I got a call from my tenant a few days ago. She described the water heater is leaking. It's first time in my life I need to replace it. Unfortunately the company I had an appointment gave me way higher estimate than I expected. On Saturday, long weekend starts, late afternoon no one was available. But soon as I contacted Frank he showed up & finished within an hour. He explained what I need and I don't. Such a great service and he was quick and knowledgeable... can't ask more than that!

This review is a must!
First I had a problem with the shower drain for about a year and No one was able to fix it until I contacted FV plumbing. Frank came out to the property and knew exactly what to do. He explained everything that needed for be done and why. The price was reasonable and he fixed it! Frank had no problem doing a full inspection underneath the property to locate the root of the problem and not once did he seem lost.
Great service, very informative, communicates well, works around your schedule!
He gets it done!

Second problem solved by frank as well. Our water was horrible and we decided to get a water softener. He has The Best pricing and no back order wait. He installed it and explained everything well so We had a clear understanding on how it works. The system installed is amazing and the family loves it.

Highly recommend Frank for your water heater services! Our water heater broke Monday night. I sent out a msg to a few different plumbers in the area. Frank came the next day, checked out the issue & gave us a quote. After doing some shopping around & comparing quotes, he was the guy we decided to go with. I called Franco at ten o'clock this morning and he arrived at our house at eleven o'clock. The gas company said that the exhaust of my water heater was broken and I asked Franco to come over to look at it, he thought at first that I had not screwed in the exhaust pipe, then after opening the tape he found that there were already screws on it, so he did not charge me.Highly recommended, reliable and super cost effective

I put out a quote request on Yelp for plumber due to a slow toilet. I was inundated with dozens of quotes and offers for free estimates but when I said I wanted to cap the price at $100 I got a lot of pushback from plumbers.

FV Plumbing emailed me and diagnosed the problem in just a couple of emails stating that the slow toilet was most likely due to mineral buildup inside the toilet and the toilet should be replaced.

I thought Frank's response was not only helpful but very professional and he demonstrated a clear knowledge of plumbing in addition to unethical behavior. He was trying to solve the problem and help me and not waste time or money trying to talk me into repairs that I didn't need.

Because of his professional behavior now I got him in my contact list and he's going to be my plumber going forward. I highly recommend Frank FV plumbing for his knowledge, professionalism, and ethics as he demonstrates a clear concern for his clients.

Had a great experience with FV Plumbing. They were on time, they were honest and they were very nice. They also gave me about an hour notice before they arrived which was great. I was surprised to find out they weren't there just to try to get me to spend money. They actually cared and took the time to talk to me and they gave me honest advice that I did not have any issues that needed to be repaired. They came out on a Saturday too. I would definitely call them again if I was in need of a plumber. Not easy to find people you can trust nowadays, this experience was a breath of fresh air.

Frank was great! This should be your first and only call if you need plumbing services. He communicates well and his customer service is great. I was having some problems with my plumbing at home and he was able to come, give me a good estimate and work on the issue immediately. My garbage disposal got plugged up and I tried to fix it myself and water ended up coming out everywhere! I called them late at night and left a message. He called back 5 minutes later and said he could come the next morning. They arrived on time, we're professional, fixed it, didn't try and sell me anything else, and their prices were fair. They were also very friendly. I would definitely give them a call. They are small but that's a good thing. When we first moved in I called another well known plumber in Placentia who misdiagnosed our issue, gave me a ridiculously high quote for something I didn't need, and when I called to complain they never called me back.

This is my second time using Frank, but this time it was for my moms house. Her drains backed up and overflowed in her kitchen. Frank came in and snaked it and power washed it per my request. (Power washing is highly recommended to get rid of sludge that a snake cannot) He also found out her clean out was covered up during a kitchen remodel so he repaired that. We also had him repair and replace a clogged drain that ran out to her front yard. He did an excellent job and my mom is completely satisfied. Hard to find a plumber that you can just send over to your mothers house without having to worry about them being taken advantage of. Frank is the one you can trust. He called me after it was done to let me know everything went smoothly. Nothing else you could want from a plumber. A+ service.

Great & reliable company !

I was recommended to FV plumbing from another company to hydrojet my rental in Rancho Cucamonga because there was a major plumbing blockage , tenants could not use toilets , showers , sinks ,..... I called Frank , and just from the conversation with Frank , I had a good impression that he is quite professional ! His price was very reasonable as well !
He arrived to my rental as planned and found during camera that my plumbing system was messed up underneath by the front side walk which may be extremely expensive to repair ! I was so shocked and stressed !!!
Frank is so honest , He recommended me to call the city to see if they may be responsible for this . However , in my mind I though the city would not cover the repair because the damage location was passed the water meter (which is my responsibility, majority of the cases )
Frank even told me I hope you don't have to pay for this ! How nice and caring !
I called the city , they came over and discovered that an internet company did some diggings a few days ago in the neighborhood and broke my main pipe!
The city was responsible for repair and fixed the problem for me ! What a great Holiday present

I do not normally write these reviews but I was so happy with my experience with FV Plumbing today. First, I used Yelp to send out a bunch of inquiries about my need (toilet leak, it was almost 7am, and I needed someone out ASAP). I contacted Frank last night and I kind of told him what was going on with us not getting any hot water around the house. I told him my availability and he said he could come out! I had texted him pictures and just to give him an idea of what could be going on and we left it at that. We made an official meeting time and he arrived on time. He checked for any other potential faults and it was exactly what I had suspected as I had done some troubleshooting . I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell, he explained what could be happening. He told me he would send me a quote by the night and he certainly did with a couple options. Now if it were up to me I would feel very comfortable paying for his services but now it's up to the landlord.

I have been having this really bad rotten egg smell when I turned on the hot water for a period of time and found out I needed to replace my copper anode on the water heater. I had an emergency leak at my apartment building on a Saturday. I called a couple of Plumbers and Frank responded immediately. Frank arrived about 30 minutes later Frank and diagnosed the problem - a 14 year old Water Heater that was leaking. Within an hour of diagnosing the problem Frank had removed the old Water Heater, picked-up a new Water Heater and installed it. The entire process couldn't have gone quicker or smoother. A plumber you can trust. Frank should be your first call when you have a plumbing issues. I recently had a water pressure issue at one of my properties. I'm a former plumber but I live over 3hrs away from the property and haven't practiced plumbing in over 20 years.
I called FV plumbing and Frank arrived the next day as scheduled. From my former experience in plumbing I know he could have tried to up-sale me or exaggerate the problem to make some money. Frank didn't do that. He was honest, informative and showed my tenet how to avoid the issue in the future.

Our sink clogged after Thanksgivng, I requested a quote on Yelp at 11pm. Frank messaged back within minutes, I made an appointment and he came thru the next day. I reached out to plumbers on here as we were having problems with our tankless water heater. Frank contacted me in minutes. From reading reviews and then Frank talking to me I knew he was the plumber I needed. He came the very next morning and was trying to trouble shoot to save me money. After talking and him examining all my pipes under my house looked like we had a bit more of an issue, needing new piping. Again his price was very reasonable. I am looking for a Plummer today because my waste disposal motor malfunction. Humming sound and the drain metal that circulate stuck.
I cleaned it and try to install it myself but I realize I have not tools and no experience assembling the new disposal.
I went to the reliable Yelp review and found F.V Plumbing & Rooter, Frank only has very little review but all are 4&5 star.
I am not expecting someone will take a late Sunday call 5:30 PM but he answer and came
to my house, resolve my problem. The most important is he is very Professional, Clean workmanship and very reasonable price... normally other company will up charge me because it's Sunday and late afternoon. I have one that wants me to pay 2 1/2 times FV Plumbing but not Frank.

I ran into a last minute, after hours issue when I was working on replacing our delta shower cartridge. Due to the hard water in Garden Grove, the cartridge was stuck inside the pipe. Frank was prompt with his response and even offered to come out right away after 8 pm. I am a real estate agent, and contacted FV plumbing because my client's water shutoff valve was in need of replacement. Francisco was able to come out and quickly replace the unit. Several days later he went back out to replace the kitchen sink plumbing because it had an inadequate flexible line installed that was causing the sink to back up and he did a quick and professional job once again for a reasonable price. FV Plumbing did a great job unclogging a very old kitchen sink and pipes. They came out on a Saturday arriving when they said and were polite, covid19 cautious, and very professional. They cleaned the pipe then scoped it with a camera to confirm it was clear! All that for a very fair price!!

I am so glad I found Frank on Yelp! I had an issue with a corroded faucet and valves that were damaged and calcified, both needing to be replaced. Frank came out the next day and did an amazing job. You can tell he cares about doing quality work and goes the extra mile. Very clean, professional and respectful. Overall I had a very positive experience with FV plumbing installing a new shower cartridge. Frank was responsive, accommodated my schedule, did high quality work & had competitive pricing. Had a great experience with FV Plumbing & Rooter. Frank and his crew responded within one hour of our phone call. We had a water heater that needed to be replaced ASAP. It was non functional and to make it worse it was leaking. He had the job done in about 1 hour. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and honest. Pricing is a key factor when dealing with this type of issues, his price bit all the quotes we had.

We had a drain clog in our shower, we called a plumbing company to come that the home warranty recommended. They came out and couldn't get it cleaned out said the clog was to difficult they said we needed a camera to check to see where the clog was so they left, obviously we were disappointed.

The search began again and we contacted Frank at FV Plumbing and Rooter they came out checked the shower drain and within 20 minutes the drain is unclogged...if your looking for a plumber that gets the job done the first time, I highly recommend FV Plumbing and Rooter call Frank first you won't be disappointed!

If you need an excellent plumber call Frank Vega with FV plumbing and rooter. I had to call Frank on Sunday during the Memorial Day weekend he came cleared my full blockage of the sewer line. He then investigated and diagnosed the ongoing sewer issues we have had for years. Frank explained to me solutions to fix the issue and quoted a fair price for the work to be done. Frank returned on Wednesday and completed the work by Thursday. He let me know every step of the way what was going on, what was being done and left the worksite clean and tidy. I highly recommend Frank Vega for your plumbing issues, he takes pride in his work. I have already scheduled for him to return and replace my water heater.

I barely give reviews but I think this will be worth my time writing review. I called 5 plumbing companies and 3 of them weren't available although it says they're available 24 hours, and by the way, it's a Saturday night at 9pm. I called 2 more people and said they'll get back to me within 2 hours, while waiting I called another one and said the assigned plumber will give us a call within 30 mins, we waited for 50mins and nothing and my sprinkler head keeps on overflowing for 2 hours and all flooded on my front patio thru the street, I called Frank and picked up my call right away and came in less than 10 mins, he figured out what the problem was abs literally fixed it a little over 5 mins.This is the guy and the company to rely on, no BS like the others and he charged me cheaper than those ones who kept me waiting. I do have a go to guy for all plumbing, etc..

Is either very busy or not very responsive, as they took nearly 8 hours to respond, and an estimate was not given, so went with the lower estimate I did receive, and they had the service completed in 10 minutes, after getting the needed parts.

Update: Frank, I gave enough info that anyone that knows plumbing basics and your price structure should be able to give a fairly accurate estimate - I had no trouble getting just that from 4-5 of 7-8 companies Yelp sent the requests to.

One company was not able to answer it online, but sent someone out for free to offer an estimate - They were the #2 company I might have gone with, as they were very close, however they tried to insist on replacing the whole fixture, not just the parts.

Most places have at least a phone rep. monitor the online requests, FYI.

Had it been an urgent request, you'd have been skipped anyway, because of the time it took to reply.

Our two bathrooms were clogged on Saturday. I called a couple different places and they had no immediate availability. I contacted Frank, and he and his team arrived at my house within 10 minutes and immediately went to work. I've never had to contact a plumber before and was nervous the problem would be too big or expensive. Thankfully the plumbing issue wasn't too bad and his price was very reasonable. He and his team fixed the plumbing issue within a few hours. I'm glad I contacted FV Plumbing and should I have any other issues with plumbing, they'll be the ones I call!

Frank is so awesome! He provided a quote via Yelp request (very reasonable compared to some of the other quotes), and made an appointment for the next day. I really appreciate the transparency, and none of the I can't tell you a quote until we send someone over.

He was also super responsive and flexible because I got stuck at work so had to have him come later in the afternoon. He was able to clear the bathtub drain in less than 10 mins, and was super pleasant. Definitely will call him for any future plumbing issues, and also loved supporting small businesses! Highly recommend!

Sunday morning, our kitchen sink got leaking and flooded. Sent Yelp a plumbing request. FV was the first response with a fair quote. We decided to hire them right away. It was the hot water valve leaking. FV is fast and honest. We asked them if the cold water valve needed to be replaced might as well? They are honest that if it's not leaking don't touch it yet. So I could hear the sound of water running even though it wasn't. I checked my meter and it was spinning. Sure enough, I had a slab leak in my 1962 townhome (it was a matter of time). After several quotes I chose FV Plumbing and was not disappointed! Not only the best price, they arranged the drywall repair, and got it done quickly and efficiently. I was looking for a plumber and found Frank Vega on Nextdoor App. He responded to my text message within an hour and we set an appointment time. After crawling around under my house, Frank and his crew located my problems with my bathroom pipes. He showed me pictures of all the rotted pipes and explained what needed to be done step by step. Frank and his crew were very courteous and swift. Replaced rotted pipes under the house and cleaned up all the mess. I recently contacted Francisco for two toilet installations at my home. Not only was he the most responsive to my messages, he was also the best value for what I needed and my time frame.
