10:30 I called to see when they would show up.  They said they would call me right back, well, they didn't call until 1 pm.  After they didn't call right back I called another company.  When they called at 1 they said they called my home and work numbers, the work number I didn't instruct them to call.  I had no missed calls on my other phone, so they lied.  At 1 pm they said since they called me early and I didn't answer, they sent the repair guy to the next job.  So, tell me, if that was the case, why didn't they tell me that at 10:30 instead of 1 pm.  I will NEVER use them again.

Im call this company to istall new central air, fixing my plumbing, and my electricity. Im living in NC and recently both a house at Pensacola. When I called AND services and originally explained my needs they said that they can do my central air, fixing my plumbing,  and  my electrical system.  I was trill, and accepted their estimate for $40000. They help me getting the financial for it. Them after all these happen, they went to the house for 2 hrs. make holes on the ceiling and left. I was waiting a couple of day and after many calls they told me they can do the central air they just can do mini split because my flat ceiling. They can't do the electric wiring, and they will make more wall whole for the plumbing but they won't fixed the wholes, I had to get a handy man for it and pay more money. They never told me that they are not certified electrician. They passed a whole month without hear from them, I called them and cancel their services. They wasn't straight forward with me and make me loose my time. Im pretty disappointed with this company.

I've had nothing but good experiences every time I come to the store. The staff is patient and helpful and not only provides me the parts I'm looking for but instructs me on how to install them correctly.
