I've lived in Clermont for a few years a tried different plumbers. Tom Griffin is by far the best you will find! He gets the work done quick and efficiently and is extremely knowledgeable. He is the only plumber I will use in the future for all of my home and office plumbing needs.

Hired Ronnie to replace my water heater. He scheduled the work for the next day. The job was completed quickly and professionally. His rates were reasonable. He also addressed several other small issues while he was here.
Ronnie gave me a referral for a local A/C contractor that worked out very well.
I highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing! I called one evening because my toilet got clogged. Because I rent and don't own my condo, they were not able to visit without permission and I couldn't reach anyone from my condo. I asked if the gentleman could help me over the phone and he was incredible! He talked me through it all and I fixed it on my own. He was a lifesaver and truly cared about helping me. Thank you a million times over! 6 stars out of 5!!!

Worker arrived without a mask and was not knowledgeable of how to fix my water heater but still charged me a service fee for showing up and attempting to call customer service in order to receive assistance/help in trouble shooting the hybrid water heater. Waisted my time and money.

Can we stop for a moment to talk about RJ Kielty's amazing services and why you shouldn't use anyone else?
We came home yesterday afternoon to drips coming down from our kitchen ceiling. We tried to determine where it was coming from to no avail. I called RJ Kielty this morning and they had a tech/plumbing wizard, Will, at our door in 2 hours! We even received a courtesy call notification that he was on his way!
Will troubleshooted until he found the culprit- the caulking in the kids tub had gone bad and was only occurring when the handheld shower water hit the shower wall. Definitely one of those McGuyver CSI plumbing final exam or random happenings.
Will got it all taken care of and took the time to take pictures to show before, during, and after repair.
If we ever have another plumbing or HVAC issue, we won't hesitate to call RJ Kielty again!

I called on a Saturday to schedule with this company. I had to call twice to get in touch with someone. Scheduled him to come on Monday. He came and looked, and instead of fixing it that day he said he'd have to come back the next day. If I sit at home waiting for you, I expect that you'd be prepared to fix what I hired you to do especially when I told you exactly what needed to be done. He canceled on me the next day 15 minutes before he was supposed to be here. And the next day when I called him to see when he was coming, he told me again...that he was going to have to cancel on me again. Since I was busy that afternoon anyway, I figured it wasn't a big deal and we agreed on Thursday. He told me he'd be here between 11-1 and I couldn't do anything all day bc he was coming. Again, he called me 5 minutes before he was supposed to be here and told me he couldn't come til later in the afternoon. I told him I had plans and wouldn't be able to do that. I told him if he couldn't come by 1 then Id find someone else. No surprise, he didn't come and never called back. Not sure how you run a business like this. 4 days spent wasted waiting for someone who never showed up. IRRESPONSIBLE and INCONSIDERATE!

I have used U.S. Heating & Air for years, but will not do so again. A few days ago, I had my 2 ac units serviced, was told that they looked good and were in good working order. I subsequently purchased different sized ac filter, at the suggestion of the technician, but was unable to replace because the screws on the air handler were tightened to extreme. One unit has stopped working days after being serviced and the company wants to charge me an $97 service fee, for something it's tech likely did. I left a message for the Manager, with no returned call.

Hello, please don't disregard it. this has a lot of truth that has been hidden from u by irresponsible owners and criminals they hire. 4-H PLUMBING INC also has a bunch of drug users doing your work. Most of them are pot heads and even a few with stronger habits. This theft issue was given to the so called owners but they were fearful of loosing your business they were never going to report it to you. They even had one of there employees arrested due to theft. So if you have 4-H PLUMBING INC doing the work for you, you might wanna watch out for your valuables. they don't do background checks, because if they did they wouldn't have a convicted felon that has done prison time in your customers home.

Aware! This is a suck scam company. They alway ask for your credit card before any service, so they can charge whatever they want to.
update:
Your company try to lure customer by quote them different service price, then charge much more than whatever you tell them. Thats why you alway want to get credit number upfront. You know how the credit card system work, as long as you have the credit card info, you can charge any amount. I wish I should see the reviews before doing business with your company.

I was asking myself how crazy it was for me to pay the kind of money I paid for a water heater. Little did I now how committed this company is to quality service. They are worth every penny and then some. My experience was exceptional. Starting with Nikki answering all of my questions in a timely manner and even after hours. My installer, Anthony, always polite, punctual and super respectful who delivered 2nd to none exceptional customer service. Clear communication is the key and they are skilled at that. Nikki and Anthony give Florida Energy Water and Air a good name. Kudos to them!

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.

Avoid this place at all costs. My landlord took a job that required him to move out of state. He and his wife decided to rent their lovely home to myself and my wife. Because they had to leave suddenly, and there was work that needed to be done on this house prior to us moving in, I agreed to be available to let in the people from Pete's Plumbing to re-pipe the house.
My landlord paid and gave them instructions that I was the point of contact and gave them my number, letting them know that I was going to be letting them in and out. So they call when I am driving in to work and want to meet me right then and there to have me give them the house key so that they could have full access to the house. I let them know that not only was I not able to drop everything and go meet them across town, that they had been told that I would be letting them in.
The person I was speaking with (Joey I think, but definitely the co-owner/son of the founder) became belligerent and asked why it was such a hassle for me to give them the key. I advised that I am simply following up with the wishes of the homeowner. He then said to me We have $3,000 of his money, so we will be doing it the way I say, and then he hung up on me.
I texted my landlord and let him know what had just happened, then called back. I got the same gentleman. I asked him calmly why he thought it was ok to hang up on a customer and talk me that way and he apologized and said that it would not happen again. I then explained that there are thousands of dollars of laminate flooring sitting in that house waiting for install, and that I did not feel comfortable handing over the keys with that much loose material laying around, especially with the way that he was insisting. He then said that he would have someone call me to schedule.
A few minutes later I get a call from the same number, but it was a different gentleman. He advised that he can be out there tomorrow at 9 AM. I take the day off of work and head over to the house around 8:30, but five minutes before I get to the house I get a text, not a phone call, saying that they cannot make the 9:00 time. I say no biggie and ask what time they can do this. He says he will get back to me ASAP.
1:00 rolls around and there is still no word so I text back and ask what the time table looks like. I get a reply that there is only one more job and then my house. 40 minutes later I get a text saying Dale is on his way to you. I reply ok, be there in 20
I head over to the house again and sit there for almost an hour when I get a text that says
Very sorry, I have multiple customers texting me and I was unaware I was texting you. We cannot work on your home at all today.
My reply I took the whole day off today. Why tell me you can do it at 9:00 am and then not do it at all?
His response: Because we could have finished it yesterday but you couldn't meet after our conversation in the morning
By this point I had taken about enough, so I call him and realize that the person who is texting me is the same person I was talking to on the phone yesterday. I asked him why he blaming this on me when he had no reasonable expectation of me being available the day before. Then he really became unhinged. Here are but a few snippets of what were said to me, a guy that just wants some plumbing done, by a person that was paid $3k to do a job:
I am 30 years old. This is the only job I have ever had. - Ok, not sure what relevance that has
Me and my dad are laughing at you right now. I have never seen a house so hard to get in to -- my reply, naturally, was hard? All you have to do is call me and set a time
Fuck you. I am not talking to you anymore. Give me the owner's number so that I can tell him what I think about you clowns.
He used the F-bomb about ten more times in the course of the conversation.
In Summary:
*The person that seems to co-own this business, and answers the phones as well as scheduled appointments, is emotionally unstable
*They are not able to keep time commitments. I am not talking about a few hours, either.
*They will, for some reason, insist on having a key to your home despite having someone ready and available to let them in when needed. If you deny them unfettered access to your home then they will become belligerent and curse you out, then hang up on you. This is highly suspicious behavior and makes me feel like they want inside the house for more than ethical reasons.
*They are unprofessional and undeserving of your money. Once you hand that check over all decorum goes out the window.
