Victor is trustworthy and responds quickly. I've used his services a few times now to undo the abuse teenagers do to bathrooms!! He's very polite, honest, and does great work.

This service was excellent.  They provided a fast response, flexible with our schedule and made things happen quickly and efficiently for us.  They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous.  Highly recommend hiring them if you want fast but quality work.  

Hired them to cap off a gas line we found hidden in a wall.  They made it happen same-day so we could move forward with our wall removal.

Luis was amazing! We needed same day help with a failed DIY shower project. He was responsive, quick and did a great job! Totally reasonable pricing. We will definitely be calling them again for our next plumbing project.

One of my outdoor spigots started leaking over the weekend pretty badly, and they were able to come out and replace it first thing in the morning! Several other places said they were booked through the beginning of the week or I'd have to pay extra for an emergency service but these guys came out, gave it a quick look and had it fixed in 15 minutes! No hassle no tacked on fees!

We recently moved into a new home and realized that the previous owner had removed the gas line for the dryer hookup. Luis did an excellent job safely installing a new line and making sure it was up to code and earthquake safe. He was on time, worked quickly, and was super kind. He even hooked up and tested both the washer and dryer for us. The price we paid was a fraction of what we were quoted elsewhere. Highly recommend!

They (Luis) arrived 10 min earlier. Got the job done fast, efficiently, and took time to test if garbage disposal unit is draining properly. Fixed the leak on pipe and test again. Answered all my questions willingly. Pricing is reasonable. Will do business again and highly recommended.

I had a little communication issue, which turned out to by my dyslexia and sleepiness after a night of not sleeping well, so not their fault, but they worked with me to get the job done!

That said they were very accommodating at rescheduling (twice, again my fault!), and once the tech got here, he needed to get parts (Toto toilet, so proprietary flapper was needed, along with a new flow valve assembly), and when he got back it took all of 10 minutes to drain the tank and install the parts!

I would very much recommend them to anyone looking for service on their toilet!

And I might add they were the lowest online estimate I got among 5 replies, and it was within the range they gave, though I will admit that I knew exactly what parts they needed to replace and gave that in the estimate request.  (Their top was only a couple of $ more than others min., so jumped on their offer.)

If needed, I think I will use them again for other plumbing issues.

A true honest review. We sent out search for a few items to be installed (toilets, faucets, etc.) Amazing Rooter replied with prices and were no gimmick or hassle. Straight shooters. You don't need to be sold or priced gouged. This is a exactly why I choose Amazing Rooter.

On last Friday I discovered that the hot water pipe had a leakage and I needed an immediate repair.
I called several plumbing companies that I found in Yelp, left the messages in their voice mails, but no return calls.
Next day, Saturday morning I went to anther website and I got the phone number of Victor. I called him and he came at the time he promised and completed the job.
He charged a fair fee and our family was very pleased to have the water back.
I thought that I was the first one to leave a review on Yelp, but I found his company.
