Man. I called my home warranty because only one sink and tub were backing up and they sent out two companies and kept saying it was my main line despite everything else working. I got fed up with dealing with them and called Ed. He sent over Jacob and he was able to fix it via the secondary clean out. For sure don't call
your home warranty, especially if it's First American. You're better off just hiring a reputable company like this one that is honest and don't try to upsell.

We had a clogged main drain that needed unclogging and rootering. Go Go did a great job and quickly cleared the line and got our drain flowing again. We recommend Go Go plumbing.

Wow! I'm beyond impressed. I had THREE separate plumbers come out and not one could figure out the problem. EDWARD and his crew figured it out and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Super friendly, super honest and clearly very talented! Highly recommend!

My kitchen sink clogged on a Saturday morning. Due to the quarantine,  I wasn't sure I'd even be able to find a plumber but I turned to Yelp. I saw Go-Go Plumbing's listing and that they were in Norwalk on a street right next to mine. I gave them a call but got VM. I started looking for the next number to call when Ed called me back. Literally 5 minutes. I explained the problem and he was at my house in 15 minutes! On a Saturday. I was thinking I'd have to wait all day. I was so pleased.  Ed is very pleasant.  Explained everything he was going to do. I thought his price was good too. I was so impressed that I talked to him about other plumbing work I'd been putting off because I couldn't find anyone trust worthy.  He fixed my sink and we made an appointment for a few days later.  Ed called me the next day just to check how my sink was running. I appreciate his conscientiousness. Later in the week, he came back and we went over the additional plumbing issues I had. Came up with a plan and a price. He started right away, in the rain. He did very good work. We talked about other future projects.  I appreciated that he never pushed me to do more than I needed and didnt make up stuff that I needed. He said he wanted to be my regular plumber and that will definitely  be the case! As a single woman,  it's great to find someone so straightforward.  I've recommended him to friends and family already. I can't recommend him enough! Thanks, Ed.

Go Go Plumbing is awesome! Ed is honest and knowledgeable. We had a 16in portion of cast iron pipe that collapsed and was spot repaired by a different company (regrettably). After that portion was cut the camera was able to show that about 10 feet of remaining cast iron pipe needed to be replaced before it also collapsed. The other company just kept adding and adding to their estimates. I remembered by brother in-law had recently had some plumbing work done and I quickly got in touch with Ed. He came out the same day within 2 hrs to look at what had already been done by the other company and quickly assured us he could complete the rest of the job the next day (Ed's price EXTREMELY more reasonable). Ed and his team came out the next morning and got the work completed in less than 5 hours and even did some extra things without charge. Super personable guy and knows his stuff! Needless to say we have found our plumber. Only regret is we didn't call him soon :) Thanks Ed!

Edward was referred to us by our contractor when we first moved into our house in 2008. That first year, we had to call him out twice for drain problems. By the second call, it was clear there were roots in the main pipe, so he installed a clean-out in the front yard, but didn't charge for other work.
Both times he showed up on time (or a little early). He's always very friendly and willing to answer our questions in depth, and his crew is courteous. They're very neat, which might sound like a funny compliment for plumbers. But we have polished hard wood floors throughout the house; no one on his crew has ever tromped in dirt or mud. Not even during the rooter visit when they spent most of a morning going between house and yard as they tried to power through tree roots without the beneficial angle of a clean-out.
In May 2013, we had him rooter throughout the whole house. He and his assistant explained everything they were doing. We learned enough that the next year, my husband rented an electric router from Home Depot and did it himself. :)
But the big finale, and the reason I'm finally getting around to writing this review, was last September's BIG PLUG UP. The bath clogged up out of the blue, with none of incrementally increasing slow draining that had previously heralded drain problems. I called Edward in the afternoon and made an appointment for the next morning. (When Edward is swamped, he  asks how urgent the problem is. In this case I couldn't in fairness claim our backed up tub was more urgent than the people who's toilet wasn't flushing.)
A camera run down our entire main line proved the problem was where our line meets the main sewer pipe. It was cool to watch the camera footage, and reassuring to see our clay pipe was in really good condition, considering its age and the size of the three 40-year-old maples surrounding it.
It was less cool to know repair costs were going to include digging up the street to get to the main line. (I don't know who pays for this type of work in a regular city with public roads, but we're on private roads and we each own our own section of road.) However, it was reassuring the Edward knew exactly what to do. He booked his crew for a whole day to jackhammer through the street, dig down to the pipes, and repair the problem.
In the meantime, I frantically Googled for Bee Whisperer as the crew would be working 4-5 feet away from two wild bee hives. (Kudos to Angel Powers for coming down to smoke the bees during the jack hammering stage.) Angel left when they stopped with the jack hammer. But the day kept getting hotter, the bees busier, and the hole deeper. Around noon, I noticed smoke coming from around the hole. Turns out the bees had stung one of the crew. He'd gone to the construction crew working next door, gotten a few pieces of discarded wood and started his own smoke fire. It was working great to keep the bees at bay. All in a plumber's days work! I don't think he'd even have told me if I hadn't and come out and asked.
When they finally dug out the connector between our main line and the city sewer line, they found a huge tree root jammed in at the join. Amazingly, the root was from a pine tree that had been removed the previous year. Edward rushed off to buy a new connector, and the whole job was done by about four, including the asphalt patch.
It's never fun to need plumbing work, but I'm glad I can count on Edward when we have a problem.

We were in a pinch and Edward set up our kitchen and gas pipes quick! We now have proper water lines for our sink, reverse osmosis water filtration and a working gas stove! Just want to start off saying that Ed is one hellava plumber, he came in looked at my situation which was a shower drain that was clogged, I told him when it comes to this shower every other plumber had to go on the roof and run the snake down the vent tube, he went up there and said nope that's not the case it has to be done through the drain itself, turns out that my drain line has a Y connection one pipe up for the vent and the other down for the drain, he starts his rootering and gives it a go, got the drain unclogged in a matter of minutes, that's what 25 years of experience gets you, the right man for the right price, and very knowledgeable about his craft, if you ever want any plumbing issues rectified extremely quick, call Ed he does awesome work, and very fast, i will be using him for future plumbing issues that i have....

Go Go Plumber is now my go to Guys. Edward stopped me from cutting my interior floor to fix a branch drain issue and offered me an alternative with no concrete cutting. He did a great job and managed to help even when he had other jobs running.

Scheduled an appt. for 9am, for a kitchen drain that was backing up. Edward and the crew rolled up on time.  Told him the problem, he got up on the roof snaked the pipes and PRESTO problem fixed!  Less than 25 mins. He didn't try to sell me some new pipes.  He and the crew were Professional, Friendly and Courteous!  In the past I have been charged $90- to $125-. he charged me waaaay  LESS!!!
WISH I had found them 5 years ago!

Noticed my kitchen faucet leaking in the morning. Called up Go Go Plumbing. About an hour later they were at my house looking at my problem. Told me I needed a new faucet and I could go to Home Depot pick one up and they'd install. Did that,called again and they were back about 30 minutes later. Install all done within 15 minutes. Excellent response time. Very professional service. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic immediate service. I was expecting a big problem with a clogged kitchen sink. Left a message at 9pm and got a call back right away. Showed up in less than 30 mins and hosed the waste line. So far so good I've used him on several occasions. He's been fair on price and most of all trustworthy and reliable.I don't feel like I'm being sold like a lot of companies. He's made an effort to double back when needed or sometimes come by the house and no charge. He did my liner on our main line to sewer and did a camera inspection of everything else.

I was ready to rip my toilet off the floor, I went down the line on who'll answer my call of toilet clogged frustration on Yelp . My 3rd to call was Go Go Plumbing and Edward answered immediately and professional. Asked what's the problem with my toilet and gave me 1-2 hour window when he'll send someone over. Bryan arrived and professional, we shook hands and he went right to work on my problem toilet. He unclogged my toilet as we chatted on types of toilets that are good and reasonable. I give this company 2 thumbs up. He went above and beyond. I will be asking for their bid on my other bathroom. AWESOME PEOPLE

Within an hour of my call, Edward was there to fix my shower faucet. I thought it might have been too small a job, but Edward was happy to do it. He is local, knows the area well, and was able to get my specific faucet from a supplier in short order. Within two hours of my initial call, I had a full replacement of the fixture (including cartridge) working at a reasonable price. Edward is friendly and professional. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others in need of plumbing work.

I can't recommend Edward enough. He's very professional and a total expert by any measure. Beware!!! Get a firm written estimate before he starts the work. Pricing at least twice as much as other reputable plumbers. He even offered to lower the cost of the work if we paid in cash.
Work was good but his price was a total rip off.

We hosted a warehouse sale and during the even our toilet clogged and started flooding. We attempted to unclog it ourselves but we're unsuccessful. I tried 4 other companies and they all estimated 4-5 hours before they could come out and take a look at it. Go Go Plumbing was out in 30 minutes and spent 2 hours trying to clear our drain. Turns out it was an issue with the main drain and all of our neighbors were having the same issue. The technician (unfortunately I didn't get his name) wasn't able to get the clog but he helped to turn off our main water valve so the other units didn't flood during the night. He really went above and beyond the call of duty.

I wasn't able to successfully turn my water heater after several attempts to restart it. I found Go go Plumping through Yelp. All the positive reviews are true. Edward took my appointment at such short notice. He came in time as scheduled. Without inching a muscle he's able to fix it. Very professional. Now I have my water heater working as new.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.   Our office had plumbing issues and the team from Go Go showed up same day and were amazing.  You cannot ask for a better crew.  They also provided me a quote for additional work I needed in my shop the next day.  I highly recommend Go Go for all your plumbing needs.  These days it is difficult to find dependable and honest professionals, and when you do it is important to support them, especially when they are a locally owned business.  I will use the team from Go Go Plumbing for all my plumbing needs at home and work from now on.

Let me start off by saying GoGo Plumbers is great, reliable, easy to deal with, and friendly company.
Last month I had an issue with water from sink coming up through my bathtub, I called Ed and he came out rite away and fixed the problem and at a good price. Then two weeks ago I called him to do some plumbing work at the company I work for and again he came out, gave us a price on the spot came back the next day with all the material and knocked it out in a few  hours. Again he did good work and the Bosses of my company were very happy.
And then today I had water shootings out of the bolts on the bottom of my toilet, and I was worried because I just replaced the wax rings last year and I thought I did something wrong. I called GoGo this morning he said give me 2 hours I'll be there. Sure nough he was at my house like he said, he checked out the problem and saw that was just a clogged drain fixed it for us and now everything is good. My wife was the home and delt with Ed today, and he could of tried to BS her since she really doesn't know anything about plumbing but he didn't  
What I like about GoGo is with Ed there is no BS he is straight forward and he won't cheat you. When he gives you a price thats it. Alot of other plumbers would have told me my wax rings need to be replaced and probaly other  and charged alot.

Why does Plumbing always break on a Sunday. Thankfully My daughter discovered go go Plumbing and Edward and his team. Not only was this Sunday but it was raining as well. We had just moved into this new house so we were not familiar with that thankfully Edward was kind enough to give us the rundown on my plumbing situation. He quickly clear the lines and promise to be back the next day so that he can do a more intensive inspection. He told me what I needed to do and gave me a fair and great price. He and his team work so hard and we are so grateful for them because we no longer are having to deal with overflowing toilet or bathtub. I had a plumber come to my home today to unclog a shower drain. He snaked the drain with negative results & left. I then called another local plumber Go-Go Plumbing & Rooter in Norwalk (562) 452-9653. I spoke to Edward; I explained my clogged drain issue to him & he had a service man at my home in 40 minutes & unclogged the drain in 5 minutes. I would highly recommend this young man Edward & his business, very professional, prompt, great price & very honest, thank you Go-Go Plumbing.

I was finally able to move into my first home recently and of course, my water heater goes out and refuses work.  I called up Ed and explained my issue.  Ed was right on it and really made it a point of emphasis to get the issue fixed as soon as he could.  Ed came and got everything done on the same day.  Absolute awesome service and really took the time to answer all my first homeowner questions for a wayer heater.  Great guy and at the best price around.

Same day, super quick, asked neighbors on neighborhood page for referrals, out of 20 referrals, he was mentioned 13 times. When he came out we reconized him as being our last landlord's plumber too. He's well known for great quality, quick response, and reasonable pricing.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel I have to for this Plumbing Company. So many plumbing companies wanted to charge me before even stepping foot or looking at the problem. Go Go plumbers have the most reasonable prices in the area and also very professional. I feel comfortable recommending them to anyone.

The man, the myth, the legend Ed came to the rescue after last night our main drain clogged up water was to the top called early morning within 30min he was at my door step to save the day  extremely happy with their work.. highly recommended

Let me paint you a picture: It was 10:00pm, my kids and wife were asleep getting ready for a day of school and work, respectively. I started running the water getting ready to go into the shower when I saw it... a clogged bathtub.

Called Edward and he was coming back from a long assignment, which took three hours to clear. He was on his way home when I contacted him and told him about my issue. He confirmed taking the job and showed up approximately fifteen minutes later. Very respectful of everyone asleep, he came into my restroom to assess the issue, went to his truck to get his tools and began to work. Within ten to fifteen minutes later, he comes out of the restroom and said done. I was amazed at how rapidly the issue was repaired. The bonus to this experience was the price he charged me. I thought since it was an emergency and it was late at night that I was going to pay an exuberant amount of money but, it was very reasonable. Price was low enough for me to round-up a few bucks.
