I selected All Care Maintenance & Repair to be the repair company for my Home Warranty, American Home Shield. Laurie, and the two technicians; Justin and Nick did a great job of fixing my LENNOX AC Condenser and troubleshooting the repair quickly. Took a while to get the right authorization from AHS, but Laurie got the job done! Highly recommended professionals! There is a reason for the A+ Rating on BBB!

no stars here!
two guys come in to take out dishwasher and replace with another.
after turning on electrical breaker nothing but sparks!! second attempt the same thing. said we need an electrician. upon their departure i (not a plumber nor electrician) looked under dishwasher to inspect and found where the spark was coming from. took off metal box and found a wire that was exposed and touching the metal plate. i put duct tape on the wire, connected with existing wire nuts, turned breaker back on and presto the dishwasher works.
oh!! one more thing!! the plumbers didnt connect the drain hose either. so you can guess what happened!?! water over the kitchen floor and under dishwasher! luckily it was a quick catch.
upon contacting b&g plumbing i was told i would get a call back and i did and asked to be compensated to no avail!! they made $200 for what?
no stars here. the interior decorator that has referred these plumbers says she is DONE with them! NO thanks b&g.

Quick response with simple scheduling. They were fast to analyze the problem of what turned out to be a drain pipe leak from the hall bath that caused problems with the bedroom carpet. They showed different ways of accessing the problem and gave fair pricing and costs. I would call them again if I run into another issue and refer them to my friends who would need services of a knowledgeable plumber. - MP.

Very unprofessional from the Senior Barry Parker. We had them come for site inspection and mentioned that they will do the quote and will take them 1 week. its been 3 weeks and I have called them over 20 times to please send us the quote for the work. Finally the senior goes i got too much going on and i dont have time for your job and i am not interested if he was that busy than he should have never done this.

I am the general manager at a local restaurant. We have used Rinkwell plumbing over the last few years for our plumbing needs. On Wednesday, one of my managers called to see if Rinkwell could send somebody out because our urinal's pipes were leaking and leaving a puddle on the floor every time it was flushed. He was told that they replaced a piece the last time they came out which should have fixed the problem, however, this is the first time that we have called them about this problem. Then my manager was told, ...the leak sounds too tiny to send somebody out. If the toilet is flushing, you need to live with the leak. Then he accused us of turning the water pressure up on the urinal after they left the last time because the problem was fixed the last time we were there.
Ok, I will gladly call David Grey Plumbing from now on. Thanks for the great customer service.....

if you are building a home and they are the contracted plumbers get a plumbing inspection every step of the way they do not take responsibility for their shoddy workmanship. they blame the toilets, the home owners, the builders but not themselves. invest in a different builder if they are using them especially if your plumbing is going to be laid under the foundation. you'll be looking at catastrophic costs. would not recommend. not honorable in my opinion.

Floridian Plumbing has bad plumbers, bad customer service. I called Floridian Plumbing to fix two toilets.
First, the little things that they did wrong:
The 2 plumbers who showed up did not wear masks.
They tracked dirt into my house and left mud prints in my shower.
They did not clean up after themselves.
Now the big problems:
One toilet was fixed right away. The second toilet only had a malfunctioning flap. Plumber #1 worked on the flap for 30 - 45 minutes. It was working again. They left. It stopped working within 5 minutes.
I called and asked them to send a different plumber. I had to wait until noon the next day. Plumber #2 fixed the flap. It worked. He left. Within 30 minutes the flap was leaking, the water drained out and it kept flushing itself.
It was about 6:00 on a Friday afternoon when I called their office. I had to leave a message. It is noon on Monday and they still have not called me back. When I call them, I can only leave a message.
Don't use Floridian Plumbing!
