ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC WORK! THE MOST HARDWORKING, HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DEPENDABLE PLUMBERS IN TOWN! I hired Mark Long and his team to do major emergency repairs and remodeling of both of my bathrooms. I have an older home and the plumbing problems were a nightmare! After getting multiple estimates from several unscrupulous plumbers, I found Long's Plumbing. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my problems permanently! I told him I was a single parent on a limited budget and he did everything he could to keep my costs down, even passing on his own supplier's discounts to me for my fixtures! He was very honest and never tried to cheat me or take advantage of lack of experience with these type of repairs. He has a family business and his mother, Denise is the go-to person! She is amazing too! My bathrooms are all done now and they look fabulous! I want to thank Mark and his family again for all their help! I found a Plumber that I can trust to do a great job for a very fair price !! I would highly recommend Long's Plumbing to anyone in the Central Florida Area.

We needed a extra tall toilet for my husband who has weak legs from a bug bite. Chris picked up the toilet, arrived on time and installed it and cleaned up. The seat and lid were not in the box,  so he had to go back to home depot to get the items to finish the job. Work was excellent and prices reasonably.  Chris is a great guy, just starting his business in June. I am sure he will be very successful.

Highly recommend for AC & plumbing needs. I have had my AC service done 3 years ago and recently my water & heater water shut off valve replaced, AC motor replaced. Luis is reliable and trustworthy, informs you of future needs but won't pressure you. Responds immediately and gets the job done.

On time and got to work. Leaky valve under kitchen sink at  parents house. Called and Leonard showed up in 15 minutes now that service.

The Guy There Is So Helpful, He Knows Alot About Plumbing But Everything Else Too. He Might Possibly Be The Coolest Guy The Universe. The Place Is Filled With Obsolete Plumbing Repair Parts For Old Style Fixtures, And Newer Style Cartridges That Are Extremely Difficult To Find For Imported Shower Valves. If They Dont Have It In Stock They Can Usually Order It In. They Also Carry Common Plumbing Items And Have A Ridiculous Wealth Of Knowledge. If You Are Looking For Something You Should Have The Part In Hand And Bring Into Them, Or, At The Very Least, Very Good Clear Pictures Of The Parts You Are Looking For Removed From The Fixture. Remember, They Are A Wholesaler And Will Sell You The Parts You Need But Try Not To Waste Their Time As They Are Very Busy.

At Pro check doing maintenance center AC unit and furnace for more than six to eight years I believe and we have had never had a problem or an issue today and when we did have minor issues they were here the same day

DO NOT HIRE ARK PLUMBING! Their tech flooded my kitchen, caused over $14k in damages, and they refuse to respond to communication. It's been over a year, and I'm now filing a complaint with the state licensing department.

We had a plumbing issue happen and called Advanced Plumbing.  I was able to get an appointment quickly.  
William came to our house and explained the process he would use to fix out problem, starting with the most inexpensive first.  He ended up needing to go on the roof and snake the sewer system.  This fixed the issue.
I highly recommend Advanced Plumbing & Drain Cleaning.  The prices were reasonable and William was very professional and nice.  He took the time to answer all our questions and concerns.  Great company!

Like to gave them a 5 star, but I feel the price they charged is a little too high for the amount of time, work and parts used. Had them come out on 6/2/23 to repair a small leak on the outside plastic pipe to the house. I could of used shark bite connector to repair it. But I had to work, so I found them online and they had good ratings. Initally, I was quoted $350, but when I said it was a bit too high and the plumber said I could pay $300 cash instead. When asked for a recipt at the end, was told $350. So paid $300 without receipt. The repair was done professionally but I feel the price was a bit too high for about 30 minutes of work. Maybe $250 is reasonable.

Grossly over charged for a simple drain clearing. $422 for 1.5 hours work clearing a clogged drain line upstairs. We are lifelong residents and business owners in the area.  Our community doesn't need this type of business. Clearly took advantage of my wife. Don't use these guys!

Service performed was faulty just a week after, and they didn't stand by their work, and walked away. There are no guarantees with this contractor. See pictures attached for own judgement

Troy's Plumbing did not show up. I had to bust my butt to get to my house in Winter Garden, from Orlando, to meet this plumbing company at their scheduled time.
After waiting a couple hours past the time, I called their office and was told that the plumber was tied up on another job but that he would be there for sure. I asked why they didn't see the need to at least call and let me know, and the office person's response was, Oh I guess I should have called.
Well, after many more hours of waiting and no plumber, again no phone call, I concluded they didn't want my business. I had a service business for over 30 years. I can't imagine how I would have been able to stay in business treating customers like they did me. I should send them a bill for my time!

Been a couple years since roto rooter came out to fix a bad clog. They had to remove the toilet which cost an additional fee of over $100 and it turns out they didn't bother to replace the wax seal which is very cheap and you're supposed to replace every time the toilet comes off. I guess I'm foolish for trusting that this company sent professionals. They didn't replace the wax seal when they did the initial work or when the supervisor came and removed the toilet a couple days later to inspect the work. Absolutely trash company and trash work. Apparently I've had a slow leak from under my toilet since, until today when I fixed it myself. Avoid this company at all costs.

Avoid this company by all means unless you want to be left with an  overpaid taste of aggregation. Charged me $350 to locate a leak and they did locate it... Only problem is that what they didn't  tell me  qasbthat $350 is the fee to locate a single leak.. And if it turns out (like in my case) you have more than one leak and they would need to come back  then they will charge you another $350 for each new leak that they will find. Thieves... Only  after threatening to contact my credit card to charge back their original fee ,did  their manager offer me  to send their tech for free for a follow up inspection... But then 30 min called me and said thay they changed their mine and instead chose to refund my  money. Extremely unprofessional shady company. Claim that they are the pioneers in leak detection but I suspect they also were first to start  ripping  people off in this business. Call someone else and don't waste your money on these people.
