Quick response time, but a bit pricey. Being that it was an emergency I proceeded with the repair. Alfredo the plumber was very professional and pleasant to deal with. If I weren't in a bind I would have shopped around more.

A great job was done as well as professional behavior.  I felt better when they left at a reasonable cost.  Thank God for Action Handyman.​

Over 21 years in our house and we have gone through our fair share of plumbers and we could not have been more pleased with their services... From easy appointments, punctual arrival, knowledgeable staff and follow-up. Entire experience was 1st class and we DO recommend them highly!

My gas water heater stopped working and they came out and replaced it.  They were very nice to deal with and they did an excellent job.  I would definitely use them again!

The short version: They're not licensed electricians, which doesn't necessarily matter if you know what you're doing. These guys don't know what they're doing. They did my job wrong, wouldn't make it right, and the owner was borderline abusive when I complained. This might be culturally appropriate in Texas, but it really doesn't fly here. Avoid.

The long version: I engaged Bixno Handy to perform the following tasks:

- Install two ceiling light fixtures
- Install three smoke detectors
- Install a receptacle on the same circuit as a kitchen fixture
- Diagnose a heater that wasn't getting power
- Remove base molding from around crawlspace and install a handle.

They followed up politely and professionally, and promptly dispatched two technicians. The appointment was rescheduled several times during the day because their other job ran long, but I was flexible.

The guys did just fine installing the light fixtures and the smoke detectors. Installing a fixture on the ceiling wasn't workable because there wasn't the right equipment, and this was a reasonable call. I was disappointed, but since there wasn't a way to do it without cutting a hole in the ceiling, I was fine with them not taking on this project.

The work with the base molding was so-so; they removed it, installed a handle, but didn't get the proportions right and didn't reinstall it with screws like I'd asked. It was a last-minute addition to the project (since we had extra time on the clock, and they bill by the full hour) so I don't fault them for my failure to appropriately scope the project.

The primary issue was with diagnosing my heater, the billing, and how the owner responded.

As it turns out, there is a switch on the bottom of the thermostat. It was turned off and this is the only thing that was ever wrong. These guys didn't find that problem, but spent an hour chasing a fault that wasn't really a fault--the electric line was 240v and they assumed it was 120v, which behaves differently.

I ended up having to hire a licensed electrician for about $220 to undo everything they did. He wrote up in detail everything that Bixno Handy did incorrectly, and advised me not to have them do electrical work because they were not licensed and didn't have proper training. When I contacted Nolan Bixler, the owner, to see if he was willing to adjust the bill, he instead called me up to chew me out. He claims I was abusive to his guys (I was polite and professional, but did expect them to work the full two hours I was paying for), and made it clear that not only was he unwilling to adjust the bill, he'd put me on his blacklist. I'm going to have trucks all over this town, he said and we're never going to work with you.

Nolan needn't worry. I'm not inclined to work with him again.

If you need a TV mounted on the wall, these guys are probably capable. However, if you have any more complicated problems, this company is best avoided. More importantly, expect that the mercurial owner will keep your money, won't fix anything, and will blacklist you for complaining.

Professional, Timely, and Reasonable price. New AHU, Copper, & Condenser. Used scale to weigh in refrigerant the way it is supposed to be done . Also performed some minor duct work .  Will use again

Frank Gay Services should be ashamed of themselves for what they try to do to people. We were issues with an outdoor, tankless gas hot water heater. The tech told me that since the old unit was painted over, they would not be able to service it and that it would have to be replaced. Never even opened the unit to look inside. They came back with a quote for $5,600. He said we only needed the cheap one and that is what they quoted. He then said that it includes the Family Plan with 2 AC checks per year. I said I didn't ask for AC checks and he said that is ok because it is a 10% discount. Told him to get lost! The unit we need for a one-bathroom apartment is less than $800. Would never even consider calling them again!

I cannot explain the relief I feel right now.  I had an emergency plumbing issue that came to a head today.  Granted, this issue has been ongoing for a while and I already paid a lot to resolve the issue, only for it to return.  When I realized that I had to pay more than I had budgeted I nearly cried knowing that I did not have any working toilets in my house and I did not have any additional money to pay.  LET ME TELL YOU!!!!  Steven Santiago and Jeff came to my house and Steven (OMG... ) he bent backwards to talk to my landlord and provide a fair quote so that I can have working toilets.  My landlord agreed to pay for the services after speaking with Steven and I nearly dropped because my landlord is not that easy to come around when it comes to paying for quality house maintenance.  There is no words in the English language that can explain my full gratitude for both Steven and Jeff, but mostly Steven Santiago (manager).  I'm so grateful, and blessed!  THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!  I send eternal positive vibes to you!

Dragon plumbing saved the day! At 4 am ick started backing up in both my bathtubs and toilets.  My husband and I tried to fix the problem to no avail.

I called Dragon at 8 am and I believe I spoke to the owner. He was very calm and explained he needed to check with his dispatcher in order to schedule me. He told he'd call back at 9 am and did. They were able to squeeze me in at 10. A lovely gentleman arrived and snaked our main drain. Turns out roots were growing in the pipe. I had a sinking feeling we'd need to cut our big oak down. He asked if could run a camera down for an additional fee. I agreed and appreciated the heads up. Turns out the roots were from some bushes and not the tree. I has so happy.

Based on the professionalism, speed and reasonable price paid. I highly recommend and will use them in the future.

We hired Biasi plumbing to re-plumb our home in Winter Park. The company pulled the permit but will not provide licence and insurance information to the city. We cannot obtain a final because the owner will not provide this information to the city.

They completely didn't show up. I was willing to give another chance after the first no call/no show and they didn't show up again. You can't make this up. The owner Rickey blames it on the tech, and the tech blames it on the scheduling. Communication isn't their strong suit and it may have saved me in the long run. Steer clear.
