I Called (And services) on August 26th because my AC was not working properly. It started back working properly overnight on Friday the 27th. It started acting up again around  August 30th I called and services early enough in the day and they told me they would send someone out to my house. Nobody showed up and I never received a call back. Today, (August 31st) I called again and they told me someone would come out today. Guess what?! For the 2nd day in a row a no call, no show. I've called them 3 times today and asked to speak to a manager and have heard from no one. I'd save yourself the hassle. And choose a different company. What's even worse is that they're the ones who installed my ac unit under 4 years ago. And I am apart of the and services membership program. I will be reaching out to corporate letting them know how poorly ran there Tampa Hillsborough county store is ran. Lastly, i have a 2 month old daughter that I've made the staff aware of. I barely can take how hot my house is and now my newborn daughter sweating out of her clothes at night because you guys fail to be a company that exemplifies integrity and professionalism.

I had AND come out to check on my air conditioner, which was still cooling, but not well. The tech was very friendly and personable. He said the evaporator coil needed replacing, and recommended we replace the entire unit. He priced out the cost for the coil and said the part alone was $1587, which surprised me. Basic research online showed it to be about half, but of course I was not confident, given that I know these things vary. I asked him to verify and he said, yes, it was that much. He also made a show of calling his boss and proposing a special for me if I chose to replace the entire unit. I refrained from making a decision to move forward at that point, and they waived the $59 fee for the visit.

After he left, it's worth noting that my AC stopped blowing cold air altogether. We turned off the unit because the tech warned that we'd freeze it up if we ran it too much, and we were now no longer getting any relief from its use.

I called another local company for a second opinion. Without telling them the cost that was quoted to me, I told them the diagnosis. They looked into the cost themselves and said that the part alone was about $800 - a much different cost than the nearly $1600 quoted to me by AND. When they came out to look at the unit, they took off the panel and immediately saw a leak in the reversing valve, a much smaller fix.

I can only conclude that the AND tech intended to replace a coil that did not need replacing, while fixing the small issue at the same time. I would warn every consumer to get a second opinion, and, frankly, avoid this company altogether. I know I will.

Booked service at a home show. Tech showed up 2 hours late and very first look at functional air conditioner said I need to replacement part or He couldn't do the check up. When the tech quoted the price for replacement, $395 for $20 part that can be replaced in 15 min. That is some labor rate ...  unfortunately the tech then said he couldn't check anything else or do the anti mold treatment. What a waste of the morning that I had to take off from work. Would not recommend this scam artist.

I have decided to upgrade my rating from less than 1 star to 3 stars. Justin the co-owner called to speak with me personally after my last experience and was VERY personable, sympathetic and handled the situation well. Although I do not have any more services that are needed to be done by AND Services, I did decide to keep my maintenance plan with them. I have not been disappointed since speaking with Justin. The office staff seems much more helpful and knowledgeable and the service techs are helpful and friendly. Three people have stood out for good service:
Justin, the co owner who handled my complaints
Adriane, the plumber who came to my house. He was honest and upfront about my service
Robert, the maintenance technician for my A/C who was also honest and upfront about what I did and did not need done for my unit.

I would give them zero if I could... they tricked us into installing a new air condition system. We told them we will only install a new one if we were qualified for finance. They said we were qualified. So they went ahead and installed a new one. Only after when they installed, they realized they messed up and wanted to put the blame on us. Kimberly Washington has always attacked us saying we were the one who didn't want to pay. We told them of our situation long before they installed and they insisted we were qualified for financing. Now they are force collecting through their attorney now. Do not work with them. They don't care for you or your situation, they only care to make money, so whether they force you to pay now or later, they will do it through taking you to court.

Unfortunately I bought an ac unit from this company 2 years ago. It didn't pass inspection from the county inspector. They were in such a hurry to get their money. A few weeks ago the ac unit stopped working so I called the company. They sent out this young ac tech who was rude as hell. He stated since I didn't purchase the maintenance service plan I voided out my warranty. Then he basically talked down to me & blamed me for the problem. He demanded $325 for a clogged ac drain. We basically argued over this & I called the service manager. He didn't seem to care that this ac tech lied about the warranty being void & that he was such a jerk to me. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please stay away from this company. They charge way too much & their service techs are rude.

Being new in the area I didn't know who to contact when I needed a plumber to fix my problem with my toilet blocking up,so I searched thru ad's in free papers I would get in the mail and found And services which gave a 10% discount to senior citizens so I called them and they said I needed a new toliet for the price of $646.00.I had no idea what prices were in Florida so I had it installed.It fixed the problem,but what a rip off on price On August I had a leak with my bath tub faucet(hot).Again I called And services.To replace a couple of washers in both faucets it cost me $413.10 after a 10% discount.About a 15 minute job.After complaining to the service manager Joe Lane he said he would refund 10% of the cost and include a 1 year maintenace agreement that would give me 20% off any future work done for a year.Big deal at their prices. To this date he never kept his word.If anyone needs a Plumber unless you are rich don't hire And services which also do AC work.Just think of it $413.10 to replace a couple of washers in 2 bathroom faucets and $646.00 to replace a toilet Outrageous! They are really crooks in my estimate.Take heed with this warning

Stay clear folks.. only want to get the big ticket or try and sell you a new unit.. get a second opinion or you will be ripped off by this company.. I'm glad I did and got some one out to find the real problem and didn't try and screw me..  Found me a long time company to maintenance  my unit.. Plus they will try to sell you a bottom line unit for the premium price..

Worst company ever
Called them @ 6 pm was told they'd be to my house in 2-3 hours
Called BC air wasn't blowing cold
After 2 hours I called to find out they cancelled my appt BC it would be to late when tech arrived
And never even called to inform me
Even though they advertise 24/7 service
So arranged appt  for next morning
Tech showed up , was here  less than 10 min charged my landlord 650$, lied about adding freon to my unit
Charged her 300$ for a 2 lbs of freon ( which they never even did)
And instead of changing fan out BC we used a tool to get it to spin ,tech just replaced the compositor that retails for $25
BC I googled it
(This part gets burnt out when fan motor isn't working properly kinda like battery in car when alternator is bad )
Landlord is fighting charge
I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy ever

AND Services' flat rate pricing for plumbing work:
I was charged $370 to replace a stock shower cartridge that took 45 minutes to install. They refused to give me an itemized bill and said they use flat rate pricing for plumbing work, but they also refused to provide a rate sheet.

They installed my ac unit in January. Now it's blowing hot air. Their website says 24 hour emergency service 7 days a week. lol. False advertising. They said they'll come tomorrow and look at it. I hope my puppy doesn't die in my hot house. Choose a company that cares about their customers and doesn't lie about their services.

This company doesn't send out technicians, they send out used car salesmen.  We've had several issues with our unit over the last year.  

The first time they came out they fixed the small issue and talked us into a monthly charged service plan.  They were supposed to come out every 6 months and make sure everything was working properly & replace air filters.  They never came out to do this.  

The second time they came out, the technician started to push that we replace the entire system.  

The third time they came out they pushed for the replacement again.  We went with a small fix, and had the coil replaced.  Which they said should buy us a couple years.

They came out yesterday and the tech took a picture of our outside unit with frosted coils and told us we had to replace the unit.  That our compressor was shot, and replacing it didn't make sense, because a replacement compressor would never work right.  He said to give him a minute while he went to his truck and get us a quote on the replacement.  When he came back in he said don't tell my manager that I told you but, he was only going to give you a partial credit on the work done in October.  I was able to talk him into crediting your account the full $2700. Bringing our new repair cost to $9500+.  We asked if we should turn off the unit to see if it defrosts, he said no, crank the temp low so you get some air flow.

Obviously we got a second opinion.  The first thing they told us to do over the phone, was turn off the unit so it would defrost and they could get an accurate reading on the machine.  

Turns out, we were using the wrong filters and it triggered the system.  Our system in fine.  Does not need to be replaced. We probably didn't need the repair back on October.

Bottom line.  These guys are hustlers.

These guys offer phenomenal service. Our technician Jonathan was super helpful, helping diagnose a urgent AC issue almost immediately after I called.  They do not cut corners, use the best systems currently on the market, and treat your home like it's their own home.  Very friendly, professional, and they offer excellent consultations to fit your budget and needs. Highly recommended

Went with honesty in making an appointment saying it wasn't an emergency and scheduled for next day. After the company cancelled we rescheduled. Once again the company cancelled. Phone call from company to reschedule ended up with them hanging up. One more chance, rescheduled. Not out of character the company once again cancelled!!!! DONE WITH AND!!! Do not call them! Not even worth the one star I had to give them so this would post!!

We had AND Services replace
one of our three air conditioning systems with a Bryant system. Fifteen months later the AND routine service man said the condenser fan was was OK although it was running but growling loudly.
Seventeen months later the same motor was growling more so we called AND and they pronounced the motor bad.  It was replaced  under AND's warranty; no charge for the motor and $439 for AND's labor. That's crazy, $439 for one-half an hour's work on a motor that shouldn't
have failed. AND's service manager won't return my calls so I'll start on Bryant. Their motor should not have so failed so quickly.

AND fulfilled their warranty but it's a poor one.

Terrible service,3 year old ac not working ( bought through them) was told they would be here between 1 and 3 then it went to 2-4 it's 5 and still no one here . They say they are still coming, will call someone else in the morning! Have had no call backs lousy service all around!

These people aren't good.  They installed a new air conditioning system (heat pump) a few years back and didn't pull permits with the city.  They've had inspectors come out and have determined there are thousands of dollars of work that still need to be done. (Including expensive electrical work).  They cannot come on weekends, Susan and David in Customer service were rude and unhelpful. They can't seem to keep track of our records.  It's a circus every time I call-- no one knows what the other is doing.  A big, expensive disaster. What a mistake!

Disastrous experience. May I preface this with the fact that this is my first review ever. I never thought I'd leave one but these folks have left me no choice.

After paying nearly $2000 for my AC to be repaired, it broke a short 48 hours later. When I asked for them to come back out to take a look, they kept pushing me off until later and refused to call the technician on the job to find a time estimate. I had to call 7 times before someone would attempt getting a hold of one. In fact, one of the dispatch managers was incredibly rude.

This is all after I signed up to be priority which was an extra charge.

When asked how they would make this right? The response was we can talk about that tomorrow.

Absolute Garbage! As long as you are buying a new system from them you are Customer #1, just wait until ANYTHING goes wrong, and it will. Then you will see the true colors of this scam company. I was told I was purchasing a Carrier unit because the Bryant unit I had was no good and Bryant was not a good brand so I was told. Fast forward 2 years, Starter capacitor goes bad on the new Carrier unit and get this, I am told they are one and the same. Carrier and Bryant are the same unit and my 10 year parts and 3 year warranty does not cover this. It will be 325 dollars to install the new capacitor. That is 3 wires folks, 100 bucks a wire. To make things worse, the technician messed up and now my system is switching on and off every 2 minutes telling me there is a wiring fault, and they are not going to send anyone out to correct it until tomorrow. I would not recommend you guys to ANYONE EVER!

In early April 2020 my AC Compressor and fan in the the handler went out. That unit was only seven years old and it was a trane, But that's a different story. I did not have a warranty as I purchased the house after the unit was installed.
The technician came out and told me that my compressor was done for. After a long discussion I wanted to know what it would cost just to replace the whole unit as I wanted to have a warranty. That's when the technician called someone from his company and got a quote for somewhere around $9000. He saw that I was not happy with that price so he called someone else and told me that there was a unit that was unboxed for a recent home show and it would only be $7000. I agreed to the price and waited for the installers. I now realize that was a sales trick as when the unit arrived to be installed the box was not opened. This was just a start of the deceit by this company.
When the installers were getting ready to install the new unit they told me that they could not hook up the second return. I had two returns in my old unit. I asked if it would make a difference and if the unit was still cool my house. I was told that it would not make a difference in cooling my house.
After the installation was complete one of the technicians installed a new thermostat which was located by the return that was not hooked up. I asked the technician if having the thermostat in this location would make a difference and again I was told it would not make a difference. After everything was installed all the technicians did was to make sure that it turned on. I was under the in assumption, because of the sales person, that they would make sure that the house would cool properly.
I believe that I was lied too just to get the job done as soon as possible and to move on to the next job. It's very clear that they do not care about their customers. It seems like they are all about the money and moving onto the next job.
The area of my house by the thermostat does not cool very good anymore because the return is gone. This causes part of the house to be very cold and part of the house to be warm So not having that second return makes a huge difference. Also, I was not very informed on efficiency and later found out that the efficiency of this unit is the lowest that is available. This is why on warm days the unit does not shut off for most of the day. Also, not having that second return really makes the one return very loud. So, again Not having the second return makes a huge difference.
I have been playing phone tag with the installers supervisor. He has not tried to call me back since the last voice message I left for him. I really believe they just don't care.
In my opinion you could do much better if you need AC services by going to a different company as And Services is overpriced for what you get and they are dishonest.

They tried to rip me off after they botched a blower motor removal. They didn't have the right tool(blower motor  puller). They attempted to bang it out w a hammer then caused the shaft to mushroom out. They then took my grinder and tried to cut off the mushrooming but they didn't cut off enough. They told me they couldn't  proceed amd tried to charge me 2000 dollars more to replace the housing and blower motor. I talked to an ac friend who loaned me a puller and walked me through h ow to do it myself. I bought a universal  motor for 99 bucks and did it myself. It took me 1 hour! That 1 hour after cutting another quarter inch off the blower motor shaft. The motor dropped out easy after I put on the puller.  But I had to cut off another quarter inch off the shaft on the blower motor so that the puller would push the motor out. I'm glad I did my research our id of got ripped off and then I had to dispute the charges on my card. Don't use these guys im not ac tech but if I can fix something myself  for 99 bucks instead of paying 2700  then theres a big problem the whole time they where trying  to get me to  replace the whole air handler for 10k. Lol my house is only 10 years old. I'm glad I'm not a dummy but I guess they thought I was one.. originally gave these guys 5 stars back in July and didn't have a chance to redo this review. The first guys was nice and the two other techs that came a week later just didn't know what they where doing and didnt have the right tools and then used my grinder wo asking then hit me w we can't do anymore work cuz we will be liable you need a whole new housing and blower motor  instead of just the blower motor. They quoted me 750 for just the motor replacement then tried to get another 2000 on top of the 750. I googled the parts online and saw they where over charging insanely. So i called my ac friend and got the skinny on how they where ripping me off! They caused the damage and if I can ill post the pictures to show what they did. I have the motor still and the piece I had to cut off that shows how they mushroomed the shaft like fools. You cant bang on a shaft like this w a hammer. You need the right tool for the job at hand, which they didn't have. They burned out my grinder too. After I cut off another 1/4 to get the mushrooming out of the shaft so that
it would slip through the housing when i put on the moter puller tool, it fried my grinder. It was going out on me before I really started cutting much into the shaft. So it was all ready damged and it limped through me cutting off the damaged shaft piece that they caused. If you didnt know this was ac handler work. Dont make a mistake of usinv these guys peadem the highest in town but still a lot cheaper. Lol

The electric side of this is amazing!! They help with any new ideas and are creative and helpful. Any mistakes they were eager and willing to get managed quickly.  The plumbing side I had less confidence in and only used them for half our estimated job.  They originally charged us for the whole job but then credited us for most of the work not done after speaking with their management. The admin staff is great and helpful!  The electric supervisor Adam was also a great help along with his team.  My 4 stars stems from the pricing issues and that we had to keep touching base for issue management.  Otherwise they were thorough.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst company I have dealt with in my life. Please beware. They installed an air conditioning unit to replace an old one. The install was a mess. It looked like a jigsaw puzzle when they finished. This was to be a central air and heat unit. I did not have unit five years before the heating element went bad. They wanted thousands to fix it.  I had a twice-a-year maintenance plan. They would come out and do nothing. Every visit required a second visit to do what the first visit should have done. Every visit also included a sales pitch for something else. One guy came out to service and sat in the backyard doing nothing. Never came in the house and after about 45 minutes came in and said he was finished and asked me to give him a google review.  Shortly after or the next day my unit was not functioning. I called the company and someone came out fixed it and did the maintenance that should have taken place. I finally got enough of their shenanigans and canceled my service. Multiple calls to the company they would not cancel the service. Most companies I have done business with it only took a phone call. These folks had to pass to someone who never calls back and they continue to bill. I had to contact my credit card company and tell them to stop paying and dispute the charges.  And now I get texts saying it is time for your semi-annual maintenance. This to me is harassment. They are horrible. BEWARE!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!  I would not even give them 1 star if it was possible.  You will be VERY, VERY sorry if you use AND Services for any purchase, repair and/or service for your air conditioning.  The company does NOT care about customers or providing quality service.  A new AC unit was purchased and installed by them.  First of all, the installer did not know what he was doing...could not speak or understand English.  The AC unit did not work properly and also failed the Pinellas County Inspection 3 times - it turns out all the parts were not installed with the unit nor installed properly.  The AC unit was completely re-installed by another technician 3 weeks later....yes, a COMPLETE re-install.  I had to call the company every business day during this time frame to find out the status of what was going on.  Had to leave messages about 95% of the times, because no one was available.  My needs & calls were ignored by the company.  I was promised a partial refund because of the inconvenience and the company's screw-ups, but this has not happened!!  The only call you will get answered/returned is from a salesperson!

My plumbing stopped working. They sent this gentleman out. Don't remember his name. He answered my many questions. He put a snake in the toilet and nothing happened he tried very hard. Said next step was going in a pipe on the roof for $450 and my brother said no. That is the going rate. Thanked him for doing it. I said how much. He said nothing I didn't fix it. Awesome!!
I was very happy. Turns out it was the Septic system as I thought. Never pumped out since I lived there. That was a whole other story I'll tell you later.

Unreliable services! Scheduled to come out between 2 and 4pm same day. Never showed up. Received call with new schedule for next day between 10 and 12pm. Never showed up. Called at 3pm and was given excuse only one plumber working today. When I first search internet for plumbers, I located  friendly affordable plumber when I selected it  I was redirected to And Services website. I feel that was shady!

Wade was very professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC. He was also well versed in electrical. He troubleshooted the problem from the most common to least common issues and figured out exactly what was wrong with our unit. Thanks Wade!

Did not have a great experience. Called their Tallahassee office 8/2/23 for an a/c issue. They came out same day and fixed it. Great, HOWEVER, I never was given an estimate of issue and cost to repair. I was at work, my daughter was home. Tech only came in the house to see if the unit was off. He went in my yard, fixed the ac, then called me at work and said its $816.00. I said what was wrong, he said 2 capacitors. He was there a total of 20 min, and the invoice is $816.00. I did not authorize work to me done or sign any agreement  and neither did my daughter. The invoice was not even itemized on cost of part, tax, labor.  I did not have the money in the bank, I had to pay him cash.,  Not very professional to say the least. They owe me back money.

New Bryant unit I grossly overpaid for $6800 less than 2 years ago needed a new capacitor and then a light for the unit.  Charged me over $400??  Expensive as hell..  Previous charges were between $200-$300 every time they came out.  Always something wrong.  Leaning to do it myself.

We purchased a Bryant unit from And 07/2015. They came quickly and installed the unit and were done very fast. Every year, except for the past two years, we have paid And Services $120 to come and maintain the unit. They supposedly cleaned the unit and coils. The blower motor went out three days ago and they came to take a look at it. And Services quoted me $435 to replace the bad motor even though the unit is warranted for ten years - I understand now this is not due to a fault of their own but rather it's a policy of major air conditioner manufacturers. What I find asinine and downright misleading is that And Services has charged $120 every year for a service they did not do. The technician from the factory-authorized dealer I hired to install the new blower motor (for far less than $435 I might add) opened the unit and said this unit has never been cleaned or maintained. The technician showed me when he dismantled the unit for proper cleaning how disgusting the unit was and how we were taken advantage off for three years for a service And Services simply did not do. The new company charged $129 for a cleaning and maintenance service and basically took the entire unit apart and cleaned it in front of my own eyes. To add insult to injury the new company took a scope and showed me how dirty our ducts were in spite the fact that And Services charged me $1100 for a 'deep cleaning' service. The technician said flat out they stole your money, no duct deep cleaned looks this bad even after a few years. Some in And Services prey on the gullible and I find it disgusting that any business would conduct themselves in such a manner.

Im call this company to istall new central air, fixing my plumbing, and my electricity. Im living in NC and recently both a house at Pensacola. When I called AND services and originally explained my needs they said that they can do my central air, fixing my plumbing,  and  my electrical system.  I was trill, and accepted their estimate for $40000. They help me getting the financial for it. Them after all these happen, they went to the house for 2 hrs. make holes on the ceiling and left. I was waiting a couple of day and after many calls they told me they can do the central air they just can do mini split because my flat ceiling. They can't do the electric wiring, and they will make more wall whole for the plumbing but they won't fixed the wholes, I had to get a handy man for it and pay more money. They never told me that they are not certified electrician. They passed a whole month without hear from them, I called them and cancel their services. They wasn't straight forward with me and make me loose my time. Im pretty disappointed with this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We asked them to come out at night when our AC went out. The tech was here rather promptly which we appreciated. He thought he had found the problem (was going to charge 325.00 for the one part). We told him to proceed, and he then told us that it was going to cost a lot more due to the fact that it wasn't just the initial problem. He said he had diagnosed the issue but apparently was unable to fix it? Instead of calling for help he just charged us his 59.00 service fee expecting us to look elsewhere to fix it. The whole kicker to this story is the next day we had a man from a different company come out, diagnose the issue, fix it, and charge 200.00 for the two parts that needed replacing. And Services charges insane prices, does not provide good costumer service, and seems way more interested in making a buck. Lastly if you do choose to use them, expect it to be a while before they charge you (over a week). When I told a staff member what happened and how poor the costumer service was, all I was told was that they will talk to them employee. Will never use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I'd give zero stars if I could!

I am giving them one star out of feeling bad for their nice customer service staff who MUST get so tired of the disgruntled calls. I could write a 3 page review of all the issues I have had with ANDservices in the 64 days I have had their overpriced $6500 2.5 ton Bryant system in my house. The system has not worked properly since install I have one tech come out and tell me one thing (I need all new duct work $5400 more to get unit working properly before that tech got asked to leave my house he had negotiated that price down to $4000 himself without a suopervisor's input SHADY) and another tech  came out did a thorough inspection and  contradicted the previous tech saying my duct work is not that old and he made some adjustments to the unit and said I was good to go. The house still did not cool properly another tech was dispatched the next day he said there is a hole somewhere in the return and it will cost me $732 to replace the return duct work I paid him on the spot as he said this would ensure I get put at the top of install list for next day. I called to speak to a supervisor and was told on several attempts that he was on the phone with another customer. He must have spent 3 days on the phone with that customer. I called today to cancel the replacement of the return duct because I do not feel like these people know what they are doing and they are just scamming people. Home depot uses them as one of their installers. BEWARE all they care about is taking your money they do not care if you are satisfied or not.

I cant even begin to tell you our disappointment with And Services
My wife and I got sucked into their Vortex of deceit and shoddy workmanship when we signed a service contract on some of our properties in 2015.
Our last experience was last week in July of 2017. They came out for a routine service call to change out the media filters on our units of a duplex. That was on the 23th of July. The technician called me to how bad the capacitors were and that i should change them out ASAP and also he needed to instal a new Hard Start component that would make the units more efficiently and lower energy bills, etc etc.  So I gave him the ok after his hard sale knowing that I was getting sucked into something, I just didn't know what.. My bad.
Anyway, $600.00 later he did his magic one of the units and the next day it started not working correctly. The tenants were sweating in the house. So I called them back only to be told this time the units need to be replace right now. The technician's supervisor called me and gave me his pitch on a new system. I told him to email me the details. Mean while back at the ranch his cowboy came to look at the system again this time he checked for leaks in the line and took it upon himself to put in the wrong gas into my R22 system. Which he overcharge, and not only that but the fan was running the wrong way and according to another tech that I called to look at the system independent from And Services and he told me the hard start and Capacitor on this system was wired wrong cause the system to malfunction. Now, I really do have problem because the system has to be evacuated of all gases. What a joke. Now I really do need a new system, but I can insure you that And Services will not be part of that work order.
Working with them has been a nightmare one that consists of Up Sales and bad workmanship.

AND Services installed an a/c unit for me three years ago. Overpriced, but it was for a rental property and we wanted to make sure the tenant was not suffering in a hot home in the middle of summer. We negotiated the price down from $7k to $5k.

The tenant called last night saying the a/c was not working. Called AND and they set a repair tech today to diagnose the issue. Apparently the motor failed because the ducts were so old they were basically collapsing, which then triggered the failure of the capacitor on the outside unit. The quoted cost of labor (since the parts were under warranty) was $698. After calculating that the cost of labor would be over $233/hour (he said that the price included travel time and gas) he quickly said he couldn't do anything about the pricing for the motor, but he could drop the price of the capacitor replacement from $259 to $158. However, we really needed to replace all of the duct work in the attic, which would be $6,084 but since they installed our unit they would discount to $4,258. I thanked him and let him know we were going to get a second opinion.

I told the second company what AND's diagnosis was, and they came out later today to check out the system. The second repair tech called me and confirmed the motor needed to be replaced. He then asked me if the first tech had mentioned I needed a new capacitor, and I said yes. The kicker? Apparently my unit doesn't HAVE a capacitor, it uses an ECM motor! I thought it was fishy how quickly he dropped the price on the capacitor repair, but I still would have been paying $158 to fix a part that didn't exist!!

The second tech suggested we add another return (which we expected) - and did not recommend all new duct work. He also noted that the unit was not properly installed - looked like a rush job and they should have informed us of the need to install another return at the time they installed the new a/c.

Guess which company we decided to hire??

Buyers beware!! I was referred by a friend so I felt safe using them. I purchased a new home and had them come out to service my 2013 A/C unit. I was told the unit looked great and the coolant level was fine. Fast forward 1 month and my unit was no longer cooling. The same guy came out and when he opened my handler, the pipes were frozen. He told me I had a major leak and he was going to have to perform the equivalent of open heart surgery which was going to cost $1500. We then started pricing out new units because he said I would be better off to just replace my 2013 unit because I would probably continue to have problems with it. He first told me he could probably get me into a unit for about $5000 but he had to call his supervisor. When he got off the phone, he told me his supervisor was willing to give me a discount since I would be replacing a new unit. So with the discount, my a/c could be replaced for $6800. I'm not sure how the price increased with a discount but that's when I knew I was being taken for a ride. I sent him away telling him that I needed to think about it but I still tried to seem interested because if I told him no, I was going to get charged $60 just for him coming out. Needless to say, I found another company who came out, filled my coolant for $120 and could not seem to find a leak. I find it really suspicious that my A/C was fine when he inspected it the first time and a month later, I no longer had any coolant. I've heard of A/C guys draining coolant during service inspections and I'm almost certain that's what happened in this instance. It's now been 3 months and my A/C has worked great ever since.

My AC  stopped working after the storms we had. Called And services and Alexis F. came out
He looked at my air handler and said I needed a new air handler and outside unit at 7000 dollars, He said I needed new ducts as well at 7000 dollars. I scoffed, he then told me he could fix the board on my air handler for 700 dollars, but couldn't guarantee it would last.
He was pushing hard for me to finance the 14,000, I declined and told him I was going to
get 2nd opinion. He called his boss and said he would fix the board for 475 dollars. I said
no thanks and he left. He did not charge me the 59.00 service call. Had a new AC guy come
out, and he asked if anyone came out before him, I said yes And Services. He said my power
was disconnected and capped, meaning no power was going to the outside unit. Cost me
400 to fix and warranty for a year. Buyer Beware!

In the process of contacting the BBB or attorney general on this company. They charged $1200 to put a sleeve on a pipe after demoing some concrete. Jimmy did the work. Leak persists. 2nd opinion company said they won't touch it because it should be under warranty being it had been days after initial repair. This company said its now a 2nd leak and want to charge an additional $3000 to fix it, but 1st quoted $2500. 2nd opinion company said they don't see how its a 2nd leak & think its still part of the initial leak and fixed poorly. Roger said he's the man in charge. He thinks an entire re-pipe costing $8000 is necessary and the better option than just having that 1 area fixed. We were told Joe is actually in charge and inquired about him. Roger said no one by that name existed. After being pressed, he then said Joe's in Tallahassee or somewhere? but that he's the man in charge not Joe. Just shady. According to Yelp its owned by Justin well if that's the case, your company SUCKS. And I would be ashamed to have my pic or name associated with it if I were you. I'm also noticing a lot of the negative reviews are from WOMEN. Just an observation but very telling.

In June we had them coming and check are unit.  We told them that another company had came out and said we had a leak in line.  Well the tech from And sevices said no thats not the problem its the duct work. ( which we find out that was not the problem at all.) He said that it would cost $10,000. So we got financing the company they went through said I needed a co signer. So got my moms info. They did not use her as the co signer they put her as the primary. (Fraud) They did not use me at all. So my mom called and said it was not right.  To change it. Then I get this threatening call that I have to fix this problem now when it wasn't even my fault it was the Tech's fault and I was in the hospital and I told him I could not do it while I was in the hospital and he have to wait until I was out. He said you need to do it now. Very bad customer service. I don't even remember the guys name I'm just done with these people because now not even 2 months later the leak is still there and I could have had that on financing but no so now they want me to come up with money out of my pocket they're just a bunch of scammers which is My personal opinion.  It's not the workers fault it is the higher-ups fault.  They do not listen to customers at all.  I will be going to the BBB and reporting them and my mother will be be talking to her lawyer about the fraud.  DO NOT USE THEM. THEY LIE AND CHEAT YOU.

 I Requested a plumber to repair a pvc elbow
that connects to my sewer line, also stated i had a partial clog. A.N.D. services arrived and the guy snaked my sewer line which cleared the problem and charged me...( wait for it)...$505 dollars!!!! Do not fall for their advertisement stating $79 dollars for drain clearing...BULLSH@T. Sincerely, a pissed customer

knowing how this company works please take your money somewhere else. There own employees have NO faith on the work done by this company. If they install your ac and it brakes down next day and you call after 7pm they will not come out they push you to next day because they are not 24/7 they sell fake maintenance plan that they can't execute.

There own employees sound very bothered because they have to lie juts to to get you off the phone. This horrible place to business they need better business plan because this is not how honest business should operate.

I contacted AND Services via Home Depot for a new A/C system for my home. They came out and installed and thus far all was well. They forgot to put a cover from the AC to my home leaving it wide open to animals. The next day they came and put a cover on that Mr. Tin man could have done e better job. Again I complained. Next day a new man came. They installed the cover from the AC to home. Next day, the State inspector came and failed the job they did. AND Services failed to know the State Codes. The AC was to close to the ground for the flood area. Next day they came and did the job that should have been done the first time. HOWEVER........ this time they did not bolt the system down or cover the area from the AC to the house leaving it open to all the animals. It appears after three calls today with no action they really do not care about customers. This is Friday and 2pm. I called three time from 9am till then. Always checking on it. The service from this company falls under the name POOR. Things should have been done right the first time. Clearly they do not seem to care about their CSI. My home still remains open to all animals. The company clearly does not seem to care about customer service. Typical, get your money and do nothing. I will be filing a law suit against the company if anything such as a SKUNK gets under my home. Their service ranks a inch above SUCK as does their follow up. Home Depot has been notified

I wanted to give 0 stars because I'm so frustrated with them and will be canceling our membership.
But I'll give a more reasonable review...

We signed up for the membership because we had a great experience with them fixing our AC late on a Sunday night. We were hoping that their plumbing and electrical services that they advertise would be on par with that one experience.

They were not. The biggest issue is actually getting someone to come out when you requested a service. Electrical guys cancelled three times and just didn't show up the fourth time. Similar experience with plumbing. We waited around the whole day for our 9am-11am appointment that eventually turned into a 1pm-3pm appointment, and no one ever showed up. We called the office multiple times and they were very apologetic, but that doesn't really fix my kitchen plumbing.

Actually! I just remembered that their AC guys did the similar thing. We requested service on a Monday and they never showed up, so we just found someone else (and we let their office know). Then they randomly showed on a Friday when everything was long done.

It was just a really disappointing experience 90% of the time. Again, especially because the first one was so great, so we expected more.

Some people may get lucky and they will actually get someone to come out, but don't sign up for the membership.

They didn't even have the courtesy to call me back as promised so that I could replace the inferior cheap kit parts They used in my toilet. Their motto should be we are over priced, we do not stand behind our services, and we do not care one iota about customer care! Now I know why they ran to the bank and cashed the check my wife gave them the same day.

Fraud Alert: I was nearly ripped off for nearly 3 THOUSAND Dollars - If you call AND Services, get ready to get a 2nd opinion that may save you a ton of waisted money.

I am also forwarding this complaint to a media source and the Florida state attorney. NO ONE should have to be ripped off like this.

My house has multiple cameras all over the property inside and out, I have pulled the recordings as well.

Full Story:
I called AND Services because my AC unit was freezing up, both outside and inside.
Henry was the tech that showed up.
He knew I was also having to leave work and needed to get back right away, yet Henry continued to make small talk about the items in my house (which was a little creepy due to the extent of not staying focused).

Henry saw that I have multiple dogs, and yes, my air filter was old as I've been out of town for a bit.

Henry asked me if I had a warranty on my 2015 unit, and I told him that I didn't know.  Henry then asked me to go 'look' for the paperwork.

I couldn't find the paperwork after looking for 20 minutes.

Henry's final findings was that my freon refrigerant was SEVERELY low.  And that I had a GUARENTEED LEAK.

The ONLY way to fix it was to get a new coil system for the OUTSIDE.  A $2,891.00 charge.
I at first was about to just pay it, but then Henry said that it would take A WEEK to get the special order part and install it.

I said, so you expect me to go without A/C for a week in FLORIDA?

Henry simply replied Yes

I then asked, how else could this all be fixed faster?

Henry replied, We can order you a new unit, inside and out.

I said, oh you can do that faster? Henry replied yes but not much faster.

So, I sent Henry on his way and called Independant Air Conditioning here in Tampa Carrollwood.

The 2nd tech came out and INSTANTLY checked my outside units serial number on a VERY ACCESSABLE AND KNOWN website that AC companies refer to.

Turns out I have 2 years left on my 10 year warranty.

The Independant Air tech then actually LOOKED at my inside unit and INSTANTLY figured out that my INSIDE air handler was clogged with pet hair.

I paid a very reasonable price to have it cleaned and POOF- My AC unit has been working FLAWLESSLY ever since.

Also - Remember the  freon refrigerant was SEVERELY low part? Well, it is Commonly known by techs that when a system has frozen over, and the diagnostics are checked, it will always show as freon is low.  When the system returns to normal temps, the freon level will return to normal.

I never take the time to write reviews, even when I am taken for a ride.  But this is serious;

If I was an elderly person, fully relying on a professional to give me CORRECT and ETHICAL findings, I would have been out nearly $3k.  In this economy, it's hard enough to keep up with house repairs that don't break the bank.

And no, this isn't the first or only tech from AND Services that I have had, but I guarantee it will be the LAST.

They hound me to use my 2 free service upkeep appointments, because all that free service is for, is for a tech to come over and make up a fictitious problem so they can SELL you something. Needless to say, I never used the 2nd free service

I lost over $300 of my waisted time because of AND Services.  But at least it wasn't $3000.

I will do my part to get this message out to the masses as I have friends that are reporters, in hopes no one else falls for this downright scam of a company.

When it came to charging me $14,000 for 2 new AC units, they were fast!  Even then they told me they would be there at 9am and it would take 1 day. They showed up at 1pm and said it will take 2 days. After speaking to someone who said she was the manager, they got it done that day. The parts were about $6,000, so they made $8,000 for 2 people working 9 hours each

That was a year ago. Now the real issue with the company's communication started. Our first appointment was for Monday between 3-5. At 5:04, the technician called and said he's still in Ocala and won't be to my place until 7pm. He then asked what was wrong and I told him the AC stays on the variable speed and never kicks on to cool. He said that it's likely a part, he doesn't have it, it'll have to be next day. Next day nothing, Wednesday nothing. I get in touch with Edgar, who stated was the supervisor, and was told the technician never should have troubleshot over the phone and he will correct it and get someone out there.  Alex comes out, looks at it briefly, states electrical issue and it can take hours to troubleshoot if it would be ok to come back in the morning. No problem. He comes back next day and it appears to be working. Couple days later we find out the upstairs unit is blowing air, just not cold.  Another phone call, another technician, who showed up after the scheduled time, says the unit is out of Freon. Pumps in Freon, says it has a leak, puts dye in it, says he'll be back Thursday. Wednesday my wife calls to verify the appointment and she is told it will be 2:30-3 on Thursday. She told the person on the phone it would have been nice to know and we shouldn't have called. Come Thursday, 3pm rolls around, no one here. Wife calls again, we are now told the time is 4-6pm. At 5pm my wife calls again and is told the technician just got to his current appt and it will be later. At 7pm my wife calls and speaks to Karen, who is really nice and apologetic. Karen is unable due to company policy out us in contact with Edgar or give us his number to find out why we can't get service. At this point we are told possible tomorrow.

They had no issue taking $14,000 from us but now they can't get their stuff together to honor an agreed appointment time. If anyone in that company, outside Karen, cares about customers, help us out!!!

Called these people because my ac air handlers drain was clogged.  They tried to send a person  2 days early when I specifically asked for an appointment on a Monday.   Their so called tech came and checked the capacitor, which was fine.  Opened the air handler and seen the water in the pan and confirmed the drain pipe was clogged.  Then told me I should install a UV light inside near to blower to prevent mold. He asked me if I had a compressor and I said I only have a small one.  He then went outside to the drain pipe with his wet vac and put it on the drain for 1 minute and said he couldn't clear it and that he would need to call a special tech to pour a chemical and blow it clear.  He also said he didn't have the equipment to check the Freon level or charge it if needed.  I told him it blows out cold, no need.  Told me my AC was to small for my home which Sears installed 7 years ago.  Really?   Then he went to his vehicle and wrote the charges for the drain to be cleared for $257.  And also wrote charges for a UV light if I wanted one for over $2000 dollars.  Yea right!   Never got a call back, so the next day I called them to find out about this special tech and was told they don't know what day or time he will be able to come.  I told them to forget about coming.  I poured bleach down the drain, waited 2 hours and cleared it myself with my own wet vac.   Stand clear from these idiots.  They are unprofessional and just want to sell your unnecessary crap..  Call someone else!

Do not call this company. They use high pressure sales especially for things not needed. They preyed on my 95 year old grandfather and tried to sell him a brand new 9000 ac system. They had him under a contract before he could even think. He had a small leak and his system is still under warranty. They LIED and told him his warranty was only 5 years and that it wasn't registered. We were able to intervene and call a good company out who was able to fix the leak and they found his coil is under warranty. Sad that they would try to take a 95 year old veteran for a ride. Do not call And Services.

The guy seem overly friendly which I didn't mind, he acted extremely caring but immediately began to sell me a new AC unit, suggesting they offer credit for the purchase. I told him I prefer to fix it I did not want a $7000+ loan right now. he said this was the same loan he was getting for his mother air-condition. He even call the owners wife who apparently was Latin like myself, she greeted and told me how good and honest he was. I found everything very estrange. In the end I paid 59$ diagnostic fee but I feel he came in with a pre diagnosis to sell me a new air conditioner and a loan. Two days later a paid a handyman $50 and my air was fixed. I waited 3 months to write this review. My air conditioning unit still working great and no additional work was need it. I'm no saying everyone in the company is like this, but if you get offer a new unit and a line of credit for the purchase, get a second opinion first.

If I could give them no stars I would. We spent $12,000 with them three years ago on an HVAC system. Yesterday it quit working. We have a service contract with them and the system is under warranty. They refused to send anyone when we called the emergency number last night. They said to call back at 9am. My husband took the day off work. At 9 they said they'd be here by noon. At noon it was between 1 and 3. At 3 it was between 5 and 6. At 6 it was between 10 and midnight, and we told Edgar that we would go out to supper to get out of the 90 degree heat. At 8 he called both our phones from a No-caller-ID number, and when we answered he hung up on us. We called AND, and they put us on hold ten minutes and then hung up on us. We called back and they put us on hold again, then told us it would be tomorrow, by noon. Their service contracts and warranties are not worth the paper they're printed on.

Our HVAC system was leaking. This has happened before and all we needed was a service to come out and flush the pipe. We called And Services and the tech came out and said he actually had to take out the whole HVAC system and clean it to stop the leak. It would be $1300.

I was also worried about mold since it was leaking so he installed a UV light for $1200.

He was supposed to come out the next day to clean the system. He said it would take 4-6 hours in which the AC would be turned off in the house. He also said we had to pay upfront. At noon, he still wasn't here and I had people coming over at 5 p.m., so that wasn't going to work. My husband called and said he had reservations about spending so much on what he still didn't think was the fix. The man on the phone (not the original tech) was very rude and said we don't want your service then.

We were refunded the $1300.

The next day, we had Red Cap plumbing come out and they flushed the pipe and it fixed the leak (which we thought was the original problem). They charged us $15.

I'm still not sure if the UV light was necessary or usually that expensive, but at least we saved the $1300 for an unnecessary cleaning. Look at all these ratings and don't call them. Never think you are the exception to the rule.

THE WORST! I feel like I've been scammed. Funny thing is, they have 4.5 starts on google reviews, yet here they have 1.5 stars...

We hired this company to install a new A/C, add a return and a few more air vents around our home. We where told the project would take about 6-7 hours. They showed up at 10am on a Saturday and did not leave until 10pm. TWELVE HOURS! And what's even worse was, they didn't finish!!!!!! We where told that they would call us the next day to reschedule a day to come back. Next day, we got no phone call, nothing. WE had to reach out and tell them that we did not yet have the rest of the project finished. FIVE days later they came to finish, and then made some excuses as to why they could not add the return in our master bedroom. I didn't care anymore I just wanted them out of our home! We paid 7k for the overall project, never again! A company who doesn't even care about their customers. If we have an AC problem I'm not even sure where we will go, because unfortunately we have a warranty through them. Save your money, find people who will finish the job and do it right in a timely manner.

I do NOT recommend this AC company. They are very shady. I bought my AC unit from them BRAND new in April 2012. Yesterday my compressor broke and they came out and replaced it and put a charge of $350. A compressor or blown whatever they said should not be happening after 2 years of life. My AC unit was working just fine all this time, and it just so happens that less than a month ago this company came out to do the 6 month maintence check on my unit. Nothing was wrong with my unit. How coincidental it was that something breaks on my unit after this company came to inspect/maintence it. This is very shady company as i feel they sabotaged my unit when they inspected it. Needless to see, i refused to pay. and wont be calling them again.

And Services, out of Tampa, should be run out of town. I am disabled and live in a small mobile home. The AC Cost me $10,000. In looking at other jobs completed by And Services, AC systems (for large homes) seem to average between $4,000-$7,000. I can't help but wonder (since I have never received the itemized bill I requested 3 times) if the price tag was coincidentally the same (to the penny) as the Greensky approval of $10,000 or if they regularly take advantage, Disabled people.

While initially, I was in the hospital when they were to come and finish the job, it has now been 4 months and the contractor has not returned to finish the install. Original work was supposed to take 4 hours. It took 4 days, partly because a main electrical wire between the house and the outside system had to be replaced. They shut off my main electric service for 3 days (the AC is on its own system) and ruined the food in both my side by side and deep freezer. I was told they would compensate me $100.00 for the $350.00 in ruined food. That I should be glad you're even getting that. (CSR -- Edgar)  Well, I never even received the $100 promised.  

From looking at the Hillsborough County Construction Department Records, the Contractor did not take out required Construction Permits for the system replacement--especially considering it involved replacing electrical wires. They had me sign giving them permission to apply for the permit and I'm sure I was charged (though I don't know since I cannot get the itemized bill I requested).  Since there were no permits, there were No Inspections by Construction Officials. Having been trapped in a house fire, started by an electrical problem which left me hospitalized for several months, I worry that the job was not completed properly.

And Services Did Not come back to replace the grate, which they had to order or to finish the reattachment of the door to the AC closet.  And Services Did Not come back to complete the Duct Cleaning--which had added $1400 to the bill. The $1400 has not been refunded.

I've spoken with employees of And Services quite a few times, though Edgar who had handled the problems with my job is not available but will call you back. Yes, and hell will freeze over.

I have no idea how this company is number one rated. They have canceled THREE appointments with us either at or after the scheduled appointment time. This is three days that we had to take off work early to be available for the plumber. I can completely understand having to reschedule once...maybe even twice. THREE TIMES?! Complete disrespect for the customers time. Very disappointing.

It is very interesting that the companies website has 5 star reviews, when, in fact, this site has reviews from actual customers.
And Services is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Four or five technician mistakes starting with the installation have caused over $1000+ in damages, including a kitchen cabinet falling off the wall.
Every technician except for the last one said the previous repair person did it wrong and explained what was done wrong and what should have been done. After the first two floods (unit in attic) a person was sent out to paint the walls (freshly painted months prior) and did an unacceptable job. I spoke to Edgar and told him I would have a professional repair the damage, and give him the bills. Because of the pandemic it took over a year to get some one here, During that period of time two more floods occurred, all mistakes by technicians, When the job was done I had the semi annual check up done (the last one done by them even though I have one left!! I was told I had to have some lightbulb installed. The technician advised me to just deduct that cost from my bills to be reimbursed to me. After serveral attempts to reach Edgar and no return calls, I called one more time and asked to speak to the top person there. That person was John.  He proceeded to yell at me, accusing me of deducting the bulb cost from the repair bills. and they would not give me any money and hung up.

We own a rental property in South Tampa. On a friend's recommendation, we had And Services go out and repair the air conditioning system after the tenant told us the air was not cooling. The And Services technician called us while at the house and had diagnosed the problem as a bad capacitor. We've had this type of repair done on other houses, so I knew that the price that he quoted was reasonable. I approved the repair and had them also do a cleaning on the heat pump unit. The tenant was happy with their service as was I. I will definitely use them again when needed.

We called And Services because our AC suddenly went out in the Clearwater area. After setting up an appointment, the company sent out a technician within 3-4 hours. Upon arriving, the tech checked everything mentioned that he discovered the problem. He proceeded to tell me that the entire AC line was frozen and that I need to replace the entire system at a cost of $3000. Yup, I need almost everything replaced he said. I thanked him for his time and sent him on his way, but before leaving I even asked about the diagnostic call fee of $59, wondering when will that be charged to my card. 'You know what, don't worry about it' he said. Hmmm... OK, I guess. I believe its likely because he didn't want to go on record with his findings that my entire system needed replacement.

Shortly after, I contacted another mom and pop AC repair company and they promptly sent someone out. Needless to say, he had my entire system up and running within 15 minutes at a cost of $133 & $75 of which was the cost of an after hours call. He mentioned that these guys work on commission. I can only imagine all of the little old ladies and gents that have been swindled by these people.

This is a tough call. The service techs are great and hard working. I give them  5 stars. Management, I be generous and give them 3 stars. They make promises then you get excuses. I would rather have someone say to me, we can't start this week or today and say we can start on Tuesday next week. For me they showed up on Thursday afternoon, started the job, then did not show up on Friday and did show up late Saturday afternoon. They worked about 2 1/2 hours. They did not show Monday (a holiday) or Tuesday but did show up Wednesday and Thursday. Always the same reason. An emergency came up. I called last Tuesday to speak to the Boss and tell him how good his tech's are and was told he was busy and he would call back. You guessed it, he never called back.  Yesterday (Monday) I call for my neighbor and they said they could be there that afternoon. They did show up to give an estimate and collect the payment. They claimed they had to get parts and would be there between 9 am and 11 am. Nope they didn't show up. I called and the first call I was put on hold and left there. The second call the lady was very helpful and I ended up talking to the service manager. He gave me all the reasons they didn't show up yet. I explained, again, the lady is an 83 year old shut-in. He said he would call her. He did not call her and here it is 2:15 pm and still nothing. Again, their tech's are great. Management sucks. It has long been said word of mouth advertising is the best advertising Not in this case.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are extremely unprofessional an overpriced. I had a new air conditioner installed over 2 months ago. The picture above shows what the air conditioner look like after 3 days. I have called repeatedly to have someone come out and repair the air conditioner and has yet to be fixed. They either do not show up to the scheduled time or show up several hours late without notice. I was quoted one price and two months later when I received the bill I was shocked to find out I was overcharged by $1,236 when I called to question this I was told it was a mistake and they mailed me a check over a month ago. I never received the check excuse was that the check was mailed to the wrong house and they will credit my account. I was credited my account but I'm sure they would never credit me if I didn't call to question it. The air conditioning unit required a permit that had to be signed off several days after the unit was installed I never received a call for the inspection for the building permit after a month I called and was told they have to schedule I cannot do it. A week later someone did come out to inspect the air conditioning I believe they hired the individual and paid them off because the guy was literally at my house for 2 minutes. He never looked at any paperwork never looked at anything and signed off on the air conditioning I don't believe if I were to call building permit and have someone come out that they will have only taken 2 minutes to inspect a unit.
I was told I would have one of the best AC person come out to look at the issue again a problem with scheduling because they did not call me. When they finally did call me to say they were 25 minutes away. They came  an hour later and it was a different person with very little experience and he could not do anything but take pictures. That was last week and I still have yet to receive a call.

Do not use this company. They will not start work before payment in full. The plumbers they sent out to repair my supply line told us they didn't know how to do the job in mid-process and walked away. At first they showed up 4 hours late without supplies and had to go to Home Depot to get some. Their office did not return numerous phone calls and put me on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes with a response of they'll call you back in a few minutes. They left my house in a mess, holes in my outside wall and living room floor and shattered my supply line in the process. I do hope that they lose their licensing before they destroy anyone else's property. Check their BBB  record. They don't have anything but a sizable complaint record there. Use a reputable, professional company. Not AND Services. EVER!

I called because they had a special for 79 drain cleaning and I have a kitchen sink that is clogged. They said no problem they will be out be the next day between 2 - 6 PM. I asked them to call me an hour before hand so I could leave work to meet them. They called at noon and said they would be there 10 minutes, I told them I would hurry but I was an hour out. I get home and they walk in and look at the kitchen sink and say it would be about 279.00 because they would have to snake it from under the sink.  When I told them I was told 79.00 which they said that is only if I had an outside clean out and that I was told the wrong amount which they say happens all the time with the office. Talk about a bait and switch. I felt I was lied too and asked them to leave.

The absolute worst service ever.  A technician came out on Friday to give us an estimate that clearly called out one brand and verbally told us they do not use a big box home improvement unit, because the professional ones are made with better quality.  We were also told they would be out about Noon on Saturday.  At 3 pm they finally showed up, but had to go buy a water heater at the home improvement store we were told they don't use.

If I could give them zero stars I would.  Now we are scrambling to find a place that will put one in!

Do not waste your time with AND Services.  They promise you everything you want to hear, but never deliver.  First the estimate sales person shows up an hour late.  Promised the world, even tho their prices a higher than others.  I still trusted AND due to a recommendation.  Promised installation first thing the next day, today, no one showed up or called.  After 4 phone calls getting the run around, saying they are delayed, enroute, will call you  back, I received a call saying it never made the schedule for installation today.  Umm, everyone else saw the work order and had excuses, now at noon your telling me it cannot be done.  Now promised tomorrow morning first customer, by 9:00 am.  I will not hold my breath.  STAY AWAY FROM AND SERVICES

Provided predatory work since the sales man knew we were in desperate need of removing the mold in our air handlers and duct work due to our young children and ourselves being in and out of hospital. Installed a new air handler  and put a light in the new/older one to kill germs. Also put in a new outside AC UNIT.
Cleaned duct work a month past schedule. Told us since we were both unemployed that we were getting a loan for low income within a weatherization program. Come to find out they charged us 13k and put it through PACE without our knowledge or my mortgage companies knowledge. Inspection was just done yesterday 3/31/22 (work was done in September of 2021. Inspector even said I way overpaid. Now I have a 13k lien on my house that will be added onto my taxes every year with an increasing rate.

We hired AND Services to perform a routine maintenance on our home AC. They came to our house right away and after a few min the technician recommended that we replace the whole unit as it was 20 years old. We went ahead and paid 7k for new central AC for our home. A week later we noticed that the unit was not cooling our home properly so we called them to let them know and 2 days later they finally sent someone to fix the issue... or so we thought. He told us that the previous install was done incorrectly and he didn't know how the AC even worked at all... but now he had fixed the issue. The very same night the AC once again started to not work properly and wasn't the cooling our home anymore at all... it was Sunday night and we called them and they said they would send someone right away.... NOBODY CAME... then they told us that they would come on Monday after we called back so I took the day off from work in order to be home... NOBODY CAME AGAIN, we called around 9pm on Monday and the lady on the phone told us that nobody was available... I proceed to ask her what can we do because our home is really hot... I mean it's the middle of summer... so she said in a condescending manner... get a hotel.... We made another appt for 8pm on Tuesday... NOBODY SHOWED UP AGAIN.... ANOTHER APPT FOR WED AT 8PM... NOBODY SHOWED UP AGAIN!! ... TODAY IS THURSDAY... WE SCHEDULED AGAIN AND THEY PROMISED SOMEONE WOULD BE HERE NO MATTER WHAT.... I should have known better... NOBODY SHOWED UP AGAIN!!! WE are still dealing with the issue and at this point I doubt someone will ever come... only option I have now is to get my lawyer involved. Stay away from this horrible company... they are very unprofessional, never come after they have taken your money and they plain don't care.. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by a company before.  BE WARNED

If I could give less than one star, I would. This company is a complete joke. I was charged a $500 inspection fee for a plumbing issue and was told this issue could be fixed for $4500. Knowing that I did not live at the residence, they took full advantage and never even came to repair! This was confirmed via camera. When we called them on it, nothing! No return call, nothing. I have had to have an attorney get involved. Do NOT hire this company for ANYTHING!

Wayne came to my house in a HUGE time of need for my family and ripped us off. He convinced us this was the best offer and he wasn't a sales person and we didn't need other quotes. If you need a quote and have time, I guess calling them isn't a bad thing. But if you need something done quickly, as I did, and you need a company you trust to be honest, do not fall for this company. They will take advantage of you. I HIGHLY recommend staying away from this scam. We have two small children and had plumbing issues, and they over charged us by $2,000+ from the market rate. And I know it is my fault for not getting more quotes because we were in such a rush. Then, their back office support is bad as well and wouldn't give us a receipt. Worst experience of my life, I never leave reviews but feel like I have to to help more families like mine.

I just had Gary come out and give me a quote on getting my calcified spickets on the side of the house taken off. He wanted to cut into my house through the stucco to replace it. The spicket doesn't need to be replaced and doesn't leak. Just couldn't get the hose off. Shame on me. Went on you tube and had it off in 5 minutes. Total fraud!!  Tried to sell me 13k water softner though. Had an apprentice with him too. Training newbies how to rip people off. Don't trust these people. I found them in a magazine and didn't do my do diligence and look them up. No wonder they have a 1.5 rating out of 5. All similar complaints. I had a bad capacitor (avg. $150 repair) they charged me $292. The problem was the Tech claimed it still didn't fix the problem. I would need a new coil for $3300 or a new and better unit for $11,000. My unit is a Bryant and is only 6 years old.
I told them I would think about my options. I had another company come out the next day. They reset the breaker, checked the freon levels and told me the unit was fine, that the new capacitor was probably the only thing wrong with the unit.

What a mess...Our toilet backed up into our shower on a Saturday of all times.  We found And Services through Google and they advertise a $79 fee for unplugging the toilet. Great deal we thought,  When we spoke with them we told them that this was an ongoing thing once a year and we needed them to snake from the outside of the house 20 to 25' in. They said no problem absolutely we can do that they arrived on Monday and the technicians we're not able or so they say to unclog through this method. Without discussion of an increase of charges they went through the shower and then went up on the roof Once everything was unclogged they notified me that the bill would be $325 that I'm actually saving $400 because normally they would charge that for going on the roof. What kind of customer service is that!!!! 2 days later same problem. We highly recommend you stay away from this company

They don't have enough technicians to cover the territories they serve. The scheduling is vague at best. They frequently do incorrect repairs and sub standard installations and the techs frequently have to go out abd fix what the previous tech messed up. Their plumbers are worse if you can get one. Now they're expanding into solar which will be a disaster.  The owners and managers are racist and hire only white women for their home office.  I would not reccomend working there and if you use them you're  a fool.

Run! They use a pricing chart that lump services together. I foolishly paid $551 for a few inches of PVC pipe and glue on my condensate line. I shouldn't gone to the hardware store and fixed it myself for $20. Instead of looking at the scale of work needed, these greedy bastards basically say anything we touch on the condensate line, regardless of how small, is $551...It was less then 5 in pvc and glue!!! Ridiculous! I'm usually not a sucker, but that day I was. NEVER AGAIN!

Not to mention I used YELP to find a top rated company and somehow I ended up with these cons. I must've made the mistake of calling a third party answering services who just sends work to whatever company is available. Extremely disappointing!

I call And services yesterday to do a repair on my air-conditioner. They made it out in three hours and called me with a diagnosis of a bad starter capacitor and a bad fan motor on the condenser. When I asked him the cost of the repair, his reply was, if I use aftermarket parts it was 900+ dollars, If I use train parts, it will be 1200+ dollars. I thought it was a little excessive. I believe a business should be able to make money but I think this was excessive. I want to a local parts house this morning was able to buy all the parts for $171 text me about 30 minutes to put it in.

I called them almost a year ago and they came out and showed me inside unit was froze .  He told us a quote that would fix it.  1300.  Right away it stopped working correctly.  They sent a guy out every other day three times to refill the refrigerant.  Then said it was a leak and would cost another 800.  I complained that that was the original problem and that if they would have looked at the outside unit then maybe they would have caught it.  So now 10 months later the company called for a free checkup.  Now after the checkup our AC WILL not go below 81.  I called back the day after and they said they would send someone.  So they never showed up and today they said they would be here by 5:00 I called at 8:00pm and they said they can not get ahold of the tech.  So now 10:00 pm and nothing.  Needless to say they will never touch my AC after they fix the problem.

This company advertises fast and same day services-I called on Saturday and told them it was not an emergency and to schedule me an appointment which they did for Monday.  I sat home alllll day Monday waiting and finally got a call at 3:30 stating they could not make the appointment at all Monday nor Tuesday maybe Wednesday.  WHY did I make an appointment if they cannot keep it.  I will not use them nor recommend them.  Terrible.

Are you kidding me? This company is not honest and does not have affordable prices! They do not give a dam about customers comfort as stated in their bio! They ripped me off completely and for absolutely NO reason! They are negligent, rude, and only care about how to take advantage of you. If your pregnant, female, and alone in your home, do NOT trust Wayne to come to your home and provide any recommendation for service because he will try to take every penny from you and refer you to sign up for a credit card in order to connect your washer to the septic tank in the front yard for $5600 because of the distance of PVC coverage from back yard to front yard. Meanwhile, there's a septic tank already in your backyard as well that he didn't even bother to uncover. You did your investigating yourself and not even a few inches below, there it is! He will refer you to his contractor friend in Clearwater to milk even more money off of you for his own benefit and probably a commission. His manager Joe will call you when your upset and speak to with disrespect and cause you even more  frustration! Do NOT contact this business for plumbing needs. He will tell you he needs to inspect your pipes and then charge you $645 for an incomplete BS video inspection and send you an invoice that says service repair when all he did was spend a few minutes sticking a cable down a pipe just to tell you what you already know: your pipe is made of PVC... No duh I had a 4 point inspection a year ago! Meanwhile, your drain is still clogged. Their video inspection will not reveal anything or solve anything and will not even show anything because it is completely dark on the camera. Do not let them step foot on your property. Call another company. Do your research. They will lie to you.

This is hands down one of the worst experiences I've had using any service professional in my entire adult life. First and foremost, multiple technicians have shown up at my home and  tried to enter without a mask. They have never once shown up on time... They showed up late the first three times (by hours and twice not showing at all and rescheduling) and the last time they showed up two hours early and interrupted my workday with my dogs barking. That leads me to the next fact...they have been out to my home 4-5 times and we have spent FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS and they still have not fixed the issue. I've called twice to speak to the plumbing manager and he can't be bothered to return my call. This service is a disgrace. If AND decides to do the right thing and (1) return my call, (2) send someone out here and show up at the scheduled time and (3) actually fix the @#+$&#&@ issue, maybe I will update this review. Until then, I haven't gotten one single benefit from the $5000 we've spent (in fact they have made the problem even worse).

Do not.  I repeat, do NOT ever call or hire this company.  After reading other reviews it was apparent they use the same tactics over and over again just to get as much money from you as they can.  They tried their  tactics on us, but we may be elderly but not stupid.  Maybe they should be tried for elderly abuse under the legal statute in the state of Florida.  I am surprised they have not been exposed more in social media; the press: and TV.  I guess they feel the population in this area is so great the odds are in their favor to continue their tactics.  I trust the reviews here on Yelp.  Other areas such as Google have been cherry picked from all their reviews to build up a rating that in no way reflects the true nature of this company's tactics.

They charged me 6500.00 for a new AC; and they told me they replaced my duct. Later, I had condensation dripping from my vents and down my walls--under my paint of my expensive 720 sq. ft. wooden home. I had them come out to troubleshoot. First they told me I had a hole in my duct... once that was patched, the problem did not go away. I had other AC companies come out and they explained that the unit And Services put in was too big for such a small house--a 2 ton unit, (my original was a 1.5 ton). The owner of And Services sent Bryan, 'who would get to the bottom of it', he confirmed that yes the unit was too big, I did not have enough vents, but that would have probably happened anyways if they switched it out to a 1.5 ton-- but he assured me that they would help me and wanted to put new vents all over my house, and I could add a vent to my garage, and they would give me a discount. Needless to say, the owner NEVER returned my calls. Later, I receive an email, stating they had been trying to get a hold of me for my yearly service (not true) but that I wasn't answering my calls!!!

AND Services installed new A/C on September 1st 2021. New A/C hasn't worked for almost a month. I paid them all in advance. I call them for days to fix it. They came a couple of times but did nothing. My air conditioner still doesn't work. I ask them to take their non- working NEW A/C back and give me my money back. I`m still waiting for them to answer my calls.

Absolute worst company I've ever delt with! First of all they bait and switched me. I contacted them fro. an ad for a $79 drain cleaning. They came out and ran a snake down the clean out, this punched a tiny hole in the clog. The city came out later and verified with a camera, that there was just a small hole and the clog remained. I contacted AnD Services to let them know I was unhappy with this service and being overcharged by $182, but that went ignored for more than a week before I posted negative reviews. I was then almost immediately called by their employee who was sympathetic and told me they would be issuing a full refund (more than what I even asked for) so I removed my reviews. waited 7 days, no refund, so I called them, was told to wait. It's been 10 days now, no refund. If they are willing to blatantly lie to me, what are they willing to do to you?

Wow.  BEWARE!  I just had a problem fixed (supposedly) that I had to pay $259 for and it only took 2 minutes to fix.  I googled the part & it is only $15!!  Ridiculous that I was charged this price for a very quick fix!  Also, they want $700 additional for freon!  They also quoted me $7500 for a new system (900 sq ft condo- 2 ton AC system).  That is more than I paid for my home AC system!  All the sudden they took off 30% for about $5300.  If that doesn't tell you something I don't know what will! I will not use them again!

And Services did our solar panel install a few months ago and were very thorough and professional! Came out for a consultation, did some follow-up research, gave us the quote, made recommendations on trees that needed to be trimmed for optimal sun exposure, and had the panels up all within a month. They came out for a follow-up appointment shortly after that, to make sure everything was installed correctly. We referred someone and they gave us a nice referral bonus as well. Techs were all very polite and professional. Would definitely use them again!

I called for an estimate to fix a leaking water line under my kitchen sink in my RV/Mobile Home (which I rent out). After they looked at the plumbing I was told that the water lines were so old (1986) that they didn't even sell that type of plastic water lines any more. After first suggesting that I replace the entire water supply line through out the RV they said they could fix the leak but would not provide any warrantee or guarantee. They quoted me $375. Please understand that the plumbing under my sink is exactly like that found in any modern home except for the out dated water lines. The leak was at a coupler fitting, which are readily available for repairs. I know how to perform the repair, I just didn't feel like doing the work myself. The warrantee thing doesn't bother me but the $375 quote is so far out of line that it can only be considered a RIP OFF. Good thing I am familiar with what honest repair work costs are. BEWARE!!!

Criminals at the highest level. Yesterday, my elderly parents
( in their 80s.) air conditioner quit working. They called AND services and were informed that their air conditioning unit was dead unfixable and that they needed a new one. they then received a quote for a Rheem 13 seer 4 ton unit. $11,900. Praying on the elderly is one of the worst crimes that there is!!!!!! thankfully they called me before they signed any papers and I was able to arrange a honest, hard-working air conditioning service technician to come out and take a look at my parents AC unit. he didn't arrive until after midnight but he fixed the unit within 20 minutes. He said it was a bad capacitor and charged $250 to fix the unit. He did say that the unit was quite old and that it probably would need to be replaced soon and he gave me a call this morning and said that he could put a 16 seer unit into my parents house installed for $4800.00..
What ever you do avoid this company at all cost? They are predators.

Very disappointed. Had a minor but urgent need to repair the leaking water line coming into the house. Instead, technician took time to tour the residence and proposed about $20,000 to repipe entire house. Then when I said all I wanted at this time was the repair I called about he had to run to supply store for parts. Between these two we were without water service for about 2 hours longer than needed to be. To be fair, Jay the technician was professional and competent completing the work in about an hour. However, using approx. less than $100 in parts, still charged $920. Seemed a little steep. Probably company policy to try to upsell and not his fault. Would have preferred the work be done first and then asked if I wanted to be quoted for any additional work.

I recently had And Services  come out to my sisters house due to her losing her air quality the unit would come on but would not blow into the house. Justin came to her home and checked out the unit and said her unit was just fine and she needed  duct work that hers had fallen down and rotted away with holes. He quoted her an estimate of $1,220.00 for the duct work. So I called a few other places to get more estimates on the duct work and low  and behold it was not the duct work it was the blower motor on the unit. So instead of the hefty price for duct work it only cost me $240.00 for a blower motor and the maintenance. The company also quoted me a price of ONLY  $500.00 for the duct work on the home. WOW what a difference with  the other two companies  I called, they to also  quoted me for duct work and it too was under $600.00 just goes to show this company needs to find and hire people that know what they are doing. That is crazy especially at this time of the year we are dealing with a pandemic and with racial problems and you guys try to rip people off that is not tolerable. I will make sure we don't recommend this company to anyone. Try hiring better people. I can only imagine if I would of gave you the go ahead to do the duct work then what would of came next oh mam your blower motor also went out sorry that will be another few hundred dollars... NO I DON'T THINK SO NOT THIS LADY ANYWAY........

And Services is a piece of shit company. I'm sure their website is built with false reviews since it took them an hour to reply to my call on 8/13@ at 11:45 am. Once they called me back, I told them I'm calling for my parents, who are in their eighties; once they verified with them, they told me a technician would be out in 2-3 hours.Well it's 8/14 @ 10:40 am and still no call or message from, so I called and representative check and still have no reason why they didn't come. She remarked that there are no more appointments today, and they can reschedule for Sunday. I said, if you can't tell me why the technician didn't arrive, why the hell would I reschedule with you. She has no reply. Worthless business with no customer service at all.

How this company operates is criminal.  They employ non-trained or at best ill trained people to charge well over the top prices. They  make you pay these over inflated prices upfront so a person has no recourse. They always need parts that are unnecessary.  For instance they wanted $600.00 for a thermostat that sells full retail for$170. I called in a real factry trained tech and found that the AND tech had changed the wiring to create the issue. He wanted $850. to fix the issue he created. The factory traned tech deduced and fixed the issue with no need for a new thermostat in about 20 minutes for $140. They fooled me good several times before I figured out that I had been scammed out of hundreds of dollars by these crooks. Negative stars. DO NOT USE THEM! BEWARE!

SHAME ON THEM!!

This company uses salespeople who strongarm you into buying today to get the good price (which you can get any day of the week from a better company).

Then they sell you their one year maintenance agreement by telling you it's necessary for warranty coverage.

Then, about a year later, they tell you that your new ac needs a hard start kit, and while the parts are covered by the warranty, after one year you have to shell out almost $300 for this device, or you're going to develop compressor problems.

At just under 3 years of age on our quality brand AC, they came out to do their maintenance service (which at 90.00 is pretty pricey for each call).  The tech finished with remarkable speed.  How did he even have time to clean the unit (among the other contracted items they are to comeplete).  The fun is about to begin:

He asks me if I knew about the hard start kit, and the potential for compressor failure. He then said that the compressor is failing and I should get it replaced. Warranty of 5 years covers the parts, I get to pay 1800.00 for their labor.  The service personnel seemed very eager to get this going, again today.  Was he thinking of a possible commission payment added to his check from the customer misled?

In my opinion, this company is really, really bad.  They deserve the rating of one star.

And service tech, Don, came for a regular maintenance check Dec 1, 2020. Company called us several times to schedule appointment and verified time & date day before. They also called before scheduled time to inform he was running a little late because of emergency. Don still showed up during scheduled time slot. Made sure we had masks to wear if we wanted to as he was. Very pleasant and informative. Rinsed off unit before he left. Will ask for Don again for our next 6 month check

Disappointed. Bad service experience. Called for two days to speak with supervisor and never got a response. Paid for service maintenance plan and received a salesman at my door to replace my entire unit $6500-$8000 quote. It's a shame their paperwork says they pride themselves on customer satisfaction.

I would like to share the letter written to AND services which was mailed mid March, I have not received any kind of response. I am posting this review everywhere possible as I hope others will heed warning & not be treated the manner we have been. I am attaching my actual letter with dates of how this debacle unfolded as it is too long to post on this review in case someone wishes to review how everything happened from the time we purchased our new AC unit July 2020 until finally having it installed properly per Hillsborough County Inspectors January 2021.

My letter is as follows - I am writing this letter in reference to the experience I have had with your company AND Services. My hope is to share this experience in hopes that another customer will not endure the same sequence of events we have. We feel the level of service we have received is unacceptable due to 4 failed inspections and multiple appointments all requiring waiting for hours for arrivals, duplicate work as well as completion, however we are very thankful to finally have had everything taken care of over the course of several months, I would like to share the encounters we have had over these last several months to help your company understand why we feel this way.

In my opinion six months is too long for everything to be completed properly and safely by code requirements, especially the amount of work on our part to follow up as we were not contacted in a reasonable amount of time for majority of appointments as well as our follow up for a proper permit with our proper address. My husband and I are elderly which going through this during the pandemic at hand (we both have underlying conditions) has led to increased stress we hoped to not have. We understand mistakes and things happen however over the course of six months is too excessive for any customer to have to go through. My prayer is no other customers will experience nor endure the
level of service we have been provided.

I Had a new Water Heater and water softner system installed in july and still they have not pulled a permit or scheduled a inspection or anything  and The Plumber    Manager Roger is not professional and does not show up when scheduled.  DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE

The tech that came out to service our AC was very rude and pushy, he tried to get us to replace a UV bulb is our AC unit but wouldn't explain way we needed and the cost was 158.00, we did opt to not replace the bulb.. This was a free first time service, but at have no plans to use And again..

I was in the market for obtaining an entire new central air (condenser, handler and thermostat). I had gotten a few quotes from a few companies, including AND Services, who approached me at the Home Depot asking if i needed any AC work. I decided to set up an estimate just to get one more option. All prices were similar but AND offered a free smart thermostats and UV sterilization system. I decided to schedule with them and two days later the install techs came. Unfortunately things began to go south right away. The techs were not able to install the handler in my crawl space via the mode the estimator gave because of a support beam in the way. Had the original estimator gone in the crawl space he would have seen that. Instead he just put his arms in the crawl space and took photos. As the new handler wouldn't fit in up the opening the techs had to compete disassemble the handler and reinstall it in the attic. What was suppose to be a 6 hour job took about 8.5 to 9 hours. After everything was installed the techs set up the thermostat... after playing around with things for another 1/2 hour or so the tech team told me they thought the handler had a bad part that prevent the a/c from calling. The team left that night , nearly 11 hours at my house, with me not having working a/c on a brand new Rheem unit. They told me another tech would be out in the morning to confirm the issue and fix it. After missing one full day of work I had to rearrange my work schedule the next morning to meet the tech.  He got there, assesses the situation and confirmed the issue. He said they didn't have the part and it would have to be ordered. I had requested that I get a new handler and I wasn't comfortable just thousands of dollars on a brand new unit that already needed to get a replacement part. They assured me it was an easy install. The replacement part came in two days after the initial install. Meanwhile I had to stay at a family members home as my house was uncomfortably hot and humid. The crew came on Friday mid morning. I had been told by the scheduler that the install of the new part was easy and might take 1-2 hours. I let the techs know I had to leave in two hours due to work obligations. They told me the install would be 3-4 hours. That's when I started losing my cool... I had already inconvenienced my schedule for 12 hours one day several hours the next day and now I was going to be spending another 3 to 4 hours just for them to fix a broken unit that should've been functioning the day it was installed. They got a manager on the phone and the manager assured me everything would go fine. They would extend my free labor warranty for an additional year. He said he would email me something in writing right away. I had previously contacted a manager by the name of John to discuss the situation and I was told he would call me within 15 minutes of that phone call. Over four days later I have yet to hear back from that manager that I was assured was going to reach back out to me within 15 minutes. In addition I have yet to get the email stating that my warranty would be extended by an additional year. I ended up emailing the company thinking maybe if I put something in writing to them that maybe somebody would address the situation. Again four days later and my email has gone on answered. While the technicians were able to install, and for the time being, fix my brand new air conditioning system, I am less than pleased with the quality of service from the management team. The technicians were all friendly and helpful and the things that were wrong were out of their control. However the management team, who told me they would reach out to me and compensate me for certain things, has yet to fulfill their word. I don't know how a manager can make promises and statements to their clients and then not follow through with them. It's really poor customer service. At the very least call me back to see if my AC unit is running properly. I haven't even gotten that phone call. I'm really nervous about ever needing to use them should something break. Not sure they'll ever make good on the free labor and warrant and if they do want quality of service I'll get.
Based on the hassles I contended with and lack of concern and follow through with the company I would have a hard time recommending them to anyone.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Technician,s come out and don't even do a  conductivity test to see where the issues with the AC are coming from. I laid out hundreds of dollars and my AC went back out hours after it was supposedly fixed. Do yourself a favor and call another company. In my opinion, this one is in the business of selling new AC's.

I called this company in the morning asking about their $79 drain clean. She said yes they clear them for $79 unless the clog is really bad then  they would discuss with me. A plumber showed up and immediately told me it would be 184 plus the 79 because of the length of the run. I told him no and then he said he would do it for $79. He then told me he would put a camera in the line to show me the drain. Tells me then I should have them do a hydro clean for 3100 or so. I told him no and he proceeded to do the work of clearing the drain. Later that day it was stopped up again. I am removing the charge off my credit card. Seems they don't back up their advertised price.

And Services. What a completely unethical con-job of an AC company.
    We ran into these guys at the Bradenton home show. We had been looking to establish a relationship with an AC company so we thought we would give them a try. We set up an appointment for a cleaning for $30.
    The technician shows up and immediately says we should replace our capacitor on the outside unit(thats five yrs old)because it had some rust on the top. The voltage was fine however. I thought that sounded fishy so I told him I would talk to my wife. While he continued I researched what he had told me and guess what?

     Next the guy comes inside and takes the cover off the air handler and tells me our pipes are rusted(you know the copper ones....that don't rust)and suggests replacing the whole inside. We should call because he may be able to replace it under warranty.

    I immediately told him to put everything back together and get out of my house. While he was doing that I called a friend of mine that is an AC/electrical guy and he confirmed what I was suspecting. Total scam.
    We just bought this house in June. When we bought it it went through a thorough home inspection. I know because I was there. If there had been an issue they would have caught it. If you run into this company at a home show or are looking for a company to establish a relationship with this is not the one. Just thought I'd share with you guys.

Just a cautionary tale. Do not use AND services for your HVAC needs. They show up at 8:00pm for a 3:00pm scheduled service. Then they charge 1500 for a blue light and tell you it's a deal and they are giving you a break. The blue light does nothing. We still have had covid and allergy's. Do not get suckered into getting this light. It only lasts 2 years and does nothing. It's modern day snake oil. Unfortunately my husband signed the contracts without consulting me and we are stuck. The manager is very rude and has a that is your problem now audited. You know something is wrong when even the employees in the call center are saying that is crazy and I would be mad too.

I was a customer and had electrical services completed. While the technician was professional and knowledgeable, he was over an hour late outside of the time window provided and he overcharged me on materials big time (after calling his boss and talking him down on price). Yea right. I went to Lowe's after I had a whole house surge protector installed and 15 amp circuit breaker replaced. I was led to believe the whole house surge protector was real expensive and found out the exact same model at Lowe's is $75 (which was the same price on Amazon). The circuit breaker was like $12. The work was completed in an hour. I was charged $500 which was outrageous!!!! No way electricians are making over $200/hour. I will never use this company again because they are frauds! I have already contacted my credit card company disputing this charge. I am not claiming the work was in any way shoddy but they inflated the bill and lied doing so. Never trust liars!!!

I'd give them zero stars if it were possible! They came out to discover why our a/c was leaking. They told me that we needed a new unit. In retrospect, I believe the coils probably just needed cleaning. We should have gotten another couple estimates. However, we were very concerned that mold would develop, and we took the leap of faith with them. During our service contract period with them, the
a/c developed several leaks inside. Each service tech seemed to fix the underlying problem, and then blamed the previous tech for poor workmanship. Finally an expert of theirs came out and faulted the original installers! They wanted to charge us thousands upon thousands more to fix the mistakes, I believe, they should have addressed at first. I would never, never use them again. IF YOU USE THEM, EXPECT TO WRITE A TERRIBLE REVIEW LIKE THIS.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!! I paid $5,000 cash for a new a/c unit that stopped working, I kid you not, on DAY 1. They'll fix it, I use that term very loosely, and it will work maybe 3 weeks then HOT AIR. I'm so sick of dealing with these people. Girl at office told me well you didn't buy a top of the line unit. $5,000 for JUST the outside unit (no thermostat, vents, etc) and I'm not expected to have cold air? Who is this girl? I told them from the first time unit broke that I wanted a new unit, that the one they gave me was a lemon. CRICKETS! I'm sitting here as I write this review HOT Again!! Thanks for nothing guys, your company is a joke. Too bad the jokes on me & my family.

WARNING - And Services (A Super Ripoff) - I had called 3 other A/C repair companies when my A/C stopped cooling - but none were available on short notice.  My problem was with the outside air handler and I had suspected it was a bad capacitor (I had replaced a few over the years).  But after inspecting the capacitor, I could not see any signs of damage and the fan would start up as usual whenever I would turn off the system and then re-start it.  But the fan would only run for a little while and then would shut down again.  I called And Services and a technician arrived a couple of hours later to check it.  After performing his checks, he showed me his estimated cost to repair the unit.  My jaw dropped when I saw his estimate of $812.  Having already been without A/C since the day before, I begrudgingly accepted his offer.  He replaced the capacitor and recommended a hard start kit saying it would help the compressor to last longer.  My A/C system is only 6 years old.  I thought my system too new to be having these problems but I agreed to accept the recommended repairs and pay the huge repair bill.  It took about 30 minutes max.  Nothing aside from the capacitor and hard start kit were replaced (each part retails for roughly $40 locally).  This guy went ahead and charged me $812 and then had the gall to offer me 4 additional service options for the entire system at $5409, $3585, $2085, and $1135.  I declined all of them.  After the tech left I checked online for estimates to replace a capacitor and hard start kit.  The all said about $80 plus the service visit, totalling roughly $200.  AND Services charged me over 4 times that - and then had the gall to recommend more outrageous prices for other options.  I should have told this guy to hit the road after he gave me his first estimate.  I should have known better.  But let this be a lesson to anyone thinking of calling AND Services.  They will definitely take advantage of you and rip you off if you allow it to happen.  I will NEVER call them again and I will definitely be telling others about my experience.  This company lacks ethics in a BIG way!  STAY AWAY!!!

Took off work for an appointment with a two hour window. The tech was two hours late. He was nice but....I had the evaporator panel off and a ladder there for convenience. His cursory examination was from the floor and he stated that it was very rusty and should be replaced. I showed him to the condenser and left him to test the unit. He came back in saying that it tested out at 150 PSI on both the high and low side and the entire unit had to be replaced. The diagnoses was that there was a hole in the system and that the Freon had leaked out. I asked about putting more in and he said that R22 was no longer made. He had some available but it would cost me $1,000 for the Freon and another $1,700 to fix it. (Yes $2,700 total) BUT: Since I had a 10 seer unit (Actually 12) with R22; I should replace the whole system. In order to be brought up to code I would need a new condenser pad, electrical whip, breakers, straps, hanging kit, Biologic UV bulb, and heating strip along with the new unit. Total cost for a 14 seer Bryant unit would be $7,200.

I had a second company come out and they said that a new system would be $5,500 and that my pad, breakers and such where up to current. (My house was built less than 10 years ago)

The third company out (Always get three quotes!!!!!) said that he could not test the unit because the condenser would not start up. I asked How could the other guy test the unit? The reply was He can't. Thinking that perhaps the condenser would not start because of low Freon I was going to add some but there was a wire broken off at the terminal. I replaced the connector and plugged it back in and my AC magically started running normally!  

I have a service agreement with AND that will not be renewed. $7,200 versus a $.50 terminal connecter.

I left a one star rating on their company review page that shows all good reviews. Wonder if mine will ever show up?

Misdiagnosis on first trip. Second trip out couldn't fix due to original misdiagnosis. By the time the tech got out (3+ hours late), their parts house was closed. Two+ days with an indoor temp between 85 and 90 is ridiculous. Had the issue been properly diagnosed, we would have air right now. Now we wait to see how tomorrow morning goes...

3 stars as the phone people are pretty courteous despite my irritation with this mess. Service manager was calm and worked with me. Sales guy was nice and didn't pitch me. Tech was quick, but didn't have the proper parts due to said problem above. It's no single persons fault, but it's still pretty messed up that this is happening and people have to live with and pay for it.

Hoping this goes smoothly tomorrow morning..

Please do not use this company. I bought a brand new ac from them for way to much money. Found out later I could have spent a few thousand less out the door labor and all. They gave me a free one year membership for routine maintenance. They often were late and one time never showed. There were a few calls in which they were to come out for maintenance and they wouldn't complete the job, so I'd have to call back later for them to come do what was to be done in the first place. For the inconvenience, they compensated me with another free year of membership which was never recorded so when they came out again they tried to make me pay for another membership or a higher price for the work needed. Finally the last time I called them to come out was for an ac drip leak inside my home from the drain line.  They set an appointment for between 9-11 and said I would be the first call as I was planning on going out of town that day and they would call 30 min. Before they came. By 10:45 I hadn't heard anything and called. They told me that since my membership expired, I no longer had priority and the guy who scheduled me in the first slot wasn't supposed to. They ended up coming around 1:30 instead and ruined my plans for going out of town. They cleaned the drain pipe and did not fix the leak. I called them out a few days later and then they tried to tell me my compressor on a two year old system was broken and it would be over $700 in labor to replace. After they left I had a friend of mine, who used to work on ac units,  come over and he fixed it within 15 min. He also found the reason why the pipe was leaking in my house was that it was broken and disconnected. He also found mold all in my system for which they were supposed to be cleaning on a regular basis!

They bdeserved NO STAR!!!!!!!Horrible service everytime I call. Had AND install my system a year ago. Ive had to call them to schedule the inspextor 2 times, along with a repair tech 2 times. Also the installer tried talking me out of installing an extra return vent in the ceiling that I was paying for. He wanted to do it along the floor. Horrible way of removing heat in a house! Heat rises. He wanted the fast way out. Move forward in time and the duct work comes loose from the air handler and I call AND services and they end up movingmy scheduled appointment without telling me. 2nd service call the drain line was clogged sue to the pump installed incorrectly and they moved my appointment again! Months later my system starts making a loud bang (not mechanical) and a loud hiss. I call on saturday evening and well no one can make it till monday. And I had a schedule for sunday. Moved without my knowledge again. They say 24hr emergency service but ill be at 2 days by the time they arrive. And now the AC WONT EVEN TURN ON!! Only reason I use this company is for the warrenty. Once thats done ill shit on AND Services! They are SUCK!!!!!!!! Total SCAM!!!!!!

Brought our Trane unit from And in 2019.  AND was supposed to come out and service our unit twice.  The first service was done but the 2nd service did not happen due to covid.  They still owe us a service.  In the meantime they have had to come out because the unit wasn't working properly.  AND still owe us a part for their tech rigged it the first time to keep it working.  The second time we called the 24 hour emergency line we were told a tech would be out shortly.  Six phone calls and three days later a tech arrives.  Third time we called the 24 hour emergency service we were told a tech would be out in an hour.  A tech did not show.  Called again and was told that they called to let us know that a tech was not available and did not receive an answer.  Asked how many times they called and was told once.  A tech showed and stated he wasn't able to do anything because the unit was frozen and it needed to defrost.  So the unit was turned on Fan to help defrost.  Tech said someone would be out the next day.  Next day arrives and a tech hasn't arrived.  Called at 5:15 pm and customer service said that the manager Edgard would call in 20 minutes.  50 minutes later (yes I timed it) I called back because Edgard didn't return the call.  I was connected to Edgard and told that no one would be out because he wanted to send his senior tech out and he was tied up on a job.  The 24 hour service just became 72 hours without a fix.  I asked why we were told a tech would be out in an hour the first time.  He stated he had new staff and they were running behind.  I said if that is the case than why weren't we told that and he stated I would rather they give the incorrect information WHAT???!!!! Finally a tech arrives on the 4th day and we are told there is a hole in the coil and that the coil was under warranty but we would have to pay $1400 for the refrigerant and labor.  Really?  We have to pay for the refrigerant that would not have leaked had the part be checked upon installation for a leak.  We have to pay for the labor of a warranty part that was a manufactured defect that they installed. Great customer service............Not!  We were also told they didn't know how long it would take to get the part.  Are you freaking serious!  Hopefully our story will help others make a decision NOT to purchase from AND.

The first guy came on a Saturday and wasn't prepared to do anything but the most expensive repair (he didn't have the tools), but he guaranteed the service. Within hours that repair proved inadequate. On Monday they sent another guy who assured us that *his* fix would be adequate but he would call his supervisor who could do the camera inspection the first guy guaranteed free of charge (we had to demand it, but...) Later that day John Guzman showed up to do the camera inspection as promised but he found significant system clogging. No problem, because ​a $4000 repair would guarantee no problems for the year and likely result in 20 years without further issue. It has been 24 hours since that repair and *the original problem* is still happening!!! AND services stole our money and delivered exactly nothing in return. Run far, run fast. This company is being reported to the Better Business Bureau.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! $14,000 and 10 months later and my air conditioning still is not working! They have continued to cancel and want to reschedule the work needed to be done. Duct work has failed county inspection and they continue to put me off. There has been at least 6 times they have rescheduled now, with no call for today's appt. I had to call them only to be told again they would have to reschedule. They take your money and run. No offer for reimbursement of any monies. Single unemployed parent here living off savings and they pull this? If someone was employed they would have had to call of 6 times and counting. I don't know any employers that would be willing to put up with this? If their own employees called off that many times, I sure they would be terminated, yet they expect their customers to do it.

Even after a manager promised to send someone out any time we needed our Freon charged because they could t get a part in for our 9 month old HVAC, we were told that a technician could not come until the next day. Our unit was not cooling and Nick (the manager) was not available so the customer service reps refused to send someone. They even listened to the recorded call where Nick promised to send someone any time we needed them. The customer service reps are rude and basically call you a liar when you try to tell them anything. Beware of this company!

7/27/2021 - Plumber shows up to move plumbing around for a 2nd floor bathroom remodel. They bust a pipe. Water everywhere, dripping through the floor into the kitchen. We lose all lights with water pouring from them and had to turn the breaker off.
7/29/2021 - Remediation people come out to load up my house with power pulling fans and dehumidifiers, cut out the wet ceiling drywall in kitchen and bathroom.
8/4/2021 - Remediation people add MORE fans and dehumidifiers.
8/18/2021 - Realize the work they did was subpar when the vent stack boot popped off (thank god the drywall hadn't been put back up yet), they hadn't put in the p-trap, and the water lines and drain were not where they needed to be. Was told too bad, they did what they were paid to and wanted more money.
8/19/2021 - Still have holes in my house because no one has fixed the ceilings where the drywall was removed. It's cost over $300 in extra electricity costs from the fans/dehumidifiers plus the A/C is just going straight into the attic. It's been nearly a month. We still don't have any lights in the kitchen. We've called more times than I can count and only today received a return call when I said my patience had run out. The return call was just to inform me that I'd get another return call 'shortly'. I have not heard from anyone. I'm beyond done.

The clean out done by first technician was not good.  Had to call them back. This time they sent out a plumber he found the clean out and finally removed the clog.  So because the first guy did not have the equipment to find the clean out I was given a higher price.  Should of been the 79.00 dollars.  Never received any refund and what a sham.

This is who you call when you want the job done right!!!! Don't call the rest call the best!!! And they do plumbing and solar!!!!!! And that they do it all so I recommend there service Tampa s no.1 a/c ...service and plumbing and solar sale s..... give them a call first!!!!! And yes they answer there phones not like other companies that have a taped recording and puts you on hold and there voice mail says full...?nope they have live people answering there phones ready to answer your question s and help you find your needs so you want first class service here it is!!!!!!! So if you really want to stay cool‍you know who to call!!!!!!they rock!!!!

We chose to work with this company after Irma gave us AC problems. It was an uphill battle the entire way.

They sent out a sweet and friendly sales guy to start who promised us the moon. We liked him and we felt comfortable with him.

From the second sales handed the job off to the do-ers it was an uphill battle that lasted 20 something days.

We had to force them to do their job and stay on them every second of the way.

AND Services lacks follow through, they have poor scheduling procedures and won't work with customers regarding their own errors. Charged me for thermostat, ac broke again, second time they came out after trying to call them multiple times, it was suddenly the condenser. Put my old thermostat back! Unbelievable! Charged me a high labor cost then when I called management they were conveniently not available and I never even received a call back! Piss poor customer service. You will get more satisfaction burning your money! Call a reputable company that cares about their customers.

My AC shut down completely two days ago. I called AND Services on a recommendation from a friend and was very impressed with their friendliness on the phone and the speed of their response. I always dread having to call for AC repair because I assume I'm going to have to listen to a pitch for garbage that I don't need in addition to the inflated amount of work that my 5 yr old system will need. I have kicked more than one AC repairman out of my house. The guy from AND figured out the issue in SECONDS and fixed it just as fast (some float-switch thing). He looked over the system, said we're good, and I happily paid him. I will never call anyone else. Why do other AC companies find this simple approach to customer service so dificult to grasp? Thanks to AND Services for living up to the Service in their name. Customer for life.

My ac was blowing warm air so I called them and they sent Keith out. He spent about two hours then said I need a new whole system because it's not receiving  240 volt signal ( I guess that sounds smarter than it's not working), hence it was working and blowing air before he got there. a new system will runs 8000$. Him and his boss pressured us to buy a new system right away because they couldn't do anything to my old system, apparently 8 years old is too old for them. I told them no thanks. I had another company came out and right away they found a loose sensor wire. I'd give them zero star if it's wasn't for the free quote which wasted everybody time. Funny part is that they send a tech out to break the unit when you're aren't looking. If you accidentally hired these con artists then u have to follow them like a thief or just tell them to get off your property ASAP before they break your stuff. Don't believe me ? Read reviews from the earliest and no owner defend their actions.

A Serviceman came to fix a toilet and told me I would need a new toilet at a cost of $760.  Very disappointing.   However, I needed the job done rapidly as I was having company.  The Serviceman cleaned up but nevertheless, I thought $760 was too much.   I'm an 81 year old woman living on a pension.

I will try to keep this short with just the facts.
July 2015 - AC goes out, 97 degrees in my house for 3 days. Came across And Services on accident. But in my desperation they came same day. They are very good at coming as soon as possible FYI. The gentleman told me I had two options, replace the entire system ($7,500), or get a new evap coil (plus other parts) and freon fill up ($2,740) (but was told this would happen again and again and it would be better to just get a new system). Again, desperate, had no knowledge of AC systems at the time, so I went into extreme debt and purchased a new system. After the purchase, Everyone who knew I got a new system told me a I paid WAY more than I should have and was ripped off. I was embarrassed but let it go because I was no longer dying in heat. I couldn't very well give it back anyway.
July 2016 - AC is one year old. We had a maintenance plan w/ company. They would come out every 6 months and check on system. This visit we were told we needed a Pan Treatment ($132). At the time I didn't know what was involved in that. Now I know. Its some tablets, one or two of them per ton. I have a 2.5 ton. MAX 5 tablets. I can get a bottle of those tablets (200) from Amazon for $23. Roughly 12 cents a tablet. I paid $132 for a guy to drop 60 cents worth of tablets into a hole. I'm a sucker.
Dec 2016 - Told we needed to get some unit protection for outside because our tree leaves are falling into the devices and causing issues and could destroy/overheat the system. $99. We later went out back to see what he installed. It was a round piece of screen zip tied to the metal protector over the fan. Not even zip tied well. At this time they have told us at least 3 times we need to replace the UV light to kill all the mold and such. Common sense would tell me if youre replacing the filter like you should, this is not needed. Nope. It is a worry I carried until last month when I found out my common sense should have kicked in.
June 2018 - Trouble with our AC not cooling to set temp, about 5 degrees higher. Gentleman comes out, tells us it is our capacitor going bad, also recommends a hard start (not needed, has nothing to do with current problem). Capacitor $259, Hard Start $259. We only chose the capacitor. Next day, same problem. Replacement of capacitor did not work, was not the problem. They come out again a few days later and find a leak in the Evap Coil... (Sounds familiar...) Was told I needed a new evap coil, vacuum the system, new txv valve, system charge and it was recommended to get the UV bulb and Electronic dynamic cleaner. Total quote $2,500+. At this point (i don't take crap from anyone any more)I want a second opinion. I call a different company. They come out next day. Find the leak, full quote $500. This is to replace the evap coil and all other items (which come with the evap coil!!), minus the recommended (unneeded) EDC and bulb. I asked why so low and was informed well, your system is only 3 years old, these parts are under warranty still and will be for 2 more years. And Services has never said anything about warranties to me, no paperwork, nothing. I even asked about warranties back in 2016. No answers. At this point I know who my new AC company will be. The honest one.
I called And Services, 1, to get my money back for the capacitor 2, cancel my monthly payment for this maintenance plan ($19.95 per month or $269 annually), which I found out should have included cleaning and such which they NEVER did!!! and 3 to get a better breakdown of why I was being asked for $2,500+ for parts that are under warranty, I wanted an itemized list. I was told that And always fights with the companies for warrantied parts and can never get them so they have to pay which in turn the customer has to pay. I in turn told this person that I personally was told by the company that my parts are in fact under warranty and I will be receiving them at no cost. This person was shocked I then told them the quote I received from another company and this person did not believe me, but later in our conversation offered all of these parts and labor (not the recommended stuff) for $750... Interesting, right? I then asked for a break down in my quote. This person began telling me everything that needed to be done, and then just gave me the total again. I then asked what they charge hourly for labor. Apparently, they don't charge by the hour. It's just a flat rate for each job. What? No. I informed this person I would no longer give my business to them and thanked them for always coming quickly if we did have an issue. I was polite and praised them for the good things but this person took it personal I think because with how quickly I was rushed off the phone and it was the tone in which this person switched to when I told them this that triggered me to write a review.

DO NOT USE AND SERVICES. The only thing they are good for is selling you units or over charging you for a service they did not do. Since June,  we have been having the same issue where our house ends up over 80 degrees, without us setting there. We have called AND services 4 times since then (twice this month and its only the 14th). The only thing they have done is put antifreeze and tell us there is nothing more they could do until our maintenance call in November.  We bought a package deal where we get free service calls but both times this month they wanted to charge us 130 for putting antifreeze in our unit. One of those times, the technician even said that putting antifreeze probably wouldn't work, but it should hold us over until our maintenance call. Another time, they said they were going to come by and never did. We waited until 9PM until we called them back and tried to reschedule. The only thing AND services has done for us, is credit us 132 dollars for replacing a part that the antifreeze wouldn't fix. We are fed up with AND services.. or their lack of service. I would not and do not recommend them to anyone. Edger even said he would make sure someone came out. Our time frame for that is now an hour past. Should have looked at their reviews on yelp!

Most dishonest company I have ever delt with.
My sink in the kitchen is stopped up and the plumber comes in and says he would have to auger it from the roof. He said it would be $375.00. That's just a lie. I've had plumbers on the roof before for this problem and it has never cost more than $150. I even called my old plumber and he said it was still $150. So this guy charges $59 for a service call for nothing. What a rip off.  
An honest plumber came and didn't have to go on the roof and only charged $135.

Looking to replace my a/c unit and saw this company at the home show.  Made an appointment for them to com out and give me a quote on Tuesday between 9 and 1100 AM. 1130 a no show and I got a call stating the tech was running late and would be at my home at 2:00.
2:30 tech calls and says he can't make it and doesn't know why they scheduled him to come to my home because he was too busy. Then he tells me they are not a Trane dealer and a Bryant a/c would be about $10,000.  Next day I get a call apologizing stating that's not how they do business can someone come over to give me a quote.  I agree and they send over a salesman.  I later get an email with a quote almost three thousand dollars more than three other quotes.  My experience and other reviews makes my decision very easy to look elsewhere.

Signed up for their service deal at Home Depot. They didn't show up when they said and it took some doing to get them out there. I don't remember the name of the tech that came out (it was over six months ago) but he was great; serviced the air conditioner and gave me tips on maintenance. I did have a problem with the fan not turning off so they had to send someone else. He checked and said it was the motor but he could not fix right then and could not tell me how much it would be but the owner would call me to follow up. Never happened. I did talk to the owner once and he was very rude and condescending. The folks at Home Depot tried their best to help but this guy is just a horrible businessman. I don't know how he stays in business. Home Depot should find another HVAC contractor to provide these services.

BEWARE Had And Services come out and give a diagnoses on a Air conditioning unit on 08/03/2020. I had already told the repairman it was the capacitor or contacts the problem was the capacitor. Then he began telling me the price to do the repair $259.00 outrageous price for about a 50.00 part 209.00 for labor. I had no choice and told him to go ahead. Then i asked him what about the freon in the condensing unit and Then he began to check the freon in the unit and said the pressure was good and i asked him if the line was sweating with no reply so i checked it myself and it was not sweating maybe it takes a little longer for a older unit.  then he went in the house to check the vents and stated the temperature was good come to find out after calling him back he said the temperature was 14 degrees difference from outside. Why wouldn't you take the temperature at the vent and give a reading from there not the difference of outside temperature. After he left later in the day i checked the unit again and still the line was not sweating and the temperature was still warm so i called him back and explained what was going on and reminded him of what he said but still wanted another $439.00 to come back out to put a charge of no more than 2lb of freon if needed. So total cost would be $698.00 total for a capacitor and 2lb of freon. He did not try to take care of the problem when he originally came to do the repair and I know he was aware of the line not sweating meaning low on freon or he needs to find another profession. This is outright scamming the customer so he could double charge the customer for a second visit. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE . Most companies who are honest only charge 79.00 for a diagnoses. Find another company stay away from And Services.

I wish i could give zero stars like a lot of other poor souls who had to deal with this company. This company came out to repair my A/C unit that stopped working a year and a half after install. They could not figure out exactly what was wrong with the system at first and then decided it was the blower. The part was under warranty so i informed the company to go ahead and get the part and was told i would be called when the part was in to schedule install. The tech at the time kindly informed me about the membership plan the company has that u could purchase for $179 and that would make the install free due to the part being covered. I denied at the time assuming the install fee would be a little bit less and not needing the maintenance plan. Nearly a week and a half later i gave the company a call and they said the prt was not in. Then an hour later i received a call saying the part was in. The tech came today to install the blower and informed me the install fee would be $900. I was blown away and told him absolutely not that he would have to call his boss and that price would not fly. He then came back and said his boss gave me the membership discount and claimed just the labor would be $549. I once again assured him the hour and a half or so he would take working on my unit should maybe cost about $150 and there is no way i would pay that absurd number. He said he would call again. I also got on the phone with the company and they reassured me that is a fair price. I told them they could leave the part and i would replace it. They refused. I told them i would absolutely not pay $549 for labor for 1.5 hours and the tech left. I immediately called another company and they quoted me $189 for 2 hours of install and he could honor the warrentied part. I will never use this company and recommend no one else use them. Please do not get scammed by them!

Over charged for simple repair.  Almost $400 for a service charge, $20 part and 1/2 hour of labor.  Called to complain and was dismissed!!!  Will never use them again.  My unit was installed by them on Oct of 2019 so not even 3 years old.  That is ridiculous!!!

I called AND two days ago and the technician Zack sounded more like a sales person, but overall treated us very nice and courteous. The drip pan was leaking water to the return box. I told him that I wanted to change the damped return box. He provided a quote given to us over the phone by John (Zack's boss) ($2600) and we agreed to proceed.  That's when he tried to sell me a new unit. Two days later my wife called to cancel the appointment to replace the return box and then John told her you had the money, so what happened? (In an rude / demanding tone) I guess it's all about the money and no customer service.

My A/C quit working on 7/30/2022 and called you to schedule an appointment. They informed me that a tech would arrive between 2PM & 5PM. They did NOT show up and I called again and was informed that a tech would arrive between 2PM & 4PM on the 31st.
Once Again they did NOT show up, I called again and was informed that would arrive between 4PM and 7PM on the 31st. They did NOT show up.
I called again and was informed that they can NOT advise me of any schedule for tomorrow.

I am paying you $15.00 a month for what is supposed to include priority service.  I'm 92 years old and NEED Service to maintain my health.

The EXTRA service states that IF the problem is NOT corrected in 24 hours you will PAY for a Motel for us. PLEASE Confirm that you will arrive tomorrow and that you will correct the problem that is under Warranty.
