Greatly appreciate they're service.

During the recent rain we notice our fire sprinkler in our garage was slowly leaking. We called a few places and realized we needed someone that was knowledgeable in both fire sprinkler and plumbing field. We also had to have someone that was certified and license.

Victor and his team was able to come out and repair our leak. He was able to teach me a few things about the fire sprinkler pipes and how things work. Victor and his assistant showed up promptly, on short notice that i needed his help. He removed toilet stool, cleaned out a lot of roots and got it draining well. Victor and his team were very responsive and came to our house to give us a free evaluation of a slab leak. We ended up selecting his company to fix the leak. They fixed the leak and cleaned up well. We couldn't wait for the patching job, so Victor cut the original estimate and I patched up 5 holes and we saved $ . Will definitely call him again in the future for plumbing problems. Would definitely recommend! Clogged kitchen sink with broken garbage disposal. They were very prompt in giving me a quote and were able to come to my house within 2 hours. He and his team member were very professional and respectful. Wore masks the whole time and even took off their shoes before coming into my house. Most workers never offer to do this. I found Victor to be very honest, soft spoken and hard working. I had 2 kids in the kitchen doing online schooling and Victor and his worker worked very quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to my household. I would definitely use them again!

I have a rental in Santa Ana, CA. My tenant called me early Saturday morning New Year's Eve and kitchen sink backed up and over flowing. My regular plumber OC Plumbing answering service didn't even call me back.

I had to act quickly and found this amazing man and Company. I called De La Torre All Purpose Plumbing and Victor answered right away!!! I detailed my Delima, and Victor stated they could arrive in a little bit.

Not more than 2 hrs. went by, and my tenant was texting me how De La Torre All Purpose Plumbing saved her Holiday Party with her Elderly parents and children. They came in and were friendly and professional and quick about the task as she was cooking for 16 people for the holiday.

Glad that I found Victor. I had Fire Sprinkler water leakage and upon calling many places I found out that not any regular plumber can fix this as this is Fire line and any drop in water pressure will lead fire department to show up. Victor and team were a great find on Yelp! Victor answered his calls quickly and answered all my questions. Prices were fair and the work was absolutely worth it. I had called around a bit and this was the best find.

I wanted to get our 2 toilets replaced and the angle stops replaced as well. Martin from the team showed up on time, was able to get the toilets and angle stops replaced and left the area clean and like they were never there. Their time estimate was accurate as I was working while they completed the installations earlier than estimated.

They were also kind enough to haul away the old toilets and boxes (so convenient! I hate dealing with the boxes afterwards)

I had a faulty toilet that had a clog. It backed up and leaked downstairs into the kitchen. I messaged several plumbers around 8PM on Yelp and De La Torre responded that they could come by that evening. I told them tomorrow morning was fine. Victor asked for my address and said he would be there at 9AM. Around 8:50AM, Victor texted me and said he was running late and would be at my house at 9:30AM. He arrived at 9:30AM and diagnosed the problem. I decided to fix the clog and replace my toilet. I wanted a particular brand to match my other toilets. Victor found the exact model I wanted and went to Home Depot to get it. He removed my old toilet, cleared the clog, and installed my new toilet. His prices are great especially given the amount of service he provided. I strongly recommend Victor and De La Torre Plumbing.

We're doing a full kitchen remodel and found a lot of surprise fixes. This included having to move our gas line below ground for an island.

Victor answered back very quickly with a reasonable quote and came out the next day! We decided to go with him because he was very transparent, courteous, and quick to answer any questions we had. Him and his guys were able to install an underground gas line, new fridge water filter, new sink drain, and remove and old gas line in just several hours. I can't say enough about this company!!! I called them at 7:15pm for a shower that wasn't draining and they immediately answered. I asked if there was anyway they could come tonight and someone was at my house in about 20 minutes. My shower was working again by 8:00. They were reasonably priced (a little more than the others that couldn't come until the next day) considering how quickly my problem was solved. The guy who came to fix the clog told me they are a small start up business with just two brothers so I'm glad my money is going to a small local business. I will definitely be using them again.

My parent's garbage disposal backed up this morning and I called De La Torre Plumbing. They were able to come this afternoon and Martin and Adrian were prompt, professional, and informed me on every step that they were taking during process. Fortunately, the only thing wrong was that the pipe was clogged. They vacuumed the standing water and quickly addressed the issue. I put out a general request for quote for an emergency drain clog situation. It was Sunday, but Victor and his crew showed up within 30 minutes. I was already impressed! I explained the steps I had taken to try to fix it. He listened and took that into consideration. It was a bad clog and they couldn't get at it with the tools they had onboard. The next evening, Victor couldn't make it back, so his brother came out with the water jet and had it cleared in no time. I thought the price was perfectly reasonable for an emergency job like this. My heroes!! Can I tell you how nice it is to call and speak to an actual plumber?! THANK YOU Victor for answering your phone, versus getting a call center or dispatcher; that was my first two calls.
In less than an hour Adrian was at our house looking into the problem. And within an hour it was fixed. It was the simplest transaction, which after that stress was greatly appreciated. As well as having working toilets again lol. Won't need to look for another plumber again, we've got one now saved in our phones.

TIP: they are truly a 24/7 plumbing service. Don't bother with the others just call them. They will actually take care of you.

We were referred to Victor by a neighbor who used him when we were in dire straits with a major leak on a Sunday morning of a 3 day weekend.

It was dinner time and my kitchen sink was completely clogged. Requested a quote and quickly got a response. Price was good and went ahead and set an appointment. Thought it might be in the next couple days but they said they could come out that night.

The snaked both pipes and within an hour the sink was draining better than it has in ten years. They even cleaned up my dirty sink.

We had an issue with our dishwasher and garbage disposal not working. The water was not draining from the dishwasher and the garbage disposal stopped working. Had a different plumbing company with 5 stars on yelp come out first. Quoted $550 for a new garbage disposal and installation. The garbage disposal was installed last year and service person remarked it looked knew. Said a new replacement was the fix. Didn't seem right to have to replace everything with new. Contacted De La Torre via text. Received a response within minutes. Made an appointment via text. Arrived on time and communicated with updates to arrival time. Plumber looked at the issue. Saw it was relatively new garbage disposal. Asked 3 to 4 questions and said it's a easy fix. Reset the garbage disposal due to it locking itself. Ran the disposal for a bit. Instructed me on what to check if the issue happens again. Said it was no Charge. Everything works and dishwasher has been working all day. Highly recommend!

The owner is extremely professional, holds conversation well and answers any and all questions with an educated response and helps you understand where a leak is coming from and why. The company was very tidy from laying down plastic to protect furniture and flooring as well as vacuuming debris. For a weekend emergency this company was fast and efficient as well as helpful and willing to get the job done on a Saturday night so no further damage would happen to me ceiling. I manage residential apartment complexes for a living, so I feel confident with replacing bath faucets. However, my weekend project went awry and I could not loosen the really old water shut off valve on my own (it had calcified from the hard water and rusted over the years). If you're looking for any plumbing work stop your search and call these guys asap first! My parents place had a pipe leak and after using yelp to message over 10 different businesses with an estimate, De La Torre gave me the cheapest quote by far and also immediate scheduling flexibility. They arrived and replaced the item that was leaking and did a great job, took their time and were very detailed. Adrian was friendly and made my parents feel at ease and got the job done in care and caution. This happened last night I was rushing to make food so I didn't throw the potato skins into the trash. Bad move. The disposal went exhausted and the water wouldn't go down. And I have plenty of dishes need to clean!

I called several plumbers today but Victor respond right away and he said price is negotiable depends on how big the issue is. Also, he is willing to make time for me today without emergency charge.

Anyway, he arrive on time and communicate with me upon his arrival. The issue got fixed in about 15mins and the charge is reasonable. I am very please with the service and now I'm happily cleaning the dishes. :)))

After trying to unclog my drain for a few hours I felt defeated, it was Saturday at 7pm and wanted to take care of it ASAP to not ruin another day on the weekend so I requested a quote for an emergency situation through Yelp. Needed to change out our leaky kitchen sink so I left a message for a family run business that's been around for 40 years on Sunday at 12PM. I'm still waiting on a return call from them.

Spoke with another business that's been around for 30+ years and got the 2 call system of Customer Service and then Scheduler. Took Scheduler almost 2 hours to get back to me and they still couldn't do it until Monday afternoon.

Thankfully I saw De La Torre's great reviews. Victor answered by the 2nd ring. Said he would be here after 5PM. He showed up an hour early. Changed out the faucet, and cleaned up the work area.

I had a gas leak which I had the gas company check. The gas company shut and locked my gas main. That's when I started calling around for estimates. De La Torre All Purpose Plumbing came out having most reasonable price with no BS explanation of their charges. And they can do it 3 hours after our first contact. They arrived on time. Others were just plain evasive in giving me approximate pricing for different scenarios. Victor the owner was a pleasant guy to deal with. Their truck is clean and well equipped. Victor @ De La Torre All Purpose Plumbing responded immediately to my call on a Sunday. We scheduled for the next Monday and he was really accommodating with a last minute time change later in the day. He was timely and efficient. He explained what needed to be done and the cost upfront. He left for a bit to buy a part and fixed both a sink and toilet issue quite quickly. they will give you a quote upfront on what it will cost I am finding that most of these large brand-name companies don't know anything about pricing until they happen to show up at your home and then charge you 2 to 3 times the going rate these guys are highly recommended came out same day and was the lowest quote I found

All purpose plumbing, yes this company stands by their name. These guys get the job done and correctly. They changed our refrigerator water line. They also changed the dryer gas valve and fittings. Our drainage was clogged at 8pm Saturday, and we had a guest. Victor and another guy came within an hour and unclogged the drain.

Their charge is reasonable especially it happened on the weekend evening time.

They are lifesavers.

Now, I have a go to company when I have a plumbing problem.

We had a main line clog that needed to be addressed on a Sunday morning. Victor responded quickly, gathered some more information and provided a quote within 20 minutes. He showed up when he said he could, got straight to work and after clearing the clog said he would take less than the original quote as we paid in cash. Over and done in less than I expected and he provided suggestions as to next steps with no pressure. Needless to say, De La Torre is now top of the list for our plumbing issues!

Called last minute after hours regarding a clogged kitchen sink. Adrian come out that night. We have had issues with this sink for years and Adrian recommended a flush out to clean out the build up. After the clean out, my sink has never drained so quickly. Thank you Adrian.

Thank you to Victor for doing a last minute emergency house call at 9pm on a Sunday Night. My husband had been trying to unclog the toilet for few hours and was unsuccessful. We tried calling different 24/7 companies but they were booking us till tomorrow morning. He definitely saved us having to wait till tomorrow morning and came the SAME DAY within 30 minutes. With the torrential rains my tankless water heater got soaked and I guess you could say died. I called DeLaTorre plumbing because of their knowledge of these heaters. Problem diagnosed, problem fixed within 2 days. Surprisingly enough my water heater is on the outside of my home but that didn't stop them. They worked in the rain till the job was done. Good hardworking people, I would definitely recommend and use them again if I have to. Thanks guys your awesome!!

My husband stumbled upon a leak while under the house replacing our dryer vent. We texted Victor at De La Torre Plumbing Thursday evening and he responded right away with a resonable estimate. He was able to come out the next day (Friday) to take a closer look at the leak and confirm the price -which happened to be lower than what he first quoted us. Victor and his brother Adrian showed up Saturday afternoon to replace the leaky pipe. They even took at look at our air conditioner that had started leaking that morning and helped my husband upclog the drainage pipe for no extra charge. Victor was friendly, respectful (wore a mask the whole time) and very reasonable. We will definitely be calling De La Torre plumbing for any of our future plumbing needs.

Victor and his coworker that came to fix my kitchen sink issues arrived early and were able to quickly and efficiently fix my issue! They were the nicest repairmen I have ever worked with and will definitely use them in the future if I ever have any issues.

While looking for quotes via the yelp app quote finder, they were one of the first to respond and gave by far the most reasonable quotes compared to the other larger companies. Definitely help out the little guys and use this company for your Plumbing needs instead of getting gouged by the big companies that are sponsored at the top of every search page.

Our main line backed up, and after contacting multiple plumbers and hearing back from 7 of them, De La Torre gave the best price to snake our line from our only access point--the roof. They arrived a few minutes early and a 2 man crew got that heavy machine on the roof and went to work. Despite being in the hot summer sun and a tough job with an off-set section that steps up, making it tricky to pass the line at that spot, they did the job well and finished with a smile on their face and a positive attitude. We were very pleased with their service!

Update 7/23/20
We had a new problem and weren't able to shower or use the laundry. I called around 11am and Victor quoted such a good price that I didn't call elsewhere! He was willing to go the extra mile and graciously offered to come in the evening (5:30pm!) to help us get our plumbing back in order as well as reset/seal 2 toilets. He has a positive attitude, did a good job and showed a professional concern for leaving things clean. I appreciate his extra long day to help our family!! Thank you again!
