I hired M-Tech to install a 240v circuit from the panel to my garage. I'm extremely pleased with the results.

I recently bought an electrical vehicle, and wanted to upgrade from the 120v charger that it came with to something more powerful. I found myself starting to use the charging stations more often than I'd like, so I decided that it was worth it to install a level 2 EV charger at home. I had a few options, and I decided to future-proof my setup by running 6 gauge wiring, and for ease of installation i wanted a 50 amp breaker and 14-50 outlet for plug and play options. I then decided on a Grizzl-E 40 amp charger and had one shipped.

I had prior work done, but the electrician had moved out of town. He referred me to his old boss, but the guy didn't respond to my message for a couple days, flaked the first time he was supposed to come by and give me an estimate, and then after he did come, he seemed hesitant, said he'd have to run numbers before he could give me a price, and then ghosted me. BTW that was David with Ion Electric. On the bright side, he was able to tell me about how much wiring I'd need, and how/where he would run it, so i went to Yelp.

Obviously I searched for electricians, and focused on reviews with experience in running 240v wiring. I sent detailed messages to a few of them and asked for ballpark figures based on the info i gave them. My first choice just wanted me to call them, and ignored my other messages. No thanks. A couple others were able to give me numbers, so I had a rough idea of what it would cost. Of them, M-Tech seemed like the most reasonable and offered to come by right away to see the project and confirm the estimate. I met Mr. Yoo, he confirmed the measurements, I asked him about adding a ceiling fan, we made an agreement, and scheduled the work.

Mr. Y arrived early with another gentleman and they got right to work. They ran all the conduits through the attic and my garage, installed the breakers and connected the wiring, put in my new ceiling fan, and even mounted my EV charger and confirmed everything was in proper working order. Mr. Y said that I would have to patch a couple of holes in the drywall for the fan, but he was careful with his cutting and was able to reattach the original squares he cut out, so all that was left for me I to do is tape over the cuts, putty over it, and repaint. He and his other worker were even kind enough to install a remote for the ceiling fan AFTER they had already finished installing it, because He recommended that I get one and I forgot I already bought it!

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to call him back should the need arise. M-Tech went above and beyond my expectations and was extremely prompt in responding to calls/messages and showing up on time,  which seems to be a rarity for a lot of contractors these days. Mr. M suggested multiple solutions first for me to fix it on my own and decided to visit me after I tried them. He arrived on time and fixed the problem in a timely manner. We had some work done on our kitchen back on February, but for some reason, after our recessed lighting was installed, our porch light stopped working. Unfortunately our contractor went MIA on us, so we had to source an electrician and I am so glad I came across M Tech Electric! Mr. Y was early for the job and came ready to work!

To be honest, I was expecting to have to compare quotes before moving forward with service, but after doing the diagnostics scan, Mr. Y was able to fix the problem quickly and with ease! Responded quickly and showed up promptly for in person estimate for misdiagnosed breaker issue.  Quickly identified issue which required no service. Did not charge or take any payment for 10 minutes of his time. Honest person. Would call back for any electrical issues.

I recently bought a Tesla and needed a NEMA 14-50 external outlet installed. Posted for a quote and many providers but Mr. Yoo was the first to respond, and gave the most reasonable rates and was actually able to make it on the day he said he would. I've booked Yelpers before and hated experiencing no-shows, or lack of communications from contractors. But Mr. Yoo was responsive and kept me in the loop on his timing. He's reliable. He did a clean job as you can see from the pics, and I'm happy with the outcome!

Mr. Yoo is very professional and did very good job on installing Tesla wall charger for me. The price is reasonable and he used material he promised. It took him about 4 hours to do the job as my electric panel is on the back yard. He is very nice and I would definitely recommend him if you need an electrician.

I finally purchased a Tesla because the extreme ridiculous gas spike increase. I got tired of supporting billionaire oil investors becoming richer. Anyways, I got purchased a Tesla Wall Charger because I got tired of the crowded Supercharger stations and plugging daily with the portable 110v charger. My dad is a retired electrician and insisted on installing it for me, but because my house required a 2 story wiring, I decided to hire an electrician to install my Tesla Wall Charger. I submitted multiple electrician request and M Tech was the most reasonable price.

Mr. Yoo arrived on time and prepared. His van gave me comfort because everything single item was accessible and convenient. The installation required over 100ft because my breaker is unfortunately in the backyard and the Tesla Wall Charger is in the front of my garage. Mr. Yoo and his partner worked expediently and finished fast. The electrical work is clean. See the pictures. They also cleaned up nicely after. We called Yoo after having our electrical work botched. We're talking the bedroom lights wouldn't turn on unless the living room lights were on...yikes right. Yoo was able to fix our issue quickly and was very mindful of my pets and sleeping baby. He was respectful and trustworthy, I'll be calling him again for any future needs.

I went on Yelp to shop for the best value for EV charging installation. M showed up to my house 1 hour after I reached out...SUPER FAST response time! Gave me a reasonable quote and came back a day later to install the 14-50! He was in & out in no time and everything worked!
The only issue i had was that the outlet was installed upside down but he came back the next day to resolve this in 5 minutes! Honestly couldn't be happier with the response time and customer service! Will definitely work with M Tech for all of my future electrical needs!

Me. Y is an excellent licensed electrician who wasted no time getting to the root cause of the problem as soon as he stepped into the house. He systematically checked all outlets in the entire house to pinpoint loose wires in one of the outlets that we rarely use. I recently touched a lot of electrical outlets and components due to home remodeling - and I would have totally overlooked this one as I never perturbed this one. As a trained engineer, I would have only focused on what's changed? It took him to take apart each outlet starting from the problem area to discover loose wires in this obscure outlet that started this baffling problem. He addressed the issue efficiently and made safety recommendations which I had him to do! I loved what he said after the repair was done , I quote, Electricity doesn't lie if you want an experienced electrician with an excellent systematic problem solving ability, hire  Mr. Y!!!

I just wanted to give a great review to M Tech Electric. I was without power for three days waiting on my landlord to have someone come out & fix the issue. When I finally realized he wasn't sending anyone, I called M Tech and the owner himself came within an hour of me reaching out. Turns out one of my breakers was jammed. He took a quick look, unjammed it within minutes and was out the door. Moral of the story here:

Mr. Yoo was very easy to work with. He answered all our questions in a timely manner, he showed up on time, and he did the work faster than his estimated timeline.  His pricing was competitive and he did great work. We are very happy with how our project turned out and will definitely be calling him again for future projects!

Read my request and diagnosed my issue without having to come over for an inspection.  I followed the instructions and that solved the issue.  It no doubt saved me some money. Very appreciative of insights and recommendation.

My tenants reported their bedroom outlets did not have power and that the kitchen light was flickering on and off. M Tech Electric not only offered fast and effective service but was also very fair about pricing.  

His troubleshooting skills are excellent.  He identified the burnt/loose wire in the junction box, GFCI needing replacement, etc.  He obtained authorization before any repairs, which I appreciated.  I would give my strong recommendation for this company.

M tech installed my Tesla Charger. Very responsive on messages. I was not there for the install but the technician arrived early. Everything was done just as discussed. I will use them again for future needs.

Once I submitted a request on Yelp, I was given a range of quotes.  All were much higher than I expected.  Some companies asked lots of questions that I was not prepared to answer.  Yoo contacted quickly and offered an on-site quote.  He arrived on-time and quickly summized the amount of work required and gave a quote that matched the lowest guess quote from the slew of companies.   He returned the next working day and completed the job quickly and professionally.  I now have electricity to my RV.  He did a great job and didn't waste any time.

I moved into a new house and had Yoo install a new outlet for EV charging and some other new house electric work. He did a great job and was very competitive in pricing.

I've been looking for an electrician for several weeks to replace a high-voltage outlet for my parent's electric range and to install an EV charger for my home.  During these times, contractors are super busy so getting a response from anyone was difficult.  M Tech responded quickly and gave me an excellent quote.  Within 4 days, he was over at my parent's and my property.  After spending the entire morning and early afternoon at both properties, the work was completed.  M did a gorgeous job.  The conduits for my EV charger were neatly installed and he even cleaned up the mess after.  I can't praise his work enough and will gladly contact him again for any other electrical issues.
