Ken worked to demolish & re-construct TWO bathrooms in our home we bought last year. Both bathrooms were original. We were super happy with the results of both bathrooms and had never done anything like this before. It was nerve-racking for us but it was great to work with somebody like Ken and he did a fantastic job for us. Additionally, the man has great taste and helped us not over design our space. I would highly recommend him and, not that we're looking forward to having any plumbing issues, but if we do we will certainly be calling him!

We had a toilet and drain backup; Angelo responded nearly immediately to our Yelp message and gave some great interim advice but ultimately needed to come out and check the lines and clear the block. He ROTO-Ed the line and found roots (photo attached if you're not squeamish). Cleared them out, helped us learn more about our plumbing system and where things were (new house to us) and got us back up and running.

The lead shift personnel moves could use the help form to a little low lady regarding a headlight. Her car was towed to Econo Auto painting on OBT. They apparently were not capable of hooking the wires to bulb --Anyway your personnel were most gracious and helping helping send her in the right direction

The guys from Drainage Solutions did a fantastic job for us. We had a 37 year old drain field that was waaaay past it's prime and we began to have issues in the house. They explained everything that was going on and what we needed to do to make it past the 3 weeks until they could start the project. The drain field area was landscaped by the previous owners and a couple small trees had grown in the area. The guys were very careful to minimized the damage to the vegetation. They were efficient and quick to get the job done. Best of all they were $1k less that both the other estimates.

I used Roto-rooter plumbers today (7/20/17) for the first time. Would have given a 5 star review except that there were some issues at first when the first person they sent out said that he wasn't the right person to do the job so I had to wait another day to get the bathroom fixed. Other than that, super happy with the service. They sent the team leader out today to take care of a backed up urinal/toilet at my restaurant and he was great! Spent lots of time explaining things to me, was super professional, and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely use them again!

Tropical plumbing is very helpful! We were in need of help and they stopped and helped us out when it was easy to just drive by. Thank You for being a class act!!

Please be very careful when you call this company for services.  Routine diagnosis quickly became advanced diagnosis, with the charge almost doubled.  Their hourly rates, which they did not want to disclose but could be easily computed, are outrageous.   Do not sign any papers they give you.  Tell them to finish the diagnosis, give you the written estimate for the repair, and you will pay them.  If they do not agree, they can leave and lose their time coming out to your place.
