I was super happy with the service I got from 1st choice. I had a problem with my water heater that, of course, happened 3 days before I was going to travel out of the country and leave my 18 year old daughter alone in the house (without hot water), so I needed someone to look into this fast. 1st choice were the first that contacted me, and said they'll have someone over today. The guy came in and apparently the entire heater needed to be replaced. It's a 12 year old heater and the guy (Adrian) showed me exactly where the issues were and why he things I need a new one. He game me a quote and said he could do this tomorrow. I then got another quote that was about 10% lower, so I called the office and they matched the other offer. Adrian came in on time (again) and did a great job replacing the heater.
I like that this company seems very organized, everything you talk to the front office about, is passed along to the people in the field and vice versa. They are also quick to respond and they show up on time.

Great service start to finish.  They were on time, professional and explained everything thoroughly.  Unfortunately, we needed a full boiler replacement, but the install went really smoothly and they killed themselves for 12 hours at our house so we could get our heat and hot water back that evening.  Would absolutely recommend this team and use them again.

I've been using 1st Choice for a while now.  Don is a boiler guy that really knows his stuff.  We had to have our boiler replaced and, as always, he was very professional and courteous.  Great company!

Great company with top technicians. We had an old water heater that was releasing black debris, they came the same day and diagnosed the problem and clearly and articulately laid out the issues. We decided to replace the water heater with no pressure from them.

We also had a very old furnace, they came the same day again and replaced the whole unit. However there was a loose fitting and it was leaking gas. They came back immediately and fixed the issue, and once again clearly explained what happened.

We greatly appreciate their ethic, and will be a loyal customer!

We have used Brandon and 1st choice plumbing many times during the 20+ years we have been in parker. They are always friendly, efficient and reasonable.
It is never usually a good day when you have to seek help from a plumber. This latest incident was no different. We had several days in April when our water seemed to be off at night. After talking to the water company we determined it was an issue within our house. The 1st choice plumber came out and helped determine our issue... due to our air conditioner malfunctioning our water line was freezing at night when the temps dropped. It was diligent in get to the bottom of the mystery where many others may have given up. Especially since it didn't end up being a plumbing issue after all.
This is just one example but I am thankful to have someone local to call when needed.

Quick weekend response to solve immediate drain problem caused by poor work from builder.  They'll be back on Monday with parts for a permanent fix.  Have been using these guys for years and always happy with their work and attitude.

Its always an 'emergency' when you don't have hot water... at our scheduled 3:00 pm appointment; 1st Choice noted we needed a new water heater as ours was corroded and leaking... fast forward to 6:00 pm they were back with a new water heater, installed and replaced that evening.  Professional & courteous.  We've used 1st Choice before... we'll use them again.

This used to be a good company ..... until they got GREEDY!

When I said Thanks but No Thanks they tried to hit me with a
$50 TRIP FEE.   LOL.    Unless they inform you UPFRONT about any trip fee if you decline service for any reason after they show up you are not liable for any of that BS.

Handyman.com will get my plumbing business from now on!

I couldn't get anyone to look at my air conditioner because it stopped working right before July 4th weekend. They came out figured what needed to be done and worked late on the Thursday before July 4th. Their pricing is appropriate and they were so focused on helping me so I wouldn't be stuck in a house with no air conditioning for the 4th! Second time using them and just can't say enough.

Brandon S came to our rescue when our water heater decided it was too tired to continue working.  COVID saved me from taking a morning shower but my wife was not so fortunate.  Anyway, Brandon was AWESOME!!  Super friendly, very polite, and way more patient than I would be with all my silly questions.  He explained everything to me and even showed me why my water heater had failed.  He communicated very well throughout the entire process and he also found 2 issues with the main water line coming into the basement that could have proven to be a HUGE issue.  Thank you so much Brandon.

First Choice is wonderful to work with. We had been out of town during the subzero weather last week. Upon our return, we found that our furnace had stopped working sometime while we were gone. We had frozen toilets, faucets, shower heads, and pipes. We called First Choice and they came on time, were  extremely warm and friendly, worked for 4 hours searching for all of the breaks in our pipes and expertly repairing them, and cleaned up afterward. You always take running water for granted until you don't have it. I can't say enough good about this company, and will be using them again.

I called Brandon to help us with three things: a busted hose pipe, a leaky main line pipe, and a leaky shower pipe.

He was friendly, on time, and walked me through everything he was going to do. He priced by the job and it was very reasonable.

When he got into the shower pipe situation, he let me know that unfortunately it wasn't a quick fix, and instead we would need to basically repipe the shower. Obviously neither of us were prepared for that sort of thing, so he told me he wouldn't charge me anything for that part of the estimate.

I have recommended him to neighbors and now I'm recommending him to you. He's a great, honest, friendly guy and I'll be happy to call him again when a problem arises.

Well these guys are The Best!  Had another group out when I had water leaking from the ceiling in my unfinished basement.  They weren't able to locate the leak...What??   I called around and did some research and saw the great reviews for 1st Choice, called and the guy that answered was so great, really concerned about my issue and we booked an appointment for the next day.  When I came home from work, the guy was already there so he arrived early, Yay!  He came in, listened intently and addressed the issue.  He explained everything as he worked and gave me a price quote up front.  Initially I thought it was a bit high but he spent so much time and was very methodical working on the leak that it was well worth it.  I will definitely use their service again.

We were needing a replacement bleeder valve for our sprinkler system. They were great at explaining the items to us on what needs to be fixed, what are the options, etc.

However, the tech was messy with the solder while putting in a valve. Solder got all over our thermostat controller and on our basement floor. Next thing we know we are paying over $300 for the job!

Thanks for the work that needed to be done but the prices are too high and they need to clean up better.

The technician came out and spent all of 5 minutes looking at my water heater, told  me it was leaking internally into the pilot light box. Said there was nothing he could do, don't put any money into it you need a new one! Quoted me $3125.00 and charged me $55 for the visit.  The way he was acting felt suspicious. I went ahead and killed the gas, unplugged the water heater, and opened the pilot light box.  To my suspicion it is bone dry and all that was wrong was the pipe from the control box to the pilot light was cracked.  15 minutes of work, 1 trip to Lowes, $13.25 later, and my water heater is up and running!  I called them to complain and wanted to speak to the owner about the technicians rediculous visit and come to find out HE IS THE OWNER! What a ripoff artist!

Continued Excellent service. We had David and he worked hard, was friendly and patient with our overly curious feline. Great company.

I was remodeling my kitchen and needed a plumber to shut off the gas and water.  They gave be a very reasonable quote thus I scheduled.

The 1st day, they arrived early and quickly did the job.  On the last day, my flooring people finished early thus I called to see if they could come over earlier and they did.  In addition, I was struggling trying to get my dishwasher from the garage to the kitchen and they quickly helped and in addition, helped me level my gas stove when put in place.

They were so over-the-top helpful and pleasant!  After several bad experiences with local plumbers, I have found my favorite plumber firm!

I have had several things fixed by Brendan.  He has always given me good service and great advice.  He tells me when I can wait on something expensive (like my sump pump) and when I need to fix it right away (like my rain drains to get water away from the basement!).  I can trust him to give me an honest estimate and great work.  Yes.  He does want to be paid.  Most reputable plumbers I know don't work with the insurance company - they leave that to the homeowner.  His rates do not include the extra admin people he would need to work directly with any insurance companies.  That's why doctors have so many staff people - they need them to work with insurance companies!  Give him a call.  You won't be sorry - as long as you realize you do have to pay when services are rendered!  (Who even think you don't anyway?)

The gentleman who showed up was professional, efficient and thorough - we had an outdoor water spicket (bib) replaced entirely. That required indoor soldering, rerouting, and testing. Great job, done quick, and he was patient while we moved some storage items out of the way.

Phi came out to my house and did a good job - it wasn't cheap; it cost a bit more than what I expected going into it, but he did a good job and was very nice.  He also came up with a good permanent way to solve a problem I was expecting to have over and over.

These guys were great, friendly, and wanted to save me money.  Put in a request on Sunday, they called me Monday morning and my toilet was fix by 4pm.  Very happy,  would definitely use again.

If I could give a higher rating I would. One very cold night recently a 1st Choice Plumbing  truck slid into my parked car.  It would have been very easy for the driver to walk away. Brendan pulled his truck over, got out to inspect for damage. It was dark, the car filthy, he didn't see anything but he brought his business card to me anyway.  A few days later, after a car wash, I did see damage. I contacted Brendan and he  immediately took care  of my repair bill.  This kind of responsibility and integrity is rare nowadays. I applaud Brendans' actions and honestly hope for a plumbing problem so I can call 1st Choice Plumbing to handle it because I know he will handle a plumbing problem with the same integrity and responsibility.

First Choice plumbing did first rate work to our Parker home. Adam came to our home and did a clean thorough job and we were charged a fair price for the work completed. Good job and you have our future plumbing projects for life.

Would never allow this company to clear a drain they came with a small snake over two hours working a grease clog no cleared drain tried to tell me it was a garbage disposal!. I asked for a bigger snake they offered hydro jetter no thankyou called another company! could have flooded house or make a huge mess!~ not to mention the smell of feces in my kitchen! I am serious! Next day I used another company it was done in 1 hour and no smell no mess no excuses! cheaper is not better! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR~! the tech was really jumpy and paranoid maybe he was stoned who knows!

I had my entire house re-piped by Brendan and the experience was outstanding!  He was reliable, honest, and reasonably priced.  He obtained the necessary permit, was present during the inspection, and everything passed without any problems.

Subsequently, I had a small leak under my bathroom sink.  He came out the same day that I called, fixed the leak, and did NOT charge me!!  I couldn't believe it!

I will be using 1st Choice Plumbing in the future!  I cannot say enough nice things about Brendan!

Wish I could give negative stars. RUN from them!! I found out the hard way the reason they have no Yelp reviews, which I found very suspicious, but gave them a shot. Being a new homeowner and new to the Colorado freeze, I had my first experience with a frozen pipe. So, I was figuring out the process on the fly and in need of help.

Brendan (?) was nice enough when I called and came out the same day. Unfortunately, things did not end well. He came in with a younger helper, Phil. He went down to the basement to inspect things. Being new to needing work done and dealing with an insurance claim, I asked a few questions about him working with the insurance company and the payment. In a matter of 10 seconds he got pissed, said he needed to be paid now, walked off the ladder, said he didn't have time for this crap and had other paying people waiting and left my house. Poor Phil came back in with tools...him and my wife both confused why Brendan was storming out like a child. Luckily, I had another plumber scheduled to come out (Sure Drain; see good review). So, I said good riddance.

I also wish I could give negative stars! A kid came out, looked at my rather simple problem, stumbled out a ridiculously complicated solution, then bid 375 bucks!!! I figured someone who knew what they were doing could do it in a half-hour, so I sent him packing. He tried to extract a show-up fee from me, but I wasn't biting. I was right, the next guy came out the same day, fixed my problem in a half-hour, and asked if 135 bucks was too much! I paid him $150.00 and a 6-pack of my home brew!!

1st Choice will NEVER see a dime of my money, they're complete rip-offs.

We have used First Choice for a plumbing issue and when our furnace stopped working. When our bathtub drain started leaking, we called Brendan. He came out, did a quick estimate, and made the repair. A few years later, we started having issues again. He came right out and made the repair. It was because the materials being used so many years ago were not as good as the newer stuff. He assured us we should not see this problem again. When our furnace stopped working a few months ago (of course it was during a cold snap), First Choice sent someone, I think the technician's name was Kathy. She was very professional, and even though the problem was not obvious, she worked at it until she got it working again. Unfortunately, that was not the only issue, which became apparent a few days later when the furnace quit working again. Kathy came back, and at no extra charge except for the part, made the additional repair. I would definitely call this company again as well as recommend them to everyone I know!

I disagree with previous posters. Brandon has been coming to my house, my parents house and has been referred to plenty of family and friends that are very pleased with his service and availability for the last 5 years. His work is clean, it has a warranty in case anything goes wrong, he is prompt and courteous and I've never had anything go badly with his visits. He has repaired a clogged main sewer line, replaced a leaky toilet, installed a sump pump and much much more.
