as a homeowner i have had the sad experience that there are plumbers and contractors who come into a home not only to make repairs, but to steal, i.e. take unfair financial advantage of customers.  they fail at being an expert.  they do not educate, inform and advise the customer as to how best to resolve plumbing issues.  some of these contractors go so far as to actually post negative reviews on the work of their competitors.  

i was done with this crap.  not wanting to use the good ol' boy company i used previously, i reviewed Yelp and came across AAM Kline Plumbing.  i read the reviews and felt impressed that this company's satisfied customers were genuine in their reviews.  

Mr Lucas Kline presents as a fair and honest man, an individualist, a man with integrity.  i had a chance to pick his brain about a lot of things -- plumbing, people, politics, etc, and felt kinda-sorta that he is a friend.  

the change-outs of a water heater and toilet were more than satisfactory.   in addition, i was pleased with the scheduling and support that Sabrina and Chelsea provided.  and they were cheerful and pleasant.  

looks like i finally found an excellent plumber in whom i have confidence and trust.

These guys are awesome!! I trusted him immediately. He was very fair and communicated well. He and his coworker were very professional and knowledgeable.  I will definitely use them again!

They were fast, friendly, and efficient.  They even recommended pouring white vinegar down the drain once a month to prevent our old pipes from collecting debris to prevent future clog ups.  The cost was half of what we paid other plumbers we have used.  I will use them again and will recommend them to others.

I had a leak in my main line and gave this company a call for repairs. I usually do most simple repairs, but me, being a senior, was not able to do this type of work. So a quick call to AAM & Kline plumbing got me an appointment the following morning. But due to an emergency my repair was rescheduled for the following day. Understandable so it wasn't a problem for me. The following day I received a call and due to a medical issue with someone connected with the company they couldn't make the appointment. But the leak was larger than I had expressed and while they were ready to reschedule me after the holiday weekend it really needed to be repaired. The water had filled the the area where the meter was located and flowing out making a puddle in the surrounding area. So AAM & Kline made arrangements for another company to come out on a Saturday and repair the leak. They lost money but the customer service is outstanding. I understand that problems can crop up. I was raised in a small family business and sometimes unavoidable circumstances presented itself with our business that prevented our fulfilling previously scheduled issues. Would I recommend AAM & Kline? Whole heartily! Fortunately for me the repair was simple and I couldn't be happier.

The service call was scheduled very quickly. Tech arrived right on time. Just as I requested, the tech called me with an estimate before preforming the work. Work was performed quickly and the receipt contained pictures of the replace parts. Issue is resolved.

Very polite and professional, honest and dependable. They came the same morning I called. Found the problem and fixed it. They went above and beyond because they even swept up the mess made by the clogged system so it wouldn't start to smell. I will definitely use them again if ever I need plumbing service. Thank you, for a well done job.

The scheduling process was efficient and flawless, Sabrina is amazing. Double emphasis. Sabrina's warm and sunny personality shone through like a beam of rainbow and skittles of hope upon our lightning and thunder DIY leaking kitchen. Illustration included. So, we needed help in the multiple areas that were leaking and we got the best help we could imagine. Folks, there isn't any service like this any more in Bakersfield or LA anymore. I'm just glad that I got in at ground zero with this amazing crew.

Ok, moving on, Lucas came as promised and shortly, we got a text confirmation for services to be performed. Lucas is a godsend miracle worker. The whole thing went seamlessly and we received amazing service and fast repair. The hugest consolation for the week. We are beyond happy that it worked out so well and cannot wait to tell you all about this amazing family owned business. So what are you waiting for? I highly recommend AAM & Kline, they were able to come to my home on a Sunday to help my family when we really needed. Even before we called them to replace our boiler about two years ago and they handled quickly and throughly. Both of these instances the plumbers were hardworking and helpful. Definitely my go to plumbers!

Lucas was very professional and polite, both on the phone when I initially called and when coming to my home. He and his assistant were very friendly and efficient.  They didn't waste time to milk the clock and did a very good job fixing some major leaks that I had.  I felt like he was honest and efficient; in fact,  I'm having them come back to take care of a couple more things for me and would recommend them without hesitation.

Lucas and his helper were very good. They came out to do work for me the same day that I contacted them, and while working they provided me with honest feedback, advice, and suggestions to all sorts of hypotheticals I gave them.

To top it off, they didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

Usually I completely loathe the idea of even calling any plumbers or any company for help, but this was a dire situation. Especially the day before Thanksgiving! Lucas arrived within 30 mins to our residence and unclogged our toilet that had overflowed all throughout the bathroom and I had to shut off the water completely. Anything I did, plunging, waiting for the water to lower and try again... I had it! I called and had them come out. To my surprise, this was the best and most professional experience i've had with any company. TRULY HONEST AND INFORMATIVE!! Lucas, Thankyou & we will be using your services from now on. I was given Lucas' number from Alert when they checked a leak. At 2:20 on a Friday, they called Lucas. By 5:00, he had found and repaired the leak. The leak required some drywall be ripped out. The following Saturday he was back and patched the drywall. He is prompt, courteous and very reliable. I am not in the habit of needing home repairs but his prices also seemed very reasonable.  His number is now saved in my favorites and will be my guy for any plumbing needs. If you need a plumber fast and does quality work, CALL LUCAS!

I contacted AAM & Kline Plumbing to install a new dishwasher in my new home. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day, and Lucas arrived before my appointment window. Lucas was prompt, courteous, professional, and honest. Since I'm a first time home owner, he showed me some rusted valves that need replacing and where the water shut off valve is to the entire house. Very useful information!! I'm planning to have him come back out next week to replace those rusty valves, and will trust him with all my plumbing needs in the future.

We had a a copper pipe attached to our wall snap and had to shut off our water. We called for a repair and they came out in about an hour! We were so thankful. They were very professional and did a great job. Being almost 41 weeks pregnant and due at any moment it was a huge relief to be able to have our water back on and the pipe fixed. We will definitely be using them again and will refer them to others that need plumbing repairs. They are also very reasonably priced.

This family owned company has received 5 star accolades from numerous customers for many very good reasons.  I couldn't be happier to add my 5 star rating to that list, too.  We recently called them for an estimate to repair a slowly leaking water line riser.  Lucas came out the next morning and gave a very reasonable estimate to do the repair and I accepted.  He returned the following day and completed the repair at the estimated cost even though there was additional work to be done once the underground portion of the riser was exposed.
Sabrina did an excellent job in scheduling the appointments and made sure I was informed of their convenient text messaging of arrival times and job description.  Lucas was very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly throughout the repair process as well.  Great customer service from both of them.
In addition to being thoroughly pleased with all aspects of this company, I am relieved to know that AAM & Kline Plumbing will always be my go to company for any plumbing service.  If you need plumbing help, do yourself a favor and call them first.

This past Friday we noticed the carpet flooring in one of our rooms was soaked which was due to a leak from our water heater. I called these guys and they came out the same day to assess the situation and install a new water heater, which was definitely needed because the water heater hadn't been changed since 1996. Lucas explained everything to us and referred us to someone who helped with the water clean up and home restoration. We noticed that the hot water pressure in the kitchen was low as well, so they cleared the water line and it's all working well now. We are definitely planning to go through them again for other work needed at our home.

The best plumbing service in town period. Fair price. Been working with Lugas the owner numerous times. He will tell you right away what's wrong and how much it's going to cost to fix the problem. Easy to talk with unlike some other tricky contractor service I have used in the past.
I did some water line and gas line for my restaurant, faucet, toilet, water heating system, all great work with reasonable price. Highly recommend him.

My ceiling started leaking on a weekend. We also were preparing for a party the same afternoon. I called them. The guy was there in less than an hour. Located the leak very shortly. We were up and running within couple of hours. The guy was very courteous. Explained everything he was doing. The guy responsible for drying showed up shortly after and started to set up fans. I was not expecting such a quick service. The bill was very reasonable . I strongly recommend them

I've owed these guys a solid review for about a month now. They ran a water line to my fridge and even replaced a gas valve for my dryer (and installed the dryer). Lucas undercut all of the competition and did an amazing job on top of that. I'll have to repipe my house in the future, and he'll be the person I call.
