They don't deserve your business.
Lee and Butch seem nice on the phone, but they're completely unreliable. Most of my interactions were with Lee. He over commits himself, and In his own words to me, he pissed off a lot of people. Props to him for taking ownership of that, but it didn't improve anything.
I asked him when he could *realistically* get the job done, and he gave me a date a week out. The day before, I followed-up and he pushed it off another day. The next day he pushed it off two more days. After that, he stopped responding to me and never showed up.
This is pathetic customer service. I gave him every opportunity to make things right, and he failed every time.
With so many other companies offering the same service, I wouldn't waste your time with Rasmussen.
