I call there office and the staff is very friendly and helpful. As soon as Wheeler's plumbing shows up. The guys are friendly and professional. They get the job done and leave me feeling confident. I have peace of mind. With other plumbing companies I've call in the past, I've paid to much and was taken advantage of by hucksters.

John is was great and fixed our plumbing issue.  More importantly he was responsive, professional and reasonable in price.  All other plumbers in this valley are garbage.

After several emails the manager/owner (John) finally got involved and gave us a refund. Consequently I can now give a favorable review.

Make this company your first call! They were my second - calling after getting a $4500 quote for a sewer line repair. I explained my situation to Efren Molina, and he double-checked the findings of the previous plumber. Much to my relief, he was able to clean the line and show me the results on camera. I cannot say enough good things about Massey Plumbing & Heating. They deserve the best review possible. I have had a lot of work done on my house and have worked with many plumbing companies in the past- both large and small. Other companies have made my plumbing issues worse and tried to cover up their mistakes and Massey plumbing has come in or talked to me on the phone just to be sure that I was not getting taken advantage of by other companies. Massey plumbing has corrected other plumbing companies mistakes honestly and reliably. I have also had the unfortunate experience of working with large plumbing companies in emergency situations who have quoted me ridiculous prices to fix the simplest things. Once I got in touch with Massey plumbing they became my life line. Even when I need work outside of the scope of what Massey Plumbing and Heating offers they have gone so far as to talk me through on the phone to help me understand what it is I need to know so as not to be taken advantage of by other companies. They have saved me literal thousands of dollars by taking a few minutes out of their day to be sure that I don't get taken advantage of. There is no better service than that.  The work that Massey Plumbing & Heating has done for me has been top notch each and every time. They are extremely knowledgable and have been doing this for many years. I trust them implicitly. Matt Massey and his father are the most honest and reliable guys in the business. Just one example of this is an emergency situation I had late in the day when my main sewer line backed up. I called a large corporate company to cable my line last minute and they wanted to charge me $12,000 to fix the issue. I called Matt Massey immediately to ask about this as this job specifically was not something he does but something he is knowledgable about.  He not only took the time to get back to me immediately and advise me not to pay that amount for the problem but he put me in touch with someone who could come out and help me. My sewer line problem ended up costing me $325 rather than $12,000! I was shocked at how taken advantage I had been in the past before discovering Massey Plumbing & Heating. That is only one of several examples of Massey Plumbing & Heating helping me indirectly in addition to their honest and reliable work. Do not use anyone else. They are truly wonderful.

This review is long overdue but as we're looking to complete the 2nd phase of our outdoor renovation I'm reminded of how great a find Gerald was for us. We were looking to install a gas line from the main to where we are installing a new fire pit and found APS on Yelp. Gerald answered the call & was able to quickly come out to take a look at our project the same day because he lived just around the corner from us! He didn't try to up sell us on anything or charge an arm & a leg for the job. His price was fair & he was able to complete the job with 1 of his workers within the same week! They did a phenomenal job & was very transparent with the work they had done. He even found my pocket knife buried in the backyard and put it on my back porch with a note letting me know they found it which I thought was the sweetest! He will be the person we go to for all of our plumbing needs!! :)

The greatest commercial outfit in special work and duty was one of the greatest experiences. Working with the whole company and the projects were nothing but the greatest. I also enjoyed how family orientated they are.

This company has been around the metro area for years. One of the only plumbing companies that allow payments to be broken up and negotiating on pricing. They also give discounts to people who work in school, served in the military, single parents and elder customers as well.

Do not hesitate to use this company when you need outside clean outs, jetting, toilets repairs, etc.

Zach and his crew were great. They worked with our budget and got our house cooled down with a new system right away. Can't recommend them enough for being professional, fast, and fair in their pricing!

Quick and efficient service. Knew how to fix the issue right away and made me feel comfortable having them work on my plumbing. I would recommend for sure.

On a Saturday night at 9:30 on Labor Day weekend, we discovered that our hot water heater was leaking. We called and because he was already on a job, Nick told us that he would be an hour but would be over ASAP. He came over that night, identified the problem and helped us temporarily stop the issue. We then set an appointment for 1 pm the next day. He was early, took the old one out and put the new one in - even with a 5 and 3 year old that kept asking him what he was doing. We will now be using Gold Leaf for all of our issues.

Super quality work, efficient, kept appointment time.  Even put down a drop cloth in the work area.  The attention to detail was great!  Will definitely use again for future plumbing projects.

TCF emergency plumbing did an excellent job. No upsell , no oh you have to replace the whole unit. TCF came out to fix a boiler of mine that went out. I had no heat or hot water. Called on a Sunday and they offered to come out that day. It was not an easy diagnosis but TCF figured it out. TCF was more interested in fixing the problem not trying to figure out how much money they could get out of us. Most companies today really are more interested it getting your money rather than just fixing what needs to be fixed.
         I would completely recommend TCF emergency plumbing.

I was very impressed with Thomas, his knowledge and his work.  He explained what he was doing and what was happening as he worked.  I will ask for him the next time I have a problem.

I hired Dan at Total Handyman to fix the fence at my rental house. He started, but did not finish the job. After multiple cancellations I had to call another handyman. I won't use his services again. I should have listened to the negative reviews. Beware.

I had a drain pipe with a leak, and a bath spout that needed to be installed. Steve and his son came out a day after I called and arrived on time. They quoted $100/hour plus parts and said they could do both jobs in under an hour. They finished both jobs in 45 min and charged $105. This is a little more expensive than other plumbers, but they knew what they were doing, arrived on time, were pleasant and patient, and charged exactly what they quoted. I would definitely use them again.

Our sewage drain backed up in the basement. Technician Ron arrived quickly, knew his stuff, and was able to get the problem solved in about 30 min. He was even able to open this rusted over cap that the Mr. Rooter guy (a couple of yrs ago when the same thing happened) was unable to open, and gave us some helpful advice on preventative maintenance, and we got a 1 r warranty on the work. All in all very satisfied and would use this company again. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is because the operator gave us a window in which the technician would show up and said she would call 30 min before they arrived. I never got a phonecall so I was still in my bathrobe and half asleep when the tech arrived, which was kind of awkward and I was initially kind of annoyed, but the tech was very professional and apologetic. Overall very pleased.
