Best Plumbing Services in Florida
If there were more than 5 stars 8 Flags would get them. These people are professional, competent and unbelievably nice. In a world where customer service is a thing of the past, they stand out. They came on time, every time, they wore masks, they wore booties on their feet, they cleaned up when finished. Their work is perfection. All of the workers are competent and friendly and Monica and Haley in the office are the nicest people you'll ever deal with. Our bathroom project has had many ups and downs but 8 Flags was the shining spot in the entire project. Thank you 8 Flags!!!

I bought a home and the plumbing was in a real bad way. Pipes were bursting. The previous owner had obviously DIY'd the plumbing.
Well Kevin came out and redid all the plumbing in my home on a moment's notice--over a weekend no less! His price was very fair and the quality high. From experience I can say his work is far better than the work of the local big plumbing companies--the big guys just ain't got no quality control.
Anyway, I'm sticking with this company from now on. I can now sleep tight knowing I got good pipes!

Let me start this review with some search engine keywords for those in desperate straits for a quality plumber:
Slab leak
Plumber
Repiping
Replumbing
My story (briefly):
The water company left me a hanging placard on my door indicating I was running 40-50 gallons an hour.
They suggested a leak detection company (see review for Leak Seekers).
Options given once a slab leak was found was 1) repair leak location, 2) re-pipe the house.
Kwik Fix (and others) was suggested for either option.
The solution:
I chose Kwik Fix for the job because they were able to fit me in the quickest. I'm pleased with everything about the service. They sent a couple of guys to repair the leak. They explained what they'd do, and that fixing the leak was a temporary fix. They suggested a re-pipe to solve the problem permanently. I agreed, partly because they explained that since the leak was near the edge of the house, adjoining the garage, with a place for the water to go (pressure was less, so less likely to blow my tiles somewhere on my first floor), I could wait. They were willing to start the work in 3 business days. They gave me the peace of mind to wait a week while I entertained family for a long planned and anticipated visit). They showed up the day after my family left. The crew, Chris, Cole, and Charles, were polite, careful, quick, and competent. They said maybe 4 days but finished it in 3. They also helped with a very simple (to them) cartridge swap in my master shower faucet. It was very difficult for my disabled wife to turn on/adjust. Chris took a few minutes at the end of a long day to not only swap the cartridge, but clean the shower head too.
Overall, I was very pleased They explained anything I asked about. They cleaned up (as much as one should expect) after each day. My water pressure and time to hot water at the farthest faucet is still great. I think they did their best to make that happen.
The cost was $7600 for a 3 bath, 2800 sq ft house. That seemed reasonable. Especially for the prompt and thorough service.
Finally, there are two business entries in Yelp for this company. I chose the one with the lower rating because a couple of the reviews were a little dubious in their validity, especially the 1 star review because of the way one of their trucks was driving.

Did the job quick, got it done without issues... however, his labor charges were a bit excessive. Quote did not reveal high labor charges. That said, he did fix it and when it leaked after he installed the new parts, he promptly returned to remedy his work.

I found this business because they came out to my place of work to inspect our back flow system and at the time I needed a back flow installed at my house so I asked for a card.
I called and requested an estimate for a back flow system and was told someone would call me back for scheduling. That never happened so when I called back two days later I was told that the person that was suppose to call me got really busy and that they would make sure someone calls me back that day.
So I did receive a call that day but the guy I spoke to was very unpleasant. First question I was asked was why am I not having the person installing the irrigation system install the back flow.... That's like asking someone why their mechanic changes their brakes but they change their own oil... Anyways once that was out the way he continued to ask me all of these silly questions that could of been answered if they would of sent someone out here to survey the area like they are suppose to. He uses google map to give me a guesstimate of about $600 and said it could be more if they have to dig more than what he's guessing and also if a permit is needed.
I'm guessing that's a no go for me Matt.

Unprofessional and rude. I've never in my life seen a service person come into someone's home and being disrespectful. Just because the association sent you over, that does not mean I am not your customer. I would never hire this company!!

Good price but installation and follow up fell well short, charged extra for larger return grate, cut huge hole in wall for it. but six months on and many many calls, still have refused to finish the job or return the extra money, installer was lazy, had a leak in system so he cut another hole in adjacent wall to access, left that hole as well as wires hanging out of the wall by thermostat. Avoid this company if you want a quality install.

Do not have this company pump out your septic system. They left a considerable amount of solid waste in the septic tank, even after I told him he left too much in the tank.
Also, they have you sign a contract that contains 3 full pages of conditions. I consider that to be a bit over the top when they are just pumping out a septic tank.
