We needed a refrigerator and double oven installed. The oven required removing the back panel of the cabinet, along with recessing the electrical junction box.
I called Jesse and he was able to get two installers out the next morning. Michael and his assistant arrived promptly that next day. Since Michael has a background in construction, he was comfortable with the electrical and carpentry work that needed to be done.
The quality of the work was flawless. They ended up installing two refrigerators, a microwave, and the double oven. I highly recommend using this company. Since Michael's assistant had to leave early, due to a family emergency, Michael had his father come out to help finish things up. They were incredibly polite and I would gladly work with them again.
This service is great! I had to do some modifcations to the area my old oven. that came with the house that i bought. These guys know what theyre doing. All i got to say is that i came, i saw, and i concured! Without having to lift a finger. They send out excellent workers for sure, plus they know what theyre doing. If i remember correctly this gentlemen name is John. Excellent worker! Quick, swift, knew what he was doing and he made what i didnt want to do or didnt know what to do look easy. Great work john!
I am going to try very hard to be fair, but this is not a good review. The 2 man team Jesse sent to install my high end Thermadore Stove and Recirculating Downdraft System arrived more or less on time and upon entering the house the tech spotted a new light fixture, and offered to install it for me. I said that I was eager to get the stove installed so I would pass on the light fixture. The tech opened all the boxes and immediately spotted that the blower unit was damaged, it had to be returned ,so he set about installing just the stove. The stove top was already sitting in place, but it needed to be removed to install properly. For the next hour and thirty minutes, I watched the B team try to slide the stove back into place. I told them how the stone installer had put it in place, but he just would not listen. Now it is tight fit, in a new quartz counter top, but instead of listening to my husband or me telling him that he had to drop the stove straight down into counter, he just stubbornly kept trying get it in by tilting it. He finally used a couple of strips of sheet metal to force the stove top into place. This did not work, but did scratch my new stovetop in two places. When I mentioned the scratches he just shrugged. By this time I was actually happy that the blower had to be returned because he was obviously not up to the job of this installation, and I just wanted him gone, As a matter of fact when he first saw the stove he questioned why I had even purchased a Thermadore.
We are obviously remodeling, and during the time he was here he offered to install several items. He even gave me an unsolicited estimate to install a vent system of my new washer/dryer for me to be as done as a side job. I was amazed that he was dumb enough to to put it in writing with his name and phone number. I am in business and I have employees, if one of my employees solicited a side job from my customer on my time I would probably fire him.
I said I would try to be fair, so I must admit that I did not call Jesse to tell him what happened, and give him a chance to correct the situation, because even though the tech had been rude,dismissive and unethical in trying to take work from his boss, my husband and I did not want to be the cause of the man losing his job. So Jesse did not get a chance to anything about this mess. However, Jesse was told what was being installed and this guy was his choice for the job. We went with another company who did a lovely job primarily because they were familiar with the appliance. On the good side, Pro Appliance Installers were on time, and clean.
I reached out to Pro Appliance to install three appliances: hood range, cooktop, and microwave/oven combo. The cost of installation along with granite and cabinet cuts is in the neighborhood as the other two I called. However, I do want to commend the installer, Andy, who throughout acted professionally and cordially. He explained and itemized all of the necessary work to be done. He was mindful to keep the rest of the house clean and careful not to damage any items in the house. I am happy with the finished work - they looked professionally done as expected. I will use them again should the occasion arise.
We had two dated appliances replaced: a wall oven/microwave combination and a cooktop.
Service was prompt and professional. The installers, Robert and Nate for the oven, and Frank for the cooktop, were friendly and polite, and did a great job on the installations. The cutout for the wall oven needed some modifications, which the installers did very expertly. The finished installations both look great!
We were constantly kept apprised of everything they were doing during the installations, and when they were done they cleaned up their entire work area and hauled away all of the boxes and waste material.
We are very pleased with the job Pro Appliance Installers did on both projects, and we would not hesitate to use them again for any future appliance installations.
Tip for installers: give the company name when entering a gated community- not your own.

This company is not good to work with. Extremely over priced (do your research).They made my customers wait until 7 pm to install there appliances when they were supposed to be there at 4:30. When they finally showed up for the job they were not wearing any ppe equipment masks etc. especially since my customers have small children in the homes. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional in this regard. Will not use again!

We purchased appliances through pacific sales 7 months ago and the install was never done properly or completely. After 11 installers, from Pacific Sales attempted to do the work and couldn't and 7 months had passed we were beyond frustrated. We decided to go off on our own and find a competent installer. We called Pro Appliance Installers and we could not be happier. I wish they had been the installers Pacific Sales had sent out. They literally came out the next day, on time and were knowledgeable and courteous. Ryan and Robert were great and literally almost made me cry because we have waited 7 months to get the result we should of had all along. They rock!

We ended up having to report this guy to the Contractors State License Board. Run Away!! He didn't even vent the range hood to the outside, didn't install several pieces, said he would refund us but kept the money anyway.
I called Pro Appliance Installers this morning to fix a hooded vent. I have a microwave vent that was pushing air back into the kitchen rather than directing it to the exhaust which goes outside. Jesse took my call and was able to schedule someone for this afternoon, as it is a small job. (I cannot do it myself as I cannot take down the microwave myself.) The guy arrived on time, took down the microwave, flipped the motor so that the air would be directed to the correct direction, and put everything back into place. He even cleaned up after himself. The guy and woman who came were nice, worked quickly, and didn't damage my home or appliances. This is a small job and I paid slightly more than I would have liked, but there was no hassle or headache so I am happy and would recommend this company to others.

Highest recommendation possible. I had purchased a over-the-range microwave yesterday, and did not take the home install (Lowe's Sales Associate's advice). Saturday evening (7:00 PM), I realized the job was bigger than just one person...or so I thought. David responded about 5-10 minutes after the service request, and had the microwave switched out / installed in the time it took me to get cash out (15 minutes). So, while I feel very old at this point, these folks deserve the highest recommendation. Note: I got cash out for them, given the convenience - they also accept other forms of payment (Visa, etc.). Friendly, fast and quality work. Thanks.

I spoke with Jesse on Saturday for a quote on 2 refrigerators and 2 dryers to be moved and reinstalled. Jesse gave me a fair quote and said they could be there at 8:00 am Sunday- the very next morning! Robert and Josh showed up as promised and did an amazing job. They were super courteous, careful and meticulous. I have to say these guys deserve a 5 star plus rating. It was a lot of work and they had such a great attitude the entire time. Thank you to Jesse for hiring such a great crew and your prompt service. Highly recommend this company and definitely will use them again.

The installers came on the scheduled day with a 1/2 hour heads up phone call to let me know they're on their way. The installation was done in a timely manner. They were clean and courteous. He checked my new double oven to insure it was working properly and left the area clean.
They were recommended by Samsung when I need help to move my fridge to our new house. I started with Jesse to schedule an appointment, and he told me up front how much does it cost to do the job.
The technician gave me a courtesty call and informed us they're running a little late. They came and acted very professionally, they even asked if I have a pex-pipe for my fridge and if I don't have it they'll be more than happy to provide one for me.
Going in to the house is one thing, putting it into the space where the fridge needs to be is another story. The fridge and the space is exactly the same, we thought we're going to have a problem. The technician said they will use a rubber mallet on the cabinet, but nothing to be worried about because it won't damage the cabinet. I also worried about the side fans on the fridge because there's no space at all for the fan to blow the hot air our, and he said he'll be sure to leave sufficient space on the back of the fridge.
Overall, we are completely happy with their service and will definitely recommend them.

I had my new Kitchen Aid 48 cooktop delivered by Sears on a Saturday at 7:00 pm, only to find out they don't do installation because it is more than standard installation. I called Pro Appliance first thing Sunday morning and left a message with Pro Appliance, not fully expecting to here back from them until Monday.
To my surprise, Harry called me within 1 hour and said he would fit it into his already full schedule. Harry was at my home by 5:00 and spent 2 hours installing. One bit of advice....don't rush Harry - he is a perfectionist!! Harry had to make many modifications to my cabinet in order to fit the cooktop properly. He put the cooktop in and pulled it out again because he wanted to make a minor modification to the cabinet because it did not fit as well as he wanted it to. He made his modification to the cabinet and then put the cooktop back in. He once again found a very minor adjustment he wanted to make so he took the cooktop out again. This cooktop probably weights 200 pounds - it isn't easy taking it in and out, but Harry insisted on making it the best he could. He did not finish his work until it was absolutely PERFECT.
I would recommend Pro Appliance to my most important client - I have total faith and confidence that anyone I referred them to would be 100% satisfied and 100% surprised at what good service they get, and a VERY fair price.
Pro Appliance installers came to my house last night and without a problem put in my new microwave. John the installer did an awesome job and cleaned up after himself very well. John was very polite called me ma'am every time it was a great experience I had with pro appliance I would recommend them highly.

Another extremely happy customer here! We moved to this new house few months ago. Unfortunately above the kitchen stove, there's a somewhat narrow soffit. We knocked down the old cabinets which opened a lot of nice space. However when the original venting hole got exposed we noticed that it was totally off center in relation to the stove below. Obviously, we couldn't use that to install a range hood. There was also an electrical plug sitting right in the center..so there was a number of issues that needed to be solved:
1) The old venting hole had to be covered.
2) The electrical outlet needed to be moved and put up in the attic.
3) A new venting hole had to be cut in the center above the stove/counter top.
4) The soffit hangs down about 12 inches so it made it impossible to put in the range hood...so on top of everything else, the soffit had to be cut in a certain way so the range hood could be installed from the ceiling or else it would've hung down way too low .....Not to mention the soffit wasn't exactly in the desired position above the stove, so the hood had to be pulled out of the soffit a bit in order to cover the actual burners!
I talked to whole bunch of companies. Almost every time the person whom I talked to didn't know much about the process. So they had to talk to their installers and then get back to me. It was a huge waste of time. Either they only did basic install , or they only knew how to do part of the job...some guy here on YELP even asked for a %50 deposit and sent me a contract with missing job descriptions....These people made it sound so impossible that we were about to just give up on the whole idea until I got in touch with Jesse (Otherwise known as Pro Appliance Installers) who totally solved my problem:
1) He's extremely quick in responding.
2) He follows up with you...
3) He's not the middle man or a dispatch or ....He knows how everything works so that helps a lot! So it's not like you have to wait for him to get back to you next week or anything like that.
4) He has a friendly and knowledgeable crew who actually know what they're doing.
In short, Frank showed up yesterday morning ...looked at the project and did the custom install with A LOT of confidence! Then the second crew showed up right after and did the patching and everything else. We decided that we were going to paint the whole soffit ourselves (a different color) but aside from that they finished the job all in one day. No time was wasted!
Thanks to Jesse and his amazing crew we finally have this island range hood installed! I just can't believe that I no longer have to think about this anymore!!! I'm just beyond happy...Thanks again!
We hired Pro Appliance to install several appliances including a panel ready dishwasher, microwave, built in fridge, range and hood. It was a disaster. Not one thing came out right. They said they couldn't get the dishwasher flush, the fridge was crooked and the water line not connected so it wouldn't make ice. They said they couldn't install the microwave because of a piece of cabinet trim, which I later noticed is removable with just two screws. I guess I'm the pro. The hood was the worst of all, but we didn't realize any of these things until after we paid them. The hood was just hung in the wall and not even vented to the outside, even though there was a pipe to tie into in the attic. We later found all kinds of missing parts and pieces in the garage that were not installed, like the baffle, the screens and the rail that holds the screens up. When we complained to the owner, he just said well your vent was open box! What is that supposed to mean when you leave all the parts lying around? He sent another guy out to fix the dishwasher so it could be flush, so that was good, but he refused to make the hood right. He said he would just refund us the money which he never did...just stalled and stalled. With his insistence we had to hire his guy on the side to fix the water line not being turned on behind the fridge and to rehang the hood and install the ducting to the outside, paying more money. When we again asked for our refund he just said sue me. What a racket!

I called Pro Appliance Installers on a Saturday and they came to my house that day and stayed until 1130pm to get a 42 inch built-in refrigerator installed. The team was very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

When they say they're Professional appliance installers, they mean it! The installation process was smooth, quick and my dishwasher and over the range microwave was up and running within minutes.
It's funny, initially I contacted a different installer who told me I bought the wrong microwave and I need to spend additional money to have a vent installed. However pro appliance came and switched the vent direction on the microwave for the appropriate setting and had it installed. What I learned from my experience, stick with the professionals...they know what they're doing.

I received a very fast response to my request for installation of a microwave that I was told I needed to exchange and get a smaller one by another company. However, Pro Appliances confirmed the job could be done, came out the next day, installation was seemless and fast. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing appliances installed. The BEST company EVER!!! I am beyond impressed. Two of the most professional gentlemen showed up and worked through all of the issues that came up with my install and there were many! Jesse promised that at 8 am the technician will arrive and he was there promptly at 8. He installed our dishwasher and did a great job. I highly recommend.
Spoke with Jesse to try to coordinate a simple fix to secure a loose dishwasher. He quoted $150 because they determined a condo was somehow a commercial property. His guy shows up with no notice at the rental property with an occupying tenant. Security of course denied access. Horrible customer service. No scheduling, to text, no phone call.
Gave him the benefit of the doubt to reschedule and he was short, rude, and did not apologize or own up to mistake in scheduling. I strongly recommend to call a different vendor unless you want a horrible experience.
These guys are fast to schedule, really fair price, and do an extremely high quality installation. I had a 48 wide Thermador oven installed (over $10k unit) and they did an outstanding job protecting everything, didn't rush or take any shortcuts. Quality work, and really nice, honest guys.

I bought two Kitchen Aid ovens online to replace my old ovens. I contacted a number of installers that serviced Orange County to get quotes to remove and dispose of my old GE ovens, enlarge my existing cutouts, and install the new replacement ovens. Most of the installation inquires I responded to online wanted lots of information from me to describe what needed to be done so they could control the conversation when they called me back. When I called after not getting a response all I got was voice mail asking for the same information. Jesse at Pro Appliance Installers was the exception and the only installer that answered immediately. Jesse actually answered the phone, and when I sent him an email or text he responded within minutes. Unlike other installation companies Jesse actually listened to what I had to say and responded appropriately.
Calling all of the other installers was like calling a bank or credit card company. You get a computer voice menu asking for your account or credit card number with your contact information; then you get put on hold, or they eventually call back. When you finally get a live body on the line the first thing they ask is for your account number and I always wonder why I took the time to give that information on my phone if the person calling me back did was not able to access it. The second question I usually get is why are you calling when I already took the time to explain why in great detail during my initial contact.
My experience with Jesse is he is responsive, willing to work with you and ready to do the installation for a fair price the following day. The bottom line is unlike so many other service companies Jesse (the boss or owner) actually does what he says he will do. I find this refreshing in this day and age.
Jesse set up the installation for between 9-11am. Two installers Thach & Peter arrived before 11am and completed the installation and clean up a few minutes after 12pm noon. Both Thach & Peter were very conscience, very mindful of our property, very efficient, very pleasant to deal with, very professional and I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with their work. The two ovens they installed weighed 268 pounds between them, and they had the right equipment, the right pads to protect our tile floor, and between both of them they handled lifting the ovens with ease. The cutouts were precise, no dust was noticed because they used a shop vacuum, and the installation exceeded my expectations. I am fussy about good and tidy work and this installation was as close to perfection as I could have hoped for. I highly recommend Pro Appliance Installers for excellent results in installing any appliance at a fair price and Jesse, Thach, & Peter were all great to deal with.
Quick to receive a quote thru Yelp. We thought installer would cancel since it was raining hard the day of our appointment. But he arrived right at our appointment time. We had our built-in oven placed and was done in 20 minutes. Paid exactly what was quoted on Yelp.

Very happy with my service from Pro Appliance Installers. They installed a dishwasher for us and worked out all of the kinks that come from installing a new appliance where an older one was. They took their time and were professional. Robert walked me through everything and made sure I was okay each step of the way. His attention to detail was the best I've seen. I would use them again for one offs like this one or to install appliances after a remodel.

Jesse's guys came in to do exactly what we needed. Brand new construction had a weird setup for the dryer vent. As we thought, they just fixed the mess the Best Buy installers made and did a nice setup with the dryer very close to the wall like we wanted.
On time, reasonable price, professional. Why are you still reading, call them!
Harry and Vince installed my washer, dryer, and fridge. They did a great job and we're very friendly. I will use them in the future.

Michael & Isaac were great! They came (with masks) to uninstall our old wall oven and install our new oven. They provided an extra part we needed, and gave us excellent solutions for some minor adjustments we would need to do. Very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend. Thank you!
Professional right from the get go. Texted around 7am Saturday morning and Jesse responded within minutes. Needed my gas stove hooked up as soon as possible. Received same day service from the crew Jesse sent, Nick and his partner James. They were knowledgeable, professional, fast and did a beautiful job with the installation. Also pointed out how the stove worked (i.e. taking in and out the special racks, general maintenance on the unit, cleaning, etc.) Every question I had they had a knowledgeable response for. Costco appliances delivered by Innovel arrived today. The Fridge and oven was installed by Innovel delivery guys who promised that Dishwasher installer would be here between 10 and 11 to install the dishwasher so they left the boxes in the center of the kitchen. After several calls to Innovel with the first being hung up on we were informed after 20 minutes of Innovel checking that Dishwasher installers do not work on Mondays. Put a call into Costco Concierge and after 1 hour and 10 minutes on hold hit #1 as directed for the umpteenth time; for a call back. As soon as number 1 hit call disconnected.
Gave up and Home Adviser suggested and Yelp confirmed to call Pro Appliance Installers. Completed the online questionnaire and received an immediate text about installation price. Asked if possible for today installation and was informed within 20 minutes that Frank would be there between 5 and 7 PM to fit us in. Frank arrived as promised installed the microwave and dishwasher in a flash, cleaned up beautifully and we HIGHLY recommend you call them if needed.

Very pleased with the service. Had Jesse install our washer and dryer. He was on time, friendly, smart and quick. It had turned out we broke our washer in the move (we kind of dropped it). So after he tested our washer and noticed it was leaking, He quickly helped us move the washer out and clean up the leak. He then gave us great advice about our options to repair or replace the washer. Would hire again.

Reliable installer. Came to install our new microwave even on the morning of July 4th. Crew came and was very professional. Covered our floors and counters to avoid damage, and cleaned up when they were done. Our microwave was professionally installed and we're happy.

We had the them install a GE built-in fridge. They spent almost 3 hrs on it, which longer than expected, but understandable since the fridge is 700 lb, and really hard to move and maneuver. Staff are courteous and know what they are doing.
Overall we are satisfied with the installation.

Awesome, fast, showed up on time and helped out with other questions we had. Very personable! Stood behind his quote even though he had to drill into our granite which took longer than we originally thought. Does quality work and does it quickly. Doesn't give an annoying four-hour window that kills your day - he said he would be there at 11 and he was. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!
Pro Appliance Installers provide exceptional service at an excellent price. I called about installing my dishwasher on a Wednesday evening, and Jesse was knowledgeable about my unit and was ready to install the next morning. He showed up on time and was super conscientious of our kitchen cabinets & countertop. He even brought his mat to protect the tile floor. The dishwasher was installed quickly, and Jesse took care of any parts that we didn't have. This is a great local business that I am proud to support & will continue to do so.
Terrible install. I hired them to install a double oven. When they finished my tenant send me a picture of the completed work. There is a large gap at the top. I called the manager and he said that's definitely not acceptable and would call me back. Instead he had the installer call me back and the installer told me he would charge me $85 to fix it! What!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He should have called me during installation to let me know
any issues that arose. He blamed the tenant even though the tenant isn't the owner, didn't pay for it, nor was the installer authorized to take orders from the tenant. The mgr. called me back and said they'll come back and uninstall the unit and I can have the cabinet repaired, then call them back to reinstall. That's nuts!!!

We bought a new frig (French doors, bottom freezer, water and ice in the door. . . you know, all the cool features) during the Sears liquidation sale but found that Sears wouldn't install it. Since the frig was too big to fit thorough the doors in the house, the frig doors had to come off to get it in the house, then be reassembled, the unit installed and the water source hooked up. I called Pro Appliance Installers, talked to Jesse, who assured me that they could disassemble, move, reassemble and install my refrigerator and they could install it the next day--What?! Awesome! The install was scheduled between 11-2 (reasonably a 3 hour window of time, which is standard in the industry).
Robert and Ryan, the installers, called ahead to let me know where they were and when we could expect their arrival. They even called when they were within a 5 minute arrival to give us time to confine the pets. They arrived as promised, took great care to disassemble the doors, moved the frig into the house to it's final location, hooked up the water and reassembled everything, all within an hour! You could tell these installers had done this a bazillion times. . . they were extremely efficient and knowledgeable. This company is now on my the top of my vendor list. I highly recommend them if you're looking for an appliance installer. I am impressed. Thank you Pro Appliance.
These guys are professional and they know what they're doing. Appointment setting was easy. They arrived on time. They knew how to move my 800 pound built-in, install and set it up for me. They wore their masks at all times. Very happy customer.

Just finished having Pro Appliance Installers haul away an old washer and dryer and install a newer set we had in storage. They did great work especially with our laundry room being on the second floor with a long winding flight of stairs. The old machines were very heavy and they got them hauled out without an issue. They setup floor covers and mats along the staircases and walkways. Installed steel hoses for us, too. Really pleased with their high quality work.
I called and left a message regarding installing a wall oven, replacing an old one. Jesse called back quickly, we discussed the job and then we communicated dates through texts.
The men who did the job were great! They did a professional job. The microwave had to be removed to wire the oven and they took the time to make the microwave was more secure when it was placed back in the cabinet. Thanks to the installers the new oven (different brand) fit perfectly. Very fair price! I would use them again!

Can't say enough good things about this company. I ordered a very expensive gas stove from an online vendor which came with white glove service. They were supposed to deliver, unpack, and install the stove but the guy ended up breaking the gas regulator on my stove because he had no idea what he was doing. I called the vendor, the manufacturer, and other appliance repair shops and no one could help me. I had a non-Working stove in my kitchen for 2 weeks! Finally I called Pro Appliance Installers and explained the problem. They sent someone out within a few hours and fixed the problem right away! They clearly knew what they were doing and did it fast. I hope not to have any appliances break on me ever but if they do, I will be calling these guys again.
These guys pulled through when I needed someone to install a range hood. Quality install and they took the time to do it right.

Jesse coordinated the service call to install a replacement wall oven and the installers, lead by Sean, were friendly, polite and professional -- they did a terrific job on the installation! The cutout for the wall oven needed some modifications, which the installers did very expertly.
I was constantly kept apprised of everything they were doing during the installations. When they were done they cleaned up and hauled away all of the boxes and waste material to our trash area.
This was a challenging job which included moving a gas line and fitting a new oven with slightly different specifications into an existing wooden wall unit in the kitchen. They were up to the challenge and I'm thrilled with the results. Pro Appliance Installers did the project for a reasonable price and we would not hesitate to use them again for any project.

Called them out to do a dishwasher install. They were able to do it same day. Tech arrived during the time I was given and got the job done fast. Very professional company from start to finish. The job they did was above my expectations and I was very satisfied with the quality of work. I am also looking at this company for another project to put an island in my kitchen. We are in the process and will leave another review if they get the job. I would recommend their services to anyone I know going forward.
Good guy. I needed same day service and he came out, installed my washer and dryer and even screwed the doors back on + removed some extra wood for me in his truck. Highly recommend him and will be calling him back for other stuff in the future !

Pro Appliance Installers are fantastic! Had a Bosch chimney hood I needed installed during my kitchen remodel. They were quick to respond, very reasonably priced, and the installers were courteous, thorough, and did an excellent job! I would engage them again!
I cannot tell you how impressed I am with their service. They are prompt and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and done right. I have used them multiple times and will be using them again in the future.
Had Jesse come and do what we thought was simple dishwasher install. Before we new it things didn't go as planned but with his experience he new what had to be done. And thankfully he was fully stocked with extra parts on his service truck .he took a lil longer than expected but the results are flawless. Thanks man we appreciate it. David did an excellent job installing my brand new built in oven/microwave and cooktop. I originally called for just the oven install but I asked him about putting in the cooktop. he quoted a very fair price and offered to do right then. He cut the granite counter to fit the new one in and installed it cleanly it all looks great..David is a very quick and courteous worker I would recommend him and pro Appliance Installers..
Jessie was easy to communicate with and the service provided was professional and quick. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. Jessie was even avaliable on a Sunday night when I had questions. Overall, great experience.
We ordered a new d/w from Costco. D/w arrived but installers never showed up. Long story short, after two days trying to get some answers from Costco we decided to hire our own installer. Pro Appliance came up on a quick internet search. Jesse answered the phone immediately and even offered to send installers the same day. Mike and Isaac arrived on time and texted to say they were en route. They were professional, arrived in uniform, and were quick to the job. I recently purchased a new Bosch gas cooktop and had planned on installing it myself. However I had sprained my lower back. And I knew there was no way I would be able to do this work myself. So I searched here on Yelp to try to find someone to do the installation for me. Pro Appliance Installers had great reviews so I requested a quote here on yelp. Jesse quoted me a great price. So I called Jesse and discussed with him what I needed done. Jesse and I were able to agree on a date and time when his crew would come out and do the work. Jesse told me that his installer would call me to verify the time that he would be coming out to my home. The installer Vince called me and we set up a time of 7 AM the following day. Well Vince and his helper Ernie showed up on time and got right to work. I had asked Vince when he came in my home if he had did this work before. He responded that yes he had installed many gas cooktops over the years. I stood by and watched them do their work and I have to say that I was very pleased. Vince and his helper Ernie were professional and did a great job. They cleaned up the area when they were done and hauled away my old cook top. I am very happy that I called Pro Appliance Installers and that Jesse sent out Vince and Ernie. I would recommend them to family and friends in the future

Time after time, Pro Appliance Installers have gone above and beyond for get the job done. I've asked a lot of these guys, moving anything and everything over all kinds of terrain and through difficult environments.

The store from which I purchased an over-the-range microwave would not install it upon delivery because of the tile backsplash. I sent a Yelp inquiry to Pro Appliance that day about installation and received a quick response and offer to do the job the next day...on a Sunday.
The two installers were fast, polite and they cleaned up the kitchen area when done. Great job by Pro Appliance all around.

We just had Andy and Brandon from Pro Appliance Installers at our house and they installed a 500 lb built in fridge for us. They did an amazing job! These guys saved the day! It all started when we purchased a 60 inch thermador built-in from pacific sales in Brea (Sean HYUNH..awesome! The subject of another review) and the company that was supposed to install it; west coast appliance failed to show..3 days before Christmas!!! even though we called them back and told them we were home!! Should've known from their piss-poor reviews!!!!
I called Pro Appliance the same day at 6pm, they showed up at 9 !! Simply awesome service, Mauricio and his partner took their time to install our fridge, made sure everything was meticulously perfect, and cleaned up after themselves!!! Came on to Yelp to find someone to remove an old microwave and install a new one. Just got a new cooktop installed and they were awesome. Pro job and am planning on using them again to have my kitchen sink replaced.
After purchasing our home we were having issues getting our washer/dryer installed properly. It had become a frustrating process because Home Depot came a few times and left every time with some excuse as to what part/piece we were missing. We kept buying parts because we wanted to ensure we had everything but it was never quite enough. We were losing our sanity so my husband googled away and found Pro Appliance and I am so glad he did. They responded instantly, gave us a quote and were at our house within a day. They came and told us that they could easily do the job. We were in fact missing another part but they quickly went to Ace Hardware and got the part came back and installed it all within a few hours.
I would also like to mention that they were extremely clean, professional and wore their masks the entire time. They went above and beyond and for that I cannot recommend them enough.
We are super happy with the work they did. Jesse gave us a quote and was very responsive. Frank came and installed a double oven and new hood for us. He was awesome. Frank was detail oriented, very knowledgable, professional and very hard working. I would absolutly use these guys again and would highly recomend them. Five Stars all across the board!

I went on Yelp on 1/9/17 looking for electric double oven installers. After reading many reviews from five companies, I liked what I read here. I spoke with Jesse on Monday morning, he gave me a quote that I felt was very reasonable, and he said Josh would be over on Tuesday between 4-7. At 5:15 Josh and Robert arrived. They put down coverings on my kitchen floor, removed the dead oven, took the new one out of its wrapping, took off the doors to carry it in more easily, and within an hour the new oven was installed perfectly. It worked, they cleaned up, took my old oven away, and a superior job was done. The guys were very nice, explained what they were doing, and I am pleased that I made the correct choice.
Excellent service! Our tech was polite and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of it in a timely manner. The price was more than fair. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks!

I was working with my Home Warranty company. My Kitchen Aid double wall oven broke and the Home Warranty agreed to replace it. That part about my Home Warranty was great. They even agreed to pay for installation and haul away but that is where everything went south. We tried to find an installer and after a very stressful week, Whirlpool didn't come through. Even though my Home Warranty did make arrangements to install and haul away, something went wrong with communications and no one could fix it.
Long story short, they failed with that part. Then I had to find my own appliance installer and make sure that the new one would fit in the same space.
It is not easy to find just an appliance installer and most companies only install items you buy from them..
Pro Appliance Installers came thought for me. Jesse was extremely helpful and worked with me for quite a few discussions to make sure it would work. I hired them based on the reviews.
He sent Vincent and another wonderful helper and they took out the old oven in about 10 minutes and had the new one installed in about an hour. I was worried it didn't fit, but they didn't seem to have any issues. After installation they explained how to work it. Vincent even helped me with another issue regarding another appliance. He went above the call of duty.
Only two issues. I think they should take away all the packing materials and I wasn't able to pay by credit card. The system was down, but I paid by Zelle which was pretty simple.
I would highly recommend this company. They are prompt and very helpful and very professional.
I requested a quote from Jesse on a Sunday morning and he replied within an hour, scheduled me in the afternoon with a 2 hour window. He worked on the quoted price with my budget, which I find reasonable considering that I opted to include labor and parts. I needed to have a ventilation duct installed from my kitchen microwave to the outside wall and i wanted to have it done right.
Harry and Vince showed up a late over the 2 hour window as Jesse promised but it was understandable. They came from another job which took them longer than they expected.
These guys exceeded to my expectations with regards to the confidence of what they are doing, cleanliness and quality of work, and neatness on the area where they are working. They brought area covers with them so any dust from making cabinet cuts and wall dust were kept to a minimum. The installation went really well, verifying the reviews that other customers had experienced.
I would recommend these guys to my friends and family and definitely use their services again in the future.
What can I add about this company that many other Yelp commenters have not already said? Based on their reviews on Yelp, I contacted Jesse at Pro Appliance Installers and hired them to install a new double-wall oven and a range hood where there once was a under-counter microwave. On the day on the installs, I was fortunate to have Robert from the company show up, because his Helper did not work that day, Robert brought along his father-in-law, Mike. Both men were very polite and took great care to cover/protect my kitchen cabinets and I was very impressed with Robert taking the time to carefully review the installation instructions for the double-wall ovens. He and Mike did the install quickly though Robert had to modify the electrical wall plate my electrician had emplaced in order to accommodate the size of the ovens. That done, I thought the installation of our range hood would be a breeze, it turned out to be a nightmare, not from the work of Robert and Mike but from the original construction of my home. As Mike was cutting the Dry wall in the cabinet where the hood's exhaust vent would penetrate my exterior wall, he found that the builder's had run a NG line and a water line directly in the middle of where the cabinet where the range hood had to be mounted, effectively blocking any chance for the exhaust tubing to be placed there. I thought no way could Robert and Mike vent the hood's exhaust outside but Robert said to let him think about it. In less than five minutes he went to his truck and began collecting different exhaust tubing pieces and sizes. The exhaust tubing that I had purchased from the hood manufacturer could not be modified to go around the obstacles of piping. Robert and Mike began trying different pieces, seeing what could be configured to divert the exhaust run, avoiding the piping and then to clear a path through my exterior wall. Thru their efforts and a couple of extra hours of work, Robert was able to install the exhaust tubing run around the obstacle, through my exterior wall and connect everything back onto the hood. I cannot adequately express how happy I am that these two gentlemen showed up at my home and did my installs, their ingenuity/resourcefulness and skill are what saved me from returning a $1,500 range hood because I could not get it installed in my home. Once our kitchen renovation project is completed, I know my wife and family will be able to enjoy its benefits greatly based on the work ethic and ability of at least two of the professional trades people that worked on the project, Robert and Mike from Pro Appliance Installers. If anyone reading my review needs this company's service abilities, please hire them, you will get great service, meet very professional and knowledgeable technicians and most of all, be thoroughly satisfied with the results from their work, especially if Robert and Mike show up at your door.
I was pleasantly surprised at the speed in which I received service. I filled out the service request form found on their website on a Wednesday evening and received a return call Thursday morning. Jesse wanted me to send pictures of where I wanted my appliances installed and provided me a quote right away. I needed a range top, hood, wall oven, refrigerator with water line, garbage disposal, and faucet installed (new kitchen). I was given a time frame for next day service. The guys gave me a call Friday morning to let me know the approximate time they'd arrive at my home. They arrived at the time they stated (11 am) and were done by 3:30 with everything installed and in working order. I am so thankful for their professionalism, great customer service and simply doing the work without any drama. (Construction jobs always have drama!) Thank you, Pro Appliance Installers! What a fantastic job. Here it was, Friday night and Jesse returned my call. We spoke briefly, and I requested that my preference was installation today, but I forgot to mention, it was near the end of the workday. No big deal, Jesse called John, and he came to our place and installed our microwave. Just that simple.
Talk about communication, and continuity. From the first call to Jesse, to the arrival of John they texted, and worked with us to make this work. When John got here, the install was fast, easy, and very professionally done. He answered all our questions, and gave us an overview of our appliance.
Overall, one of the best installs we have had, great job!

DROVE 2 HOURS TO HELP ME!
I live in Ventura and couldn't find an installer for our new built-in KitchenAid fridge. When you spend over $8k on a fridge and it weighs over 550lbs, you don't want to have your husband to try and muscle it in with a buddy. Not possible. After numerous phone calls to places like Warehouse Discounters, Reeds Appliance, and some local appliance repair guys, no one would install it unless we purchased it from them directly or they were only repair guys and didn't do installs. How is this possible? I can't be the only person in Ventura with a built-in fridge.
We had purchased it from HomeDepot.com and they don't do installs, but I thought I would contact the initial contact I had when coordinating my shipment to see if he had any leads. To my surprise, he said he would call around and promised to find me someone to install our new fridge. These days, when something isn't in someone's job description, you just get tossed aside or passed on. Dave totally took the reins and sent me contact info for Pro Appliance Installers, Jesse. These guys are in Chino! I'm in Ventura. He said Jesse and his team will be there the following morning (driving nearly 2 hours) on a SATURDAY to do my install for me. I was floored.
Next thing you know, Jesse calls me to go over everything and told me what time his crew would show up. The next morning, the guys were right on time. Professional, courteous, kind. Put up with me fussing about wondering how they would get the old one out and the new one in without damaging anything. THIS IS WHAT THESE GUYS DO. THEY'RE THE PROS. All I have to say is how pleased I was and still am! They had a very high-end appliance dolly and really took their time maneuvering my giant fridge through my house, taking care not to scuff, nick, or slightly bump anything. I'm used to guys just huffing things in and muscling them out as fast as they can, until you only realize after they've gone that they've jacked up something in your house. They put it in place, leveled it, hooked up all my water lines, were sure there were no leaks and that it was running properly (keep in mind, all I needed them to do was just get it in the house for me). THEY ROCK.
THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST. You get what you pay for. I called Jesse and told him he needs to advertise in Ventura or expand because there needs to be more businesses up here like them!

I just had a great experience with Pro Appliance, Jesse was very thorough in the preparation stage of our project. We made an agreement up front on what the job would entail and the cost. Sight unseen except for measurements and photos exchanged via text he explained exactly what i needed and gave a fair estimate for the work. He sent Robert and Nate, two members of his crew, who were extremely professional and attentive. Robert kept me informed throughout the installation process and always explained what was coming next. In all they removed my ancient built in stove and vent, and installed slide in stove with microwave above it, as well as completely installing a dishwasher for me which included cutting out cabinetry and electrical work. Just had stove and wall unit refrigerator installed this week. Both Thermadore. A 36 inch oven, 18 inch Freedom column freezer and 30 inch Refrigerator connected together as one. All look just great.
I highly recommend using Pro Appliance for this type of work. The owner Jesse is a terrific guy that explained to me all the details I needed and answered all my questions. Never have I experienced something like this, like zero pressure and willing to answer all my detailed questions as I am the one that prepared the cabinetry that houses the monster appliances they installed.
Now comes the lead installer, Robert. Another home run here. What a careful, gentle and considerate fellow he is. Takes his time and makes sure all is in correctly and aligned perfectly. I was given a wrong size door handle, Robert returned as soon as he heard I got the right parts and finished the job. We are very pleased with the people we dealt with and the installation itself. the refrigerator alone consumed two guys a full day, it's that involved ! Requires a lot of building at the site, our kitchen.

Wonderful experience with our Over the Range Microwave installation.
This was our first OTR Microwave, we have tiles backsplash, all the way to the top. Home Depot declined to install it, due to their policy with liability issues, what if the tile or granite backsplash cracks..
I called Pro Appliance if they can install it and is it even safe(any hazard?) Jesse assured that it can be done without any problem. He sent his team Michael and David, the next day, the work was done with perfection, and our tiles backsplash is intact. That saved us the hassle of getting the tiles removed.

Harry and Jimmy came out to my place and did a great job installing my stackable washer and dryer in a tight space that I had and made it work beautifully. We reached out to have Pro Appliance Installers put up a new hood over our range as part of a kitchen remodel. The installers were friendly and good at the installation part.
HOWEVER, they left a massive mess on my brand new wood floor. They didn't put plastic down before they started to cut into anything and now the drywall dust is all over. They tried to sweep up before they left, but the drywall dust penetrated the cracks of the wood and is shown all over. Their footprints are also tracked all over the house.
We just had our house cleaned YESTERDAY. Pretty sloppy to not use plastic before starting work.
I wouldn't use them again.
I had purchased a over the range microwave through HD and of course the delivery company refused to install because of granite backsplash. I called HD and they arranged for an installer like three weeks out. I looked up Pro Installers and called... they returned my call within 1 hour and scheduled an installer for the next day. Installer arrived on time and didn't need to make any granite cuts, they installed in about 30minutes. Thank you for the great service! Vince (installer) was great.
I had a gas wall oven to replace and Pro Installers came on short notice and did a great job. I was quoted $150 which included taking the old oven off my hands. Yes, I ended up paying more for parts that needed to be replaced. I only wish these guys would remember to say that it might be more, or could go to such-n-such price if this and that happens because then I could factor that into my budget. However, overall I am very happy. The guys that came to do the install were incredibly nice, protected my floor, told me what needed to be up to code... I just liked that he told me what was going on as he was doing it. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone else!
I had just purchased a refrigerator for a new home. The Home Depot delivery/installation guys didn't see a water valve near the wall where the fridge would be installed, so they couldn't run a water line to connect to the ice maker/water dispenser.
I called around several different plumbers asking for quotes to run a water line from the valve under the kitchen sink to the fridge, which would require drilling holes through my bottom cabinets. Most plumbers had asked to come out to give a free estimate, and the figures they gave ranged between $280 -$500.
When Jesse came out to give a free estimate, he was very thorough. Because of all of his years of experience, he somehow knew that there had to be a closer water valve, and BEHOLD, he had found one hidden behind the one of the bottom cabinets next to the fridge! I was shocked! Never even thought to look there!
Jesse was able to install a stainless steel water line to the fridge on that very same day. I would definitely call this company for any future plumbing needs.
To make a long story short, we had several problems with several installers to get rid of a 20-year old Subzero and install a new stand alone fridge. I messaged Jesse after hours on a Monday night, the installers were there the next afternoon. An hour later the Subzero was gone, the new fridge installed. The service was so good, I almost want to buy more appliances just to have these guys install them. Mauricio and his team were awesome.

Quick response and great communication with Jesse. Did everything online - price quote, questions answered, and appointment set up. Frank came out to our house with a helper. Had an old double oven and built in microwave removed and new ones installed. Both were very careful of our granite countertops, floor tile and cabinets. Not easy bringing in the 200+ lbs double oven! Frank made sure everything worked before they left. Quick, prompt service with reasonable rates. Our new stovetop did not arrive with the other appliances, but we will definitely have Pro Appliance Installers come back out again for that installation.

Harry and Vince were the best! They came over and installed my new Cabrio washer and dryer in my home. This was not an easy task to get the dryer as close to the wall as possible in the limited space. They talked to me through the process and helped me understand what was needed. They made sure I was happy with how it all went. They even followed up later to make sure everything worked as expected. These guys went above and beyond... and it was greatly appreciated! This business was extremely professional, prompt and efficient. Andy was the lead person. Andy communicated everything that the team was going to do and helped me to feel secure that I was going to get the best service from a competent caring team. AND I DID!
They didnt just come in and change out my appliances. They showed me that I needed new connection lines (which they provided - I had new appliances before and forgot that I should not put the old lines with new appliances). They were proficient and made sure that my appliances worked properly. They also cleaned up behind my old stove and dryer. I was moving so they moved my boxes for me and put my old appliances in my garage to be donated next week.
Out of a maximum of 5 - Andy and his team get a 10 - they were off the chart gracious, courteous, professional and efficient!
I highly recommend this company and will use them again and refer them to EVERYBODY!

Frank Vu has a vision for the instillation of your appliances, no matter what your situation is. He's creative, positive, highly knowledgeable and extremely hard working. So is John Nguyen, his co-worker. These techs amazed me with their specialized ability to reconstruct your kitchen and install appliances understanding plumbing, electrical, construction, HVAC and other trades. John gave me advice on another project I was working on, which was tremendously helpful.
I called around-plumbers and other tradesmen-for the installation of a dryer vent, but none said they could do it. As soon as Jesse Rodriguez at Pro Appliance Installers answered the phone, he shared knowledge, answering my questions and resolving my need right away. I was impressed and relieved. Not only that, but he responded quickly, ensuring techs would arrive a few hours later and begin working. I ordered my appliances at Best Buy and Frank and John picked them up at the warehouse the following morning, so I didn't have to wait three shipping days. The techs worked eight hours straight (not including driving time and the time to pick up materials) the first day, then four hours the second day. They reconstructed water and gas lines, moving them from the kitchen, to the patio, since I didn't have room for washer and dryer in an empty kitchen space. That space was used to build another water line and a custom-built cabinet for the dishwasher. It came out beautifully! The total cost of work was very fair. Easily said, these techs are amazing, truly AWESOME!

We had our very old electric down draft cooktop replaced with a new one this weekend and Harry and Vince did a great job. The installers measured and made sure everything would fit in the existing cut out. The new cooktop has a different vent and they were able to redo the duct work so that it ran properly into our existing duct that vented outside. I had a painless quick over the range microwave install today!! Dani and Robert were very friendly, knowledgable, respectful of my home, and just a pleasure to have. They also brought to my attention a small problem that occurred during shipment of my product from the manufacturer. I had let them know I'm kind of a perfectionist so even though it was small they pointed it out. The service and product knowledge was really on point. I called on a Saturday morning and spoke to Jesse and after asking me a few questions, he was able to immediately give me a price for the installation of my new dishwasher unlike the other companies I had called who wanted to send someone for a fee to determine the cost. He was able to schedule me for a Sunday installation which was hard to believe and he advised that I would be contacted by his technician David. While he was unable to keep the scheduled time slot, David constantly contacted me giving me updates on his arrival time always making sure I was okay with the delay. When he arrived it was immediately apparent that David was a consummate professional, very respectful and with an incredibly positive and friendly attitude. Unfortunately the plumber had installed the wrong valve for the dishwasher but David was able to find a solution without changing the valve saving me a lot of aggravation and money. After he solved that problem the installation went flawlessly and it was amazing to see a technician who knew exactly what he had to do and was so knowledgeable. While 5 stars is the highest rating on Yelp, David deserves a 10 as this guy is really fantastic and I could not have made a better choice in having this company do the installation. I highly recommend them especially if you are lucky enough to get David to do your installation.

Jesse had to reschedule our first appointment, but when his sub-contractor (Robert) showed up the next day and installed a wall mounted range hood in our kitchen... the service was top notch: clean, professional, on time and the final price matched Jesse's initial quote.
Robert provided electrical work, created a custom duct, triple checked every measurement, and kept a clean work area while conducting himself like a professional. Highly skilled. Very impressive.
These guys are TOP NOTCH! They are professional and take great pride in their work! I was really worried about getting my new hardwood floors scratched from moving my built in frig that weighs over 700+ pounds but Robert did a excellent job! We were moving to a new house and wanted to install new appliances. Picked Pro Appliance Installers from YELP. Jesse was busy and reviewed cellphone pictures and said it would be no problem. We bought the appliances from a company Jesse recommended. The whole thing was a huge problem, we couldn't use a stackable washer & dryer. Getting the appliances exchanged was a major pain in the ass, they said all sales were final. We had to run a new 220VAC line for the washer and a new gas line for the dryer. One of his contractors rounded his bill up. We had to move so we had no options the extra work cost over $3,000. All because Jesse never took the time to inspect the job in person. This lack of professionalism made our life a living hell for about 3 weeks. It was supposed to be a 1 day install. Jesse never talked to us or apologized. If you use them make sure he shows up and get everything in writing. Be very careful if you choose to use these guys.
Michael and his assistant were very helpful and incredibly polite/accommodating. Stacking a washer and dryer is not an easy job and this wash executed with care for our hardwood flooring and walls/trim. Prompt scheduling of service from Jesse and a super stress-free install overall. Thank you very much!

Tried to install my new microwave by myself and couldn't do it. We found Pro Appliance via home advisor. Within 30 mins I got a fair quote price texted to me and they were flexible with my schedule for next day install. Mauricio and his partner came in the time windo agreed in and installed fast. Estimated a dishwasher installation and disposal replacement at 2 days and $1450. Job ended up taking 6 hours and the work was exceedingly mediocre. Jesse insisted that $250/hour was a fair rate for the services rendered. Would not recommend or use again.
I had a 42 fridge delivered at the last minute 3:00pm and it sat on my driveway waiting for an install. I called Jesse, and he was able to get one of his crew (Robert and Steven) together to have it installed the same day. His company went above and beyond accommodating me, and his work is top notch. His guys definitely know what they're doing, and no scratching heads trying to figure out what to do next; it's like they've done this stuff a hundred times over. Confident, professional and polite.

Harry and Vince came by and help me install an oven wall microwave and a cooktop yesterday.
They are nice they finish and clean up everything before they leave. I am happy with their work.
They come from 1 hr more away to help me and the best thing is they can fit my oven fine while Lowe's sent people out twice and still had the wrong measurement and tell me my oven is the wrong size.

We are remodeling our kitchen after purchasing high end sub zero and wolf appliances a year ago. Our refrigerator is the largest sub zero makes. Pro appliance came and uninstalled our appliances today. They did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, extremely knowledgeable and moved all of my appliances safely, without a scratch!
We look forward to their return to reinstall them after or remodel.

Jessie was wonderful. Always in constant communications throughout the entire process. We first spoke on a Thursday morning, Jessie gave me an appointment time the very next day (Friday) for his expert appliance techs to arrive. While initially there were some delays (several hours) between the scheduled arrival time and the actual arrival time, when they did get to the house (the two technicians: Robert and Nate) did an absolutely fabulous job of removing my large GE Monogram refrigerator from its built-in frame, adjusting the wheels (feet) underneath the appliance, and then reinstalling the refrigerator (level and adjusted) back into its built-in frame in a very professional manner. These guys are great!!! I will call them whenever I have an appliance moving / installing need!

Two persons come to our house to install the under cabinet range hood. The lead guy was a experienced person. They was able to install it in about one hour and did some modifications to fit the hood evenly with our cabinet and existing duct. Good work.

Needed to get a dishwasher installed in a rental unit. We had already had a quote from a local installer but pro appliance were much cheaper. We had already purchased a dishwasher based on the measurements the local guy did. Unfortunately it didn't fit. We had to get a smaller unit and they had to return to fit it. They did this at very short notice and didn't charge us for the wasted time on the first call out. Excellent service from this outfit, we will certainly be using them again.

Called Pro Appliance and spoke with the owner Jesse to install a base for the washer at my hotel. For the initial visit the installers came out and only mounted the the back of the base. When we discovered this they came back out the 2nd time and mounted the front. Almost a month later we had the washer installed. When discovered after a few washes that the washer was shaking and moving violently on the floor. After 2 visits this company still did not correctly mount the base, we were able to pull the screws out of the base by hand. I decided to give the company a 3rd opportunity. Now this is the worst part, the technician David was sent out, he came at 10pm on a Saturday and didn't finish until 2pm Sunday afternoon. Obviously he wasn't continuously working the entire time. He was really tired when he started so he was leaving and coming back and failed to bring the necessary tools to do the job. So 17 hours later the base is still not installed properly and we paid $500 to do the job. Now I have to find another company to do the job right! This company is not reliable and the technicians not knowledgeable. Poor Unreliable Service!!

These guys were very professional and were able to perform a clean and sleek install. My installer John and his brother Kevin did a great job. They took extra care of the appliances and treated them like their own. The finished product was exceptional. They installed an over the range microwave in my condo unit and did a great job. I appreciated their responsiveness and competitive pricing. I would definitely use them again in the future.
We were doing a full kitchen remodel and removed the above range microwave in favor of a range hood. Pro Appliance Installers Robert/Ryan were great! I received a call with their ETA which was very considerate. They were able to move an outlet and rebuild the strangely angled ducting. Competent and professional at all times. They were very respectful in my home and left the area clean and tidy. The hood was even cleaned and polished! New appliances will be forthcoming and we plan to decline the big box store install service in lieu of Pro Appliance.
One star removed due to an appointment they did not keep. Jesse set up the appointment for 8am via text but nobody showed. My impression is there was a momentary lack of communication/miscommunication with the scheduler (Jesse) and the installers. They redeemed themselves however by doing a great install. Would hire again.

Pro Appliance Installers saved me from a terrible experience with Lowes, was super prompt and responsive, did an amazing job, and charged a low price, despite the job being more complicated than anticipated.
I ordered an over-the-range microwave from Lowes and also requested their installation services online. After trying to line up the install w/Lowes, being transferred a dozen times, and then being told I had to physically go to the store to sign a contract for a simple install, I gave up and started hunting on Yelp.
I requested a quote from Pro Appliance Installers after biz hours on Wednesday, and was surprised that the owner got back to me right away and even corresponded back and forth throughout the evening with questions to be sure that they could do the job, that I had the right parts needed, etc.
Two of their technicians arrived promptly the next day and they were extremely polite, friendly, and most importantly, competent. It ended up being a bit of a complicated job, and even though it took them a full 3 hours to complete it, they still charged me the low fee they had originally quoted. They also hauled away our old microwave for just $15.
I will not hesitate to contact this company for any future appliance installation needs and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

Inquired on Saturday late morning and was able to get a same day appointment. Professionally installed my new built in cooktop in no time. Very responsive on messages and also followed up to make sure things are good. Highly recommended.
Bought an oven from Costco, and their installers never showed up; turns out Costco forgot to book them, and then told me it would be another three weeks. Furious, I branched out on my own. Jesse at Pro Appliance was one of three contractors I called; he was first to respond, and the only one who said he'd find a way to get to us in the coming days. Today, Michael and Isaac, one of his teams, showed up on time with masks, smiles, and a can-do attitude. When they discovered the oven was too big for the space, they noted how angry I was at Costco, whose staff had assured me a fit -- in addition to an installation. Michael asked me to let him think it out for a minute, during which he and Isaac talked about a number of scenarios. One seemingly impossible but brilliant idea later, my new oven fits perfectly, with zero compromise to other things we had to move around to make it work. Michael and Isaac won't admit it, but I say they are masters of math.... they had to figure out a lot more than plugging in a double wall oven, to leave this customer happy. We'll replace our fridge soon and when we do, we'll call Jesse and ask for Michael and Isaac. We couldn't be happier.
Selected this place because they replied on a Sunday. I was initally annoyed that no one would reply or that they had to wait until Monday to even schedule an appointment to fix my dryer but the owner replied back within an hour to schedule an appointment. Appointment window was two hours and was kept by technician. Nick was professional and on time. Dryer was fixed with pin 35 minutes. A bit of a hiccup with communication abut the manager took care of everything.
This is a good installment company the workers are great the one guy that caught my eye was Theo he is very good fast ... polite and works neat and well... I will definitely give them another call especially if Theo is on the job ! Thumbs up

Short Story - Responds Quickly, Shows up on time, Reasonably Priced, Takes care of their customers.
Long Story - Costco failed us and set up the install with another company that failed to show up or call, by the time we figured out they weren't going to come the next appointment with was more than 2 weeks away.
Called Pro Appliance installers on Saturday afternoon, Talked to Jesse, he said he would check the schedule and got back to me with an appointment for Sunday, less than 24 hours later.
Sunday comes and Jimmy lets me know he is on the way,
Jimmy arrives and the first thing he does is cover up the stove to keep dust and dirt out of the stove, then he gets to work.
Removed the old Microwave and installed the new one in less than an hour.
Jimmy took extra care to make sure that everything was level and well secured.
Once everything was installed, Jimmy sealed the duct work, tested the microwave, cleaned up the (little) mess that happened from drilling some holes
Price was very reasonable for the work

John moved and installed our 400 pound 48 inch stove by himself into a 48.5 inch space with great care and patient precision. Our new wooden floors remained new and unmarred. After trying to deal with a handful of installation companies I finally found pro appliance installers. These guys did a great job for a good price and made it easy to coordinate everything. Highly recommended.
Jesse responded to my call for an estimate within less than 10 minutes. I sent him pictures of the kitchen so he could give an accurate estimate of the work needed. All parts and labor were included with no nasty surprises at the end.
The very next morning he sent Mauricio to install a new gas cooktop and over range fan as well as run an electric connection under the top. Mauricio was clean, polite, well-groomed, and professional. He explained everything he was doing clearly and why changes in the gas hookup were recommended. He worked diligently and carefully. He handled the new units as if they were his own. He made certain everything was working as intended and asked if there was anything else he could do.
I would not hesitate to hire Mauricio again. Most of the reviews mention how great Jesse is. I was a little nervous when I heard he was not coming. I should not have worried. Mauricio is an excellent installer--so good that my son took a bunch of his business cards to give his customers to whom he sells appliances. If Jesse says he is sending Mauricio, thank him! He is not only the best--he hires the best!!

They were able to come out the day after I contacted them but because of issues in my kitchen they weren't able to install it that day. I had purchased a new washing machine from Best Buy. They were to move and haul away the broken washing machine, to secure the néw drip pan, Install the pedestal and washing machine, and none of that happened. They claimed they couldn't do the installation because a faucet knob was missing and they weren't allowed to turn water off from the house. They didn't think to have a family member to turn the house water off. When ai called Best Buy to let them know what happened, the installers were apparently not trained to turn off house water. I called Best Buy a second time. I had an employee on the phone. During a hold I was put back in the general loop. I never managed to complete a solution with them.
In the meantime, another family member called and found, Pro Appliance Installers. They were hero's. They were in a neighboring city and were able to come over the same day (today). They let us know what needed to be done to complete the installation correctly. They had to remove the laundry room door to get items in and installed. When completed, they put the door back on. They were efficient. I. would use them again.

No showed, strung us along a few days then no showed because another job had issues. Then instead of throwing an apology our way or a hey we will be there first thing tomorrow I was basically told to calm down and blame the employee not the company. After reading reviews here I was hopeful that this would be the right company, but now disappointed.
Our range hood was recently installed by someone else, who did a poor job on the vent ducting. So I called Jessie and then we texted after that. I explained what the problem was and sent pictures. I told him that I needed someone to come and look at the job and give me an estimate.
Jessie replied with two prices: $300 to do only part of the job, $650 to include work that shouldn't be required. And he said someone could be here tomorrow.
This seemed too sketchy, so I clarified that I want an estimate, not ready to hire until I get more than one opinion and price. I need to know what I'm paying for before I make a deal. Well, Jessie said an estimate will cost me $50. So I guess I'm supposed to pay him to find out if he's the right person for my job. No thanks.

Our experience was great! Jesse was very responsive when scheduling, and their availability meant we did not have to wait very long to have our appliance installed. Overall, very happy with the work done.

Excellent service, David is knowledgable, precise in measurements and installation all for a reasonable price!
Company came out to or property to perform work and did so with no real issues, However their customer service needs work.
Called and spoke with a very polite Jesse on Monday, and had his team at our house ready to do the instal the next morning. Frank and Brandon were fantastic! They finished my DW install (no existing unit) in a few hours and did it with a level of professionalism and attention to detail I can admire (I'm a stickler for the customer experience ). Their price was very reasonable for the level of work we needed done to install the DW, and it was a great job. I would use this company in the future and encourage you to do the same if you need any appliance installation.

I'm working with a contractor that said he could install a downdraft for the kitchen design I want. Turns out he has no idea what he is doing as far as downdrafts go. So I reached out to Pro Appliance Installers hoping they could help me. Unfortunately I never received a response from them. If their customer service is this bad I'm glad I didn't hire them to work on my home.

Excellent company. Needed double ovens installed and they came out a few hours later. Did great job and good pricing. Definitely recommend.
This company was highly responsive in installing a dishwasher, highly professional, friendly, finishing up within 45 minutes. Equally as important, high integrity in quoting over the phone a reasonable, competitive price. Compare that to another well-known plumbing company that refused to quote, insisting on an $89 fee just to visit to give a price, only to quote a ridiculous price 3x the Pro Appliance one. While I resent the visit scam of DialOne, I fully appreciate the high integrity of Pro Appliance. I'll do business with these guys in the future, for sure.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could! I called Pro Appliance around 5:30 PM on a Saturday evening a couple weeks ago and got voicemail, so I hung up without leaving a message and kept calling around and researching Yelp and Google for highly rated (and reasonably priced) appliance installers in my area to install a new gas cooktop and range hood. I was surprised when my phone rang about a half hour later and saw it was Pro Appliance. It was Jesse (the owner) returning my call from a missed call. Wow! That had me pleased already as it showed commitment.
I followed Jesse's instructions to send him photos of the boxes containing the cooktop and range hood so he could send me a quote for installation, and I happily accepted his very reasonable quote and made arrangements to have his workers come over on Monday for the installation. On Sunday he texted me to give me the time the installers would arrive on Monday and the names of his workers.
Note that quotes are for simple removal and installation of appliances that fit as is, and Jesse made it clear that if extra parts or work was necessary due to the deviation of sizes of old and new there would be extra charges. This makes perfect sense to me because you don't know what you don't know until you're there doing the work in the moment.
Jesse sent me his best guy Robert and his helper Joe who were SUPER professional, hard working and gracious! There were some curveballs in terms of some extra work that I wasn't aware would be involved because I had not measured the cooktop space which was smaller than the new cooktop that had been purchased and a few other things that were not simple hiccups to get around.
Jesse could have stuck me with crazy extra charges, but he was super reasonable in adding charges for the tile cutting and duct work, gas line and so forth and the extra labor. I cannot begin to tell you what a relief that was to me AND how surprising this was given how many people are out to take advantage of people - especially to take advantage of women in this world!
Robert made sure I knew how to turn on my cooktop and range hood and made me aware of all the special features they had before he left. He and Joe vacuumed up all the dust created from the tile cutting too and cleaned up all the trash and took it out for me! Talk about going above and beyond!
Jesse is a stand up guy who respects his customers and his business and has great guys working for him which is a great reflection on him.
I literally felt like all three of them were my family by the end of Monday when it was all said and done and my beautiful cooktop and range hood had been installed!
I most definitely recommend them to anyone seeking appliance installers in the future! Save yourself the time of researching others because this is the team you want!!
I had called around for installers/handymen to quote prices for an over stove microwave. Not only did they answer their phones, they quoted me the price. When my microwave arrived I called and Drake and Lucas set up a time to come by. They even arrived early and installed everything quickly and NEATLY (my wife's concern). Call these folks if you need installs.
I needed to have my range hood replaced, and decided to get a quote from this company based on the great rewiews in Yelp.
Jesse was quick to reply and the price was fair, so I went ahead to schedule an appointment, and was surprised that he could send his workers to us on the same day!
They got to our house after sundown because they were working on another job, initially I was a little worried that they wouldn't be able to work efficiently because my kitchen lights were kaput, but they had proven to be very experienced and did a good job, made us happy customers. :)

Home Depot sent a new dishwasher to us via Pro Appliance Installers.
They were in constant contact with me to let me know when they would arrive. They called again to let me know they were right around the corner. This is the type of thing that usually only happens when people are running late. NOT THESE GUYS ! They take pride in their work product and being on time. Robert Pelham and Eddie came in, removed my old dishwasher, installed the new one, ran it to make sure there weren't any leaks or problems, cleaned up and were on their way.
They both are courteous, efficient, pay attention to small details and deliver with a smile.
It is a pleasure to recommend Pro Appliance Installers and especially Robert and Eddie.
We ran into problems installing a new dishwasher - something we've come to expect with an older house. The installer from PAI went above and beyond, fixed the problems, was fair and upfront with the pricing, we will definitely use them again.

These guys are a class act. I reached out to a few companies on Yelp to fix my dishwasher by giving them a brief description of the problem. No company, except Pro Appliance Installers, was able to quote me a price directly. They felt they needed to come to my place first to diagnose the problem. Although I understand their cautiousness, I already knew what the problem was because it had happened once before to me. Basically, the cord that keeps the dishwasher door from falling down too hard and fast was broken. As a result, the door feels overly heavy when you open it. If you let go, it drops down too hard and fast.
Jesse, from Pro Appliance Installers, got back to me right away and was confident that my diagnosis was correct because he knew this was a common problem with my dishwasher model. He quoted me a price and ordered the needed parts immediately. Had I chosen any other company, I would have had to schedule two separate appointments and would have had to wait a day or two before they ever even ordered the parts.
That very night, Harry, from Pro Appliance Installers, called to set up an appointment with me for the next morning. He arrived on time and totally prepared. He had the right parts, the right tools, and an assistant to help him when necessary. Both these guys were very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. When they left, the dishwasher was completely fixed. Harry even left me an extra cord for the dishwasher door just in case the same problem occurs again (in which case I will only need to pay for someone's labor, not for the part). Harry also left me his cell phone number in case I had any questions after he left.
These guys are great. They really seem like they want to keep my business, so I am happy to give it to them.
Jesse arranged for Nick to contact me. They were both very accomdating and friendly. Nick came out to look at my fridge the same day I requested a quote and did a great job. He was extremely professional and should I have issues in the future, I will definitely be going with them.
I'm so impressed with the service, expertise and professionalism of the Pro Appliance technicians! They quickly resolved a botched built-in refrigerator installation for me and have made me a customer for life. So delighted to have had them do work in my home. Highly recommend them!

These guys were great! Jesse responded to my yelp messages and texts in a prompt and professional manner. I was able to schedule a last minute appointment to have a range hood installed on glass tile. The tech Roger and his helper Eddie were so nice and total pros at their job. The hood was in, no problems, and the mess was cleaned up like they weren't even there. Reasonably priced, I would hire again for any future install needs. Thanks guys!

Great people to do business with right here. They're fast, professional, and do high quality work. Jessie and David are great guys to work with. Will definitely be using them in the future.
Quick to respond via yelp with a fitting quote but did not show up during the agreed upon time nor that day at all. Wasting an entire day and no installation completed. Very disappointing.
