We had a plumbing emergency in Miami Springs and Bradford Plumbing came out immediately to cut the water off even though he was on his way to another job. After he finished his other job, he came back and took care of our problem. Very nice, great work and great price. We will be calling him for all of our plumbing needs.

I decided to do a Yelp search to see if i can find a plumber to retrieve a piece of jewelry that fell down the drain ASAP. They advised they would come when i need them to (scheduled appointment) and wouldn't charge me till they accessed the situation.

John showed up, flushed our toilet a few times, did not fix anything because he said nothing was wrong with it. Then he told us we owed him almost a hundred bucks! For what...Flushing a toilet? My husband asked, Don't you think that's a little high? We were happy to pay John something, but definitely felt what we paid him was not a mere reflection of the service we received.

I've had these guys out four times over the last year for various issues ranging from drain clean outs, to solar water heater repair, to helping us find a break in our sewer line. Good guys. All of the techs were friendly, personable and communicative. They show up and don't mind having a conversation about whatever. I've had Bobby out twice and he's a super nice guy. You're going to get the occasional up-sell, but there's no pressure or overbearing sales pitch. Prices are comparable to other plumbers I've used in the area, but they're trying to earn repeat business so they'll cut you some slack here and there. Work is performed as stated. I'll keep using them.

I had an issue with the AC blower that would not shut off. I also had the wrong thermostat for my setup. They fixed all issues at a great price. I couldn't be happier! Great AC company and very friendly techs. I recommend 100%!
