This company saved my sanity.

We started with an a/c unit that was blowing hot air. Tried two companies, but only one was willing to tackle a second floor a/c unit. Technicians came out and were up and back down the ladder in minutes. Wasp nest!

Understandably, they didn't want to work on it, so after calling six pest control companies, we had one willing to work on a wasp nest inside an a/c unit. Yay! It's been days of 105 temps in Fresno, and I'm worried about my senior mother suffering in this heat.

Got the a/c company back; however, now there's an issue that the a/c is inaccessible because of the roof design. The technician wouldn't touch it, give a procedure I could follow, or who I should turn to in order to get this system fixed. Nope. 'Do it yourself,' was his response.

Give me strength.

Back to the search, and PDS Plumbing & Air had fantastic reviews. I gave them a call, and we had Andy working on our system in an hour. OMG! Andy was amazing! He is friendly and personable, got our unit working, and carries wasp spray like a boss.

I can't say enough great things about this company or Andy. He explained everything, gave us good advice for dealing with the roof problems in the future, let us know potential problems and maintenance issues, and made sure to give us a great price for his time, effort, and expertise.

After all these companies unable to get the job done and a week suffocating in Fresno, to finally find PDS was like finding the proverbial oasis in the desert. A huge thank you to PDS and Andy!

Sie came on time, was extremely professional, went above and beyond, put on his booties not just on his boots, but on the ladders and his tools so there was no cross contamination in the house.

Sie was very knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and inspected every nook and cranny with his professional experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems for over 8 years.

Requested an appointment and got one the very next day-Highly responsive! Andrew came over to help address an issue with our AC not turning on. He checked out the thermostats, AC unit and proceeded to check to attic for the main controller. Come to find out, condensation had created a puddle and engaged the emergency switch which caused the AC unit to shut down. All this was taught and explained to me in a thorough and easy to understand manner through Andrew. Issue was fixed in a short matter of time. Andrew from PDS helped us regain our comfort in our home as we approached Fresno's Summer triple digit heat. I can not wait to schedule our preventative maintenance with PDS. Great, honest and clean work. Highly recommend!

Despite my email or yelp message to let you know the address and tenant's phone number, and phone call 30 mins before 3 pm WED Sept 16th, and corrected the address and tenant phone number on record during my confirmation call, and re-confirmed via a read back, the technician called the wrong phone number (had one incorrect digit in the number called). How disappointing ! So tenant could not come back in time to the house because there was no 30-min notice that plumber is on the way.

PDS responded quickly to my inquiry on yelp and were out the same day. The technician was very professional, answering questions and explaining what was happening and how he would fix it. Another problem found during the job was explained and quoted without pressure to schedule a follow up. He even gave me some tips to manage the problem in the meantime. The original job was done quickly and they gave me a discount for me being a teacher, which was really appreciated. I will call PDS any time I am in need of a plumber.

Really upset! Called and had an issue with stuff coming up in my shower. They did get someone out to me almost immediately which was great. The bad thing is the guy said he could not snake my line. He said because my bathroom sinks were connected he couldn't do it. He said he couldn't get my trap open so couldn't snake through there. When he left nothing had been done because he couldn't complete any of it but he charged me $95.00 anyways. He told me my main line had to be snaked and that if they had to break concrete it's not their issue. He said he made me an appt for 10 am and I would be charged 2500.00 minimum to snake the line. Long story short I'm canceling that appointment I don't know why my trap wouldn't be broke open to be snaked before the main line. I also don't understand what I was even charged for if nothing could be completed. Just seems like it escalated quickly to being 2500 minimum repair before we even know what it is.

Unfortunately I do not feel that same level of service was received from the person who came to my house. It indeed was not explained to me that the $95.00 would be applied to anything done today.

Sadly not much was explained well at all. The plan of action flip flopped the entire time the guy was here. It went from I'm sure it's in this line on this end of the house to well never mind it's over here and I can't do anything about it. And, if I wasn't alone I could go on your roof. And, well....I could put a hole in your wall or cut into your sink but I'm not sure that would work and you'd have to replace the entire sink. Then it was ok well I can't do anything since the trap won't open and I can't get on the roof it'll be 2500.00 minimum to snake main line and we probably have to bust concrete.

I want to let you know that I did have a plumber out from another company today who was able to both open my trap and climb on my roof which for some reason couldn't be done yesterday. He was able to snake the line and also run hydro from the roof to clear. This immediately resolved our issue. We were charged a total of $500.00 which included the estimate and repair. This is 2,000 less than your guy proposed.

Again I do appreciate you reaching out and I can tell that you really do care and want to make sure that things are right. But as previously stated I don't / didn't feel that same level of service from the actual plumber. I am disappointed I spent 95.00 and in the end had to call someone else to complete the job.

I was very happy with PDS Plumbing. My toilet was not filling up with water and was leaky. Had an outside copper pipe crack and went to Yelp late in the evening to find a plumber. Received a quick response from PDS Plumbing. They offered to send a tech out the next morning to diagnose the problem, free of charge. Both my husband and I had to work, but they were still able to go out since the pipe was in the front of the house. The next morning I received a call from a rep, wish I knew his name because he was very polite, and explained everything that needed to be done. I was given a quote I thought to be extremely fair, and agreed to the service. The pipe was fixed before I got home from work. All in all I was nervous about calling a plumber, and getting taken for a ride, but I couldn't be happier with my experience with PDS Plumbing. I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need a plumber.

PDS was able to get someone out the next day after giving them a call. I was without my air conditioner for two days in the Central Valley heat and Andrew came to our rescue! He did an amazing job. He found the issue right away and had the part in his truck to replace it. Also he let us know that there wasn't any earthquake straps on our unit and he put them on for us without any hesitation. He also checked out refrigerant levels to make sure our unit was running at its full potential. He gave us other advice to strengthen the stability of the unit on our roof which we will do as soon as possible. Andrew is very knowledgeable and works quickly and efficiently. Anytime I call PDS I will request Andrew!!! Thank you PDS!! You're awesome!

PDS impresses us once again! We had them clean out and sanitize all of our vents and air ducts in the house. This was no small feat because we have indoor pets and I'm sure there was pet fur everywhere in those ducts. PDS called before they were scheduled to arrive to let us know they were running a little bit late. Very considerate! Once they arrived, both workers were masked the whole time, and were happy to work with us to keep the humans and pets in our house safe while everything was being cleaned and sanitized. So glad we got this done before turning on our heat, because all that pet hair in our ducts would have made our whole house stink like burning hair once we turned on the heat! Also a huge peace of mind knowing that our duct work is sanitized due to the role that air systems can play in covid spread and prevention. Thank you once again for taking such great care of PDS!

The pedestal sink in our front bathroom had to have new faucets. I actually shopped around for a price. One company wanted 50 bucks to give me an estimate and another one at 75. I haven't had great luck with paying people to give us an estimate. So I wasn't going to go with either one of those. The PDS weekly rate of 165 seemed high at first but then when I got others it really turned out to be a mid range price. Even though there were others with lower costs I just didn't get the feeling that I wanted to try and go with the cheapest option. None of them instilled confidence like the PDS reviews.

The young man who showed up was courteous, easy-going, and turned out to be extremely competent. He came during the planned window and didn't charge extra when the job took longer than he thought it was going to. The project turned out great and I couldn't be happier.

We put in a request Wednesday evening and we were able to get a technician out to our home the very next day. Jose R. arrived on time and quickly figured out what needed to be fixed and was able to provide us with a quote that was very reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. PDS went beyond what was expected. Their attentiveness to me and my concerns was something I next experienced from any service company. I could text them 9pm at night with my questions and they would respond almost immediately. From the beginning, they answered their phones, arrived always on time, told me and showed me pictures of the cause and corroded pipe and let me know what they will do. The first visit was fact finding and temporarily capping the leak and getting water back to our home. They let me know what the cost would be, sent me a detailed quote and showed back up the next day ready to perform all work. Then the work comes with a one year warranty. I don't know why their customer service is World Class, but it is. Maybe it because the owner is former a military. He his honorable and I would recommend his service for anyone who needs plumbing service. I would pay a higher premium for the level of service I experienced. I promise this much, I will call him on my next plumbing work. If you want a reliable plumbing company, someone who is honorable, call PDS Plumbing. You won't be disappointed. There are many plumbing companies out there. I know, I called most of the big ones, in the evening, due to a busted pipe in our subfloor. I still haven't received a call back from almost all of them. In fact only 2 companies called me back. However, PDS being the only one to answer my call, after hours. The other plumbing companies didn't call me back until the following day and only 2 other companies called me back.

I called PDS plumbing because they had very great reviews. At first I was going to need help with my stand pipe because water would shoot out of it when we would do laundry. This is because I have 100 year old house and had 1/4 inch cast iron pipes instead of the 2 inch pds or abs pipes they use in the houses now. I forgot what they did, but it didn't work so they came back to do a hydro flush. This cost a pretty penny, but it still didn't help. I paid them cash and it didn't fix the problem. Then, my sink started leaking and there was water going under my floors so I asked pds plumbing to help me with that. They sent out a service plumber. I called and told the manager I was going to be at my house late due to getting off late, but when I showed up, the plumber was already here, when he came in, he started working and didn't tell me to move anything on my window s so my west elm vinegar bottle ended up falling into the sink and getting broken. He took money off the repairs, but it came in a pair with the oil bottle so I didn't want to buy the pair again and have 2 oil bottles and one vinegar bottle. He could have told me to move my items before he started. He said he was done, but it was still leaking so he had to come back to fix it because he made a mistake, but I had to take out a line of credit for this. He then came back and fixed it. However, it has been less than a year and my sink is already leaking again! At first, I thought the rain went through the dry wall I haven't gotten a chance to replace, but we took a closer look and it is already leaking from the top of the pipe that was glued together with putty. They sent me an estimate for replacing my drain waste vent in the backyard which would have been close to 2gs and I already spent about that for the other services so I declined and had it completed by someone else. They are timely and responsive and have a good credit program. However, the service they provide is very mediocre and very expensive. I would encourage everyone to shop around for estimates and not just rely on reviews.

I finally took the plunge and replaced my HVAC unit. Needless to say, PDS was nothing but stellar as usual. Frank is very kind and professional, he respects your home and makes sure his team does as well. I like that he does continuing education when it comes to HVAC, it shows drive and a desire to bring the best and latest to his customers. Nhia and Aaron did a great job on the install. I chose an Ecobee for a thermostat. This isn't their first choice in brand however they respected that it was MY first choice as the homeowner and installed it without complaint (I live in an older home and this was not the easiest thing to do - a really awful entrance to the crawl space doesn't help). Instead of pushing me to do new ducting, we are going to await the results of a test and see if it is needed. No pushy sales tactics here! I haven't met a member of their team yet who I didn't like, and I don't think that will ever happen. I am so thankful they also offer plumbing services because it's just one less thing I have to worry about! I wish they did it all!!!!

Was visiting my mom and she was having problems with her toilet. I checked it out and figured out it was the valve on the wall that was malfunctioning. Everything about this business was perfect. My toilet has been leaking and I couldn't figure out how to fix it myself. They gave a quick estimate, they were on time and professional and very courteous, and they fixed it in minutes. Make sure to get a written quote with details and specifics if you insist on hiring them. I was quoted $200 and the bill came out to $800. The issue is not fixed. I requested that someone takes a look at the issue and they are refusing so far.

We wanted to change the old toilet in our home to one of those nicer, power flush systems that conserve more water. Do not call them if you have the same water heater as me - with a WHITE RODGERS control unit see pictures. This is a $30 dollar fix (I ended up doing myself). An error code was displayed because of a bad sensor. I did not want to wait for Amazon to deliver the next day so decided to go with these professionals....... I ended up burning $95 bucks. The guy was clueless and basically tried to upsale me a $6k tankless unit I called to get a refund since the guy was so hands off and even googled the problem. I had no luck on the refund, I feel scammed - this is my review.

Air conditioning went out on rental property.. as anyone in Fresno knows , it's nearly impossible to find a A/C Heating company to come out quickly to rectify a problem, in the middle of summer.. much less , answer their phone or return a phone call..

Not only do they answer their phone they understand the condition their customers are under with no air in 100 degree plus weather..
I spoke with Daniel... he answered the phone within 3 rings, proceeded to answer my questions and called me back within 10 minutes to schedule a time frame for same day service..

Andrew , the tech arrived on time.. wearing protective gear.. he immediately examined the unit which had a blown fan blade and motor .. he showed me clear photos of the damage and proceeded to inquire about the time frame for new parts delivery..
He was also personable and very well versed in
his knowledge of our particular Carrier unit..

If you need expedited, professional , honest servicing don't hesitate calling .. I was so impressed ... AND, they're a VET owned business .

This company understands the importance of good , continued , customer service .. answering their phones, arriving on time, fair pricing, experienced technicians, concise communication..

We got a new washer & the drain was backing up. I contacted PDS plumbing because I seen they are Veteran owned & their ratings were good on Yelp. (my husband is a veteran) They responded very quickly & gave a quote right away & they showed up the same day 4 hours ahead of schedule (good thing my husband was home) my husband said the tech Larry F. was very nice & snaked the drain & he fixed the problem. I am very impressed with PDS & couldn't be happier with their service!
I needed a new water heater, saw their sales ad online & called the number. They spoke to me at length to assess my needs & answer any questions that I had, found me a great deal on a top-of-the-line tank that would work in my space & were able to install it for me almost immediately. I was impressed by their work ethic & how efficient they are. Communication between staff & customer is top-notch, fast & effective. They have a 3-man team that comes out to each job. One supervises the installation & instructs the others as to what needs to be done & together they get the job done quickly, thoroughly & up to code.
After they left I noticed my water heater had started shifting a bit due to a weak board on my water heater platform. I called them & they came right back out to assess the situation, offer solutions & were back the very next morning to rebuild the platform & reinstall the tank a 2nd time for me. The problem that surfaced with my platform was not their responsibility yet they took it upon themselves to make it a priority, come back & repair it for me nonetheless, absorbing the cost of parts & charging me very little for all the extra labor involved.
PDS not only stands behind their work but also goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is completely satisfied in the end. That's very commendable.
I am very pleased with the level of service & care I received from PDS, will be calling them for all my future plumbing needs & would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

During the process I blew a fuse but needed some more guidance from there. My partner and I recently had new countertops installed and originally had set up a plumber from another company to do the reconnect. At the last minute, that plumber flaked and we were stranded with no plumbing to our kitchen. I reached out to PDS Plumbing & Air yesterday evening and heard back from Daniel in about 20 minutes after inquiring through yelp. Let me first start by saying that they have nothing less than 5 star reviews on Yelp and there is good reason for that. Daniel was courteous, listening to what we needed done, and provided a base estimate as well as setting us up with an appointment the next day (today) with an 11am-12pm time window. The technician, Larry, arrived around 11:30am wearing a mask and gloves. He took a look at the job and told me he would need a few parts but would be back to get the job done. Larry came back with all the correct parts and was able to get everything hooked back up for us. What was turning out to be a stressful experience was completely alleviated with PDS Plumbing. They are veteran owned and we even received a 10% discount on the work for being a teacher. We can't thank Daniel and Larry enough and are extremely happy with the outcome as well as the extremely fair pricing. I decided to get my AC maintenance done early this year to avoid he rush, so I reached out to PDS Plumbing & Air via YELP. Daniel responded quickly and was able to get me in the same day. Unfortunately I didn't check my emails quick enough so I reached back out to them the next day and was able to setup and appointment for Wednesday. Andrew and Larry showed up and went straight to work. They noticed the cool air wasn't coming into the house so Andrew went into the attic to see what was wrong. Turns out the duct had come off so he repaired it for me. Both gentlemen were very friendly and efficient. Andrew explained everything to me including the cost. I had the first repair done and he said he would have someone out the next morning to fix the other since they didn't have the part.

Jose was able to immediately diagnose the issue; apparently, it's something that happens a lot in homes made back in the day that have house traps instead of clean outs. He was able to unclog all the hair that was clogging up the line. He was on on time, respectful, fixed the issue, and gave recommendations on how to keep dirt and things out of the drain cover. Our water main sprung a leak, and we were forced to have the water district turn all water off until the leak could be fixed. I called Pro Plumbing & Drain at 2:30pm. They assured me that although it work require working overtime, they would be here between 4 and 6pm. First time using PDS Plumbing and we had a great experience. Chatted through YELP in the morning and they came out by noon the same day! Impressive! Jose could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We just needed a kitchen faucet replaced but it turned into a little more work than normal. He was able to also replace our faucet in the garage at the same time. He made sure everything was working as expected and checked for leaks as well. We will definitely be calling them again for our future plumbing needs. Needed assistance with slow water-flow problem. The City recommended that the aerators be taken off & rinsed out as a first step, versus diving into a major project such as a repipe. I was very concerned about that since I had already had the water heater flushed out & the person had to make another trip out when there was absolutely no water flow at all in the master bathroom. I thought the problem had been taken care of after that second trip. That was 3 months (& well over a $100) ago. Fast forward to PDS Plumbing. They said they could be here Monday & sent me their available times by text. I chose one and Henry came, right on time. He had his mask, gloves, & shoe protectors on which I appreciated. I told him I was unable to get the aerators off (at least not without breaking or stripping out something). He looked at each one. I was so happy to have him do the work. It was not as simple as I was told it would be. Each faucet had its own issues & it really helps to know what you're doing. It turns out that the kitchen faucet comes with its own tool which I didn't get when I bought the house. I could easily have stripped out the plastic piece & ruined it, meaning I would have needed to buy a new kitchen faucet. The guest bathroom faucet required the use of a pen light & turning your head practically upside down to look inside the faucet to see what you were doing. I had soaked the shower head in vinegar and rinsed out the shower head multiple times. Henry had to actually take the head apart to clean it out. I couldn't do that. The money I spent for the visit went towards the work he was able to do. Best of all, I don't need a repipe right now. I am also grateful that Henry did not proceed with any work without first letting me know that there would be an additional fee attached to the job.He was very courteous & answered my questions respectfully which meant a lot to me.

Glad I went with this company! Requested a quote for AC maintenance through Yelp and they were so quick to respond - probably within what seemed like 5 minutes! I requested quotes from probably about 10 different companies, but found PDS to be the most competitive. Well there was one a tiny bit cheaper through Home Depot but when I looked at their reviews they were awful as in awful so decided to go with this company instead. Glad I did! The technician came within the designated time and called about 25 minutes prior to coming. He was very friendly and professional. I will continue using this company for my future needs.

Update on this. 28 days later my AC stopped working. W called them back out because they had been the ones to do a tune up service and should of told us of any issues they may have noticed. They came out and charged my husband close to $200 for something the couldn't even fix. They were trying to sell my husband a New AC of course thousands of dollars.

We called our warranty company they came out and replaced parts and fixed it costing us $80
Alot of AC company's will try to sell you a new AC to make more money. I just dont get it why no problems were noticed when they did AC tune up and inspection?
Try A's Aircontioning if you dont have home warranty or if your company send them out. I trust them. The guy showed us the parts he removed gave us the labels and boxes it came in and fully explained everything

Awesome service! Our kitchen sinks were clogged and filling up with water and needed a plumber ASAP. We shopped around for quotes and came across PDA. The technician was here two hours after we initially contacted him... for a Saturday that is a great response time. He was super professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to our home. He managed to unclog our drain. However, it looks like we have a huge root problem so we will need to utilize their services again real soon. The only reason I gave them four stars was because he didn't clean up all the water that was left on the kitchen floor... my boyfriend and I did it. Other than that it was great service!

Just about everything about the job they just completed was handled well. The owner responded quickly to my initial request for a quote and took the time to communicate with me, responding to some of my questions clearly and patiently. The job was scheduled quickly (within 24 h) and completed on time, even though they ran into a couple of curve balls. Even at this point, the guys on the job communicated clearly about how they planned to resolve things. When things were completed, I was billed as quoted and was able to pay electronically (convenient). It wasn't cheap but... it's hard to find much else to complain about. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and will likely use them for future plumbing work.

Excellent Plumbing contractor, responsive, and quick professional inexpensive service. We had our whole house sewer back up from the front of the house clean out. This should have been a quick job. I tried to call a few companies Thursday between 10:00 pm and1:00 am, only one company responded, and they wanted $500 for immediate service or $275 Friday morning. I said No, and Friday morning rented an auger machine from Home Depot for $75. When I opened the clean out in the front of the house, the water had receded over night, i could see water at the bottom and i saw there was an opening headed away from the house towards the street. I added water to see if it had cleared, no luck. I pushed cable through the line, slowly. When I met an obstruction i backed off let it idle in place to chew on the obstruction before pushing forward. I wasn't making very much progress. My home is only 12 years old, and I have no trees in my front yard. As I worked i kept wondering where all these roots were coming from. My wife came out several times informing me she heard banging in the pipes; I dismissed her concerns telling her it is just echoes, and kept going. After SEVERAL HOURS I had only succeeded in pushing about 50 feet of cable into the system. Still not cleared. I pulled the cable out and found the cable tip was missing. I took the uager back to Home Depot and got a different machine. I started again. Working slowly, feeding the cable, idling, backing up and moving forward. This time i used a large cutting bit. We were in the middle of a heat wave and California was burning down causing smoke to fill the sky, up and down the central valley of the state. My wife brought a fan tower out for me to get cool...a little. After an hour or so I was successful in feeding all 100 feet of 5/8 cable into the system. Still not clear, i called the city, they checked their system and it was clear. I was about 25 feet shy of the manhole. I tried to call American Home Shield but couldn't get through. So I found PDS Plumbing on Yelp; a veteran owned and operated local family business. I spoke with Daniel, explained our situation, and the fact we couldn't use any of our restrooms for the past day and a half (my daughter owns a home around the corner), Daniel said he had a guy he could send out in the next hour. He said because I was retired Law Enforcement as well as a disabled veteran he would provide a great discount and thanked me for my service. José, Daniel and Dan all arrived at the expected time. They all had PPE on, including face masks and were very careful regarding distancing due to the Wuhan virus. They accessed the front of the house clean out and began to work. I explained to them I believed the clean out had a 90 degree end headed towards the street. They quickly ran the cable to the back yard clean out...what? Okay so now they knew it was a 2 way, they pulled the cable back out and cleared the line about 10 feet in front of my house. Daniel scoped my mainline and discovered a sagging line. He further advised me, if I have problems in the future make sure the auger goes through the rear of the house clean out, that way I know I'm going the right direction. But...where is the cable tip that I lost in the system? Lesson learned, my wife is most often right.

I am a big support of veterans, since my deceased father (Pearl Harbor survivor) and brother are veterans. However, I was disappointed in my experience with PDS. I requested an estimate for two ac units, two furnaces, and two hot water tanks to be replaced. I expected the quote to be somewhere in the neighborhood of $20K, so not pocket change. A call to them on Friday resulted in an appointment for the next Wed, which was understandable. I explained what I needed done when I called. On Wednesday the technician called as he was on the way to my home and I explained I set up a ladder for access to my attic so they could view the furnaces (to save them from hauling in their ladder). The tech did not comment and said he would arrive in the next few minutes. It wasn't until he arrived was I informed their AC guy was not working and they would call to reschedule the AC and furnace quotes. If I was told this in advance I would have rescheduled all of it instead of wasting half a day for a partial quote. It took about five minutes for the tech to quote the price for both water heater replacements. The quote of almost $4K was verbal and nothing in writing. Then the tech said it would be $65 for the verbal quote. When I questioned the free estimate on their website and the fact I was never told the estimate was going to cost me $65 he agreed to waive it. Well it has been two weeks since I called for the AC estimate and still no return call to have it rescheduled. Obviously the job has been awarded to another company. Sadly I would have gone with PDS even if they were not low bidders based on my loyalty to veterans. Regardless of my experience, thank you for your service to our country!

After 5 days and a failed attempt to get my sink drain cleared through our home warranty with City Plumbing I posted for requests on Yelp. Within an hour I found PDS pluming. In just about 30 minutes of the tech arriving my sink drain was snaked and working properly. The service fee was more than the deductible from my warranty, but if I had just bypassed the warranty and called PDS I wouldn't have spent 5 days with a bin under my sink catching water that I had to haul across the house and pour into a toilet, just to have access to our kitchen sink.

These folks immediately reached out to my via Yelp and then separately called for additional details on my leaking water heater. They set the appointment for the same day and was able to diagnose the issue pretty quickly. Larry was excellent! He had the broken part in his truck and was to finish the project in about an hour. They didn't try to upsell anything which I really appreciated and frankly, the replacement part and labor was reasonable compared to replacing the entire unit.

PDS is fantastic!! Dealing with a 70 year old house, of course there is going to be wear on plumbing and pipes.

From the initial outreach, through the diagnosis of the problem and then solving of the issue, I have been more than satisfied. Daniel is a professional lead of a knowledgeable crew, extremely detailed, and knows how to work through concerns with the homeowner on the best level possible. The price for the level of complete service is worth the investment.

Prior to working with PDS there was another company that came out 6 times and did not resolve the issue. Not knowing where to turn, of course I gave Yelp a chance to work its magic and got super lucky.

PDS has licensed plumbers who know what they are doing at all times and will not waste your time or money.

For those of you who know you may be needing to save for home improvements, please do. Plumbing done right the first time is not cheap, but PDS is the right organization to call.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are extremely quick to respond and provide fast service. I found them here on yelp and I am so glad I did because I will turn to them for any future plumbing and air needs. We wanted to get our AC unit serviced and inspected for the season and and received a good bill of health, however, I questioned it tripping the breaker and they were able to help me out there as well. Next day service is always amazing, but especially when it is 100 degrees outside and your AC keeps turning off. They came and replaced my breaker and also informed me that the breaker we currently had could be unsafe due to it being higher amp than my AC should have. I felt like the prices were more than reasonable and when I found out they were veteran owned and operated that made the experience even better! As veterans we try to always give our service to those that served and continue to serve fellow veterans as well as their community. I would highly recommend them based on my experience, their customer service, and timely communication. Two technicians arrived and both very professional and competent. Clean and super nice. They came to replace toilet shut off valve that was leaking and replace flush mechanism for toilet. The quote was a bit pricey but included the trip out etc.
Made the mistake of adding on. They said 'as long as we are here, do you have any other work for us? it is cheaper since we are already here'. Well that is where I went wrong. I should have asked for quotes on all the things they were doing. Had two outside hose bibs that leaked so I asked if they could replace them. They put new ones on (nothing special, ones you could get at Home Depot for about $5-7). each took about 5 minutes and charged $175 each... wow $350 for 10 minutes of work and less than $15 of materials was a bit steep. shame on me.

So 4 stars because the work was excellent. They were quick to respond. On time and professional. One star off for being crazy expensive (my fault for adding on so much that I ended up spending $1100 for about 1 hour x 2 people of work because I did not ask for quotes before having them do the extra jobs). Also helped hook up sink and did not charge me for that (thank you!)

I would use them again but next time will make sure I get quotes on every little detail they are doing

Henry was so informative and helpful. He took care of the removal and installation of my dishwasher, faucet, and did a dual-angle stop. The setup was outdated and he made sure I was content with the service. He was also happy to answer a number of questions I had on a couple of other projects/home issues we have.

This review is for PDS's preventative maintenance service, which I've used a couple times now after they installed two new HVAC units and a tankless water heater in 2020. PDS has always been responsive to my calls and emails, offers fair pricing, and is honest about customers' needs. During the initial bid process, they advised against purchasing a more expensive system from another provider, and any time a business recommends I spend LESS money I'm all ears. I have since relied on them for maintenance services, and they have always shown up when they said they would. My system is relatively new so I cannot speak to their repair skills (yet) but I have thus far been satisfied with the service provided. Would highly recommend for your HVAC and plumbing needs.

I called to schedule a toilet removal and replacement. I was quoted a price of $175.00 by the person scheduling the service. Serviceman arrived on time and without looking at the job he asked if I was given a quote. He then asked the amount of the quote and I gave it to him. He then said it was going to be more without looking at the job. He then briefly looked at the job and told me the price was going to be $375. I told him I was not going to pay his price and he left.
These guys are bait and switch artists - be very careful if you plan on using them !

Although someone was able to come out the same day to inspect the issue, I feel that there was a bit of miscommunication. When calling in we were told that the service fee would be waived should we continue with the repair. Someone came out and we did go through with the repair but were told that we would be charged the service fee too. My husband stated that when we called we were told that it'd be waived but was again told that it would not be waived and we were charged by the hour. I also feel like we were not given any options. We were told that the leak was due to the sprinkler system and the technician suggested cutting off the the sprinkler system. Which we agreed to since he gave no other options and we didn't use that sprinkler system. After he cut even off, we asked him a few more questions and it turned out that the leak from the sprinkler system could have been resolved just with the twist of a lever! Which would cut water off from the sprinklers. Nothing HAD to be cut off. We would only have been charged the service fee but were also charged for the work that the technician did and he was a bit hasty.

The plumber did a good job at installing my new toilet. He took his time and didn't take any short cuts. He told me he would get back to me with the cost on a part for my leaking water purifier, but failed to call me back. His manager or dispatcher must of told him to drop the work order, since I think it only needs a new gasket and couldn't generate a big billing item.

My upstairs bathroom was leaking (to the point of causing a puddle) I checked Yelp and came across PDS plumbing. I requested a quote and got a very quick response. They sent two guys who were very courteous and respectful. They said they fixed the issue however that afternoon I noticed my bathroom floor wet.

I sent a messaged via Yelp to inform them of the issue and they responded within minutes (ones again). They apologized and scheduled for someone to go first thing the next day.

The same two guys who originally fixed the toilet arrived and figured out the issue. They fixed it in a timely manner with no additional cost.

I hope I don't need a plumber anytime soon but if I do I know I'll be reaching out to PDS plumbing.

After clarifying our needs, they offered a quote that was comparable and accurate. They were available when it worked for us, and arrived in a timely manner. Larry was thorough, kind, and informative, while wearing a mask the whole time inside without ever having to ask (thank you!). He completed the work in half the time we were estimating, and exceeded expectations with the quality work--including some details at no extra charge that we didn't consider, but were glad he did! Gave me a estimated quote for a basic toilet installation without needing to see the project first. Actually listened to this homeowner.

I do not recommend this company for residential work.
Owner responded to my original review proving he does not communicate with his so-called technicians.
It is the cold water that is an issue, not the hot.
The existing spigot and cartridges were mine. In fact, my spigot was reused as it was in excellent condition and originally installed correctly. It was when the worker reinstalled it that the problem occurred. (In fact, I sent the owner a picture of how his worker had reinstalled it and he agreed it was not installed properly.) The same person was sent out to correct the issue.
Furthermore, the owner wasn't able to assure me that replacing the valve would correct the problem. Therefore, I did not go forward with the repair as it would have been $1000. or more. This, with no guarantee that the high pitched noise coming about when the water is running in my tub/shower stall would be alleviated.
Looking at the invoice, it was handed to me as shown. I don't know who signed the agreement sections, but it wasn't me.
My next step is turning in this plumbing contractor to the State Contractor's Licensing Board. In fact, I'm going to do that now.
Still waiting for the $70. refund that was promised to me.
P.S. Unless you are prepared to fully clean the area this company services in your home, don't call on them. The workers are sloppy and inefficient.

I am very happy with the work done by PDS. I hired them to install a pedestal sink that would require them to move some pipes. Also, the cold water line to the sink had not worked for years, so they needed to fix that as well. Cody came out and assessed my situation, and turned in the info for my estimate. I ordered my sink and faucet from Home Depot, and when those arrived I called PDS to make an appointment for the work to be done. Larry and Carlos came out and did the work. In just a few hours they had the entire project completed, which included going into the the side of the wall and changing some things with the pipes. They found the section of pipe where my cold water line was clogged with rust and they replaced it. And my new sink looks great! Everyone from PDS was highly professional and they knew exactly what needed to be done. I would definitely hire PDS again, and recommend them to friends.

I called PDS today for yearly maintenance of my air conditioner and I spoke with Daniel. He was very friendly and explained the different option that were available. Sie H. was the service technician who came to my home. He explained the diagnostics and answered all my questions. I really enjoyed working with these folks when replacing my old water heater with a Navien tankless. The Naviens are super efficient but also pretty high tech. The other companies representatives clearly didn't know the ins and outs of the Naviens, but Mac from PDS was very knowledgeable. They also came in about $1k less than their less knowledgable closest competitor.

The guy who did the actually plumbing for the install wasn't quite as experienced and some pieces of the connections between the old plumbing and the new pipes to/from the heater wound up sticking out farther than I would have liked -- beyond the surface of the framing I plan to do. That said, I understand the problem was with frozen threads that, if he'd tried too hard to force them, could have created a real mess, requiring the main water to be off for a lot longer, and a steep bill for added hours. He made the right call, and I can make the fix myself when I'm ready for the next phase of my remodel. I was also pleased that Mac came back to inspect before the job was finished and we all talked out the final details.

I plan on adding a mini-split during the remodel and will definitely get in touch with PDS's air conditioning arm for that too.

Received 4 bids to re-plumb my house. PDS was the most reasonable and had the best ideas. Mac Lujano, Plumbing Supervisor, was quick to respond to my initial request and had wonderful response times from the start of the project to the follow-up at the conclusion one week later. Two young men came to my home. They were fast, knowledgeable, friendly and didn't mind answering all of my questions. They diagnosed my problem and fixed it and did not try to upsell me anything other than what I needed. They wore masks at all times and made sure to close the screen door every single time they came in and out of my house. I had a house full of work men, things were hectic and the young men ended up leaving a tool at my home. It was an easy mistake because I kept distracting them with so many questions they happily answered sooo I hope they do not get reprimanded for that. Bottom line is I will call this company again whenever I need plumbing work done. Fair prices and good vibes.

These guys are amazing! My worst fear is getting over charged or charged for something I didn't need. PDS Plumbing are honest and hard working. They fixed every issue I had. They were fast and efficient and it looked better than new. I had to call again for a unrelated issue and they told me something I could try on my own to fix the problem over the phone and it worked!! I think that speaks volumes on their care for the costumer. And not just trying to make money where ever possible. Can't say enough good things about these guys. PDS plumbing and air was the only company out of 4 that I was able to get ahold of today. I explained my bathtub leaking from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor the night before. Jose arrived within an hour. Jose was very patient and took the time to understand and figure out my leak problem. He exceeded all the possible ways to figure out the problem and was polite and friendly. Jose's customer service skills were superb! We used our home warranty service and they sent out another company whom I legitimately feel just stole our service fee. They set up a time to return and complete repairs but never called or returned our messages. They had a lot of 1 star reviews stating the same. The Mr. found this company.

For those that follow me know it's rare for me to 5 star a business after the first transaction. But, these guys deserve it. The Mr req. a quote yesterday, they sent us a reasonable quote and gave us our pick of service times. We decided this morning around 9:30 to give them a try from noon to 1 and they were here on time. This was super amazing to me so they started off on a good foot. Jose R was friendly, efficient and got the job done. He found more problems that the other company did not *and* helped tighten a loose faucet thats been making me nuts since we moved in. We were very pleased with his work and will happily use them for any other plumbing services in the future.

I messaged them really late at night because my toilets and shower overflowed. I have a large tree in the front yard and the roots get into the pipes and it causes this every now and again. The owner was very responsive and received an answer early morning and were able to get me on their schedule early morning. Their specialist explained to me what he was going to do and sent me a report with pictures. From beginning to end, this company was professional and quick!

The fella used his trusty skills to maneuver dinosaur year old pipes and in the process discovered roots from a treacherous tree which he recommended I do something eventually, ultimately saving my pants from developing elephant ears. I have used them twice in one month. First was to set toilet. Good job setting toilet but not great on finish work. A fair price after redoing caulking. Next job , I had a leaking elbow pipe on the drain pipe. Thought I would give them another shot. I cut out drywall exposed the leak. Plumber shows up cuts it old pipe and glues it. 30 minutes tops. The bill was $500 and a half or so. That really shocked me. I speak to owner and he drops it to $420. That is allot to me for a half hour of work. I give 2 stars for the work being done. Not sure I'll use them again. I should have asked for price up front.

None of what you said is true. I know what I asked for and you did not do as I requested. I had my 27 year old son in the house in the next room. He heard the conversation between me and your tech. Your tech also told me he cleaned my filter and my HWH was too old and parts would be an issue, for which I told him parts were at Sears Online. Why would I call you back out to fix my HWH, just so you could lie and charge me more? I checked with Angie's List, you charged me an outrageous price of $150.00 for 30 min just to sandpaper my thermocoupler. The plumbers I called after your tech supposedly cleaned the filter which was filthy, actually cleaned it and replaced the bad thermocoupler. What an aggregious liar you are. Homeowners Beware of this atrocious company. BTW they are not accredited with the BBB or I would have filed a complaint.

Had a garbage disposal that needed replacing. Larry and Steven showed up on time and within 30 minutes replaced the old disposal, which had a rusted hole, with a new one for a fair price. Recommend this company.
