Our toilet got plugged up and I've been trying for the last few days to plunge and use home remedies I found on the internet and nothing worked. We have guests coming over tomorrow so I needed it fixed today. I found Rooter Town online and they stated that they have a fast response. That's no lie! The woman who answered stated that she had someone in my area who could come over right away. After about an hour and nobody showing up, she called me back to apologize that her person had gotten sick and she was sending someone else out. Jaeed showed up shortly after and fixed the issue quickly. He was friendly and totally upfront with the charges ($95 flat rate, nothing extra, no hidden trip charge) as advertised. We will absolutely contact you again in the future with any plumbing issues!

I had a main sewer line back up today and figured I was stuck without water until Monday morning. After all, who comes out with an hours notice on a Sunday morning? This company did. The young woman that answered the phone was amazing and polite. She had a tech to my house in 45 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. The techs name was Tommy and he was great. He brought in his equipment, opened the main line, ran the rooter a full hundred feet and cleared the line. He capped everything, cleaned up and ran water long enough to ensure the line was clear.  The bill was 95 dollars with zero attempt to upsell me anything. When I asked him how much to scope the line, he gave me a price but he didn't push it on me at all. He answered the question and went back to packing up his equipment. He cleaned up, gave me my bill, I paid it and he left. Super easy and super fast. We were so happy we even called Clark, Tommy's supervisor, and spoke of our happiness with the situation.  I highly recommend this company.

Beware of their scam to tell you that your drain cleaning can't be done and that you need a video scope.   Quickly turns into a quote for digging up the backyard and several thousand dollars.  And then, an honest business comes out and does it right.

Steer clear of this shady business.  Predatory

We had this company out to try to clear a line. They could not and let us know that the line to the house would need to be replaced. We had informed them from the start that out elderly in-laws lived here and that we have poa and all decisions should go through us. They never once contacted us and instead had our inlaws sign a contract and put money down without talking to us. We could not cancel or would lose a portion of the money. This is not how we typically work and would of liked to get estimates to compare to the 20+k that they were quoting. We now have a sink hole in the yard which they have told us twice now would be fixed. They showed up today un announced when we had asked them to relay all communication and scheduling through us.  We are still waiting for the sink hole to be fixed. I would not use this company again.

I called this company today to come fix a water pressure problem I had in my kitchen faucet two young gentleman came. I couldn't even imagine them being certified plumbers. They were so young he turned the water on. He turned the water off. He turn the water on he turn the water off told me I need a new Fossett. It would be $500, I called Bill heating and plumbing they came to my house. They fix the cartridge in the Fossett for $13.

I would give it zero if it was possible.

Avoid this business at all costs. They are shady and prey on customers by using high pressure tactics for services that are not needed and then don'g keep their word.

I requested a $95 service earlier this year. They quickly pressured me into doing a scope service for an additional price. They promised to provide the video of my scope so I could shop the service around. This was never provided. When I called the office, the person on the phone was not helpful and couldn't find it.

Look them up on better business bureau and see what other customers are experiencing. There are much better options and more honest businesses. Spread the word.

I commiserate with the lady who says beware they will rip you off! The supervisor told me I needed an $8500 sewer clean out installed in my concrete floor and replacement sewer pipe to fix the problem. They ended up charging me $540 for wasting my time. Long story short, it took three days, six people and all sorts of calls to not clear a tampon/toilet paper sewer clog. The final insult was after the estimate they blocked my parking spots for an hour and when I asked them to please move they were smoking pot in the company van!

I called another company who fixed the problem that same day for $300 with a roto rooter.

Why the two stars? Because they show up: nights and weekends to clear a clog. I manage 40 properties and sometimes it's worth the rip off pricing to prevent serious yucky messes. Will I call again? Only if no one else is available.

This company will rip you off, especially if you are a woman.
I had a small leak  in my ceiling, I cut through the drywall prior to calling a plumber and determined it was a pinhole leak in a 3/4 in. copper pipe. That's right I located everything on my own prior to the plumber getting there. he told me it would cost me $250 to get on a ladder and look up in the hole that I already cut, but if I decided to go through with the repair, that amount would be taken off the repair. I thought to myself, $250 is okay for the repair that needed to be done (if it includes patching the drywall). He gave me an estimate of $450 - that did not include patching the hole in the drywall (I understand that is uncommon for plumbers to do drywall).

I recently had another leak of the same exact nature and I had my son in law, who is a licensed plumber, repair it. Including the ladder I purchased, along with the drywall and supplies. the total for the materials was $75. Paying a plumber for 3 hours of work at $50/hr is a total of $225 and included patching the hole, which accounted for 2 of the 3 hours.

$225 for labor and materials including drywall and he didn't charge me $250 just to get on a ladder.

OR $450 from this company, not including repairing the drywall (home depot cost for parts is less than $40) Why does it cost $410 for around an hour of labor? BRAIN SURGEONS DON'T CHARGE THAT MUCH

I called the office while the plumber was here and spoke to his manager and explained the situation. He talked to me like I was a small child. He also disputed the price of the materials until I told him I had the same repair done a month prior and purchased the materials myself.

I had a terrible expetience with Rooter Town. I called them to unclog sewer line. They showed up with a 2 inch snake looked like something you buy at Home Depot
15 minutes into the job they said there was a blockage they couldnt clear. Advise me for
295.00 the could put a video camera down the line. This was my first time using them and I regret it.  My plumber was booked up so I calked them  because I had to get the line unclogged because toliet was backing up. I told them my original plumber never had a problem clearing the line. Plus the equipement they brought to clear the clog was to filmsy to do the job. They are scammers they dont want to do a simple clean out they want to try and get you to spend money for services you dont need.
Beware of this company. I  will never use them again.  Rooter Town made the clog worse. So now I need to call another emergency plumber to unclog the line.

They are like the Honda Accord of plumbing. Super high quality, delightful experience without paying a premium.

TOP 5 Reasons I loved them and their work on my Colorado Springs home:

1 These guys WORK when they're onsite, none of this sitting around smoking.
2 They're FRIENDLY and are great communicators.
3  They're AFFORDABLE and QUALITY - they won't beat everyone on price but the quality you get is top notch and they're way more affordable than most
4 They SHOW UP early and have a weekend crew to keep things moving
5 They SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF like wearing booties inside, protecting the yard from dirt debris by placing boards down to contain the dirt, and thoroughly cleaning up everything behind them when they leave as if they were never here.

They did work another company said could not be done without taking down a part of my roofed-in patio, b/c they thought creatively and were confident enough to pull it off.  And they kept at it until it was done.

It was unfortunately a massive job, but they were able to do basic excavation and pipe replacement, their own scoping, basic indoor plumbing AND install a new sump in the basement, install high-quality pipe liners, and even replace a ~40' long concrete pipe section without digging a trench (called burst piping).  They saved me a lot of money with their high-quality skills.

Hunter, Reuben and every single person on the crew were outstanding, I can't recommend them enough.

Rooter Town just saved the day from an unexpected toilet emergency. When I called to describe the issue, the plumber I spoke with said they could get someone out the next day. When I explained that I only have one bathroom, he rearranged the schedule and sent someone out to fix the problem within 2 hours.
I had used them previously for a rental property that had a problematic sewer line. The tenants had dirty water backing up through the floor drain and after getting bids from several companies, I knew the proper solution was to dig up the front yard and install a clean-out. In that situation as well, they were able to get to it on the same day even though they had to work into the evening.
I highly recommend Rooter Town. I have dealt with many plumbing companies over the years, and in my experience, they are responsive, reasonably priced, and they don't attempt to sell you unnecessary services.

Not impressed. Our floor drain in the laundry room was backing up water. The guy put the snake down there and poked a quick hole through for the $96 fee advertised, but didn't run the snake or clean out any more by using different heads on the snake. Instead he went right for the up-sell and said we need the $400 sewer jet. Instead I rented the snake myself and ran it with all three heads and it's been draining normally since. I wish the plumber had used his snake the way it was intended and saved me the extra hassle and the extra money.

After having a very bad experience with Applewood Plumbing (Jeff K, who out right lied to me) , this company was very professional, came in and gave me a reasonable quote & was done with the job in a couple of hours.  I had a leak between the walls that had to be fixed along with a few other things.

I would definitely recommend them.

This is the second time that we have used Rooter Town. The first time was to clean out our line from the kitchen sink. This time was for a leaking toilet upstairs that unfortunately came through to our living room drywall. I called them this morning and they came out the same day. Dave was courteous and professional. He fixed our leaky toilet and told us to reach out if we have any issues. He even gave us a coupon unexpectedly. Great customer service. Will definitely call them again but hopefully we won't have the need :)

If every Buyer Beware applies to anyone, it is Rooter Twon.
Their advertisement states The are a family owned and operated establishment, but they act just like the big boys.  Sign on the dotted line and they disappear like thieves in the night.  What started out as a $95 sewer clean cost me over $15,000.  Like Richard Gere in the movie Chicago doing the tap dance in court, Levi glossed over the most pertiment conditions.
Levi stated the digging crew would set aside the sod so all I had to do was put the sod back  LIE!  Thier crew came in started digging.  The cut the sprinkler line to the control box and a pipe.  It will cost $600 to repair.  Levi
agreed to a refund of $600 in writing, however he only adjusted my bill by $350.  So, if honesty is what you are looking for, run as fast as you can from Rooter Town.  Still fighting for the additional $250 Levi agreed to even though I have it in writing.

Definition of nightmare. I had an overflow on the floor drain from the washer. They initially came out and suggested cabling. As soon as they left I ran a load of laundry, only to find out it still overflew. They came back out the second time and suggested jetting. So we did. Still overflowing. After 4 more visits under warranty, they, albeit didn't say in exact words, pretty much hinted they won't come out anymore. After wasting my time for being have to be home for them, and $600 something dollars, problem still exists. After all these they had an audacity to tell me to add tips if I would like. Really? I called another company, one visit, $150 dollars, problem solved. I would stay as far away as possible.

On my other property, I called them again. Only because I had an emergency in my investment property that the tub was completely blocked and had a guest checking in the next day. I only called them as they were one of few companies open 24/7. I was told $95 on the phone. First thing next morning, this grasshopper showed up, suggested all sorts of other services, and what I was told as $95 ended up being $340. To be fair the tub was draining so I wasn't that mad. Now the nightmare starts again. When he was cabling toilet, he flooded the bathroom right below. Shit water all on the ceiling, on the wall, and on the floor. He would not clean up the mess he caused. I told him if he was going to leave the downstairs like that, and I was told I should hire a mitigation company since it is sewer water..?? Aren't you a plumber??? Hire a mitigation company to clean up the mess he caused? It took me 2 hours to clean everything after paying $340, again which what I was told $95 on the phone. I have never hired a plumber who doesn't clean up afterwards. I cannot emphasize this enough. STAY AWAY.

It's a Sunday afternoon on Labor Day weekend, and after my kitchen sink got stopped up last Thursday afternoon, and after getting the run-around for several days from the plumbers I'd originally called (Fix-It 24/7 bah humbug to you guys!), today at around 3 p.m., I called Rooter Town Plumbers in Parker, CO (near my home), and they had a tech at my house by 3:40 p.m. He did a GREAT job, and it's all fixed, relatively painlessly.

THANK YOU ROOTER TOWN PLUMBERS!! You're awesome, and I've made a note in my contacts to ALWAYS CALL YOU GUYS!!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Seriously. Ten. :-D

Miserable outfit with dubious manager who trains his services personnel to be dishonest. Long story short they sent someone to clean my sewer line. After about 10 minutes he demands to show me tree roots in the line, the reason why the genius was dispatched to my home In the first place. He begins a dramatic self-serving diatribe of how disastrous the situation is and tells me I need a Camera Inspection, and the cost is $350. You will see this same CON-JOB in other complaints. I said no and this parasite says let me call my boss. 5 minutes later the camera inspection is now $150. and he tells me the problem is so bad that they can do the camera inspection TONIGHT! I sent this moron away. I found a company to do a camera inspection with a video copy for my records for $125. One look at the line and the technician said Rooter Town did a terrible job, and I could see the proof. I called for a manager and this professional never returned my call. I have since written a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DON'T let this happen to YOU!

After a cluster of two days trying to get Roto-rooter to show up. Rooter-town showed within about an hour of the first call.

Young guy but knew his stuff and in 10 mins was already twice as far into the job as the failed roto-rooter guy. Within 20 mins he had cleared the blockage and still ran the rest of the mainline to be sure it was all good.

The cost was less than half of the quote from roto-rooter and was successfully completed within 2hrs of first call vs the 48hr non-completion by the other guys.

We we certainly be calling these guys for any future issues!

Torn on review, guys nice & professional...yet, feel like I was overcharged.
As a widowed senior, was a big chunk of change for me.  This is for the Rooter Town at a different address than on this listing. Same company name.
Water flowing onto floor from dishwasher not draining, You call dozens of places, Hmm, call appliance places OR plumbers?  Had to be the drain so I went w plumbers.
You are on the phone/websites/advisor sites searching, it was 6-7 PMish & NOBODY would come out. RooterTown said they could come out next day.  You have no basis for getting ideas of cost.
Came next day, one guy, no mask. He is the estimator, charges you for the estimate, different than a no-trip-charge in the ad, so it will confuse you. They do NOT deduct the charge of 95$ if you get repairs, like some others.
He tells you what you need/ should get, said be best to get a hydro jet job, way more $$ than cable/snaking. He gives you cost, not an estimate...flat rate. Says jetting is thorough,  takes 2-4 hrs depending on build up.  You pay him and he leaves.
Different guys came to do the work, same day. No masks. They were done in about an hour, maybe less. Paid almost 600$ for a one hour job that was based on 2-4 hrs, already paid separately for estimate.
After they left, had time to research when not in panic mode, found better prices & differences in how others operate / bill:
1) would have billed me based on how long it took, not a flat rate
2) was told they would have tried cable first, go from there
3) some give discounts / some deduct estimate charge from total

My lessons:
      *  research places BEFORE.. have list of places ready, no panicking
      * question prices more, it's okay to do that, it's practical & smart

If you want a trustworthy company in Denver that won't try to screw you go with 24/7 Drain and Sewer.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. The technician who arrived was literally (not figuratively) 18 years old, by himself with no one assisting him. 18 year olds can be more than capable, but this guy frankly had no idea what he was doing and needed to be accompanied by a more experienced technician because he still has a ton to learn (to be fair, he seemed like a nice kid). He needed to call his supervisor 4 different times during his visit and very clearly didn't understand some basics about plumbing (for example he was absolutely convinced that the lift station in my basement served no purpose and that the UPSTAIRS toilet flowed down to it while the DOWNSTAIRS toilet didn't.....what???). He was totally unwilling to listen to anything I tried to explain to him about how my plumbing is configured and ultimately refused to clean my line without his supervisor first scoping it (even though I had just had the line scoped by Sewer View the day before and had the video that I offered to show him, which he refused to look at). And for the pleasure of having literally ZERO actual work done they charged me $245. What a extortive racket.

Please get a second opinion if you hire Rooter Town to do more than a simple drain cleaning. If they EVEr tell you that you need extensive work like replacement your sewer line, contact a company who ONLY scopes lines and then a company ONLY cleans lines. They will try to scam you by saying you need a new line. Trust me. I'd just stay away from them completely but if you do use them, get second opinion!!

these people are great!! They came out on a Sunday, no upcharges and did a great job on a difficult leak situation they get 5-stars+. Apparently, had we had a second leak somewhere else we discovered it a few days later. they came back out, couldn't find anything, and didn't charge us.

we still have a problem (this is a crawlspace situation with a house that has been remodeled several times) and they are coming out again and bringing their big guns. I have had nothing but good experiences with them...

STAY AWAY FROM APPLEWOOD!!

I had a sewer scope company check a line for an investment property i'm purchasing.  They were unable to complete the scope due to a large amount of roots (still did not have a drainage issue, just unable to get the camera through).  I called rooter town which came up first on the google search.  The tech came out as scheduled and attempted to clean the line.  Within 5 minute of placing the line into the pipe he was stuck/caught.  I told him about an offset in the line and explained i had video showing the area he needed to clean.  He said no problem, while stuck he went outside to call his supervisor 4 different times.  I walked out for about 5 minutes and when i came back he stated, Oops the line snapped and my blade is stuck in the pipe.  He stated a supervisor will come out the next day and fix the issue along with doing the scope work.  Also stated no charge for today but tomorrow you will need to pay for Scope and Cleaning.  Next day Supervisor showed up and stated i'm sorry the tech out yesterday was inexperienced and that should not have happened.  He then went on to say he can not fix the blade issue other than digging up the line and will not put another line in the pipe.  I said don't bother and let him leave.

5 days later i get a call from the listing agent stating the owner received a call and pictures that the toilet, tub and kitchen sink are now backed up and they have never had an issue.  While the Rooter Town tech was working on the line he had the water running for 45 minutes while trying to get his line out and not issues with drainage until the blade and line snapped!

I called Rooter town again and asked for their Insurance information to file a claim, the GM Dan Last name he said was Peacemaker he said no way i will not give you the insurance information as its not our issue.  i was like i have video footage showing the line prior to your blade being stuck and your tech ran water for 45 minutes and stated you have good drainage  but that was not good enough for him.

He then agreed to send another supervisor out on Thursday (6 days after the snap) this guy asked me to sign a form that if his camera got stock i had to pay for it to be removed only reason it would get stuck was due to his Blade!  i told him to get the EXPLETIVE out of here as i'm done with this unprofessional company, i should not have said what i did but at this point my frustration was high and i was dealing with expenses to a property i didn't even purchase yet.

I reached out to my realtor and listing realtor and both said wow, do not go with Rooter Town we have had nothing but issues with them.

I then was referred to Colorado Sewer Service Inc. the arrived within 2 hours after the tech from Rooter Town left.  Colorado Sewer was night and day vs. rooter town.  I explained the situation to the tech and he was like thats really odd and getting a line caught does happen but we've never snapped a line.  He was setup and running his line within 10 minutes, difference in equipment was the gauge of his line was twice as thick as Rooter Town.  The Tech was past the 20ft point of Rooter town within 5 minutes and then was able to get out 120 feet with both a 2 and then 3 blade to clear the line to the main.

Now takes us today, i get the line scope done no issues with the line all the way to the main!  a few roots still behind but nothing major and now have a great picture of ROOTER TOWNS blade caught in the drain.

Please DO NOT USE THEM!! Call someone else or at least get a 2nd opinion if they pull the WE NEED TO DIG IT UP LINE.  i spent $300.00 vs. $10,000!  Good luck and go with the company that just does drains not the excavation and replacement as they always look to go with the higher bill.

Don't call these guys!
I called Rooter Town to unclog our sewer. A tech arrived in a timely manner. We have outside clean-outs so he worked in our front yard. After just a few minutes, I came outside to see how things were going. He reported that his snake would go a very short distance before it hit something very hard that bent his clean-out blade. He showed me a well-worn circular blade with a saw edge on one side. At  that point, he didn't even try to continue cleaning our sewer.  He told me that I needed to get a sewer video to see what was going on. The cost: $185. I made an appointment to do so, but later cancelled because I learned I could get the same service for free elsewhere. Another company ended up cleaning my drain that same day with no problem. Unfortunately,  I lost $95 to Rooter Town, a company that I will never again deal with. I was ripped off!

Called Rooter Town because water would sometimes gurgle in the shower drain when the toilet was flushed, so I was concerned about a main sewer line clog. I called at 4:30p on a Saturday and their technicians arrived an hour later. Both techs, Levi & Austin, thoroughly looked into the issue and even called their boss for a 2nd opinion.

I was assured that the sewer line wasn't the issue and that the plumbing just wasn't installed exactly right. Since the shower pipe doesn't overflow and because it's not sewage coming up into the shower pipe, I opted to just let it be. To my surprise, there was no charge for the service call to diagnose the issue, which I never encounter these days when hiring a big company. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided and will definitely be calling them up for any future issues that arise.

A supervisor, Hudson arrived at 3pm.  After scoping my kitchen sewer line, sharing the live stream video, he had a crew at our house within 45 minutes.  We had a very big project to do and conservatively worked in sections.  First, a 25 foot trench across my laundry room.  Once that was opened up, Hudson came back to check the next and most complicated section.  We had a 60 year old Iron sewer line under the house that had rusted and degraded to an inky black sludge filling the line.  The second section took us across a hallway and under the hot water heater.  They tried to access the main drain without removing the hot water heater, but it was not possible.
They were willing to negotiate the final price which we genuinely appreciated.  We went ahead and completed the job b having clean out valves installed outside and all roots cleaned out to the street.  The workmen were all very had working, polite and careful not to cause any damage.  They covered floors and cleaned up after themselves.  I know they are neither the highest or lowest on price, but they are very good and I would highly recommend them.

Although we had to call Rooter Town back to clear our sewer line from the kitchen the company was very prompt in sending out their technician to to clear the line. The person who received our phone call was very good at listening to our problem and getting a technician to correct our problem.

Dave who performed the work was very professional, made sure he corrected and cleared the stoppage, and was very good at cleaning up after performing the work!  Ask for Dave to perform your work as he did a great job!

Scam Alert!
This was typical scam funnel. Fear Tactics. Etc. They sent a 21 year kid who was the nephew the owner. He continued to plant fear seeds that he was taught in his script. All I needed was my main water drain snaked. I get it once a year and my regular guy was not available. He went to his car to call his boss 3 separate times and try to schedule a follow up visit the next day. I finally had to be a jerk to get him to leave.
He broke my toilet seal, which I had to have my neighbor replace the next day. I tried to refuse the payment via my bank, but I didn't get too far since I signed for it just get his him out of my house. I took a few weeks before I wrote this because I wanted to talk to my guy and see what he thought. He said it was very typical sales/fear funnel from them. I'd welcome the owner to contact me and hear his side. Please feel free to contact me directly. Id love a partial refund of my $200 since you broke my toilet seal when JR replaced it.

MUST MUST HIRE!!!! These guys are no joke. Sam and his team are so professional, on time and very thorough. I had an emergency flood from a clogged line that happened on a weekend and sam and his team were the only company to show up ASAP and not only assess the problem but get it fixed ASAP!!! My basement flooded and had major damage and couldn't use my house for days. As you all know insurance claims are a pain, but Sam and his team made this very easy and less stressful. They literally dug up 12 feet deep and 8 feet wide and 20 feet long of dirt to get to the line. They not only did it fast, but in the rain with no additional damage to my property including the dirt they dug up disappeared. I can't say enough about the follow through, professionalism and constant feedback during this time Sam portrayed to me. He is by far the best I've come in contact with for any profession.

I'm so pleased with the professional service and manner that Chris Zacher provided when he roto rooted my basement pipes. Chris completed the job on no time and was very polite throughout the process. I would not hesitate to have Rooter Town return and would request Chris. He's obviously very well trained and conscientious about the service he provides.

Clark was great, had to scope my line because clog was more than 160ft.  Had people here next morning, water back on before noon.  They had to put in additional clean out, put down plywood everywhere on my lawn, no damage any where, very professional, easy to work with, highly recommended.  See pictures for how great my lawn still looks, just the area they had to dig and it is level and they compacted soil every 6 to 10 inches so no settlement I future.  That you Rooter town! Sorry can't post pictures.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The mainline had clogged up and flooded the laundry room. I called several companies and Rooter Town responded first so I had them come over. The guy who showed up at the house to unclog the main line spent no  more than 30 minutes in the basement and I never heard the loud noises of the reaming that I normally hear when other plumbers have come and reamed the line in the past. He called me down there and showed me that nothing has come up. No roots and nothing else. He then tried to sell me on a scope of the line that was normally $300 but if you do it today, right now, it's $200. The reaming work was not warrantied. 12 days later the line backed up again and we had a worse flood in the basement.

This time I called Go Direct to come out for a free scope and estimate as to the problem. He sent his scope into the line and showed me the roots that were causing the problem and said there was no way the last guy had actually done anything. His thinner scope alone cleaned out the roots. He then asked me Let me guess - did you use Rooter Town? I said yes and said how did you know and he said they have a bad reputation for not doing their job. DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. I do not believe they are honest, and I do not believe they know how to do the job.

Dave just came and saved the day. So my dumbass housemate shoved a roast down the disposal and flooded the basement where me and my fiance live. Dave came in verified the source and cleared the drain. In and out in less than an hour. Hopefully we won't see him again but if we do we know we are in good hands!

Had a call back with Rooter Town a month after there first visit.
Was happy with the first visit but still was having an issue.  Technician that was sent out was a gentleman named Dave.  What a fantastic representative for this company.  Dave was very safety conscious in the current environment and respectful of my house bringing in and taking out his equipment.  Definitely  impressed with his tenacity in resolving my problems.  This company will now be my go to for plumbing and sewer issues and Dave will definitely be requested to do the work!

This review is long overdue and I'm sorry I'm just getting around to it.  Simply put, best plumbing/sewer/drain company out there.  My husband had called another company couldn't get the job done.  These guys show up and don't leave until things are flowing well again.   They jetted and scoped to the house, to the street and back...THAT'S THREE TIMES, until we were confident the pipe was completely free of debris.  He spent 3 times what the other company spent in time and effort and only charged us half.  My husband was also impressed with the guy's professional approach while still being laid back and super friendly.   THIS is how you do business!!

I called Rooter Town out on a Sunday pm due to a backed up main line and were able to send someone out relatively quickly which I appreciated.  The price on the website was $95.  But like others have said, that's not what they charged me.  First there was $150 charge to remove and re-set the toilet which is a total of about 20 minutes of time to do both.  Since we had another bathroom that was behind the one he was working, the guy, Chris, insisted that he needed to pull both toilets or risk breaking the one in the other bathroom.  Now we are looking at $395 - except that I said, no, no other company has ever had to do that in the past 14 years.  So I had to sign a waiver saying that if he broke the toilet they weren't responsible.  After snaking the line he tells me he can't get all the way through and they will have to come out the next day and camera the line and that the pipes were offset meaning the clay pipes had shifted making them harder to clean.  Chris said, we could use the toilet but it would definitely get clogged up again soon.   Again, this is very similar to other accounts I have read on Yelp so I don't think it's a coincidence.

The next day, I called my regular guy (who hadn't been available) and he came out and cleaned the drain no problem for a total of $160.  At my request, he also inspected the line with his camera (or camera'd) just to be sure there were no other issues. No pipes were offset, the only problem were the roots that the first guy didn't remove.

I am giving Rooter Town 2 stars because, when I called and spoke to a supervisor the day after my plumber fixed the problem he did the right thing and reimbursed me for the entire charge.  So I give them credit for returning my money but either their tech was incompetent or it was part of a scam to get us to pay more.  Either way not ideal.  And since others have reported similar issues, I am inclined to think it was the latter.

I had a branch main that was very tricky to get through, the first tech who came out was not very experienced and a little hesitant. He was not able to get through the roots, but sent a supervisor out the next day with a scope. The supervisor said he couldn't see past the 15-17 feet that the first technician indicated the blockage was. Now I'm in for $350 and no solution. I next talked with John the manager and explained that the supervisor said there was an access in the crawl space and I shouldn't have had to have the toilet pulled. John was very accommodating and said he would send Dave out to try to rooter out through that access. Dave was great, very experienced. He explained that the crawl space was not really a clean out and he would try the toilet route again. He got it done! I was really happy with his skill and experience.

Super impressed with this company.  Had another company come out in Friday 5pm-9pm (4 hours window) he did show up at 4pm started at 410 and quit at 425 saying need to request main line complete waste of time.  Called Rooter town this morning they where out same day 2-4 yes they where on time.  Chris was our plumber very polite and got the job done. I would highly recommend this company and Chris.  The price was $95 very reasonable.  Chris wore his mask the whole time he was in our home..

Four of our toilets needed cleaned out from being clogged and one toilet needed diagnostics. They cleaned it, removed the toilet and checked the gasket which needed replaced and found the toilet was in fact a defect. They provided the extra work at no additional cost, great service, easy to work with.

Rooter Town is a total scam company.  Here's how they operate based on numerous reports and my experience (Luckily I did not have to get an immediate fix and I had time to talk with several neighbors and friends)
1) They scope your main line for roots
2) They report there is a blockage/pipe issue at a certain number of feet
3) They say they can't get passed this first issue to see if there is more damage further in the pipe.  So you need to excavate and fix the damaged pipe without knowing if there is more damage further down
4) They come with an estimate of $5800 for a 10 foot pipe repair with 8' excavation and then you will know if you need further repair once they can get their scope further
5) When you say you need to get another opinion and research, they come back and say if you do it today, we can lower the price to $4800
6) When you say you need time to think, they sit in their van in front of your house and come back at least 3 times with more information or a slightly lower price.  Tons of pressure to do it today

SHOP AROUND---I got my repair for $2500 less, with a professional pipe company who let me see the entire camera line to the street (yeah--this company could get their camera all the way down while Rooter Town couldn't). They were transparent and showed me all areas of the pipe and provided me with information to make an informed decision.

ROOTER TOWN IS HORRIBLE

THEY DO THIS TO EVERYONE--two friends used Rooter Town and ended up having their $5800 project turn into $10K and $14K disaster.

Call around even if you need to stay in a motel for a couple of days.  Don't cave into their pressure tactics.  Use a local contractor like my neighbors who didn't get taken for a ride---..Aqualine, Elite Pipe, Eclipse Sewer

I recently experienced Rooter Town with my elderly mother.  She had used them before and liked them so when she had a leaky sink potentially damaging the floor carpeting in the basement.  They worked with her to find a convenient time as soon as possible.  She also requested the same plumber who had come before.  When Josh M. appeared, my mom was instantly relieved.  Josh was so nice to her.  She recently lost her husband of 65 years and he very sympathetic.  He gave us 3 different solutions and he explained the pros and cons of each.  Throughout the entire process he was professional and respectful.  His approach to my mom was patient and kind.  I am forever grateful to Josh M. and Rooter Town for helping us out.  I will recommend you to anyone who asks for a good, honest plumber.

Our toilet backed up and we needed the drain unclogged ASAP.  Read through the reviews on yelp and couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from Rooter Town.  I called at 6:00 pm, spoke with the very nice representative.  She confirmed a plumber would arrive between 7-9 that night.  She also confirmed there was no service call fee and they were actually running a special for clogged drains.   I received a call at 7 saying the plumber would arrive by 8 pm and he did.  Logan was knowledgeable, got the drain unplugged quickly and the fee was the same as what was quoted over the phone.   Hoping we don't need plumbing services anytime soon, but if we do, will definitely call Rooter Town.

We hired them to help move out washer and dryer to another room. The gentleman that came to do the work seemed nice but as the job went on he was late all the time he would leave for hours on end. We were told it would take one day. It took 4 separate times of him coming back to finish the work spanning 3 1/2 weeks. He argued with part of the job was not in initial quote. To witch we had a copy and showed him. He finished the dryer vent leading outside with more duct tape than I've ever seen. The final interaction was very odd and uncomfortable to the point my wife did not want to be anywhere near him. She felt unsafe. I called the manger of this company to which he never returned my phone call. Someone else from the company did. I asked to have someone come check his work and make sure things were ok and safe.... someone did said all good and was in and out in 5 minutes.... we have now spent an additional sum of money brining everything up to code. I have contacted Rooter town several times to talk about this and they will not return phone calls. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! Worst experience I've ever had with a contractor

We called Rooter Town this morning regarding a clogged kitchen drain. They gave us a 10am-12pm window. Service technician Dave arrived well within this time frame. He was very friendly. He outlined the process and potential cost for determining whether the drain could be snaked, or if the clog was caused by damage to our pipes. Thankfully, the former was applicable in our situation and it only cost $95. Rooter Town provides a 30 day warranty on service. That's a great benefit. We will add this team as our first call moving forward.

My toilet was not flushing properly, so to avoid an emergency situation, I scheduled Rooter Town to come by and check it out. There charge of $95 to clean the drain was considerably less than other quotes I received. I was also able to schedule an appointment over the weekend, which prevented me from having to miss work during the week. The company called prior to my scheduled window of 1 - 3 pm and confirmed that my technician would arrive at 1:45pm. Dave arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He clean the drain and so far the toiled is flushing properly. Hopefully, I won't need to do anything else. If I do, I will call Rooter Town again. I recommend calling them for your plumbing needs.
