Juan is a superstar! I had a leak in my attic and he came ASAP. Very knowledgeable and fair pricing.

So glad I found Gus's Plumbing.  New to the area and bought a house and kitchen sink pipes were twisting and turning like a plate of spaghetti.  Disposal was backing up into the dishwasher.  Called 'Gus' and they were out within 2 hours.  Danny knew exactly what to do.  Called the office and within 15 minutes another truck was there bringing the pipes he'd need to reconfigure the mess.  Replaced all the PVC.  Had it finished and cleaned up within a couple of hours. Danny is super knowledgeable, respectful, personable and cleaned up after.  Removed shoes while going in and out.  Price was reasonable at $275.  Can't say enough good about these guys.  Will definitely call them again.

John came after hours on the night before Thanksgiving...as if that wasn't enough, he is just a tremendously good guy who is as talented as he is nice. He took minutes to identify the leak, and took the least intrusive path to help mitigate the issue.

I would not hesitate to give this business my highest recommendation!

On July  7/10/17 my toilet was leaking so immediately start looking for a plumber after readings the review on Yelp decided to call New England Plumbing,  WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!  Well toilet was leaking yes, but the price that they charged me was ASTRONOMICAL!!!! For Tank to Bow price of the part was $12.00, another part Korky Flush valve another $12.00 for LABOR       $387.00      TOTAL  - $417.78.  When I called them and explain the problem Sebastian quote  a price of $258.00.  
They took advance because of  -  two things I am a senior citizen and a woman.

If you have money to burn by all means call NEW England Plumbing, but if you want reliable plumbers that will not rip you off.  PLEASE DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!! and save a lot of agravations.

As for business, which was really hard to focus on, sweetest, nicest, hard-working guys. Got the job done swift and fast and managed to still smile while doing it.

Don't even consider another service! Prices were fair, service was awesome and faith has been restored!
I'll be sure to put something nicer on and do my hair before calling the next service man I need!!

These guys were great. Called about a clog in my house (ended up being main line) and they had someone over in less than an hour. The plumber was also in an out in less than one hour, with everything working perfectly. Very professional, honest, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if necessary!

Jones & Sons is a great, fair and honest company. Anyone I've talked to on the phone (usually Jimmy) and had come out to our house has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We've have many things done, from dishwasher and garbage disposal installation to a swap out of the trim on our drop in Jacuzzi tub, which was a very tricky job. We've never had an issue with any of the work we've had done.

Love this company and had a great experience! Ask for Jr. when you call! Jr is very professional, efficient quick and he does a great job explaining issues and solutions. The pricing was on point. We had a main line blockage and sewer backing up in to a shower. They came out the same day and gave an estimate. The estimate was the lowest compared to others. The quality of work from Jr and his professionalism is great. I am so happy to have found Your Plumber. I recommend them and will call on them again if we have another issue. Thank you!

One of the most important qualities I look for in the trades these days is honesty and integrity.  I had an emergency at the house yesterday and very little time available to be there and available for the plumber to get the job done.  They told me they would arrive at 10 am and sure enough, they were right on time!  The service technician was considerate and very efficient clearing the back up in my plumbing lines and the price was reasonable.  It's hard to find service companies that live up to their promises.  These guys are honest and do what they say they will do.  Highly recommended!

Very expensive and you don't get what you pay for here.  I simply called to ask a few questions about our huge plumbing bill  and I was screamed at by the plumber.    The lady answering the phone literally hung up on me.  One plumber that came out was very helpful to fix the first plumbers(from Dunedin Plumbing) errors but said he would need authorization to fix something they had ruined.  To make a long story short, we never heard from them again.  This was an expensive lesson for us... always check reviews before hiring.  Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

After nearly 1k spent you'd think our issue would be resolved. Nope. I can also almost guarantee that no one will answer the phone the first time I call, hardly ever return a message thus prompting me to call over and over. If you call a different person then they tell you to call someone else.

I would not recommend using this company.
