KNC aka Kris was a life saver! Had an emergency kitchen clog on a late Saturday evening before hosting family for dinner and after a few Youtube DIY attempts to fix it, I gave up and used Yelp to find a plumber.  Kris was the fastest to reply, with a straight forward quote to fix the clog which was very fair, and was willing to come Sunday AM.  Long story short, Kris arrived promptly Sunday AM, which was also Super Bowl Sunday, and was able to fix my kitchen sink clog that had built up over the years.  It required a 70+ foot snake from the sink and as well as the roof to clear the clog, but when Kris was done, the sink flowed like new again!  Lastly, Kris was very professional and mindful of cleaning his workspace and provided electronic invoice/receipt for his service.  I would highly recommend him and will definitely be using him for more home plumbing maintenance projects in the coming months. During this COVID-19 madness, things have been pretty difficult. A lot of my house projects became DIY to save money and to keep myself busy. One task? Install a bidet.

The process seemed easy enough for a novice like myself, but the whole thing became too complicated once I started fiddling with the toilet.

Defeated, I sent out several requests on Yelp. Within minutes I had several quotes. Ultimately, I went with KNC Plumbing because of their thorough responses and it was a local business.

It was very easy to work and communicate with Kris. He was professional and respectful. He was able to take one look at my peasant attempt at plumbing work and easily fix what was needed.

Before I knew it, a new valve with supply line was installed, a couple connections were tightened and a bidet sat triumphantly in place. Take that toilet paper hoarders.

Kris did an amazing job and his prices are competitive to other businesses. We finally found a dependable, local plumber!

My son clogged my toilet with his toy and I immediately started calling plumbers listed on yelp. KNC was the one company that was able to come out first and within an hour. He was very professional, wore a mask and shoe covers each time he entered the home. He tried hard to dislodge the toy but it just did not happen. The toy loved its new home too much. We decided to buy a new toilet. After he finished his last job he agreed to come back and install the toilet. He also took our old toilet and placed it in our landlords garage. I hope they I don't have this problem again;however, should it happen I know I'm calling this company.

I highly recommend KNC Plumbing.  Kris was quick to respond even though it was 9 pm. He came out the next day and snaked my tub. He used all Covid19 protocol. He also used shoe covers and used Clorox wipes when he was done.  He knows what he is doing and doesn't charge outrageous prices.  He has a great attitude and integrity.  About six months ago my friend called him because the pilot light went out on the water heater. He came out within 30 minutes (and it was late at night) and got it going immediately.  Not only was he quick to respond, he didn't charge for the call.  When I had my problem I gave him a call and was glad I did.  He is my new go to plumber.

Our bath tub was filled up with liquid. We needed someone ASAP! We contacted our home warranty to see if we can get the needed services on the same day. The company they assigned for us did not contact us; I called them a couple of times but no one answered. I googled for plumbing in Long Beach and try to get a quote on Yelp. KNC responded within like 3 minutes. Kristopher let me know the time frame he will be at our home, 5pm-7pm. He called us at 5:30pm to let us know he will be here in 30 minutes. He arrived around the time he said he will be here. He thoroughly explained the problem that we were having and what needs to be done. Pricing is good. The person answering the phone at the office was polite and helpful. We recommend KNC to anyone who is having plumbing issues because they are honest, quick, and get the job done! The next time we encounter a plumbing issue, we will be likely to contact KNC again if our home warranty does not cover it.

I met Kris recently at my duplex in long beach for an extensive list of plumbing needs. He was very courteous, on time and did not try to make my job sound harder or more expensive than it was. I was looking to get all my faucets replaced with shut off valves. I had another plumber come right before him and acted like faucet replacement was rocket science. Kris just explained it was all labor but very straightforward job. I was confident in hiring him. His bid for the job was very fair too. I didn't end up using him because my place had a long list of other handyman task so went that direction. Hopefully won't come back to bite me but I know if I need a plumber in the future Kris has earned my business.

Recently hired Kris to install a high-end water filter for me. He was very professional and friendly from the beginning. He provided me with a fair estimation of the job and did the work without any problems.

Kris is awesome!!! If you are looking for someone reliable, and trustworthy you need to CALL Kris. I am out of town and I asked yelp to quote a repair on my hose bib and Kris responded in minutes. Yesterday my tenant had a leak on a toilet and Kris was at the property within house and this wasn't an emergency. He is a great communicator and sends me pictures of the job when it's finished as well as a professional invoice. He is sooooo darn good  and Professional that I will recommend him to everyone. I recently had the pleasure of working with Kris and Suzie to flush/descale my tankless hot water unit, redo some pipes within cabinet where the tankless unit is located as well as install a Flow-tech system.  The experience was amazing.  They were always punctual for our appointments, extremely professional, super friendly, and very knowledgeable in their craft.  Moving forward, they will be my 1st point of contact for all my future plumbing needs.

My tankless water heater was giving an error code and the hot water would go cold. I requested several quotes via Yelp and KNC Plumbing responded quickly and with the most reasonable price for the service I was looking for.

Kris came out and was very nice and professional. He looked at it for about an hour, and even had to get on the phone with the tankless water heater company. He explained things to me as best possible.

The problem ended up not being the water heater but instead the wrong size gas meter. So Kris advised me to call the gas company to install the proper gas meter for my tankless water heater (this should have been done when it was installed, but not the fault of KNC). I appreciate how patient Kris was with the problem and the instructions he gave. He didn't charge me anything since he didn't end up performing the maintenance to the water heater.

But he did give me a quote for how much it would be if the problem wasn't fixed with the gas company. I recommend using this company for any plumbing issues you have!

The best plumber I've come across in my lifetime. Kristopher is just patient and thorough, no-nonsense, has a good attitude, and is reasonably priced for his professional work. He installed two smart bidets, and we had to troubleshoot with the manufacturer(manufacturer's fault) to work an internal hose kink. He also did some flange work. Just exceptional from start to finish. You cannot go wrong with KNC Plumbing.

Two different companies from Yelp recommendations came over and both went to diagnosis of main line blockage. Never attempted any other fixes, then to complicate things we could not find front yard clean out due to landscaper covering it. So both left. Leaving us with no toilet. Since Saturday! One of them quoted 6k for a quick short term fix to 15k for new everything. We do have old galvanized, but is that our issue right now?

A friend referred us to Kris and he fit us in same evening. He walked into bathroom, plunged, flushed, fixed. No lie. We'd plunged 100 times Saturday, but not since then. Lol

5/5.  We attempted to install a bidet but had problems. We somehow screwed it up bad enough that we couldn't use the toilet.  We only have one toilet in the house so we were in deep dooty (pun intended).  We called KNC Plumbing close to 9pm and someone actually answered and were very friendly and professional.  We told them our situation and they told us someone would be over 8am.the next morning. Sure enough, Kristopher arrived right on time. Kristopher was great... Put us at ease right away and gave us a very, very good quote on the cost that we immediately said yes.  His work was top notch and speedy. He was also so friendly and easy to talk to.  We will definitely use them again.  We are so glad we found them, we feel so lucky!!

So I called on a Saturday (today) around 10:30am, problem was my kitchen sink that was draining slowly and filling up upon using the dishwasher, and during normal usage as well. Hoping to dislodge whatever might've been in there, I tried letting the sink fill enough to plunge it but all it did was bring up a bunch of sludge. The more I tried, the more sludge I got, but the slower the drain too. I mean it would take a good 20 minutes to drain with only 1 of standing, sludgy water.

It occurred to me that although I was apparently loosening something up, after trying that for a couple hours and only bringing more sludge up into the exceedingly slowly draining water, there was no way I was going to deal with the stress and anxiety it was causing me any more. It was obvious it needed some professional assistance.

When I searched yelp for plumbers, they had a little questionnaire I could fill out to be submitted to local plumbers for them to contact me. I was provided four options, all with high ratings, but I went with KNC because I was impressed with not only the fact that they could be out in only a few hours but also the very reasonable price.

In fact, the price quoted was so reasonable that I was worried that there was a service fee that wasn't reflected in the quote, but I was assured that the price quoted was the total cost.

Also, their initial and subsequent response was instantaneous, and all communication was clear and friendly.

They sent a text with the technician's picture and detailing his qualifications, as well as a time frame we agreed upon. Soon after he asked if that time was ok or whether he could come even earlier (1 instead of after 2). Heck yeah!! The sooner the better. Kitchen drain issues are annoying, not to mention obviously stress inducing.

When Kris arrived at 1 he was polite and immediately donned both booties and a mask (I, too, wore my mask of course). I appreciate all efforts to be safe these days. Extra points for that, Kris!

Kris was able to get my issue resolved in little time (I'd say under 30 minutes, but I wasn't watching the clock).

When he went over the bill, which was as quoted, he mentioned that he gave me 20 off that quoted price. I forget the reason but who needs a reason, right? Talk about awesome. I mean, as it is, I am currently house sitting for family while they're away all month and didn't want to burden them with a plumbing issue so I was hoping to just swing it myself without their involvement. So this was just an incredibly positive experience from beginning to end. In fact, the $ saved went to Kris in the form of a well deserved tip.

**just wanted to add this to my previous review. Last night I had another plumbing issue when my nephew decided to shave his fuzzy face and filled the bathroom drain with his bird's nest. The bathroom backs up to another bathroom, so both drains were affected, plugged them both up for a bit then they started to drain, but slowly.

Because I was so impressed and pleased last time, I of course called Kris again and just like before his response was immediate. We arranged for him to come over this morning first thing, and he was again prompt, courteous, wore booties and a mask, and completed the task very thoroughly (including providing me w quite a few pictures of the job he did, like what came out, what the pipes looked like inside, even a pressure check).

Another thing I have to say is that he left zero mess behind, both times. Also, he explained everything very thoroughly and answered all questions politely and to our satisfaction.

Anyone who owns or even rents a home will eventually require plumbing services, there's no way around it. I'm just really glad I found such an honest and affordable professional to trust to do the work right, and at an unbeatable price. Plumbing problems can be so stressful, but both times Kris handled the jobs so quickly and affordably, it was such a relief. This guy is legit. You won't go wrong by giving him a call.

Wow, such fast, great and amazing service! Our garbage disposal had malfunctioned and we needed help sooner than later. We called on a Saturday and made an appointment for Tuesday.
When Kristopher arrived, he took COVID-19 safety measures by wearing a mask, maintaining his distance and covering his shoes. He arrived at the beginning of the service window time promised. He asked us a few follow-up questions and went straight to work.

He was patient, courteous, and efficient. Kristopher came out and not only fixed the disposal but also advised us on how to eliminate the funny smell eminating from the sinks. Best of all, his rate was reasonable!! He offered to come back and do an assessment for us.

When he came back, he examined our system (inside and outside pipes including the crawl space). While here, he fixed a leaking outside faucet. He followed up by sending us a list of recommendations for maintenance.

After research and comparison of work and cost we selected Kristopher to install a whole house filter system for us.

He gave detailed recommendation of how the system should be installed and followed through.

The work was professional and extremely clean looking. Instead of simply proposing to install the system at a location I proposed, he was able to improve the installation by recommending items that made logical sense for me being able to service the system easier in the future; mounting angle of the UV part of the system, better valves , bypass cal led for fully controlling various new copper lines he ran to and from the system.

Overall great experience with Kristopher and KNC Plumbing.  I had a minor issue with a detached vent for my water heater.  I reached out to a few plumbers via Yelp and KNC was very responsive and available to come out the next day.  I was provided some guidelines on what the expected cost might be, which I appreciated as most others who responded did not provide that immediately upfront.  Kristopher came out as scheduled, confirmed it would be a relatively easy fix, and was very personable, kindly answering my questions and taking the time to explain things to my satisfaction.  I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again in the future.

KNC had been out to my house to install a toilet a couple of years ago. This time, my kitchen drain was backed up. KNC had the most reasonable price quote. Other local plumbers wanted upwards of twice or even three times what KNC quoted me. Kristopher arrived early and was in and out in less than half an hour. I'll definitely hit him up if I need a plumber in the future.

Why is it that when you least expect something to stop working, its on the weekend!!!! In trying to do the right thing and maintain water heater by yearly flush, ended up unable to relight burner. What now? The thought of having to force myself to start the process of plumber calling is always terrifying, for me. After 45 minutes of misery and so so reviews, in frustration of googling city, plumber over and over again KNC Plumbing popped up, the 5 star reviews catching my eye and after reading thru comments, I was sold! But by now it was Sunday, and I took the first appt I could get, on Tues- because no charge to come out!  Tues comes and I get a text notifing me plumber will be on time and he was! Didn't help my anxiety, as its diagnosing the problem that eats away at you- BUT - plumber on time, whose name is Kristopher with great attitude and mask, apologized for not being able to come on Monday, asked what is the issue and quickly sloved our problem in 1 minute! Obviously relighting a pilot light is not rocket science (unless you have an olde tank that's fussy) but the fact that he did not didley around, look here look there, make discouraging comments , make us sweat it out by pretending it could be a number of problems or  pressure selling me on needing new tank etc etc etc.... speaks to me!!!!.  He simply calmly explained what went wrong , fixed it, told us how and guess what-all at NO CHARGE!!!!  We found Kristopher overwhelming expedient who doesn't waste time in solving problems and certainly didn't try to take advantage of a stressful siuation.
