I called Plumb because of the great reviews on FB and Yelp.

Found out the garbage disposal had a small leak under the sink last night. Although I contemplated fixing it myself but am glad I called Plumb. I was able to schedule an appoint right away. Kudos to Andy for keeping me informed throughout. While he's diagnosing the problem, I asked him to check on other plumbing issues (toilets not flushing smoothly).

He gave me a reasonable estimate for both, and completed the jobs as promised.

Overall outstanding experience for customer service and repairs. Highly recommend.

Short but great encounter. I only needed a plumbing inspection in my townhome, required by my HOA. They promptly responded and scheduled me for an appointment the next day, then adjusted the exact time of arrival to fit my needs.

I knew this was going to work out great, the second Leo responded to my Yelp request for plumbing. It was a Saturday, and I didn't expect anyone to reply, let alone within 10 minutes. I called Sunday morning, and arranged for a visit on Tuesday.

The real star here was Billy. He not only arrived on time, but was here 2 hours early and even placed a complimentary call to ask if he could come early. When he arrived, he explained everything to me in full detail, and even gave me tips like how to flush my water heater to prevent black water build up. I was not upsold on anything, and there was nothing fishy going on here, just a professional doing a superb job. Billy did a lot of work in both of my bathrooms, in a very short timespan, and his experience definitely showed in the quality of work done. I will be going back to Plumb Professionals for ALL my plumbing needs moving forward, as I am a new owner of a condo, and I was very nervous about finding a good plumber -- it's nice to know that need is put to bed. Thank you so much Billy for being a great person, and knowing your craft so well, you made my day.

We had an issue with a leaky shower. We called on Monday morning, and he was out around noon. He replaced the cylinder and the problem is fixed. While he was out he also cleaned out the washer intake filters (separate charge).

The guy was very friendly and professional. Knew what he was doing. He also recommended we flush out the hot water heater once a year. Based on what we see, that seems like good advice.

I needed a new Direct-Vent Gas Water Heater and called Plumb Professionals based on the many great reviews I read. The reviews were SPOT ON. Plumb Professionals is a fantastic company with highly skilled technicians.
Michael and Gary came at the appointed time; both wore masks and put booties on before entering my place. They worked diligently until they replaced my old water heater with a new model. After the job was completed they cleaned up the area and took the time to explain the nuances of the new water heater.
My impression from start to finish was that they were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, meticulous in their work, and honest. Plumb Professionals will definably be on my speed-dial if I ever need another plumbing job done. I highly recommend them!

Service from this company was excellent. The customer service agent was knowledgeable enough to understand the problem I was having so that he could send out the right plumber to the job. The plumber (Michael) contacted me en route to ask a few questions and give me an ETA. He was right on time, very personable, and perfectly professional. During the diagnosis, he asked a lot of smart questions, listened well, and assessed what the root cause of our dishwasher backflow issue could be. Most importantly, I did not feel patronized at any point in our conversation.

Michael checked the whole drainage system that has been getting clogged, made a proper adjustment, and tested the drain both before and afterwards. He was forthcoming about where his expertise resides and did not try to play the role of an expert dishwasher technician.

At the conclusion, we discussed pros and cons of alternatives (next steps) if raising the high loop did not resolve our issue: primarily further investigation with certified dishwasher technician vs. replacing the high loop with a siphon valve.

Leo Rowitz, the owner of Plumb Professionals, was very responsive with my inquiry about the water temperature in my shower.

Given that it was a holiday, and the nature of my inquiry was not urgent, I did not mind waiting until the next business day for service. Costs are assessed only if plumbing services are rendered in the visit.

Leo dispatched Tony Stango to my home, to repair the issue. Communication from both Leo and Tony were excellent. Tony called to ask if he could visit 30 minutes before the scheduled time of appointment. He wore cloth booties to cover his shoes and a mask on his face. Tony also emphasized the importance of physical distancing.

Tony's 33 years of plumbing experience was demonstrated when he repaired the issue within 20 minutes of arrival to my home. His customer service was superlative.

I highly recommend Plumb Professionals for your plumbing needs, and most especially Tony Stango.

No issues with their work; they seem to know what they're doing. However, I knocked a star off for two reasons. First, we had them come to make sure our tankless water heater was still in good shape, and received an invoice shortly afterward indicating that it had been flushed with vinegar for 45 minutes, when in reality the guy had only been here 15 minutes at most, and had said there was no need for a vinegar flush at this time; he just poured tap water through it about 3 times. We emailed them to ask about it and they sent a new invoice for $100 less saying that the work had been filled in before the plumber came to our house and it had now been updated.

Though I do wonder whether they would have corrected the invoice had we not pushed back, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt on that one since they did fix it. However, the second issue is that the plumber did not wear a mask while inside our house, even though the pandemic is still going on (we put on masks while he was here). Though they did fix the mistake and, as I said, their work seems fine, we do not intend to use them again due to their apparently lax response to COVID.

They are awesome!
We requested the service through yelp and the owner Leo responded in probably less than 5 min!!
Technician Billy came out early next morning and repaired our leaking outside faucet right there in less than 30min.
Everything from start to end went very smoothly and the price was almost HALF of the other plumber we spoke to. Also, they offered FREE diagnose and NO service fee to just come out. The other plumber wanted $95 to just come out to look!
We are a happy customer!
They will be our go-to now!

We've found our plumbers! We've had Plumb Professionals over for a couple of jobs and each time it's been terrific. After sending them a message they were very responsive and efficient in settings up our appointment. On the day, they let us know they were on their way. Mike arrived on time. He was extremely friendly, professional and courteous. He was good to explain exactly what he was doing and got right to it. The work completed was very clean and everything around was left tidy. Mike then took the time to show me exactly what he had done and answered the questions that I had. He even finished faster then expected.

My PRV (home water pressure/looks like a bell) started leaking a few days ago. A tiny leak. Normally I would take a wrench to it.... but I simply was unfamiliar with how this worked. Bummer :(

I called Plumb Professionals, who installed a water heater for me in 2020, and they were able to come out the next day...which was yesterday 4/6/22.

I learned about Plumb Professionals on someone's Facebook post. I called them for issues with my backup sump pump battery. They scheduled an appointment that was convenient and per my request. The two gentlemen were professional and very nice. They fixed the issue and I felt the cost was nominal. Leo has always been able to help us out, even in an emergency. We had a leaking toilet and he was able to come out that day or the next - and fixed the problem quickly. We have used Leo many times for different problems in the house. Including shower head replacements, leaking toilets, kitchen sink leaks, etc. We have never been upset when he shows up. Their representative arrived on time and looked over my installation plans. He then quoted me numbers ranging from $500 to $1000 to install my laundry tub. This appeared to be very high.

He then left and a while later he sent me an email now quoting the job at $1500. I am not a plumber but this is an inordinate amount of money to do perhaps 2-3 hours of work, if that. There were very few materials involved, so it would appear that most of their charges were for labor. My lawyer does not get rates that high.

I was so discouraged that I returned the tub to Home Depot and will do without.

Plumb Professionals earned all 5 stars. We had several plumbers come to give us estimates to replace the galvanized pipes in our home with copper pipes and replace the water heater. Gary from PP came to give me an estimate and he was the most professional, knowledgeable, and personable plumber to show up out of the other companies. Gary even gave me his cell phone number if I had any questions or needed to contact him. PP's prices were very reasonable and they got the work done quicker than I anticipated. We will definitely hire PP again if we have any plumbing issues in the future.

We just had Plumb Professionals repipe our whole house and install a new water heater. It was a large job, but Will and John were up to the task. We can't say enough about these guys. They were great to work with. Also, the owner Leo was super quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. Every person that we dealt with from the company was polite, responsive, and very professional. Also, their price was very reasonable.

This company does good work, however is very expensive. I learned my lesson to shop around with my last job done by them. I needed a gas regulator replaced. I was told it would be a lot of labor to replace the part. I was given a quote of $599 (no breakdown of parts labor). The technician returned another day with the part and installed it in around 30 minutes. I looked up the part online and it was around $50. So I was charged almost $550 of labor for half an hour of work. I learned my lesson to shop around and get parts and labor broken down on a quote. I'll look elsewhere next time.

This was our first time using Plumb Professionals, and we couldn't have been happier. Michael (our plumber) was extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped diagnose a few issues we were having (two toilets and an outdoor faucet) and was very transparent about pricing and work that would need to be done. Once we decided on the repairs, he completely quickly and professionally. Overall, it was a great experience (which is weird to say about plumbing repairs).

We had a significant clog in one of our lines coming from two bathrooms. I called Plumb Pros. around 9am and had a tech out by 12:30. He was friendly and professional and knew what he was doing.

I don't think anyone ever really wants to call a plumber, but we definitely didn't want to do it during a global pandemic. However, our broken dishwasher and some water in our basement forced our hand.

Plumb Professionals offered us an appointment for the next day, with the promise to reach out if they had earlier availability. We ended up actually getting a plumber at our front door within 3hrs of first calling them.

I took the kids out of the house during Michael's visit, but my husband said he was really nice, very professional, and knowledgable. There ended up being no fee for the assessment, but we will be calling him back to fix the dishwasher and replace our kitchen faucet when the parts come in.

The responsiveness and overall 'good guy' treatment we got from Plumb Professions mean we will absolutely call them the next time we need a plumber. Thanks, Michael!

Oh my gosh. Once again, a ten-star experience with Plumb Professionals and Michael West, plumber and customer service provider extraordinaire! I discovered that my sump pump broke Monday afternoon and called Plumb Professionals to request the skills of Michael West. He was over to resolve the problem on Tuesday afternoon. (They had a technician available for first-thing in the morning, but I'd had such a good experience previously with Michael that I was willing to wait a few extra hours for him!)

Michael identified the issue, provided an estimate, and fixed everything right there and then. I have mixed feelings about my service call with Plumb Professionals. My appoint was between 9 am and 10 am. Erik arrived at 8:27 am (my smart home tracks everything!). Prompt, or even early, is a positive in my book. And their system sent me a text message at 8:17 am to let me know he was on his way.

Erik arrived and had a simple job of turning the thermostat up on my water heater. I had no plumbing issues and he jokingly agreed with me this would probably be the easiest job of his day. My credit card was charged at 8:44 am, so it took him less than 15 minutes if you subtract the few minutes he waited while my dog took a potty break outside and he typed notes onto his phone before charging me. My concern arose when he first told me the charge was $85 or $89 (I forget which). I'd already agreed through Yelp (thank goodness) that the cost was $59. I thought $59 was a bit high but agreed to it. $59 for $15 minutes is $236 an hour - a hefty hourly rate. Assuming the charge was $85, Erik attempted to charge an hourly rate of $340 to adjust a temperature on a hot water heater! That's outrageous. Of course I told him the agreed upon cost was $59 and he immediately adjusted and told me his boss had not communicated that price to him. My concern is that the company has folks in the field arbitrarily making up prices as they go. It's a horrible way to do business and will eventually catch up with you. I rated four stars for timeliness and an ok experience scheduling with the owner. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt on the pricing discrepancy this time. Should I ever use this company again, I'll continue my habit of confirming a price upfront and in writing whenever possible. Times are hard for businesses but also hard for consumers. Let's be reasonable and realize we're all in this together.

Plum Professional, indeed! I scheduled service through Yelp, which was VERY convenient. Leo got back to me quickly and we were able to schedule service for the next day. Most places give you a 4 hour window, but Plumb gave us an appointment time. So, that was much appreciated.

Michael arrived 10 minutes early before our scheduled appointment. He was very professional and thorough. He fixed our problem easily and quickly. The price was fair and the whole thing took less than an hour.

Really excellent service by Jonathan. We needed to have the hot/ cold water valves replaces on our washer and the entire process was very efficient and the price more than fair for the work done. I also appreciated the small attention to detail that made the experience 5-star such as Jonathan cleaning out the entire washing machine valve box before installing the new unit. I'm sure other plumbers would have given it a quick wipe down and gotten the new valve in but the extra effort and demonstrated a great pride in their work.

I'm sure we'll have other plumbing needs in the future and will immediately call Plumb Professionals, excellent company to do business with.

Plumb Professionals came on time, took the time to diagnose the problem, and also took the time to look at some other things while they were here. There was water coming from the ceiling in the kitchen. We knew it was a problem with the shower, but didn't know what it was. They came out and said that it actually wasn't a plumbing problem, but the shower pan - they couldn't fix it... but they diagnosed what's few other people couldn't! Will definitely use them again!

Tony showed up ahead of the time window with face mask and shoe cover on. He let us know of the estimate. The price was very reasonable. Jon and Kyle just left my house from instilling a new toilet in my powder room. This company way exceeds expectations for service and value . Company snaked exterior drain at the bottom of the stairs. Drain was clogged allowing water in to the basement door. Jonathan arrived exactly on time. He was very professional and worked through our 3 issues methodically. He cleared a slow kitchen drain, installed a flush valve, and cleared a slow bathroom sink drain. He took his time and did not seem to mind when I stopped in to check on his progress.

I haven't used plumbers in a while, so his prices seemed a bit on the high side, but I've learned that it's better to pay for quality. And, he was so much better than the big chains who have sent less skilled technicians who commonly just rush in and out.

We'll definitely use them again.

Contacted this plumber who had an initially good response. When I decided to have them come and install my whole house water filter I had to ask them twice whether they are coming or not and to confirm with me. Michael, who was very nice, came to install the filter and after reading the instructions proceeded to tell me that we have to get a contractor to install a piece of plywood behind the filter to support it. Furthermore, he told me that I would have to pay for the plumbing tool required to connect the pipes!!

I had a problem with a leaky toilet. I found Plumb via yelp so I messaged them, this was around 11:30PM Saturday night.

Within about 15 minutes, I received a response. Wow, who responds that fast especially on a Saturday night. Anyway, they indicated that they could have someone to my home Monday, yesterday, at 2:00.

Jonathan arrived promptly. Not only did he find the source of the leak, but when I mentioned that I was concerned about our water bill being a little higher than usual, he proceeded to not only check our other toilets for leaks, he also checked our water heater and checked the water line outside. No leaks, awesome.

I am completely thrilled at how much attention Jonathan paid to other plumbing fixtures in my home without me even having to ask him.

I would not hesitate to use Plumb Professionals again.

My shower suddenly stopped working and it seemed like it should be an easy fix (handle felt loose) but every other place I called quoted me $200-$380. I contacted Plumb on Sunday evening, Michael came out first thing Monday morning, and it was all fixed in under 20 minutes for less than $100. Communication was crystal clear before/during/after, the visit felt safe and fast (mask, booties, gloves, social distancing, and he had a spare part in his truck). Mike was great! Not only was his work fantastic, but he allowed me to bug him to ask questions as he was working. He was not only on time, he could have been early, however we were quite ready for him. What we thought would be a pretty simple fix that would get done in a couple hours, turned out to be a BIG project that ended up taking almost 6 hours! The entire time though Mike was a upbeat and pleasant!
Once things were finally done he cleaned up after himself and was really helpful explaining the issues of the job.

Leo was very responsive and gave me the price for a water pressure tank. And got it installed in 4 days after Thanksgiving holiday. He also ordered the specific brand I asked for. Jonathan came by and installed the tank. He was very polite and kept the work place very clean and did a very good job. Couple days later I caught the PVC connection leaking in the basement which was unacceptable. If I was not home or on vacation or did not check, basement would have been flooded. For this type of jobs, I would recommend them to place a water leak sensor at least for a week, then go pick it up or ask customers to ship it back to them OR they can even sell the sensor to the customer (they are $10 on Amazon or a little higher if it is wifi). Some ppl would love to have piece of mind.
Anyways Leo and Jonathan were again very responsive and Jonathan came by in an hour to fix the leak. Overall it was a great experience (except the leak but accidents happen ). This is my 3rd plumbing company that I changed in 3 years, and hopefully will be the last, so I will definitely call them first for my future plumbing jobs.

SUCH an easy process-i messaged them on Yelp on tuesday about a leaky faucet and they responded IMMEDIATELY. we set up an appointment that accommodates my schedule and they were at my house on-time on thursday morning as planned. i received text updates when they were on their way and received an email invoice when the service was complete. I had a toilet pipe leak that was in the drywall between two floors. With the current pandemic situation, I had trepidation about having plumbers come by for quotes so my husband and I did a lot of investigation and sent detailed emails with photos to various plumbers to ask for quotes. After speaking to several plumbing companies/plumbers, Leo and Plumbing Professionals were the only ones who read my email, understood the problem and addressed my concerns. Michael came out to take a look and he ended up doing the repairs along with Kyle. Overall, I'm very happy with the entire experience. Communication was also prompt, up to date and clear. I knew what was being done, when and how much it would cost every step of the way. The estimate was reasonable and they actually ended up completing the repair for less than what they quoted us. During the day of the repair, Micheal and Kyle were very kind, efficient and courteous, making sure to not make too much noise as my husband and I are both working from home during this pandemic. They both had masks and gloves on the whole time. They also made sure to keep the work areas tidy (as tidy as one can possibly be when dealing with toilet pipes). Considering the complexity of the repair (we had a crack in the cast iron drain pipe that was pretty hard to access and had to be cut out to be replaced), they did a great job in less time than both my husband and I expected. We're very happy to have gone with Plumb Professionals and Michael for this repair.

The only reason I selected a 1 bcz there wasn't an option for 0. I called Plumb based on yelp ratings. The service manager that came out was very nice and had good reviews. No doubt he had some knowledge when he came to give an estimate and good customer service but after the second visit the water heater tripped again, he told me to get an electrician after spending money with the company to get elements changed and thermostats not upper and lower changed. Called around for electricians and no one would come bcz they said the circuit breaker is not tripping it's a plumber issue if only in water heater. Called Plumb back same tech came back out and changed top thermostat out and said if that doesn't work you may need another water heater. In my mind as a professional i know to get 3 opinions or bids on major purchase recommendations. Fed up and looking for results and answers I reached out to my Nextdoor neighbor community. I found a plumber that offered to help me and had trusted reviews as well. The tech from the second company came at 845 am and tested everything. Finding out that the bottom thermostat never shut off. So he ran a couple of cycles and did all wire checks and still no cut off. Water heating up fast and very hot which first company was alerted to. I sat this time and watched everything. He changed out bottom thermostat since I told him Plumb already changed out the top one twice. He put heat to the one he removed and it never went off. The heat to the new one he came with shut off. He still waited patiently another hour to make sure the breaker on the water heater didn't trip and that the thermostat shut off or told the element to stop heating however that works. Long behold it's been over 24 hours and no trips. Yes it took him 6 hours to test test patiently test and find answers and wait to make sure. That is what you call service. I contacted Plumb and they said sorry you are not satisfied. Not satisfied, you gave me a faulty part and then was going to try to sell me a water heater for 2600. - what I paid already. This is not good service. And I called to let them know I was going to rate them a 1 on yelp and was giving them a heads up. The receptionist said oh I will have the owner contact you. No contact from the owner and it is over 24 hrs later. I now know where all my business will go and I will not recommend this company AT ALL. They want to get in and out to get to the next job and you can be left with a huge expense.

My bathroom shower was running cold. I read the reviews of Plumb Professionals and liked what I saw. They didn't charge a service call fee. I called to tell them what the issue was. I given an estimate right then and there and decided to move forward with scheduling an appointment. Leo was very professional. I received a text msg of my scheduled time and a phone call from Mike letting me know he was enroute. Mike is professional. He fixed the problem quickly. Needed a quick turn for small leak and called Plumb Professionals based on all the stellar reviews. I was assigned a maintenance window between 9 and 10 AM.

The technician, John, called me 15 minutes prior to arrival and showed up on time at 9 AM. He was courteous, thorough, and as opposed to providing a quote and having to come back to perform the work was able to address the issue on the spot.

I've been screwed over by many contractors as a Virginia resident of only 2 years. The experience with Plumb Professionals was so good I felt like I needed to write this review, and I've never done this.

Leo and his partner (I'm sorry I forgot your name) were excellent. Because of the Memorial Day weekend no other company (Home Depot, Lowe's and even the smaller ones) could fit me until after Tuesday, May 31, 2016. My water heater failed on May 27.

Leo was available the day my water heater failed (arrived at 5pm, Friday, May 27, 2016) and quickly diagnosed the issue (12 year old water heater finally died). Before he did anything I was impressed on how clean he was down to the boot covers he wore slipped on prior to entering my home. Leo patiently went over the options with me, and I ultimately decided to replace the water heater tank and a few other parts.

Within 24 hours (3:30pm, Saturday, May 28, 2016) Leo arrived with his partner to replace a water heater, outdoor hose bib, and another plumbing item that wasn't properly pressurizing the home plumbing system. He and his partner covered my wood floors and promptly went to work while answering any questions that I had. Within a few hours they were done, cleaned up and everything worked even better than before. I had friends over 30 minutes later, and they couldn't even tell a contractor had been there.

I have finally found a contractor that can be trusted. Take it from someone who has been screwed over many, many times. If you have a plumbing issue then don't hesitate to call Leo Rowitz at Plumb Professionals.

I needed to have the faucets for my washing machine replaced, and they took great care of me. I'm very happy with the craftsmanship and was satisfied with the pricing. Needed to get a gas regulator & some gas pipe plumbing to be replaced. Contacting them was easy via Yelp. Their response was quick. Michael West came over, had a look & emailed the estimate. No fees for the estimate service call.

I discussed the estimate over the phone with their office, got some clarifications and confirmed the work. I immediately got an email, with the possible time slots.

On the day of the appointment Michael was courteous enough to call from his previous appointment, informing that he was running an hour behind schedule. He asked if it would work for me or if we needed to re-schedule. I said it would work and then he called again when leaving the previous place.

Must say that Michael is very professional and has the patience and expertise to do a good job. Am very satisfied with the job done, it was a seamless, hassle free experience from start to finish. The entire operation works as a well-oiled machinery, from the moment you contact them till they email you the final invoice.

Leo has worked with me on several occasions for plumbing. We bought our house last summer. The townhome was 14 years old with virtually no updates to plumbing system. We ended up replacing 3 toilets, repairing two sink leaks, replacing pressure reducing valve, and replacing the water heater over the the past 6 months. We also had a mbr main tub leak that needed a few faucet.

All service was good and looks great. I don't have a comparison of costs but I believe it is within what would be expected for the work. The water heater did give me a mild heart attack! :-) He knew money was a concern and worked to ensure I didn't spend on items I didn't need to replace or repair.

For me, what breaks this company out from others is the customer service. Leo knows customer service and does it well. He was flexible with our schedule and accommodating to our needs. I appreciated that.

We had small leaks that he even took care of and didn't charge or incurred the charge with the other installs. He didn't have to do that yet still did.

When work was completed, he made sure to contact us to ensure we were happy with the service. In a lot of cases, this small gesture gets lost with other companies.

Would I repeat?! The answer is YES. In fact, I did twice. Nobody likes dropping $$ on plumbing. It doesn't make your house prettier but it solves a lot of issues. Leo made my home safer and more reliable. Use him, you won't regret it!

I think we have a sound house with a good water system. The updates were needed and gives me peace of mind I will not be returning to a home with a lake downstairs or a puddle in a bathroom! Thanks Leo!

Contacted them via Yelp around midnight on a Friday evening for a sump pump that was starting to fail (but was still working, so not an emergency, yet). They responded in under an hour and by early afternoon Saturday I had a new sump pump installed.

He cleaned the sump of some mud buildup from 16 years of operation without maintenance and then installed a larger and much quieter unit along with a check valve, which my pipe run lacked. I communicated through Yelp, asked for a ballpark price on a job I needed a plumber to do. They got back to me very quickly and the price ended up being the exact amount I paid. The job was professionally done, the work looks great the plumber was a heck of a nice guy and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or use them again myself. Truly a 5 star interaction.

Plumb Professionals has become my goto plumbing contractor. Leo is very prompt, provides a very reasonable quote. We have had 4 different plumbers out from Plumb Professionals for various scopes of work this year. Their operating hours are convenient, they are on time, professional, and honest - they let you know when work does not need to be performed. Overall, an excellent company.

I made an appointment on Saturday, and Michael came out the following Monday when promised. Even though a leak was not found, Michael did a pressure test on my house, surveyed the rooms where I thought water had been, and addressed my questions/ concerns with his knowledge of industry standards. Michael was very professional and friendly.

Had a leak in the garage and figured it was something with the bathroom above, so I called a few plumbers. Of the 3 I called, Plumb was the most responsive and could get out to my place the soonest. Lou came out on time and immediately assessed the situation after cutting some drywall. He expertly fixed the issue and we have not seen an issue since. I will definitely be using Plumb Professionals for my plumbing needs in the future.

I've had such a great experience working with Leo that I've asked him to do a variety of work for me, including fixing and cleaning a gas fireplace (he replaced the pilot light assembly), installing a new pedestal sink and toilet, and conducting a whole home plumbing inspection. He really can perform a wide range of tasks. I was especially thankful for the inspection as Leo caught some issues early that would have a caused a big problem later and I was charged a fair price to fix them. Leo is very flexible with scheduling and maintains great communication to let you know when he will arrive. I plan to use his services in the future to keep my plumbing in good working order and highly recommend his services.

My garbage disposal stopped working, and, I am ashamed to say, I did not know about the reset button at the bottom, so I called plumbers. Plumb Professional came, reset the disposal, and did not charge me a penny, even though I felt I had to compensate them for driving to my house and giving me a lesson. We give free estimates, he said, and this counts as one. This is what I call professional integrity.

I received quotes from 7 companies to replace my water heater, which, at 21 years old, was on its last legs. Leo from Plumb Professionals was the most responsive & thorough and also had the best price! He responded immediately to all my questions. On the scheduled date, Michael arrived on time after making a courtesy call that he was on his way, & replaced the water heater, cleaned up, & explained everything to me, making sure I understood it all. He was a very nice, personable young man & obviously knew what he was doing. I'm VERY pleased, and in fact am signing up for an every other year flushing of the water heater & checking of all plumbing in the house, for a very low, reasonable price! I'm sticking with Plumb Professionals from now on; they really are professional!

The sump pump and valve were running constantly in my basement. Leo responded within minutes to my email and promptly scheduled to do the work. Charles arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with the valve and explained clearly what needed to be done. He did an efficient, top notch job. We no longer live in fear of our basement being flooded. This is a highly professional company. We have used them a couple of times and will definitely do so in the future.

Leo came out to my house to fix a jammed garbage disposal. Job took less than 15 minutes and he left me a tool to fix it myself next time. Excellent service...reasonable price! Highly recommend.

Mike was amazing! He was polite, knowledgable, and quick to both diagnose the issue as well as correct it. I was ready to have my rental home's clogged bathtub snaked, but it turned out it just had a buildup of hair in the drain. Mike quickly removed the hair (at a very reasonable cost) and explained how to prevent it in the future. I will most definitely use them again!

Wow! I emailed for a quote around 8 last night. Got a response almost immediately. We agreed on a price and they said they would be here at 11AM. For most companies 11Am is code for 1PM, but not these guys. They called around 9 and asked if hey could come early. We agreed, so now I am writing a review about how good Michael West was as the job is finished at it is 10:50AM. While I hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon, if I do, I know who I am going to call!

My brand new dishwasher was not draining properly and I wasn't sure if it was an installation issue, a product issue or something else. I decided to give Plumb Professionals a quick call to ask. Leo was kind enough to come by and do a quick assessment. After asking a few more questions, he was able to determine the issue was related to a recently replaced garbage disposal. A few minutes later, the problem was fixed and the appliance is now working great. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs!

Lou responded the same day that I had posted my plumbing needs. He said he offered free estimates so I figured what did I have to lose? I asked him when he could come and he said the next day at 11am. I said ok. At 11:30, he was a no-show and no-call so I reached out to him and asked if he was still planning on coming. He said he would come shortly and that he gotten behind from the previous job. A call would have been nice. He came and tightened up a few things, which fixed the problem right away. I then showed him a second problem with another sink drain and he said that needed to be completely reworked and wouldn't be able to do it same-day. I showed him the replacement parts I got at Home Depot, which he quickly installed without issue. I guess the whole thing didn't need to be replaced after all. He was here for a whole 10 minutes... 15 minutes tops and I asked him what I owed him. The answer: $99. I felt robbed. No parts were needed, just a bit of labor. I wish I had been told what their labor rates were before I scheduled. I had other plumbers be honest and say their rate to come out was $50 which would be applied to any service they would perform. Needless to say, I learned my lesson on what additional questions to ask about charges and rates. As a result, I fell for a free estimate, but paid double on a rate charge.

I have used Plumb Professionals twice now and have been very pleased with their work. Once was for a hot water replacement job, and after interviewing and getting quotes from other companies, Leo came back with a good and fair price and he was who I thought would do the best job. Another time I had an emergency kitchen sink problem and even though it was a Friday, he was able to send someone out that day, so that I was not inconvenienced all weekend. I would highly recommend this company.
