Juan came out immediately, was very helpful and friendly, and solved the issue. Great service!

Incredible service that saved me thousands of dollars! After being told by a corporate company that my air conditioner was completely broken and needing to be replaced, Garrett came and took a look at it, did a minor repair and got my air conditioner running perfectly. I will eventually need to replace the unit, so when I do, I am going with Garrett to complete it. Because of his simple fix, and the lies the corporate company told me, I trust no one else to do the service for me. Thank you Garrett!

Our homeowners association has been working with Steve Krebbs and his company, American Backflow, for a year and a half now. We rely on Steve to inspect the backflow systems annually; drinking water, irrigation water and fire suppression lines on our property and to provide the information to our local water district as required. Steve is a real pleasure to work with and he's very knowledgeable. Their customer service in the office and in the field gets five stars. We would highly recommend American Backflow!

Excellent prompt service and at a reasonable price. I arranged to replace 3 toilets to taller and better flushing models. After checking what I had he only replaced 2, as one was a only slightly lower that the tallest available saving me the price of one unit; excellent.

After finding that the sewer line was broken between my house and the main, I contacted Dig Boss. After receiving a quote, I found that they were much more reasonable than the other companies that I contacted. They were able to get me on the schedule for the next day, which included all of the service locating and utility company coordination. They were respectful of my lawn and landscaping while completing the work. I was impressed they were able to get their equipment in and out without leaving a trace. Their repair work was excellent and there were no shortcuts taken. While I hope that I never have to call them again, I will keep their card handy just in case.

My highest recommendation for Pinson Plumbing. My 17 yo water finally went out and I called a few plumbing companies to come out and give my a bid. I'm fairly suspect (distrustful?) of plumbing companies in general, and the bids I was getting reinforced my beliefs.
Frank Pinson was recommended to me by a co-worker and I'm super happy to have found him. He was responsive and straightforward and did excellent work for a competitive price.
I would call him again in a heartbeat for any of my plumbing needs and recommend him highly.

We used CSS for an unexpected sewer backup situation in our basement bathroom recently. It happened on a Saturday afternoon and I was worried about finding someone to come out without charging outrageous weekend fees. CSS to the rescue! Customer service was excellent. They came out the same day and their charges were very reasonable with no extra fees for weekend or evening appointments. Because we had a good experience, we used them again a few days later for a sewer cleaning and scope video: again, great customer service and they were able to take care of exactly what we needed. A few days ago I received a thank you note for our business - what a nice touch. No one ever wants to have sewer issues but if you do I would highly recommend CSS.

We called Aloha Plumbing because they're local, and we had a leaky toilet that we couldn't figure out how to fix. Sean McConnell, co-owner of the company, arrived and fixed our problem quickly and expertly. He even replaced the flapper valve because it wasn't working quite properly. Great service with a smile!

Dan is the man!!! Called Dan to come out and do a sprinkler blowout. Well it just happen to be last week when we got a big snow storm. Every place I called pretty much laughed at me for thinking I could get a fast appointment...but not Dan. He made it out to our house that same day. It didn't matter that it was 6:30 at night and there was a heavy snowfall going on. Dan showed up, was super nice, and did a great job! We will be using Dan's Lawn & Sprinkler from now on.

I've had Plumbline out a couple of times now. Last time was 2019. When my garbage disposal leaked everywhere last night I was able to get an appointment next day. I do like the fact that they text you who's coming and a picture. They're really great at keeping you apprised. Today Wyatt came out he was very helpful. Everything is up and running. He even checked the sink for me that was slow. I highly recommend!

They are great...on time and got it done...they may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and they are the best. Highly recommend them!

Wes charged me $495.00 to put a PRV valve in. The valve, an Apollo36ELF11401S only cost $163.00. Wes made a $331.00 profit. When I questioned this after talking to another plumber Wes texted me back , Contractors would be out of business if they didn't make money on PARTS! Thats a lot of money.

They were very fast to communicate, and they came to my house the same day I called. Sadly, by the time they came around 6 pm and the time it would take to fix the furnace, it was going to be out of office hours, and there was going to be a charge of $500 extra, so we decided not to do it with them.
The technician was friendly and a little pushy into getting a new furnace, and he offered us all these brochures from the company. Honestly, we just wanted to fix our furnace because we can't add another expense after recently buying this house.
I would say that the second company did a better throughout inspection of our furnace, and it wasn't pushing any sales on us.
Either way, we knew our furnace was 17 years old, and we will need a new furnace and A/c unit. So, I would keep them as one of my options in the future.

Mr. Barnes is nice, but his work is sloppy and once he brought his daughter along and charged extra for her being there. He didn't offer any discount for the damage he caused while working, either.

Dr. Fix it HVAC technician came to my house for regular check up.
When he looked at the furnace, he said the entire system must be replaced.
House was built in 2017 and furnace is the same age. I asked him if I should have the manufacturer's warranty.
He then quoted Manufacturer's deny the warranty, unless i kept up the annual checks with them (I checked with the manufacturer and I have warranty)
He told me that fixing it would be around $8000 and replacing it would be $25000, which he included some AC parts (Not the fan outside) without explanation.
He mentioned about 5 year 0% APR and showed the simple calculation by dividing $25000 by 60 months, which was $416.67 and told me to think of it as car payment.
He said if there's no 0% ARP, their current APR should be around 6%, which is lower than Home Mortgage rate and New Car APR which runs around 8% so this would be a great time to finance.
I asked him why the other technician from the same company couldn't locate the issue earlier, and he talked down on co-workers and said he knows more than them and they've done a terrible job.
He then gave me his cell phone number and told me to reach out to him personally or ask the office to have him as an installer since he knows better than others.
After he left, I called different HVAC vendors, because everything he said did not seem right.
Other three vendors came out and told me only thing I needed to change was the air-filter, because one I was using was too thick so the furnace wasn't getting enough airflow.
All the vendors said the price is unrealistic and one vendor was nice to provide the replacement cost just to prove it.
After assuring the furnace is fine, I reached out to Dr.Fix it three times, and yet I was not guided to speak to the right person.
This incident caused me $178 to call multiple vendors and wasted my entire day of me struggling to search for other vendors and scheduling the time so I don't overlap other vendors in my house.

Horrible experience!!
First off, we were originally quoted $99 to have our lines roto-rooter'd. When the technician arrived, he wasn't able to get his machine into our basement and said he had to go get a smaller machine. Three hours later he came back with it but said it was actually going to cost $260. If we would've known that ahead of time we would have just called a different company.
Unfortunately we got the bad news that we need our sewer line replaced. The technician said he'd get back to us with a quote and we set up an appointment to go over it and talk about the plan of action. He didn't show up for that appointment and several phone calls went un-returned.
Our sewer started backing up again this weekend, so we called Plumbline to see if we could get it roto-rooter'd again to buy us some time. We explained the above mentioned situation to the receptionist, telling her about the price difference and that we have been trying to get a hold of our technician without luck. She said they could come out to roto-root our lines again and cover it under the warranty for all the trouble we've had with them. We set up an appointment window between 2-4.
After re-arranging our work schedules to be home for the appointment window, 4pm rolls around and no technician. We called and they said that the appointment was put on hold because they left us a message saying they wouldn't cover it under the warranty. When we asked to talk to a manager they said there weren't any in the office and we would have to leave a message.
Now it's 5pm on a Saturday and we don't have a sewer system.
You can bet we wont be using these guys to replace our sewer lines (a $7-10k job!).
Don't use Plumbline, there are plenty of other companies who have a sense of customer service and stand by their word.
