Excellent in every way! Had an emergency situation with the hot water heater and everything went smoothly as soon as I called. Very friendly lady answered the phone, named Indira ( I'm sure I got the spelling wrong, sorry)and she dispatched someone ASAP. Justin arrived and diagnosed it immediately, then came back the next day to do the job of replacing the hot water heater. Had a great conversation and the job was done very professionally. Even received a follow-up call to make sure everything was great. totally professional from start to finish, cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you to everyone

Asked this company to give me a quote for some simple work. They took apart my AC unit, pointed to something unrelated, said I need to replace the entire unit, and gave me quotes for replacing my entire HVAC system. Hired someone else who just came out and did the work. Don't let these guys into your home.

Couldn't ask for more. Don fixed my water heater and a bad pressure sensor quickly and efficiently. Came when promised. Very pleased.

Derrick was terrific! I just bought my house a couple of months ago, and I had no clue how any part of my sprinkler setup worked. I didn't know where the timer was, where the shutoff valve was, or how any of the system worked at all. But then Derrick came to the rescue and figured everything out, made a repair to fix a leak that he found, did the blowout/winterization and taught me everything I need to know to keep the system in good working order. Now I know exactly where everything is and how it works and I feel way more confident about this part of my house. We know we're in good hands with Emergency Sprinkler Repair Pros, definitely looking forward to calling them back for spring service in April!

Wow. Referred to streamline for a water pipe rupture. Doug came out and repaired the pipe. We had a huge issue with our basement bathroom needing to be gutted. Doug helped isolate the issue which came from our kitchen bathroom. Totally professional and great to work with. I will highly recommend Streamline 10 over.

Twice now Pristine Plumbing has helped us in a pinch. First was installing an aquasana filtration system days before I gave birth to our first. The customer service we received was top notch, coordinating to get someone over swiftly before I went into labor. Second was this week when our kitchen faucet sprung a leak which flooded into our basement. Don, the owner, came over within hours of our call. Again the customer service was incredible and the leak was repaired. Both services were good work, reasonably priced, and enjoyable experiences interacting with the personnel.

I had originally written a long narrative review about Zack Long and Family Plumbing Services LLC.  I thought it would be helpful to include lots of details about my plumbing project (replacing a 10+ year old kitchen faucet that turned out to be a beast to remove + some supply line leaks) and Zack's plumbing expertise.  I was wrong -- so many details that the message gets lost in translation.  Here's all you need to know:  Zack Long is an extraordinary plumbing professional. He holds a Master Plumber license (the highest level achievable) and it shows. He is 101% reliable, responsive, honest, knowledgeable and skilled.  His business ethics are rarely found today -- he cares about what the quality of his work and complete customer satisfaction.  Aside from all that, Zack is polite and personable, and really listens to questions and concerns, plus he's a really, really nice guy.   Not if, but when, I need more plumbing help, Zack is now my go-to guy.  Don't hesitate to give Zack a call for your plumbing needs, big or small.

Go With The Flow is an awesome plumbing service. Karon, their master plumber,  is courteous, respectful, and trustworthy. He showed us his master plumber's license and other certifications prior to beginning any work.

We hired Karon to rough in a new bathroom. His quote was well below competitors so we choose to use him. During construction, Karon noticed some preexisting poorly designed plumbing issues. He worked with us to fix the issues at an affordable price. Our city inspector passed us immediately!

We had several times we couldn't be present when Karon was working. He was always communicative about his arrival and departure. We could not be more happy with his work.

We called B-Line when we had a problem with a toilet that wouldn't stop running.  Brent came out and fully rebuilt the inside mechanism. We had just moved in and found several other plumbing problems and Brent was quick to respond and did a great job.

I called Jays backflow, and requested a bid on my job and explained that Denver water turned off my water and he within minutes called Denver water to turn on my water! I was told by Denver water to send the names of two plumbers to have my backflow done to get my water turned on so i will comply.  Even if I dont hire Jays service I will surely use them in the future as their customer service is #1  Dan K. with Home Again Furniture Inc.

Sean is the best call we made for sub contractors. He showed up fairly late on a Friday night to help us stay in deadline. He worked very efficiently and was incredibly friendly in the process. I can't believe he took care of our plumbing issue in an hour! Call Sean - it's worth it!

I sent Mountain Drains an Online request on Sunday.  Danny called me first thing on Monday and put me on the schedule for Wednesday between 8-12.  Joe showed up at 7:55AM ready to work. Joe completed the work within 2hours; work completed includes- trips to the home improvement store, cutting drywall, and install a new drainage system. Joe vacuum and cleaned up all the messes.  Total cost is $285, a bit more than what I was quoted on the phone (1st hour $39.99 and then $90 per hour after the initial hour).I know the parts cost between $40-$80 at home depot so $285 was definitely higher than quoted but it was a relief for me because a week ago, I had a local plumbing company attempted to fix this same issue and they made it worse.  They broke the old chain from the old drainage system and dropped it in the pipe and couldn't get it out because they didn't have the proper tools that day and didn't' want to drive 1.8miles back to their office in downtown Evergreen to get the proper tools.  They quoted me a $1000 to replace it in addition to the $350 (includes the $50 service charge) that I already paid them to installed a water fixture that I have the parts for.  So YES! I am a FAN of Mountain Drains and will continue to call them for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Joe!

Hot Water Heater Replacement: I used Yelp to send out requests for quotes to get this done ASAP since my heater died (RIP). Big Apple was one of the companies and they got back to me bright and early. Their price was comparable to the other quotes I received but Jason was able to get me in the very next day. Gabriel and Disraeli were very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was as quick and painless as getting a new water heater could be. I am very happy with the work done.

I would highly recommend this business.  I have used them twice in the last year and received excellent service!!   The prices are more than fair and he uses quality products.   Robert even rearranged his entire schedule to make sure I was safe and had hot water the same day!

Awesome service today! Fix It 24/7 responded to my request for A/C service in only three days, when several other companies were quoting 6 weeks!  The service technician, Son V. was extremely professional, and contacted me several times with update on his estimated arrival time (no one can find our house!).  He completed a thorough review of the problem and presented an estimate for the repairs. The repair was completed promptly and he verified that everything was working properly.  He also trouble-shot another issue with my A/C and told me exactly what the problem was and the cost for repair.  Another company said the problem was normal, which I knew was't correct. Son was able to confirm the problem and recommend a few options to pursue.  He definitely had my best interests in mind with his recommendation. I would definitely recommend Fix-It 24/7 again!
