Jacob is a solid individual and contractor. We worked together on a gas line bury. He took his time to make sure he did everything in order and didn't try to rush anything. I've been dealing with an absolute nightmare of a situation with a leak in my basement. Even though I got the suspected pipe camerascoped, I still didn't get a clear answer on what is going on.

I called Digit after seeing their great reviews on yelp and I have to say they deserve all five stars they have. Malcolm went over my situation with me, and in the interest of our current pandemic, was able to request pictures of specific parts affected by the leak plus the camera scope video I had in order to diagnose the problem remotely (he also utilized google earth to get a clear picture of my property.)

After receiving the footage he went over everything then got on the phone with me and was extremely generous with his time and knowledge.

I really recommend reaching out to Digit if you find yourself in the situation where you need their help. Malcolm was generous, knowledgeable and honest.

Wonderful service, knowledgeable and efficient.  I had a 75 gallon hot water heater replaced.  There were no issues getting the old one out and the new one in.

Paul from Boulder County Plumbing is outstanding; completely in a league of his own.  

The quality of his work is evident at every step of a project and with the way he puts piping together it's almost a shame that drywall has to cover the work.

I appreciate not only the attention to detail that Paul has in his work, by the eye he keeps on maintainability as well. Items that he's worked on for us are always arranged in such a way that they can be easily serviced in the future, whether that means being able to conveniently drain a exterior line or have access to snake a drain pipe.

This company is AMAZING!! To put my situation in a nutshell I had a gas leak in the house I just purchased, I had a plumber come to give a quote to get it fixed and they said it would be $3550, and that I would have to be at my house for the city inspection that was required for the work that was done. I signed up for thumbtack to get a different quote. Pipe it Up came to my house at 7:30 in the evening to get me a quote. Luther arrived and was kind and helpful, he walked me through all the steps that the city requires after they lock your meter. He gave me a quote of $710 that night and started the work the next day. I had a large job that took two days of work because the need of the city inspector. I couldn't miss work so he was there to meet the city inspector, because there was more work that needed to be done the job ended up costing $1335, or roughly 1/3 of the cost of the original quote and Luther worked with the city inspector so I could go to work. Hire this company, tell everyone you know about them, they do good work, are honest people and they don't rip you off.

Jorge and his crew were awesome! They cut down some tree bushes and removed some dead bushes for me. Very professional and reasonable. Highly recommend them and will use them again.

Jordan did a great job.  He arrived and gave a great quote during a very stressful time for my household.  The work was completed as scheduled and on budget.  We would highly recommend Dr. Drain to anyone needing plumbing work done.

I was having an issue where my toilet wasn't fully flushing. It was recommended I buy a new toilet. Daniel was super flexible with his scheduling & processes, even offering to do a pick up of the new toilet for me. Once we did land on a time, he was on-time and extremely friendly. Daniel installed the new toilet without issue, was very communicative & quick! I'll definitely use him again for future plumbing work.

I got multiple quotations for a main sewer line tap replacement.  I found AAR very responsive, knowledgeable, as well as the best price I could find.   They arrived on time, the crew was fantastic.   While they were waiting for the inspectors, one of the crew raked out part of my lawn that was a mess from a previous contractor.   I never asked for this, he was just being super helpful.
If I have any other needs, I'm calling these folks first.

Please note they charge you just to come out to give you a quote.  They can't provide price range even to clean out a main drain.  Their site here says call to get a quote but you can't get one.  SMH

I needed a quote on installing a sump pump into a pit.  Kahn promptly came out to assess the situation, the same day I requested him to come out.  As it turns out, once he saw the pump would be going into a house that was only 4 years old, with a fully finished basement and no previous water issues, he advised that it absolutely would NOT make sense to install a pump in the pit.  I completely appreciate the fact that he was willing to walk away without making any money to provide me with truthful, accurate information.  He was also willing to write up a report to reflect his rationale for my records.  Thank you Kahn!  You are the true definition of a professional! Your honesty speaks volumes.

We had an unprecedented 7 inches of rain over 3 days in May, and as a result our well collapsed.  We called Greg Kennedy and he is great!  He managed to fit us in and came to assess the damage, then as soon as the ground was workable, he spent hours fixing it.  He is reliable, knowledgeable and professional, and is our go to guy for help!

First tech showed up without the 45min heads up call at the last possible minute of the 4hr window at 8pm. Guy couldn't clear the main line and said they'd have to send someone crawl space certified in the morning with a new 8-12 window.

Had to book a room at a nearby hotel just so we could use the facilities and shower for work in the am. One of us stayed and worked from home to be available all day for them.

No communication from them till 11am during which the guy says oh you don't need me (crawl space tech) we'll just send a seasoned guy for the main line. *would have thought that an unresolved call from the night before would wave a priority flag and they'd get to us ASAP in the am, not at the tail end of the window AGAIN.

At some point they did call but as I'm teaching from home and in a class. Without an answer they simply canceled their arrival.

When class was done I called them back and they say oh sorry we will send someone as soon as we can.

4hrs later had to call to follow up. Their response was oh sorry we will send someone now, they are 30 minutes out.

A phone call heads up we are on our way IS NOT A CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT, WE ALREADY CONFIRMED!!!! If we can't answer we are busy but it doesn't mean we aren't home.

Looking at the reviews it's great to see the business manager respond to them. Oh wait she only responds to the good reviews. Apparently they have no care to fix their issues.

*48hrs after making the appointment it's yet to be fixed. Had to call someone else to do the job.
