I went to work for him when I finished school and enjoyed helping people so much, I got my Contractors License. I have been in the trade for over 45 years and have enjoyed everyday. If you need electrical work done, look no further! This is an incredibly efficient team - and unlike so many other contractors we've tried to do work with, KWE returns calls and emails in a very timely fashion to make sure your job gets done quickly and correctly. Today we had a new outlet installed for charging an electric car, plus some outlets needed to be replaced inside the house. Ken's team made time for us less than two days after I said I wanted to hire them for the job, and then they came and went in less than 4 hours! The work looks so clean and we can finally use the outlets in our guest bedroom. Huge props to Michael for digging in and figuring out what the heck was happening with our living room outlets - I never thought I'd see the day it was fixed but you figured it out!!
You won't be disappointed. The rates for installing electric car charging outlets is also VERY reasonable. I was worried about the so-called Tesla Tax a bunch of electricians put on installing chargers for them, but Ken's price was incredibly fair for the work that was done.
Thanks guys! I'll be calling again when we need to reroute that wall light!

I'm not a bot. To be completely clear, Ken did not show up to the appointment (another red flag?). He sent an associate. Anyways, the guy came out once, scheduled a second appointment, and never came back.
Ken installed 9 recessed lights for me the same day of giving me a quote. He was very responsive and timely. There are a few minor patches I'll have to make but for Ken's value and promptness it was way worth it.
Kens crew came over and installed some recessed lites with dimmer switches and we are very happy with the job they did....

There was some drywall ceiling patching and you can't even tell so if you're looking for some guys to do some electrical call them you'll be happy you did....

Amazing! Kevin and his partner were fast and knowledgeable. They made some outstanding suggestions and we will be calling them in the future. You can not beat their price. The company kept in contact with me through email which I appreciated. We highly recommend them .
I called Ken to have a breaker switched out in my homes' electrical panel so I could use and adapter to plug my motorhome in. I communicated with ken via email prior to him coming out and explained what I wanted done. I sent him some pics and he came out the very next day to look at the job and offered me a suggestion on how to give me what I wanted with a better set up. He gave me a fair & honest estimate & told me he would be back to do the work in the morning. He showed up just as promised and he & Mike knocked out the job like true professionals.
I am extremely satisfied with Ken's service from beginning to end. He offered a extremely fair price and provides over the top service.
I had been using the same electrician for years until he retired and I feel that I was lucky to find a new one in Ken. I will definitely be using Ken Wallace Electrical from now on.

Fair pricing and SUPER fast service.
Ken was able to install a 240v outlet in our garage for a Tesla in a timely manner and with professionalism. I called around and he was the most knowledgeable and helpful out of all the other people or companies I talked to. Many of the other electricians, especially those recommended on Tesla's website, would up charge purely on the fact that you said the word Tesla and gave me outrageous quotes. The seal the deal was the fact that Ken himself drives a Tesla model which made us feel much more confident in his installation and service. He even brought his own vehicle over, plugged it in, and made sure the charger was working. You can tell Ken knows what he is doing and has been doing it for many, many years. For those looking to install a charger for their Tesla (or any other EV) look no further. 10/10 would recommend

Ken and his team were very responsive and gave a competitive quote to come out and fix a bathroom fan and outlets.

I would recommend for future electric issues
I needed an electrical outlet installed to mount my tv on my new entertainment center. The job needed to be done before the carpenter came to finish his work, so I had a short deadline. When I called Ken, he was very polite and helpful. He gave me a quote over the phone and did not charge me a cent more. Mike did the job; he was also very polite and explained everything I needed to know about the cables and the tv mount that would best work. He also made sure to save the drywall cutouts so that we could use them to patch the wall. He even showed me the best way to patch the wall. He completed the job quickly and didn't left a mess behind.
I am very glad I called this company. They will be my to go guys when I need any electrical work in the future. I highly recommend them.

I heard back from Ken within a few minutes. I spoke with his guys Mike and they were in it. Approved the work and estimate on Sunday and I was hooked up by Monday afternoon. They even made a few recommendations for a more commercial install for not much more money.

Beyond anything I could have expected! I called Saturday morning, Ken personally returned my phone call... He said he would send an electrician by the name of James out the next day. Right on time ready to get the job done... Diagnosed and completed the job quickly- it was shorted out wires that my husband could not see. We now have air conditioning that's working in this 106 degree Heat! Very satisfied customer!

Ken has done two projects at my post war home in the last few months. I would recommend him to anyone. Ken and today his helper Mike are prompt, courteous and efficient. His prices are what I consider fair. The other thing is sometimes it is hard to find a skilled person to do small jobs. He will take on small jobs. I am very pleased to have found Ken. Ken was awesome! He installed a 240v outlet for my new Tesla Model 3 and the service was top notch. He was on time, responsive to my messages, was very kind, and best of all he's a Tesla owner so he knew exactly what was required for the equipment and installation. I love his passion for his work and technology. If I didn't have to leave for work we would have continued chatting for hours. I'm very happy with the service Ken provided and will definitely reach out to him for any additional electrical work I need in the future.
I should have written this review a few months ago, but got tied up with some personal stuffs, but I feel compelled to contribute my positive experience with the works they have done for my house, because they really helped us out and did such a great job!
So this was the scenario: One day our backyard had a power cut, no lights and worse no power for our pool pump. It could be a nightmare if pool water turns green (yikes), so we had a couple of companies coming to take a look and give us estimates. Because we have an old house, the old wires were all buried underground who-knows-where, so pretty much the only option for us was to dig up a new ditch and rewire. Ken Wallace Electric gave us the most reasonable solution and quote so we went with them.
They completed the work in a timely and professional manner, we couldn't be happier with the result, and would recommend them to friends who need to find qualified electricians.

Common sense. Ken was very helpful, arrived on time, super friendly and helped troubleshoot some electrical issues for us. He made some recommendations that I could do myself and saved us a bit of money. Otherwise he was very professional and helped out with some technical repairs. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Update- I figure I should respond to the owner comment below. The review was written by me for Ken, he references that I wrote it on behalf of someone else but he simply did the work on a house that I personally do not own. I was the client, Ken invoiced me and I handled every aspect from scheduling to payment. It has nothing to do with anyone else.
The job has been paid in full.
Here is the original review- Pretty bummed I have to write this review, but Ken didn't do right by me during our interaction and its worthwhile sharing with others.
I called him out to service a failed light in a stairway and hallway at a clients home. Ken went out and diagnosed the problem as a short circuit. The short also damaged a dimmer and a light in a stairway that needed to be replaced. He left and said once I buy the light to replace the broken one he would be back out to install. I also mentioned that we needed the new dimmer that burned out to which he said he would replace when he came out.
Once the light was purchased Ken came back out and replaced it. He told me after he left that he didn't have the dimmer and instead he installed a white regular switch (our switches are ivory). I explained that the client was pretty upset about that and we needed the dimmer and would need it installed as soon as possible. Ken stated he could be back out in two days to finish the job. I should note that Ken has given me two invoices up to this point, one for the initial call for the short circuit and one for the installation of the new light. Both of which we paid and were priced fairly.
Once Ken came back out in two days for the new dimmer a new invoice arrived. For the installation of one dimmer, just a simple Lutron 3 way ivory dimmer ($12.93 on Amazon) he charged us $193.00. I calmly emailed and let him know that price was a bit high and requested him to revisit the pricing to adjust our fees. Ken left me a voicemail stating he had to go out of his way to purchase the dimmer and our appointment was considered a rush. I noted to myself that nowhere on the invoice did it say rush. I have also noted that the dimmer is available at Home Depot, it was not hard to find.
Days went by and Ken called me. He said that I could knock $25 off the price. I kind of laughed. That wasn't much. The charge would have been inflated if it were half of the original $193. Ken stated that he had a truck that got 10 mpg, insurance he was bonded and again our appointment was considered a rush. Im not going to push the point if he had a chance to do right by me already, so I stated I would pay the fee and be done.
Its still frustrating me that someone can do this. Its practically highway robbery. During his first phone call he stated it took about 20 minutes installing the dimmer. Just today he stated it took 1.5 hours. If the dimmer took 1.5 hours he needs to revisit his skill set because there was nothing challenging about it. I would have expected his fee to be much smaller, possibly free since he should have brought the dimmer on the second visit.
Im so disappointed in Ken. Struggling to see how he has such a perfect rating. Maybe people just don't know how much things should cost? Ken, you had the opportunity to do right by me. I am sorry that we have ended on a sour note, but you stole from me.
Huge hi-5's to Ken, Mike, and their crew for their ultra ninja skills. Our townhome community needed a bunch of lighting fixed in our parking garage. They were fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and super pro. Competitive fair pricing too!
I almost want to break some lights so that I can work with them again.

My husband found them on Yelp. Left message and Ken called us right back. Came to give a fair estimate the same day. We had a circuit installed for electric car in garage, traced a wiring in our bedroom for light switch, and install a ceiling fan through the attic in our bedroom. We had other places tell us the wiring would be on outside of wall, but we wanted it from the attic.
I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Dave and Mike came to do the work. They were punctual, professional, clean work habits, and very friendly. Ken always stayed in contact with us. Responded quickly to our phone calls or e mails. We recommend Ken Wallace Electric very highly. We would definitely use them again.

Ken and Mike are pretty amazing. I had an issue with the buss board in my breaker box, they were able to get me one that matched, and also made sure everything was working and ok before they left. The price was extremely reasonable and Ken NEVER tries to bamboozle you! Communication is king, h'll always return calls!

Ken Wallace and his guys got us out of a dilemna real quick. Half our house's power was cutting out, and after a few days eventually stayed entirely off. After a bit of online troubleshooting lol, we determined that the 100AMP main breaker was most likely the issue and on it's way out. Had SCE come out and untag the meter, then spent a few days trying to set up something with a few friends of a friend electricians, but they fell through, which had me panicking for simply ANYBODY who could get us back up and running ASAP. Saw Ken was also located locally in Glendora. He responded to my voicemail in about 30 minutes, and said he could stop by in a few hours. Showed up in about an hour, with two of his guys, and they got right on it. Had to play with the electrical box a bit, and file down some corrosion in the panel, but had me back up and running in less than 30 minutes. These guys are old school, and know their stuff. Would recommend and definitely use for future issues or projects.
Super fast service at a very reasonable price. Mike was both professional and friendly. Glad I called Ken Wallace!

We recently had a very difficult problem with in our electrical box. Ken and his staff were very helpful in finding and correcting a very difficult and elusive problem. I would definitly reccomend them and use them again.
Called Ken Wallace to get a quote on an electrical problem. Never received a callback. I am surprised because his reviews are all positive.
Ken and Mike are awesome! I was looking to have a level 2 car charger installed in my garage. Having zero knowledge of what to do or what I needed. I called 3 different electricians (all w/4-5 stars on Yelp). All 3 gave me rough estimates over the phone/email after gathering more information on my situation. Ken was the exact same price as 1 of the other electricians and the 3rd was slightly higher. Ken however, called me early the next morning and asked if he could come over to see the project to give me a more accurate price. I was available, so I said sure! He came over a couple of hours later, and his price still stood. In meeting and speaking with Ken and Mike they both seemed like they really knew what they were doing. So I decided to let them do the work then and there. 4 hours later, my charger is installed and functioning perfectly! Mike and Ken were great about the whole process. Mike even offered to look at some other electrical concerns I had and gave me some advice on it. I would gladly call Ken and Mike again the next time I need electrical work!
My boyfriend did his research and looked on Yelp to find Ken to do a job well done. After shopping around, Ken was one of the better quotes we found. We are happy with their work. They came 5 minutes earlier than the expected time. They were very courteous and professional. They installed 4 6 inch recessed LED lighting this into our master bedroom with a dimmer. Our room looks so much brighter and modern. They also installed a new circuit breaker that helped stop the flickering problem we had with our downstairs recessed lighting. The flickering has been bugging me for months and I can finally relax now that they've fixed it. I highly recommend them and plan to call them up again for any future projects.

Ken, Mike & the rest of the crew are great! They have gone above and beyond our expectations! We had a very devastating Fire at our office (MJ Medical) on Sunday that burned all our electrical and after calling several electricians off Yelp, Ken was the first and only vendor to call us back right away and come out to our office first thing Monday morning. Him and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable, since we had no idea where to even begin, he broke down to us everything that had burnt (telephone lines, electrical chords, ceiling light, etc) what would need to be replaced, and the process oh how to properly go about handling repairs to meet insurance and city standards. They went to the city and pulled the permits needed to get repairs done efficiently, made sure we followed the city inspector's guidelines and even showed me what exactly to photograph so we can show to our insurance. Overall, they were VERY professional, honest, helpful, resourceful, and friendly! They know their stuff! They were there for us every step of the way & the best part was that they were able to get everything repaired & have us back up and running in less than 2 days!!! AMAZING!!

I tried to do a DIY myself on the Dinning room light fixture. Didn't go so well. Called several electricians and only Ken and Mike were able to come to my house the same day I called. They are super friendly and nice. And they got the job done quick. My light fixture looks great and thanks to Ken and Mike.
I called Ken due to a burned out double 30 amp breaker & to get a quote & opinion on whether I needed a change of electrical panel or just a breaker change as previously advised to me by another electrician. He told me straight forward that he was off and spending time with his grandchild (way to go, family first!). However he was kind enough to say that if I have photos I can send it to him and he will give me his opinion. Furthermore, he also recommended an AC guy/company whom I can call to ask about the wiring (if I needed to change its size from the condenser to the panel). So I sent him some photos of my panel/breaker and shortly thereafter told me that I did not need a new panel and just a change of breaker. His opinion will save me some money. Needed an electrician and looked to Yelp for some help. Found Ken Wallace with wonderful reviews and reached out through yelp with my electrical needs. Reviews stated he responded quickly and in most cases, saw clients same day. I figured I'd hear from Ken in a very short amount of time.
Ken must either be really busy or not be too concerned with earning new customers. After I mistakenly typed a digit wrong in my phone number, 24 hours later Ken contacted me through email and said I'd hear from him on Monday.
No call Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and finally a call on Thursday. Wanted to come and take a look! Umm...I work and not available for someone to just drop on by. By this time, I had already reached out to another electrician. I told Ken that I could only do this in the early evening and that didn't work for his electrician. Bummer...still in need of an electrician before next Saturday 12/23. Anyone know of one who can actually come and work?
Great service. Ken has an answering service take his calls, so when you call his business line, you get a real person on the phone. Then they give your info to him to schedule your service. He gave us a courtesy call before arriving, and then he came right on time.
I didn't know exactly what the source of our problem was - our chandelier stopped working when I accidentally put the wrong bulb in the socket. But he knew! Our dimmer switch had burned out from the power surge, so he simply replaced it. The color of the switch matches pretty well with the old switch, too.
Then, after the service, he even gave some recommendations for how we can cut down on our electricity bill. Thanks Ken!

I saw Ken's review on yelp so I thought I'd give him a try. I called and immediately got someone on the phone. She took my info and Ken personally called me back within 20 minutes. Then, he was at my home within 15 more minutes. He and another guy immediately figured out the AC/fuse issue and then asked if there was anything else he could assist with. I remembered our sink incinerator was also not working due to an issue with the electrical under the sink and 20 minutes later he had that fixed too. His prices were totally reasonable and both guys were very helpful. Highly recommended.

I have to agree with the other reviews previously stated. Friendly phone service, quick reply, in-home service with-in an hour of the return phone call and a reasonable price. Stephanie and Ken were both super friendly too.
We are big advocates of supporting local businesses. Ken makes it easy continue these efforts.
I called Ken and he answered the phone even though he was away on vacation. He gave me an estimate and lined up Mike and Dave to come and see me the next day to check out the work needed (a 240 wall outlet in garage for charging an electric vehicle). We confirmed the price and they came the next morning and got the work done in about an hour. They explained everything to me really clearly and were very professional. And the cost was less than I was expecting to pay! Great service!
Ken was friendly and informative saving me from work that was not necessary. How often do you find a company that has the customers best interest at heart?

I requested a quote and they haven't gotten back to me and it's been close to 24hrs now
We had an older unfunctioning fluorescent lighting fixture in our kitchen. Mike and his buddy showed up to see what was needed and suggested solid state ballasts in all 3 of our fixtures. They showed up the next day with what they needed and had the job done very quickly. The price he quoted was very fair. While they were here we had them install an exterior outlet. Again, another job done professionally, quickly and at a fair price. We were very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.
Had Ken install a ceiling fan in my living room. There wasn't any wiring or anything where I wanted it hung. I got quoted a great price for running the conduit, wire and hanging the fan. They even fixed a loose wire in my attic for a light that didn't work anymore. I highly recommend for small electrical work jobs
I lost electricity on one wall in my kitchen in the evening. I called and left a message and Ken. called first thing in the morning. This is very important, because no one else that I called ever returned my calls. Ken sent Mike. Within 5 minuets Mike knew what was wrong and fixed the problem quickly. Ken and his team recently completed a LED retrofit of 45 fluorescent light fixtures in our Condo community garage. For a Licensed and Bonded Electrical Contractor his rates were the most reasonable after reviewing multiple quotes for the same job. Once we set a date they arrived right on time and knocked out the project quickly.
He also was good at returning our calls and emails leading up to the project and spending the time to get us the best result. Definitely recommended.
This is the second time I've used Ken Wallace Electric and, as with the first time, I'm a happy customer. I needed an electrician to fix the lighting on a ceiling fan. I called just before Christmas, hoping to have a working light in time for the holiday, and Ken sent his team right out. Two electricians came and fixed the light within 10 minutes. They were professional, fast, and even gave me some tips - I was using bulbs with more watts than allowed by the fan. I was charged a reasonable service fee and nothing more. After the light was fixed, Ken called to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction - very classy customer service! I will be using them again and would happily recommend them to others.

Ken and Kevin installed smoke alarms(5) and worked on few other things at my home on last Saturday,3/28.
They were on time and agreed to a price quickly. Both of them have done a good job and cleaned everything before they left.
This week on Thursday, 04/02, city inspection is passed with no issues.
I would like to work with them next time, if there is an opportunity to hire them again.

We were looking for a electrician to complete a job on a electrical panel that another electrician did not finish. We decided to look on Yelp and found Ken Wallace Electric. Since the reviews were excellent we decided to call. Ken Wallace was out of town so he sent his employee Mike Patty over to assess the situation. Mike was here within 30 minutes and finished the job. Talk about pleased, Mike was second to none. He was extremely clean and did an excellent job. He called later that evening to make sure that we were pleased with his job. The inspection for our panel passed with flying colors.
The electrician who was suppose to finish the job kept telling us he would call back but did not. If you come in contact with Mr. Mark Ainsworth we highly advise not to use him.

I had an electrical outlet in the kitchen that was not working anymore. Ken was super nice and helpful. He was quick in responding back to my calls / emails. He sent over one of his guys to fix the problem. The electrician, Mike, was very nice and cool. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything. He did give me a few recommendations for the future if I was going to update any electrical components in my house. I appreciate the info and was very happy with his work. I would definitely call them again if I needed anymore more work. It's nice to see a company who is honest, up-front, and have reasonable rates. Thank you guys!!

Definitely a reason why this company has 5 Stars up and down each review. I was referred to Ken Wallace Electric by Bob Carmacks Termite Company. Wow. His guy Mike came within an hour (on time) diagnosed the issue quickly. Fixed my electrical problem and best of all he educated me on the work while he was doing it. Can you ask for more than that??? I'm in the service business also. This is exactly the way I deal with people and want to be dealt with. Great service. Great attitude. Well deserved 5 STAR REVIEW!!!
Ken is THE BEST! He got back to me the next morning after I emailed the night before. I needed the EV 240v charger for my new Tesla and he asked all the right questions and new exactly what I needed, then gave me a very reasonable quote range that was less than the other electricians I called. He and Mike were able to come out the very next business day! There was absolutely NO pressure from him, he even asked if I wanted to wait to have it installed because I won't get the car for another 1.5 months. Ken is honest, prompt, SUPER friendly and knowledgable. We will definitely call upon him again in the near future and I'll definitely recommend him to friends & family.
Ken and Mike were great! Super quick to respond to my initial inquiry. We're trying to sell our house and feared we might have to re-do all of the outdoor electrical. They encouraged me to check back with the inspector as they thought the existing work was well done. They were right. Just a few fixes needed. I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity. It meant less work and money for them, but I will certainly call on them for future needs!

Called Ken today and he and his team arrived within 30 minutes. We had an issue with our stove and microwave outlets which they fixed within 15 minutes. Ken and his team are great and very nice as well. I highly recommend them.

Called ken wallace electric after seeing his reviews on yelp and I must say I'm very happy!! Had bad outlet in my kitchen that shut everything down. Mike came out found it, fixed it and even replace a bad breaker I didn't know was out. Mike came out early in the morning so I didn't have to be late for work! I'm very pleased and highly recommend ken wallace electric. Thanks again mike!

I put a call into Ken to install a 14-50 receptacle outlet to plug my electric car. While I did not end up hiring him because someone I was able to get someone else immediately. He was very courteous in responding to my emails and making me several phone calls. If the job had not been done the is other person I'm sure he would have gotten the job. He came recommended through some of Tesla Forums for installing chargers and as being fairly price which is what I can attest to.
I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Ken and Kenny. The work they performed was professional and in a timely manner. The price was well within the going rate. I would give them a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.
Thank you for properly and efficiently connecting a car charger to our electrical panel and cleaning up the electrical work in my garage that was a left a mess by previous occupants. Communication was great and price was very fair. Special shout out to Mike, who performed the requested work and even came out to do a quick follow-up tweak in order to satisfy a customer - much appreciated! I called Ken based on the Yelp reviews and am very happy I did. I had a lighting fixture I needed hung and had some bad wires that needed fixing. Ken and Mike arrived same day and got the job done quickly and professionally. Super nice guys who knew what they were doing at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
We recently purchased a home that needed items addressed that showed up on our inspection report. Out of three local electricians Ken was the only one that responded in a timely manner. We have a light switch which turns on and off the ceiling light but is also wired to one of the electrical outlets. Ken was able to figure out the wiring in just a few seconds (I gave up after two days of diy trial and error) and now the electrical socket stays on regardless if the ceiling light is on or off. He also put some GFCI plugs in two bathrooms. Prices were more than reasonable. It's hard to find someone reliable and Ken was on time and super quick.

We liked Kens work so much that we hired him again to install two outdoor flood lights in our dark cave of a backyard. Now it's bright as daylight and usable at night. He also installed an outdoor electrical outlet so I don't have to run cords out the back door if I want to use power tools. Prices were very reasonable. If we have any more upgrades or problems we know who to call now.

Ken Wallace installed a ceiling fan in our family room. His rates were reasonable and the quality of work was extremely professional. He showed up at our house punctually at the agreed time, which I thought was rare, considering my experience with other technicians over the years who are often late or never even never show up with no explanation and/or regret. I found KW Electric by the Yelp posts. I gotta say, there is a reason he gets 5 Stars across the board. I needed a 240V outlet installed for charging of my new EV. It was later at night when I found KW, so I took a couple pic's of my Circuit Breaker box and explained in an email what I was looking for and where I wanted it installed. I received a call the next day from Ken, with a quote for the job and we scheduled for a few days later. As I was traveling, I made arrangements to leave the payment and he came by the house and did the work. I even had a conversation about EV's and what it takes to charge the day before, all good info sharing. When I came home Friday, there it was, professionally installed, commercial outdoor outlet box, just overall great work. My only regret, I didn't have a chance to meet him in person. But his card is on file, and any additional electrical work will go to his business and I'll be sure to send him referrals from any friends or family that need professional work done!
Ken and his crew came the next day to replace a large foyer chandelier. They were prompt, fast, friendly, did a great job and came under the original quote. Would definitely use them again! Thank you!!

Ken and Mike have been to my residence twice. Both are decent and honest men. Hard to find this type service in today's environment. They installed an exhaust fan in my bathroom and all I can say is wow. Honesty,integrity, and professionalism is hard to find but Ken and Mike are all these. Ken and Mike are awesome! They're friendly, honest and reliable, which I find is hard to come by these days. If you have any electrical questions, they are more than willing to answer and explain to you what's going on. I've had them come out to my house three times now within the last few weeks to fix various electrical issues and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I am new in town and needed an electrician. After checking out Yelp I found Ken and Mike and some very good reviews. So I thought I'd give them a try. Well, I was absolutely delighted ! They are wonderful; responded very quickly and presented me with several solutions. Their work was excellent and I couldn't be happier. Being new to the area and a widow I felt very taken care of and not taken advantage of. That is difficult to find today!
Wow, what a professional! Ken returned my call from his vacation within 24 hours of my request for help. He asked his employee Mike to assist me. My electrical panel failed and needed to be replaced during this summer's heat wave. Mike clearly explained the electrical issue and repaired the problem within 3 hours. I would definitely used this company again.
I do most of my own work but when I ran into an issue I called Ken. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He was quick to setup an appointment and was on time which I a big plus in my book. I will call Ken again if I run into another issue.

Had part of my kitchen go out on Thanksgiving night. No lights, dishwasher on half the kitchen. Called KW Electric the very next morning and they showed up within about an hour of my first email submission. Guy showed up in the rain on Black Friday and was quick to fix the problem. Had a house of full guests and just couldn't get to it myself. Did i mention it was raining. THe gentleman who came out was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I called Ken based on his great reviews on Yelp. He and Mike showed up bright and early the next day. I needed additional lighting and outlets in my garage and they were able to do everything within a couple hours. I've called ken two times now to fix a broken outlet and repair wiring (at different houses) and he is fantastic. He arrives on time and gets the work done quickly. I will certainly be calling him if I ever need an electrician and recommend you do the same
Our power went out in half our home and I wasn't sure who to call. After reading the reviews on yelp, I decided to call Wallace Electric. I got a call back immediately and an appointment in 2 hours that same day. Ken was on time and extremely professional. He located the problem and fixed it and even fixed a burnt out switch that we thought was never going to work! Pricing was reasonable and work was great! We will definitely be using him in the future!

Ken has been my electrician for more than 15 years. He has been to my home probably more than 2 dozen times, doing projects for me both inside and outside the house. The quality of his work is A-1 and his prices are more than reasonable. The latest project involved improving the lighting in my garage which was pretty dim. He installed 4 new flourescent light fixtures and now we have so much light, we need practically need sunglasses. My wife and I love it. I am in the process of upgrading my sprinkler system and have asked Ken to install a new timer/controller for me. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I couldn't recommend him more.
