Having moved into our newly purchased home, we had a Home Warranty issue with our Hot Water Heater. They assigned this guy, and after agreeing to a time..... he was a No Show. When recontacting him, we again agreed on a time, of which he was late by a far cry...... he basically walked in took a photo of my hot water heater , then said he would complete the Home Warranty report so I could get it fixed. He never did. We contacted the Home Warranty Co, and they said they never got it. I have since paid out of pocket for a new Tankless system, but we are still out the reimbursement for the loss., which is the point of having a Home warranty. They said they would contact him to get the report, and as of last contact, it hasn't been done. Once this POS saw he wasn't gonna get any work out of it, he didn't feel the need to even do the minimum. Now I will go after the Home Warranty people as well for using such a poor service. Do NOT even let this guy in your house.
