Eugene is easily THE BEST plumber I have ever hired. He meticulously installed a a new garbage disposal and faucet for my kitchen sink, installed a bidet in one of my bathrooms and quickly fixed a toilet in my powder room that would persistently run despite my best efforts to fix it myself. He also helped me trouble shoot and diagnose a separate issue with my dishwasher. He is responsive, helpful, very friendly and, most importantly, someone who very clearly takes pride in his work and in doing an outstanding job. His fees are very reasonable too. Though I hope to never require the services of a plumber again, I know it's inevitable that I will, and I will most definitely be contacting Eugene when I do. There were 3 issues we had with our kitchen sink and dishwasher. First, our new dishwasher was difficult to install; we tried but it kept leaking. Second, our p trap was leaking. Third, the air gap wouldn't connect to our new dishwasher correctly.

I called Eugene to get a quote for the installation of three vanity faucets. He responded within the hour with a very reasonable quote and we setup an appointment on the next day. He gave me a window of one hour and arrived on time. While replacing the faucets he pointed out that the P-trap is very rusty and needs to be replaced as well. I checked it out and realized that it's in a really bad shape. He again gave me a very reasonable quote to change it which I accepted. I couldn't be happier with the quality of his work and professionalism. He also cleaned up and took away all the old faucets and the boxes of the new faucets to recycle them. Eugene from NEP plumbing was fantastic. Our garbage disposal had broken and I called a company to fix it. It took three visits and two different plumbers from this other company, and they still could not figure it out. I finally gave up. I called NEP and Eugene came out. Had a clogged kitchen sink and after checking a few things decided to call in professional help. Submitted a quote request on Yelp, and Eugene replied quickly. He had another job scheduled in our city and offered to come over before or after that one, which was great because this was getting late on a Friday afternoon.

He quoted a couple different prices depending on where in the system the clog was located. Arrived a few minutes early and pretty quickly got it cleared. He was happy to explain what he was doing. Our second story kitchen sink was clogged and Eugene from NEP Plumbing evaluated the issue and helped us unclogged it. He also found issue with our kitchen sink down pipe is rusting from within, he helped replaced it with PVC pipe and he charged me very reasonable price for it, I am very pleased with Eugene work and his attitude towards the work.

Eugene was very prompted and explained everything on what I can do to prevent the clogging in the future. Not only that, he even text me back couple of days later to check in on the new pipe he replaced and make sure there is no leaks.

I have not met a plumber that make it feels like you are just dealing with a friend rather than just pure business transaction.

Highly recommended - I have added NEP Pluming in my contact for future plumbing needs.

I had a kitchen sink that was backed up. Eugene came in and fixed it by doing more than just driving a snake through the sink drain. He cleared up the pipes from the backyard. A few weeks earlier, I also had an upstairs shower drain clog problem. I told Eugene that an earlier plumber could not fix it, but Eugene gave it a shot anyway. He did not charge me after working for an hour on the problem without resolution. Very professional.

Our kitchen drain slowed gradually until tonight when it stopped draining. I used Yelp to request quotes from several companies. Eugene was the first to respond. We originally called NEP to replace a garbage disposal that had broken. The owner is very efficient, I took pictures prior to him coming and sent them over text. He recommended a certain model, which I bought from Home Depot, and he came exactly during the scheduled time and replaced it. His price was significantly better than many of the other quotes I received from yelp.

Shortly after that we used him again to install an under sink water filtration unit. He moved the garbage disposal switch as part of the install, and all of the lines were very cleanly and properly installed. There was a very tiny drop coming from one of the tanks I noticed after the install, and he came back on another day and re-taped it free of charge.

We also called him to unclog our shower, which he did with a standard snaking tool.

Overall NEP is the first plumber I'd call for any issues around my house. Would highly recommend.

I was installing a bidet in our guest bathroom and putting in the bypass when the supply line to the toilet just snapped due to corrosion. It was already late in the afternoon, so I wasn't sure I would be able to get anyone out to our house without it being overtime/after hours, but I reached out to a bunch of plumbers anyways. Everyone quoted me $300+ for labor and parts and availability tomorrow morning at the earliest. Everyone that is, but NEP. They gave me a quote for half the price and said they could be there in half an hour. I didn't even believe at first so I had to confirm that they were indeed coming at 5 pm. Sure enough, Yehven showed up at 5 pm and got to work fixing my issue. He finished in a little over 20 minutes and finished installing my bidet to boot. Exceptional work and excellent customer experience, I'll be recommending NEP to all my friends.

Both our shower and toilet clogged in the middle of the night - it was a nightmare! We searched yelp the next day and luckily found NEP Plumbing/Eugene. Eugene quickly provided some quotes with different pricing depending on where in the system was clogged. Also he was able to come that same day which was amazing.

I had two new dual flush toilets + bidet seats to install to replace old toilets that came with the house. Eugene did this expertly and quickly, and we are very happy with the work done. His prices are reasonable, and he comes across as a very honest and good person. For our installation, one of the toilets had a missing part, which he supplied himself. He also provided better quality wax rings instead of using the one that came in the box, because he wants to ensure a quality installation. He replaced the hoses with new ones he provided for a small extra charge, to prevent leaks due to old hoses. He also provides a 1-year warranty on his work. He was a pleasure to work with and we are very happy with the work, would definitely contact him for plumbing problems in the future.

Our Garbage Disposal was leaking. We got several quotes to replace the Disposal. Eugene came in very competitive. We liked his reviews and decided to hire him for the job.

He was very responsive and he had availability the next day which was great.

He was very respectful inside the home and removed his shoes without being asked. I wasn't going to ask, but it was nice.

The job took him about an hour from start to finish. He pointed out an additional place that I was having a leak and let me know he would fix it. He only charged me for the part which I was grateful for. He does honor the warranty's on parts and labor and explains what that consists of in terms of parts vs labor.

We spoke about some other plumbing issues I was having that I wanted him to look at in the future. He gave me some quotes I think are fair and I will contact him again for other jobs.

We called Eugene out of desperation after our brand new toilet kept leaking post installation by both us and our GC. He offered to come on the weekend on short notice and diagnose the problem free of charge. He spotted a crack inside the toilet explaining the issue. He also offered us free advice on another plumbing issue, which we quickly resolved based on his recommendation with some simple caulking around the toilet. And he provided a quote and a recommendation for running a water line to the front of our house (which we overlooked when building a recent house addition). Overall, Eugene provided us with a ton of helpful advice completely free of charge. He clearly cared to give us the best recommendation without upselling unnecessary services. I am a homeowner and my tenant had issues with a toilet slow to drain. Eugene was quick to respond and I appreciate that he wanted to see the issue before providing a quote.
It turns out that grass roots had encroached into the drain, something I found out was common on the ground floor of older homes.
Since it was an old toilet (with a crack in the tank) I elected to have it replaced and Eugene did so the next day. Eugene even gave me two options, sending me a website screenshot of the price of the toilet and only charged me a small additional fee for pickup and disposal of the old one.
As a homeowner it is important to trust outside contractors and Eugene fits the bill. The cost of the repair was totally in line with the work and less than I had been expecting. I was quite happy and impressed with Eugene and will use him again in the future for any plumbing needs.

OMG!!! What a great person and skilled plumber.
First want to share about his personality: He impressed us with his polite and humble attitude. Before he came in the house, he covered his shoes to protect our floors He was very detailed in his assessment of the issue we had. There were some roadblocks that he never once brought up, but he just found solutions to.
Second, want to share about his skills: The project was to change a dual bowl kitchen sink, remove the garbage disposal, install new single bowl sink that is was bigger in size than the initial sink, preserve the old tiles, and reattach the dishwasher.
He did such an amazing job, this new sink looks like it was meant to be there, and that it was there all along. He has such a great attention to details and he is so considered, he changed the air gap to match the faucet. He also cleaned up before he left, and he was just so very nice and polite throughout all his hard work.

After reading so many good review, I decided to give it a try. Eugene gave me a quote pretty quickly and confirmed he can come to our house the next day after 5pm. The price is very reasonable and probably the cheapest in the market.

Eugene was so nice and honest with his work!! On the New Year eve, around 7:30pm my sewer in front of my house was clogged. I called multiple places and they were all closed. There was 1 place in Dublin was able to help but he asked for $600 which made no sense since we had done that before only for $150.
