Mike was beyond AMAZING! I would very highly recommend this company to everyone who is looking for a plumber. Courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and very kind man! This type of professional is very hard to find these days but trust me...you can trust them and you won't be disappointed!!!

Pam was great on the phone and even gave me remodeling ideas. I booked last appointment on the same day.  Chris was stuck in our awful traffic and called to say he was running late.  He promptly got to work and expertly installed our new sink fixture. He was very professional and cleaned up after he was done.  After a huge let down from our old plumber of many years, I am so happy to find a reliable plumber for many future jobs that will come up with an older house.

We had our walls painted and recess lights put in. Extremely good service and you can tell he really cared about the quality of work he was doing. He was very meticulous about keeping his work area clean. Highly recommend!

Pat diagnosed and fixed the problem at a fair price. I appreciate the thorough explanation and attention to detail. I'll be replacing bathroom vanities and changing out shower trims this year, and Pat offered tips and suggestions. I will be using Pat for this work, too. Outstanding experience!

The softener works perfectly and our water is great. Update: due to the design of our old house, softener had to be installed outside. The other day I noticed the salt was beginning to get hard. Due to being outside no doubt, again the house design, not Pure One. Bryan came to check it and fixed it in minutes, no charge. Pure One is AAA and you should check them out for your needs.

I have used them twice and both times Cody did amazing work. He was on time, his work was clean  and professional and they charged a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Update:  After many text messages and emails, the plumber came back and corrected all the plumbing issues.  The drywall patching is another story. their drywall contractor, Brandon Nogues did such a bad job initially that I have no confidence that he has neither the skill nor knowledge to patch drywall properly.  How do you patch drywall without any sanding?  Even though I paid for drywall patching in the contract price I have chosen to not request Brandon Nogues return and decided to pay for another local drywall contractor to repair my walls.

Work on our new patio has not been completed, and not only has it not been completed, I was told by an A+ rated contractor through the BBB that the patio must be demolished and redone completely in order to structurally hold a swim spa.  It was poured in different stages with different concrete causing instability in the seams, different colors and texture.  The pour is NOT thick enough to support a 15' swim spa.  It rained when the concrete was wet and did not have plastic on it causing pits with exposed stone, puddling, etc.  It also splashed up on our screened in lanai, I had to pick off the screen itself and I cannot get to come off of the aluminum kick plate.  They've left the wood form up on half of the patio, left rebar and cement chunks in the yard.  We've left multiple messages, phone calls, emails...No response.  I just checked the license number they put on their quote today and it doesn't come up on myflordalicense.com, so I'm not even sure if they 're legitimate.

I called this company because of its apparent 100% customer satisfaction policy and my experience was a complete disaster. They told me that they would arrive within two hours and after two and a half hours, I called the company and they couldn't reach the plumber that was assigned to me.

I told them to at least call me with a status update when they figure out where he was, and again after thirty minutes, I still received no call. This company in my opinion is a total fraud. They have this high and mighty customer satisfaction policy on their website but their management doesn't even bother to call their customers if they're going to be late - in this case, they never even showed up.

I am writing this yelp review because I found this company through yelp and wanted to warn other users that this company is thinly staffed and unreliable. I would check out your yellow pages and go for someone who has more experience.

This company is more than welcome to contact me as I have reached out to figure out what happened but never received a phone call.

1. Never show up when they say they will.
2. Said they would give estimate before work but they did work and then overcharged.
3. Another job we had they gave an estimate and then tried to up the price after the work was done.
4. They came to do an attic job without a ladder, used my furniture, left a mess and broke some shelving and did not fix it.
