We called to have a washing machine faucet and outdoor faucet fixed and replaced. These guys scheduled a visit quickly and were extremely fast and thorough in completing the job. Prices were reasonable and the plumber was extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional.

Allen, the owner came to my home. I had a leaking toilet and sink was clogged and i needed water connection in my laundry room fixed because it was leaking when the guys came to install my new washing machine (this was the original reason I called but in a few days more stuff started going wrong. Oh yeah, my bathtub was really slow to drain too. It was unreal. So he quoted me $525 unless something really messed up occurred. Flat rate. It ended up being complicated, he found a clog after snaking the bathtub, toilet and figured another clog was way out there somewhere. He came in Monday late afternoon (4:30) and was at my home till 8:30. This guy is super busy.  So he came by today-2nd day (he just left a bit ago) and had to cut the drywall to put new nozzle/valves in that hooks up to the washing machine hot and cold hoses. He let that glue dry for a while and worked on the sink in the bathroom.  He snaked the sink and found the clog and pushed through it and fixed that. Now everything works. He was here another 4 hours. This guy works his butt off. Anyway, he only charged me $600 flat for all that. I had someone tell me they'd charge me $150/hour... thank goodness I chose this company. He and his office staff are responsive, professional, and he cleans up after himself and didn't leave a mess. I will call them next time I need a plumber. I would give him more stars but I can't. He could've charged me an arm and 3 legs but he didn't. I am pleased as punch!!!

We've had to call Mike a couple different times and he's always been very honest and reliable. We can trust him not to try and take every $ he can.

I was very pleased with the quality of service I received from Anthony and Noah when they came to fix my plumbing issue. They were very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous, and their pricing is very fair.

We had a pipe burst on the second story of our rental home and our landlord was not answering his phone. In a panic, I asked Siri for a plumber and Crabtree plumbing was the first on the list, so I called. Our tech made it out in no time, found where all the water was coming from and had it fixed in a jiffy for less than $250! I was stunned and pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this company after my experience with them.

My dishwasher stopped working and these guys fixed it no problem! I messaged them and the next day they came to see what the issue was. They fixed it quickly but also made sure to be thorough with their work. Very nice people as well. Would definitely recommend!

Moved into a recently purchased home and needed several areas addressed.
Joe (the owner) is prompt, courteous, and does great work at a reasonable price. This is an honest and hard working individual, Would highly recommend for any plumbing jobs.

We've experienced bad plumbers in the past (ones who have done careless work that resulted in brand new flooring being replaced, for instance), so it is a great relief that we finally have a plumber we can count on.

Vernon and his crew have done quite a bit of work for us, including a complete repipe in a rental unit we own. They have always been prompt, courteous and helpful. Even if it isn't an emergency, they are usually able to get someone out the same day.

Michelle (I believe is Vernon's wife) has always been courteous to us, even when we had payment mixups (i.e. I wrote a check from the wrong account, which bounced, and then my husband sent our payment to the wrong address, and they didn't receive it until a week or so later -- a mess that certainly would've warranted frustration on their part.)

It was time to replace my water heater, and I called terry Vereen since they are in the community.  Everyone was extremely courteous, and they quoted me a price which did not change.  The plumber showed up on time and did a great job.  Only one man drained, removed and installed the new water heater alone.  Hats off for a great and timely job.
I later noticed I had lost water pressure in my kitchen sink and thought it was the result of the new water heater filling.  I left it until the next morning and it was the same.  I called Terry Vereen back and they scheduled a plumber to stop by.  This time they sent two men, and I paid for two men even though one did virtually all the work.  They replaced both the hot and cold stop valves, and that wasn't the problem.  They later realized the line between the stop valves and the faucet had become clogged due to sediment coming from the water heater (the kitchen faucet was left on while the water heater was draining).  They removed a filter from the line, and the water flowed freely.  I was originally told the charge was $69.00, and I wrote the check.  The plumber then told me he had made a mistake, and it was $122.00, so I wrote another check.  Since the line did not have a problem before the sediment from the water heater and the shut off valves actually didn't need to be replaced, I feel as if I was taken advantage of in a major way.  A reputable company would have said, It was our mistake and our fault, and we will absorb the additional charge.  I feel taken advantage of since I most likely paid for the 'helper with the actual plumber as well as the replacement shut-off valves (which didn't need to be replaced.  I am sorry to have to say this, but I WOULD NOT recommend Terry Vereen for that reason alone.  The guy who changed out the water heater was great, and I was aware of the cost ($900.00) before he came.  I was totally not prepared for the additional charge when all that was truly needed was to flush the line from the shut-off valves to the kitchen faucet.

I got an excellent plumber from ASAP. Showed up and clearly explained my options with fair pricing. The work was completed as agreed, within an hour and it has good performance since. The plumbers did nice cleanup, and billing close out was easy with nothing but professional service from my new guy... I have had allot of runaround before from other local plumbers. None have done as good work as ASAP, and fair pricing even that was better. On my next plumbing job ASAP will be on my call-list. Good job guys!

Did plumbing work at our condo last week. Charged a exorbitant amount of money for next to nothing of work! Took advantage in his pricing because of it being Sawgrass. We have one sink that doesn't even operate now! I'm
