The price was reasonable.  Sheduling was a breeze, and they had open appointments the next day.   Chris came out, listened when I had suggestions and took care of my drain problems.  I'm a happy customer, and will call Payless Rooter next time I have drain problems.

I had a bit of a plumbing emergency at the retail store I run so I called McAdams Plumbing. It took them less then an hour to have someone at my store to fix my problem. The cost was very reasonable and I am beyond satisfied. Thank you for working so well and so quickly to resolve my issues.

Both Dimi and Vanco returned to put back our water heater after construction work was completed. Construction finished a day early so I requested if they could come a day earlier than I asked and Dimi scheduled us into their busy schedule. They came within time frame stated and made sure all pipe connections were sealed and tight. They installed a drain pan on bricks so that the drain could be visible. We will use them to install a new water heater and future plumbing needs as they arise. Price quoted was what was charged and rates were quite reasonable as what other competitors charged. I will recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. Excellent customer service.

I concur with other reviews here.   I too had initially called upon a large plumbing service to clear a block that affected my kitchen and neighboring bathroom sink.  They had tried on two different occasions to clear the block to the best of their ability but just could not get it done.  After being without the use the kitchen and bath sink for a couple of weeks due to life interruptions, i began the search for the outside of the box plumbing pro.  That is Joe!!!  Even after I described my situation, he gave it some thought, had some ideas and agreed to work on this for me.  He showed up early and went right to work.  My home was built in the 50's yet the plumbing was mystifying to both of us.  After many attempts to locate and clear the block in my convoluted plumbing system, Joe engaged his creative plumbing ingenuity and determined that the approach had to be from the roof into the vertical stack -  and he was absolutely spot on!  He refused to let this baffling system block him.  His wisdom, sheer tenacity, and total focus to help fix this problem was paramount to his success.   I seriously doubt that any other plumbing service would have gone to such great lengths to find this enigma. Joe is truly an extraordinary and rare individual. He will be my plumber of choice from here on out!!!

Our water heater was leaking and Alex was able to come to our house within 2 hours of when we called. He was very professional, wore a mask, gloves and shoe coverings. He was able to give us honest info about what our next steps should be. We had to get the water heater replaced and Alex and his co-worker Vince arrived the next day within the time frame they had indicated, completing the job in 3 hours. Vince was great with explaining the installation and how the new water heater worked. WHE plumbing is so prompt, professional, and they did an incredible job! Highly recommend.

I contracted with Repipe Specialists to have the old galvanized pipe in my house replaced.  Repipe Specialists uses various plumbing companies to do the work, and I was lucky enough to be assigned to Just Plumbing Inc.  Master plumber Bill (owner of the company), Chris (another master plumber), and Avery, a residential plumber, were at my house for an entire day to complete the work.  These guys were dynamos at getting the work done perfectly but quickly.  In addition, they were pleasant to have in my home, plus I heard no profanity (that's a bonus for me).  After the job was completed, they did some extra work for me at no charge, such as replacing tile in the shower and grouting it!  I plan to call Just Plumbing, Inc., for all my plumbing needs and will recommend them to friends and family.

I can't say enough good things about Top Notch Plumbing.  They showed up exactly on time and were efficient, thorough and professional.  It is great to know that if we ever have plumbing needs in the future that we have someone to call that we can rely on and trust.  What a great name for this business, Top Notch, because they are!

I've hired this company a few times to do work for me both at my business and at my house. I needed a  drain cleaning at my business and they were prompt efficient and very economical. I finished my basement and needed some plumbing work done. I needed some things pre-plumbed and then when I was ready to finish. I needed them to come back and finish. Everything went like clockwork. I even finished my basement early and they were able to accommodate my earlier schedule. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely first class!  After taking bids, I selected Tyco Plumbing to replace my water heater and pressure-regulator valve, and they were the perfect choice.  Their plumber, Robert, did an exemplary job, addressed all of my concerns, and is a true professional.  These are the folks to call.

Sheldon performed many jobs for me for many years and used to be good and stand behind his work.  The one star is because of a sewer line he replaced for me a number of years ago.  The line was problematic because of a belly in the line that held water.  When it got cold enough, the belly would freeze up and would need to be heat jetted to open it back up.  Unfortunately after paying Sheldon over $5000 to replace it, he  replaced it, but the new line had the same problem as the old one ---another belly which continues to freeze up.  The first winter after replacing the line when it froze up, Sheldon assured me he would replace the line again the next summer and meanwhile he would keep thawing the line when it froze up.  He thawed that line all winter but never replaced it next summer.  For the following  2 or 3 years he still opened it up when it froze, but still he never replaced it as he said he would.  Well, it was a cold winter this year and it froze up again and now he refuses to do anything without a charge.  And not just a little charge either -  He quoted me $550 / hour for the first hour to thaw it out.  Needless to say, he's lost a long time customer.  I used to recommend Sheldon all the time.  No more.

I recently went under contract to sell my home and learned that I needed to replace my HVAC system.   Courtesy Plumbing has been maintaining my system the past 4 years, so I called to get a technician out to evaluate and give me an estimate.  Pablo was amazing.  We had experienced minor problems in the past that were due to a too-large AC system.  He performed load calculations to show the size we should have for maximum efficiency, comfort and savings.  Pablo was very technically knowledgeable, professional, and gave me a comprehensive quote that was competitive.  Moreover, he tentatively scheduled a date/time for the replacement.  As it turned out, my Buyer ended up wanting a credit rather than the actual replacement (so he could use his plumber) but I would highly recommend Courtesy Plumbing - and Pablo - to anyone looking for a new system and an honest evaluation!

Very professional company. We have used Swan to install a tankless water heater and to replace the A/C in our home. They do a great job, are very professional, polite and prompt. A great company and very trustworthy and honest.

I wanted to update my review as I had a very rough day today that turned out well because of Brothers Plumbing.  Brothers did some plumbing work for me awhile back.  They warranty their work, but it became apparent that I had a burst pipe where the work had been done a few years ago.  My warranty had slightly expired, and fortunately I did not have water damage.  I called Brothers and they sent someone out today, which was great.  When they removed all the parts they discovered one of the parts they installed was faulty.  It was not their work but an the defective valve that caused the damage.  Brian told me he would call his boss, and when he came back, he said it would be replaced at no charge due to the warranty.  He did a first class job, and I was very impressed with the way they backed their promise with their warranty.  They have a two year warranty on their work, and it is good to know they stand by it.  Because of this excellent service and commitment to their work, I will still remain a good customer.  High Five to Brian for his work, and Christina who set up my appointment today.

The Facts, and Nothing But the Facts:
- The tech was dispatched and arrived in a timely manner
- Alot of trash fell out of the tech's truck into our gutter upon arrival
- The tech seemed more of a used car salesman and less of a plumber, who spent the first 10-15 mins trying to up-sell vs just fix our clogged toilet. More so, he didnt  know his products well or their prices (-he kept referring to some binder.)
- The tech's equipment was broken so he went to an inferior (snake) machine that he  claimed This probably wont work, but we'll try it anyway.
- The inferior machine in-fact did not work.
-The tech spent the better part of the next 30-35 mins in the back of his truck trying to fix the first machine. No success.
- With no other options, the tech called his dispatch and had another machine sent out.
- After about 2 1/2 hours (what should have about a 60-90 minute job), I was told the clog was fixed.
- The tech charged me and left.
-That night, the clog returned AND we noticed a tile in our bathroom where the tech had been working was now cracked.
- The following day I called and spoke with Phil who was polite and seemed to care about this bad business transaction. He asked to schedule a time the following day to come out and fix the problem. I had explained we already called another plumber and the problem had been fixed. He said he wanted to at least come out and see the crack in the tile.
- The next day, Phil had an employee call me to cancel our appointment and that I should email photos/ images of documents/ That he would put a refund check in the mail.
- I sent the email and waited.
-The entire week of Sept 16 came and went with no refund check in the mail. (we live 1 zip code away from their office)
- I Called and inquired over the course of 2 days and finally had to go to their office to collect my refund.
- Fun Fact: The issuer of the check Hand-wrote on the back of the check something to the effect of By signing and cashing this check, I agree the issue is resolved and no bad reviews would be posted online.
Not a company I can recommend nor will I ever call on again.
