Excellent work at a fair price. Quick to respond to my inquiry. Francos quoted me the best price and did not add any additional fees once the job was completed.

Talked to Charlie who was able to come and reset my toilet to fix my leak the same day.  Paid what they quoted and had them fix a couple of extra small issues for a few dollars more. Kimberly from the office was great at responding to everything; administrative paperwork, invoicing, and receipt.  Thank you guys you didn't disappoint.

They gave us a fair price to run a gas line through my crawlspace for a cooktop upgrade.  Charlie was able to come out and give a quote at no charge.  A few other plumbers want to charge for a quote to latch you in, but not Franco's.  Kimberly did a great job staying in communication with me and giving me a heads up before arrival.  Charlie was very knowledgeable and performed the job in a timely manner.  He answered all my questions and concerns.  I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Friendly, responsive, fast, uncomplicated to work with, and fixed our problem efficiently!  What else could you want?

A/C unit has been working fine until last night when it wasn't cooling off up stairs. So right away I shut it off and called Franco's the next morning hoping they would be able to fix it today. Sure enough they called back and said they'd be there within the hour. Brian was very knowledgeable and new right away what it needed. Thank you again Franco's!!!

My very old water heater finally broke and the first company who came out quoted me a price that was so high it actually made my stomach drop. Someone knowledgeable recommended Franco's and they were at my house the same day, and within a few hours replaced my water heater for literally less than half the cost. They used a good brand, the guys who came out were really nice, and I had no idea I could have water pressure this great. I highly recommend them.

Our AC broke down after a 105 degree day. Francos got a team to our house in under 10 minutes. They quickly identified the issue (a blown out capacitor) and got to work replacing the component. Our AC was fixed in well under an hour from our call to Francos. Their price was significantly less than the company which we usually use and which would have had us wait 4 days for service. And the team was professional and friendly. We're switching to Francos!

Charlie and and his team were astounding! We noticed a leak from our water main, and he came out that same evening to take a look. After digging trenches and cutting massive roots, they discovered the leak was under one of our large trees. He gave us a fair quote, did excellent work, saved the tree, and proceeded to give us a LOWER cost invoice than quoted. Crazy! I even mentioned that it would've been nice if i had thought to put a new shutoff in while the main was exposed (we only have a street shutoff), he came back the next day and installed it no charge, seriously; fantastic customer service. I come from a family of construction and it's rare to come across this type of service and integrity. Thanks again, we are so pleased with the way you operate and take care of customers.  Can I give more than 5 stars?!

Would avoid this guy. Did a faulty installation, then wanted to charge us for the repair. Even though it was his error. Would stay away from these people, they are a scam. Look somewhere else if you want a trusting and reliable job done. Or else be prepared  for some issues. He's a liar and fraud.

I was quoted a price if 89.00 I asked once before I ended call if that was the price and it was stated at 89.00 ok  so then a young man came to service/ unclog my main drain . long story short I was charged 139.00 because it took an hour longer to clear the drain. Time frame what? then I was told even though it was  unclogged?  It wasn't guaranteed   like  really ! I am so not happy with the plumber I chose.  Did I make a good choice?  Well I'm thinking of investing in an auger to unclog my own main drain...

I was in search of an A/C tune up and received quotes from multiple companies.  Francos was one of the companies that provided one of the lowest quotes. The other companies were unavailable for 2 weeks and some, even a month. Francos came through to service my unit 3 days after providing me with a quote.  Orlando and Zane were the technicians that helped me service the A/C unit. They found some issues with the unit and gave me options without the pressure. They also helped me to set my unit up for a smart thermostat. Quick, fair priced, and friendly. I used to have a go to plumber over the years for my home and rental property. Past few instances they were doing crappy work and overcharged (in my opinion) so I told my self it's time for a change. After years of using the same service and without any good referrals, finding the right plumber can be stressful. After reading all these reviews online my gut told me to go with Franco's Plumbing and Heating. A call was made to service my rental property and Mario was the technician that was called upon to service the house. Tenants were reporting that water started leaking under the sink originating from what we thought was some kind of release valve for excess water. Apparently, what I thought was a release valve was actually called an air gap and that air was only supposed to escape from this and not water. Long story short, the lines were so clogged with debris that water could no longer evacuate its way out properly so it started coming out via the air gap which also was not properly secured as it was missing a piece that was supposed to hold it in place. Due to this, water started seeping through the gaps which created a small pool underneath the sink. Super Mario (and I mean that) handled the situation and explained the causes that led to this. He serviced the air gap, connective valves and other underneath areas of the sink. This guy clearly loves what he does and was enthusiastic throughout the process. He also took the time to explain things to look out for in the future. In my opinion, I got real value from this service and will not think twice to give my business again. We really didnt know who to call when we noticed our problem .we went on line an started reading all the reviews that had been posted on several companys. Then we came apon you guys .made the discussion to go with you .they were here within  the hour found the problem an resolved it quick. An also looked at another isue for me as well . Our tank water heater went out on Friday night. We called around and was unable to get anyone to come out over the weekend without an emergency service charge and still had to wait until Monday to install the unit. Come Monday, we called a company we had used during my company's office renovation and he referred us to Franco's Plumbing. I gave Charlie all the information he needed and he was able to give me pricing the same day. His quote was very fair compared to other companies.  I texted him at 7pm Monday night confirming the job and he was there the next day at 11am installing the unit. We highly recommend Franco's Plumbing if you are looking for someone honest, reliable, and quick.

My air wasn't working properly and I called multiple places to but they wouldn't be able to come out right away. I called Franco's and they said they would be able to come out same day. Charlie checked my air conditioner and there was a piece of insulation that was blocking my air flow. He also checked my insulation in the attic to see if there was any problems. I was thankful that I had the problem resolved in the same day.

If you won't the job done right the first time call Franco's Plumbing. After calling 5 other plumbers and having them say we will get back to you or we can do it next week we called Franco's Plumbing and someone said hello. And this is the best part of calling Franco's #1 call back to schedule time to look at the job,#2 out to do the estimated,#3 call back the same day estimate given and date to do the job,#4 job done on time and fast. This was a wall mount toilet that the others did not have the time to do. Thank you Charlie for the great job. After that job I had Charlie come back for another job

Fantastic work! I had a broken water main line. I requested an estimate through Yelp around 6:30 last night. Charlie called me back and was at my house in about 30 minutes. He was able to quickly diagnose and recommend the fix. The Franco's Plumbing crew came out today (very next day) and had my home back up with running water within about 6 hours. Great pre-appointment communication letting me know when they would be out.  The technician was polite and got the repair to my water heater done quickly.

I was having problems with my kitchen and laundry.. they came out and fixed it for me!! They were fast and great customer service thank to Dylin and Mario. Definitely calling them again.

Robert removed the stuck moen shower cartridge and installed the new cartridge. My shower head is not leaking anymore. The fee was very reasonable. I would recommend Francos Plumbing for future plumbing service. Thanks Robert.

It took a little while for them to return my calls, however, once we connected and secured a date for service I was extremely pleased. I needed someone to connect our portable fire pit to our existing natural gas line. This way I did not need to constantly refill propane tanks. Mario was my service technician and he was very knowledgeable, polite and went the extra mile to make sure the project was completed to my satisfaction. We been experiencing water valve leakage for sooo long, till we got irritated of it n not knowing how to fix.     free estimate, had Anthony came out gv us estimate. Very courteous, friendly thorough. Next day we got our leak fix with new parts. .  $295.

Toliet was leaking, made an appointment, they were right on time.No, bs they found out what the problem was and fixed it right away.John was very polite , very informative, and was on his way an hour later.

They will tell you when they are showing up and then not show up. The person who does the scheduling will say they left a voicemail, or that your voicemail is not set up when it is. This is the 2nd time they are coming out to fix my heater in the same week. The issue was not the short staffing, the issue was the person who called me back and said my voicemail was not set up. And continued to lie to me. Then when I spoke to Vanessa, she also said it was my fault. Your scheduling staff is unprofessional and rude.

I had a leakage from a pipe that is  connected to my laundry sink and washing machine. I decided to search for plumbers in my area and noticed that Franco Plumbing , had positive reviews and gave them a call. I called them on a weekend and they responded on Monday and that same day, Mario arrived and gave me a quote. The following day Mario  arrived with his co workers to perform the repairs needed to fix the problem. Mario provided great customer service, along with his team. The repair was done professionally and the work area was cleaned. I was satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

After calling another company to come and take a look at our toilets and getting a crazy high estimate, I came across Franco's Plumbing and thank goodness I did. Franco's has fast response times and was able to look at my toilets the same day. And something the other company wanted to charge me $200 for, Franco's only charged me $8. Although the issue was still not resolved, they came back again free of charge to take a look at my running toilets. Unfortunately, it needed to be replaced, but they were so reasonably priced it wasn't an issue. Bookmarking their page so the next time I have any plumbing issues, I can turn to them!

Awesome service! The right side of my kitchen sink started leaking and I needed someone to come out quickly. They gave me a quote quickly that was very reasonable. They were able to fit me in the following business day. They arrived early into the two hour window. They were able to diagnose and fix my issue in under an hour! They also cleaned my drain and checked to make sure I had no other issues.

Francos plumbing fixed a leak in the crawl space under my bathrooms. After getting a ridiculously high estimate from another plumbing co, I decided to give Franco Plumbing a call. I'm so happy I did!!! I called Charlie @ 11 am & he came to look at the leak when I got off work that same evening without a fee!! He were on time, friendly, professional, & knowledge. His coworker, Kimberly, was also very friendly & professional. After assessing the leak under my home he showed me pictures of the damaged pipe & said he would have an estimate to me within the hour, and he did! His estimate was very reasonable, much lower than the other guys. I made an appointment for the next business day. Again they were on time & kept me informed regarding the timeframe throughout the day. The leak was fixed & I am very pleased with the service I received! I will recommend Francos to my family & friends with confidence!

Simply Amazing! My bathtubs had water kicking back up due to a blockage. He scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning. (Mind you I contacted him at 730pm) 20min later my toilets were begining to overflow due to the blockage. He came out within 30min and fixed my problem! Super professional and quick. Definitely will recommend to all my friends!

Super amazing! I called Monday morning and they returned my phone call super quick and got me in on the same day! Mario was the contractor that helped us out. He was friendly, thorough and informative. We just bought a gas dryer from Lowe's and their installers did a horrible job installing it, so I called Franco's and they did an amazing job and fixed all the mistakes the previous person had made. Call Franco's for all of you appliance installation needs they are honest and amazing people. I will definitely call them again for any other job I need 10/10!

Our office was in dire need of servicing our AC units and we had plumbing issue. I called them expecting to be scheduled out at least a week or so and to my wonderful surprise, they were available the next day! Big plus on that! Eric, Alonso, Devin and Chuck came out and did a fantastic job. Eric did a great job at keeping me informed of what needed to be done. These guys were great! Charlie and Charles came out and took care of a leak we had. Very professional, polite, and kind. I saw the training of a younger gentleman by a veteran and was glad to see proper training of the next batch of people that will be helping me in the future. My water heater started leaking. I looked at it to see where it was leaking from and if I could fix it. It seemed a lil out of my league. I called Franco's plumbing and they were here in a couple of hours. Eric and Antonio were great. Did the job quick and we're reasonable. They let me know what else they work on. Great experience with this company they finished on one day from bottom to top. They installed a brand new toilet in my stepfather's room. Everyone was very professional and they did not stop until they finished. They barely took a break. And they came ready with the proper equipment to work with. They are not playing around. Franco's plumbing  heating amd A/C. We call them for all of our service and repair needs. Always fast and reliable. Used to be fairly priced, getting pricey.

We're switching from a gas dryer to an electric dryer, so we needed to have our gas line capped before we could have our new appliance delivered. He came out the next day and was immediately able to get that done for us. Very knowledgeable and time efficient. Thank you sir!

Having problems with my water heater.  The pilot light would not stay lit.  Called Franco's at 5pm and was told they would have someone out in a couple of hours. Right on time Charlie showed.  He tried a new thermocoupler but it still would not light.  We then discussed changing the valve.  I told Charlie the water heater was almost 30 years old!!  We discussed the pros & cons of installing a new water heater.  Charlie & his assistant were very professional with their evaluation of my situation.  Charlie will be back tomorrow to install my new water heater!!  Thank you Franco's!!

They change prices on you.

They did a job for us in December 2020.  At that time quoted us price to do additional work. When called back to do work ( home bathroom sewer line)
Lied and said it was for a spot repair instead of the replacement  $ (1500.00 for a spot repair??)

I guess they think you'll just pay it.

My AC went out as temperatures were rising into the 90's and AC repair companies were swamped, some with weeks before they could come out for just a diagnosis. Charlie squeezed us in his schedule the day I called and had a new condenser installed within days.

I've used them in the past for plumbing work (old home=more complicated) and they finished a job 2 other plumbers couldn't, with ease. My neighbors needed work done and were going through Lees, but the pricing was outrageous. We recommend Franco's and they were able to afford a whole system upgrade and have used them for other services after that as well. Francos has been a reliable company with great service and pricing. My home is older and instead of trying to force a new system on us the first time we worked with them, they worked with what we had and did a great retrofit.

They've been trustworthy and the first place I've found myself calling when issues arise. Thank you to Charlie, Dylin, and Kimberly for your help! I'm happy to support a local business that sticks to their word and truly cares for their customers!

Had our tankless water heater service. The customer service was great from the minute we made the appointment to finished job. Would highly recommend this company.

Called a week ago and no follow up! I spoke to someone about a plumbing issue with my rental property in Fresno. I told her I don't live in town and needed someone to go out and fix the plumbing . She said she would call the tenants and call me back to confirm for an estimate. No call back!

Contacted them through Yelp and got a pretty quick response. They were also able to set up an appointment to come out quickly once I talked to them after the weekend (they were closed by the time we had first made contact). Their rates seemed reasonable, and they got here on time and the office called before to let me know they were on their way. Orlando did a great job and resolved the issue, and was also very friendly and helpful with answering questions. Also wore a mask (properly) the entire time. Also was nice that their work is guaranteed for a year, but the job seemed to be done really solidly, so don't foresee needing that guarantee. Great to work with and would recommend!

Had and issue with me heater not working at times. I Called them Monday to schedule an appointment they came at the specified time very punctual.

Charlie and his co-worker were awesome. They diagnosed the problem and told me how much it would be upfront, which happened to be much less than I was thinking. In and out in about an hour.

I had issues with a shower for years and kept replacing the cartridge only to see the issue repeat a few months later.

I knew I needed a new shower set installed but I didn't have the time to dedicate to the project.

We hired a handy man who recommended Franco's for this one job. I now have a permanent plumber, and handy man for that matter.

The crew (2 guys) came out and gave an assessment. They quoted a price that was within 10% of what I expected to pay and had calculated as the time, effort, and energy coefficient.  We agreed and they started.

They cut into the wall behind the shower to access the plumbing, saved me a bit of heartache thinking they would have to remove the tile. All work was completed and the drywall was placed back where it had been removed.

Now, a fully working shower!

All I have to do is tape and mud the cuts, then paint. Or, install an access door for the plumbing so we don't have to cut again.

What a great company,  Charlie the technician and his staff have been great.  They are hard working and arrive when they say they will arrive. I was completely freaking out because my gutter draining system was filled with roots and unfortunately the material used previously(pipes) were flimsy and really designed to attract tree roots.  In addition to this craziness, all of the draining pipes were under concrete.  Essentially, Charlie decided that the best thing to do was to reroute the system.   Anyhow, this plumbing company saved my patio from flooding.

As a single female home owner, I am always so cautious about hiring any company for my home projects. Every single person I spoke with at Franco's was AMAZING. Crystal in the office is a rock star, Charlie was fabulous with my questions. Had an AWESOME technician out within 2 hours. Even had a second project that wasn't a crisis or scheduled, Mario got the ok to do that while he was already here!!! Pricing is beyond reasonable. One word about the ENTIRE experience is EXCEPTIONAL!!! What a blessing  to have found such an outstanding group of people. Thank you all for the incredible experience!

We needed a fix for our extremely old toilet, and the guys and gals at Franco's came in and gave me me a quick estimate as well as great advice on a new toilet that is economic and environmentally friendly. They were here in less than a day of me contacting them. Good people!
