Clark was great, had to scope my line because clog was more than 160ft.  Had people here next morning, water back on before noon.  They had to put in additional clean out, put down plywood everywhere on my lawn, no damage any where, very professional, easy to work with, highly recommended.  See pictures for how great my lawn still looks, just the area they had to dig and it is level and they compacted soil every 6 to 10 inches so no settlement I future.  That you Rooter town! Sorry can't post pictures.

Very Professional and reasonably priced. They were able to fix my issue the same day. I will call them anytime in the future when I have any plumbing problems or projects!

Bear Creek Plumbing was fast to respond to a voicemail I left. We had a plumbing emergency and they came out within 30 minutes to take a look. The estimate for the work was more than fair and the gentleman who did the work was very friendly. He made sure to keep his tools and parts on a work blanket that he brought and was able to fix the issue quickly. They are now my go to for plumbing.

Doug has been super helpful with a variety of issues we had in a newly purchased home. He is hard working & a great communicator. Also he's very timely.

Before the work was done，I asked for an itemized invoice. Unfortunately I have never received it. I texted him and asked him to email to my email address which I provided him. The answer was that he posted on the Yelp.

Please send me the formal invoice as soon as possible if this is a real business instead of a scam.

I would highly recommend using Alliance Air Solutions!! They do great work at a very competitive price. They installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my condo downtown and not only has it added value to our investment, it works great with our 16ft ceilings!! Working with the owner Zach was a pleasant experience and we will continue to use him for our future HVAC needs.

Allen & Sons Plumbing and Heating just took great care of us. We moved into our house a couple of weeks ago and couldn't consistently get hot water. I called up and they sent someone the same day. Clayton took a look and thought it was an airflow issue so he recommended we leave the door ajar to the hot water heater and see if that helped the problem. No charge for the free advice. We gave it several days more and were still having the same issue. I called up late Thursday and they sent Marcus over in the morning. It took him a bit to figure out our configuration but he did. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Allen & Sons will definitely be our go to company for our plumbing and heating needs.

We recently bought a home that the previous owners had installed a new furnace in, and we were having something weird go on so we called Galbraith, and he said it sounded like the A/C Coil. Regardless, they came all the way down to Lakewood to find out our furnace was fine and show us what was going on, when they didn't have to at all. They didn't charge us and drove all the way there early in the morning for something that ended up not being the furnace. Would recommend them! Very nice people. (:

44 year old house with some settling.  The belly required about 42' of in-basement sewer replacement.  These guys are service oriented, good communicators, follow through on their commitments.  From initial scheduling I had a bunch of questions  on our sewer line replacement.  Wyatt hopped on the phone immediately and explained process of replacing: breaking up concrete, removal, replacement, tying into existing feeders. Saúl, Joel, and José were friendly and explained everything as they went throughout the job.  I asked for one join to be reviewed and these guys took care of it with no problem.  To wrap, they sent Jimmy back out with a scope to show me the work. There was just a bit of water held in an the existing pipe, so they sent a cleaner back out to take care of some mineral build up on an adjoining section, which cleared things up. I would recommend them.

Was charged $370 for a simple drain clean which other people charge less than$100 for. When asked why, he said he worked on commission and that he couldn't start out with less expensive options. Next time I need a plumber, I will check to see what the cost of cleaning a drain is BEFORE they arrive. Big rip off.

This guy will not leave me alone. Name calling and insults will not get you a better review from me. As far as the cat litter incident, he told me he made a mess, I down played it. He said No, it's a big mess, you better come downstairs and see. I downplayed it so much that of course I wasn't going to mention that in the review and be a jerk about it. He helped me with the upstairs faucets meaning he unscrewed the cap, rinsed dirt out of the aerator, and put it back together incorrectly so water started shooting out the the faucet in all directions. After he left I looked up how to do it on google and put it back together myself.

Would never allow this company to clear a drain they came with a small snake over two hours working a grease clog no cleared drain tried to tell me it was a garbage disposal!. I asked for a bigger snake they offered hydro jetter no thankyou called another company! could have flooded house or make a huge mess!~ not to mention the smell of feces in my kitchen! I am serious! Next day I used another company it was done in 1 hour and no smell no mess no excuses! cheaper is not better! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR~! the tech was really jumpy and paranoid maybe he was stoned who knows!

I pray to God we never need these services again but if we ever do we will be on the hotline to Garvins in a nanosecond!!!!! Excellent,excellent service by Bob. Lightning fast response to a back up in our commercial kitchen and extremely professional. Don't hesitate if you have an emergency-these guys are pros!

Very convenient service!  Was easy to register and book.   The Fixer was on time and did a good job fixing my kitchen cabinet.  Nice guy and worked quickly.    Overall very satisfied with the work.   Would use them again.

I've used them to repair a toilet and also replace a faucet. They were professional, courteous and did a great job! They were also very fair in price!

These guys left me a threatening message, because of my negative review, that they're going to sue me for liable but I think they meant libel.  They also wanted to know my contract information but probably were asking for my contact information. They also linked a news article about a couple getting sued for leaving a bad yelp review.

It's no wonder this company provides such poor service. And besides, look at the the review they left for themselves, they gave themselves a 5-star review!  I mean, what kind of company does that?

I still stand by my original review even though they threatened to sue me.  Avoid this company at all costs and it will save you some headache.
